거대 구조물의 국부진동계의 등가계 산출과 이를 이용한 최적구조변경법 (A study on the estimation of an equivalent system of a local vibration system of a huge structure and the Optimum Structural Modification Method)

  • It is very difficult to execute the vibration analysis of a huge structure, which takes up much time and expense. In this paper we intend to make the equivalent system of a local vibration system of a huge structure with a view to improving the dynamic characteristics and reducing time and expense. First of all, upper deck structure model is maded. And we perform the vibration analysis by the Substructure Synthesis Method and execute the exciting test for the upper deck structure model, and observe the coincidences of two results to confirm the reliability of the analyzing tools used. To make the equivalent system, we give boundary condition to sub-structure that want to be modified and execute the Sensitivity Analysis Method and the Optimum Structural Modification Method. And we execute the structural modification of the equivalent system.

  • Radiation technology is the one for developing new products or processes by applying radiation or for creating new functions in industry, research and medical fields, and its application is increasing consistently. For securing an advanced technology competitiveness, it is required to create a new added value by information consumer through providing an efficient system for supporting information, which is the infrastructure for research and development, contributed to its collection, analysis and use with a rapidity and structure in addition to some direct research and development. Provision of the management structure for information resources is especially crucial for efficient operating the system for supporting information in radiation technology, and then a standard classification structure of information must be first developed as the system for supporting information will be constructed. The standard classification structure has been analyzed by reviewing the definition of information resources in radiation technology, and those classification structures in similar systems operated by institute in radiation and other scientific fields. And, a draft version of the standard classification structure has been then provided as 7 large, 25 medium and 71 small classifications, respectively. The standard classification structure in radiation technology will be developed in 2015 through reviewing this draft version and experts' opinion. Finally, developed classification structure will be applied to the system for supporting information by considering the plan for constructing this system and database, and requirements for designing the system. Furthermore, this structure will be designed in the system for searching information by working to the individual need of information consumers.

  • 본 논문에서는 상용 검색 엔진인 BRS/Search 시스템을 이용하여 XML문서에 대한 구조 기반 검색이 가능하도록 XML문서 검색시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 XML문서의 논리적인 구조를 Unix 파일시스템의 디렉토리 구조로 표현한다. 이렇게 표현된 XML 문서를 BRS/Search 시스템의 데이터베이스에 정보의 손실 없이 저장하기 위해 데이터베이스 스키마를 정의하고 내용 검색뿐만 아니라, 구조 검색, 혼합 검색, 애트리뷰트 검색이 가능하도록 BRS/search 시스템에 부가적으로 필요한 ETID 추출기, 구조정보 추출기, 저장 관리기, 질의 처리기를 설계하고 구현한다.

  • 기존의 저궤도 인공위성 전력계 시스템에 사용된 직렬 구조, 병렬 구조는 공전 주기 동안 두 번의 전력변환 과정을 거쳐 시스템의 효율을 감소시킨다. 직-병렬 구조는 한 번의 전력변환 과정을 거쳐 시스템의 효율을 향상시키지만 레귤레이터가 추가됨으로써 시스템의 비용과 무게, 크기를 증가시킨다. 본 논문에서는 레귤레이터의 추가 없이 시스템의 효율을 향상시키는 단순화된 직-병렬 구조를 제안한다. 인공위성이 지구를 공전하는 동안 상황에 따라 변화하는 제안한 구조의 동작을 네 가지 모드로 분류하고, 각 모드마다 제안한 시스템을 안정적인 동작을 확인하기 위하여 대신호 분석을 수행하였다. 실험을 통하여 기존의 직렬구조와 제안한 구조의 효율을 비교하였다. 제안한 구조의 안정적인 동작을 검증하기 위해 200W급 태양전지와 TMS320F2812 DSP로 제어되는 100W급 전력조절기 두 모듈을 병렬로 구성하여 실험하였다.

대규모 시스템의 실시간 컴퓨터 제어를 위한 전문가 시스템 (An Expert System for the Real-Time Computer Control of the Large-Scale System)

  • In this paper, an expert system is proposed, which can be effectively applied to the large-scale systems with the diversity time constraints, the objectives and the unfixed system structure. The inference scheme of the expert system have the integrated structure composed of the intuitive inference module and logical inference module in order to support effectively the operating constraints of system. The intuitive inference module is designed using the pattern matching or pattern recognition method in order to search a same or similar pattern under the fixed system structure. On the other hand, the logical inference module is designed as the structure with the multiple inference mode based on the heuristic search method in order to determine the optimal or near optimal control strategies satisfing the time constraints for system events under the unfixed system structure, and in order to use as knowledge generator. Here, inference mode consists of the best-first, the local-minimum tree, the breadth-iterative, the limited search width/time method. Finally, the application results for large-scale distribution SCADA system proves that the inference scheme of the expert system is very effective for the large-scale system. The expert system is implemented in C language for the dynamic mamory allocation method, database interface, compatability.

최적 구조 신경 회로망을 이용한 선박용 안정화 위성 안테나 시스템의 모델링 (Modelling of a Shipboard Stabilized Satellite Antenna System Using an Optimal Neural Network Structure)

  • 본 논문은 비선형성을 많이 내포하고 있어 수학적으로 모델링 하기 어려운 선박용 안정화 위성 안테나 시스템을 모델링하기 위해서, 신경 회로망의 오차 및 응답시간을 최소로 하는 최적 구조 신경 회로망 모델을 도출하고 이를 적용하고자 한다. 오차와 응답시간을 최소화하기 위해 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 신경 회로망 구조를 설계하였다. 안테나 시스템으로부터 얻어진 입출력 데이터에 거하여 본 논문에서 제안한 식별기를 이용하여 안테나 시스템을 식별하였으며, 실제 선박의 운동 성분에 대해서도 시스템을 잘 표현할 수 있는 최적 구조 신경 회로 기반 시스템 식별기를 얻을 수 있었다. 실제 실험을 통해서, 최적 신경회로망 구조가 안테나 시스템 식별에 효과적인 것을 알 수 있었다.

면내조합하중과 횡압 하의 선박 이중판 설계시스템 구축 (Development of Doubler Plate Design System for Ship Structure Subjected to In-plane Combined Loads and Lateral Pressure)

  • A design system was developed for the doubler plate of a ship structure simultaneously subjected to in-plane loads and lateral pressure based on general dimensions and those of a representative ship structure. An equivalent design equation that considers various structural design parameters was derived by introducing the equivalent plate thickness theory, and the design of the doubler plate reinforcement of the ship structure was developed. A hybrid structural design system was established for a doubler plate simultaneously subjected to in-plane loads and lateral pressure consisting of two modules: an optimized design module and a double plate strength & design review module. The practical application of this design system was illustrated to show its usability. It was found that the design safety of the doubler plate was ensured, and this system could be used as an initial design guide to review the double plate reinforcement for a dent or corrosion of the ship plate members. Using the developed design system would make it possible to obtain a more reasonable doubler plate structure that considers the rational reinforcement of plate members of ship structures. In addition, a more reliable structural analysis using a strength evaluation process can be performed to verify the efficiency of the optimum structural design for the doubler plate structure.

랜선관객 시스템 원가 분석 및 활성화 방안 연구 (A study on the Cost Structure and the Revitalization of Online Audience System)

  • In this study, we want to analyze the difference in cost structure for the LAN audience system, which emerged as an alternative to the existing audience system due to the influence of Covid-19, and to analyze the utilization of the LAN audience system. To this end, the incremental cost difference between the existing audience system and the LAN audience system in the production of the broadcast program was compared and analyzed through the broadcasting production case by the actually performed LAN audience system. According to the research, the existing audience system has a linear cost structure that increases with the number of audience participants, while the LAN audience system has a calculated cost structure that gradually increases with the range of audience participants. These findings indicate that the LAN-line audience system costs more than the audience system, but the total cost is lower than the audience system for a certain number of people or more. This is a supplement to the existing audience system, which could not attract more audiences due to the lack of production costs, suggesting that the online audience system plays a role in supplementing the open broadcasting production system.

The structural modification using the equivalent system can be obtained good results above 90% of object value.

CDMA와 WIPI 기술정책의 성과요인 비교분석 : 혁신시스템, 거버넌스구조, 경로의존성을 중심으로 (A Comparative Analysis on the Performance Factors of CDMA and WIPI Technology Policies : Focusing on System of Innovation, Governance Structure, and Path Dependence)

  • This study comparatively analyzes the cases of CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) and WIPI (Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) to find out the success and failure factors of technology policies in the field of mobile communication industry. For this purpose, the two cases are analyzed through a new analysis framework, which is made by combining System of Innovation with a range of variables derived from precedent studies, such as external environment, institutions, technological system, governance structure, and interactions of actors. The results of analysis show that in the CDMA case, the following factors led to success ; Korea made good use of the external opportunities in the early stage of digital communication technology and adopted a suitable governance structure for the technological system. Main actors in Innovation System had strong will for success and engaged in cooperative interaction. For the WIPI, however, the timing of technology policy was inappropriate and a unsuitable governance structure for technological system was chosen because of path dependence. The Innovation System failded to respond efficiently to the situation where conflicts among actors had intensified, US trade pressure had increased and innovative smartphones emerged. The results of this study provide the practical implications for the success of technology policy; namely it is important to choose a governance structure that suits the external environment and characteristics of technology and to activate cooperative interactions among actors in Innovation System.
