After the 2006 coup $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}tat$, there were many unusual incidents in Thailand, some of which involved considerable bloodshed, which originated from clashes between those in power and dissenters. This article examines how political institutions in Thailand are structured, and the author argues that, in order to effectively assess the state of Thai politics after the coup, an analysis of the structures of political legitimacy in the country is essential. The author will be exploring the way in which political legitimacy is generally determined by the established power holders, especially the monarchy and its allies. The ideologies and beliefs of recent dissenters will also be examined in detail.

Though microstrip antenna has several advantages, it makes engineers struggle against the difficulties of narrow bandwidth and scan-blindness with probe-feeding and array configuration. To overcome these disadvantages, stacked patch and cavity-backed structure had been proposed. But this structure can not be analyzed easily because we have no concrete means to analyze it. So the algorithm to analyze the structure should be established to make it useful. This paper explained the algorithm of moment method to analyze the structure and verified it by comparing the calculated and measured results.

Most of business enterprises today struggle with the coordination of work which is one of the most challenging problems in the business environment. And the situation becomes worse by the increasing complexity and uncertainty. In this paper, suitability of workflow technology for the modelling, optimization, and automation in the complex business structures is discussed. Also, in the abscence of a fully fledged method for analysis and design of workflow systems, this paper proposes a method, ETM(Extended Trigger Modelling), which can solve several problems in other methods. The proposed ETM approach consists of three stages such as situation analysis stage, activity coordination stage and implementation preparation stage. A modelling case of the proposed procedure is also presented.

Even though newly formed schools do struggle to strengthen their security in safety, existed schools have limitations for active response against natural disaster. From analyzing the results of accident cases and states in misfortune and the safety supervision of school facilities, it is said that damages by wind, flood and fire are typical types of disaster accidents. Also, according to the basic law of misfortune and the safety supervision, it emphasizes education, training, and actions that prevent from being a victim of natural disaster. In terms of these finding, establishing disaster safety organization, control system and having students an opportunity to learn how to response against disaster should be critical component in managing disaster safety of school facilities.

Many primary school children struggle with mathematics and have low self-esteem in their own abilities. They know that the subject is important but they cannot cope, get left behind in their work and begin to hate mathematics. This paper reports the efforts to encourage and help a group of seventeen low achievers in mathematics prepare for their "primary six" public examination. The children were lacking in many thinking skills, but with encouragement, guidance and practice, thirteen of them (76.5%) showed improvements in their mathematical thinking and passed this important examination. This paper discusses these children's thinking in mathematics and how improvements were made.

Architecture is the result of reflecting paradigm. As the paradigms and architectures are changing, architect between them are not free by no means. As changes occur continuously, it is important to acknowledge the flows of change and to do some roles in that flows. Toyo Ito is one of the architects who confront the contemporary situations, find the problem and struggle to containing it in his architectural world. He tries to accept and reorganize the phenomenon that appears today's society. Contemporary architecture is showing many aspects on the ground of ecological paradigm. Therefore fresh architectural methods are being quested. This study point at one aspect of Toyo Ito's architectural feature - eco-friendly- which have domiant influences on his architecture philosophy. This notion also has important role on Toyo Ito's past and present activities.

The purpose of this paper is to establish a methodology useful for identifying links between the postwar novels of Spain and Korea. We analyze the lives and actions of the characters from Nada by Carmen Laforet, and Writing on blank paper by Oh Sang Won. The characters in these novels demonstrate the challenge of adapting to the harsh reality of life because of the psychological or physical scars of war: characters such as Jungsub and Jungseo in Writing on blank paper and Juan and Andrea in Nada finally overcome their difficulties thanks to a shared sense of existential conscience and a steadfast fighting spirit; others, like Jungyun and Roman, surrender to the struggle and commit suicide, tragically succumbing to the bitter harshness of reality. Through the analysis of these novels' characters, we can empathize with the common tragedy of war-time life and death; we gain perspective on the destruction of both society and people caused by war.

Objective: Flat-footed people struggle with excessive ankle joint motion during walking and running. This study aimed to investigate the effects of customized three-dimensional 3D-printed insoles on the kinematics of flat-footed people during daily activities (walking and running). Method: Fifteen subjects (height, $169.20{\pm}2.61cm$; age, $22.87{\pm}8.48years$; navicular bone height, $13.2{\pm}1.00mm$) diagnosed with flat feet in a physical examination participated in this study. Results: The customized 3D-printed insoles did not significantly affect 3D ankle joint angles under walking and running conditions. However, they shifted the trajectory of the center of pressure (COP) laterally during fast walking, which enhanced the load distribution on the foot during the stance phase. Conclusion: The customized 3D-printed insoles somewhat positively affected the pressure distribution of flat-footed people by changing the COP trajectory. Further research including comparisons with customized commercial insoles is needed.

Faced with a series of violent confrontations on civil rights in the State of Alabama in 1963, John F. Kennedy gave a formal speech that heralded the end of his unusually long-drawn-out aloofness from the issue. The speech marked a new phase in Kennedy's political leadership as the thirty-fifth president of the United States employed a rhetoric of moral failure, defining the University of Alabama crisis and the ensuing civil rights struggle as a threat to American federalism and national ideals. This paper employs the formal, neoclassical terms of rhetoric to analyze the distinct mode of persuasion Kennedy employs in which the former U.S. president (1) appeals to moral interpretation as a proper solution to the aggravating social situation and (2) puts an interpretation on civil disorder in Birmingham, Alabama as a major threat to national identity, rather than a regional, largely party-political question.
