The increasing popularity of graph data, such as social and online communities, has initiated a prolific research area in knowledge discovery and data mining. As more real-world graphs are released publicly, there is growing concern about privacy breaching for the entities involved. An adversary may reveal identities of individuals in a published graph, with the topological structure and/or basic graph properties as background knowledge. Many previous studies addressing such attacks as identity disclosure, however, concentrate on preserving privacy in simple graph data only. In this paper, we consider the identity disclosure problem in weighted graphs. The motivation is that, a weighted graph can introduce much more unique information than its simple version, which makes the disclosure easier. We first formalize a general anonymization model to deal with weight-based attacks. Then two concrete attacks are discussed based on weight properties of a graph, including the sum and the set of adjacent weights for each vertex. We also propose a complete solution for the weight anonymization problem to prevent a graph from both attacks. In addition, we also investigate the impact of the proposed methods on community detection, a very popular application in the graph mining field. Our approaches are efficient and practical, and have been validated by extensive experiments on both synthetic and real-world datasets.

기록관리전문가의 역할은 전통적인 기록관리 뿐 아니라 정보기술을 기반으로 전자기록관리까지 주도적으로 실행하는 역할로 확장되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기록관리전문가 양성과정인 기록관리학 대학원 교육지침서의 구성요소, 지식범주, 지식내용의 적절성과 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 전문가 델파이 평가를 실시하였다. 전문가 평가 결과 교육지침서의 구성요소는 서문, 교육 내용, 교원 요건, 교육 과정, 행정적 지원, 결론이고 교육 내용은 8개 지식범주와 44개 지식내용으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 교육지침서 모형 개발을 통해 기록관리학 대학원에서 준수해야 하는 최소한의 기준인 구성요소를 제시하고, 이론과 실무 역량을 갖춘 기록관리전문가 양성을 위한 교육내용을 제시하였다. 본 연구 모형은 향후 교육지침서 제정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 제품개발의 추세는 디자인전문회사가 클라이언트와 협력하여 초기 제품기획단계부터 최종생산까지의 모든 과정을 함께 진행하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근의 추세에 맞도록 개선된 실무적 관리 프로세스를 제시하기로 한다. 기존의 프로세스들은 제품디자인 개발과정을 시장조사부터 디자인, 설계, 생산 등의 단계로 요약하여 언급해 왔기 때문에 최근의 추세에 맞추기 위해서는 제품디자인 개발의 모든 단계들을 설명하는 확대된 프로세스가 필요하다. 제품디자인 개발의 모든 과정은 초기 Initial Meeting의 단계에서 출발하여 계약, Kick-Off Meeting, 시장조사, 디자인컨셉 설정, Idea Sketch, Rendering 디자인 도면, 디자인 목업, 디자인 매뉴얼, 기구 설계, ES 목업, 금형 설계 및 제작, 시 사출, 양산, 특허 출원까지의 프로세스들을 포함한다. 따라서, 하나의 제품디자인개발 프로세스를 진행하고 관리하기 위해서는 모든 단계들에 대한 충분한 이해 및 지식이 있어야 한다. 본 프로세스의 장점은 1)제품개발과정을 이해하고, 2)최종디자인과 양산제품이 일치하고, 3)시장조사로 정확한 디자인정보를 수집하고, 4)완성도 높은 제품디자인을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 실무적 관리프로세스는 제품디자인 개발과 관련된 모든 과정들을 분석함으로써 개선된 체계를 제안하며, 제품디자인개발의 다양한 환경 속에서 응용될 수 있다.

The paper proposes to consider information technologies and their application in the educational process as a preparation of presentation material for students of higher educational institutions. The definition and place of information technologies in the educational space are considered. The object of research of this work is the pedagogical technology of presentation of educational information, which substantiates the pedagogical technology of visualization of educational information in higher education, as well as determine its composition and structure. The practical side of pedagogical technology of educational information presentation is considered.

This paper presents a new adaptive observer design method for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems by using spline approximation. This scheme leads to a simplified observer structure which requires only fixed number of integrations, regardless of the number of parameters to be estimated. This benefit can reduce the number of integrations of the observer filter dramatically. Moreover, the proposed adaptive observer automatically generates the required spline elements according to the varying output value and, as a result, does not requires the pre-knowledge of upper and lower bounds of the output. This is another benefit of our approach since the requirement for known output bounds have been one of the main drawbacks of practical universal approximation problems. Both of the benefits stem from the local support property, which is specific to splines.

Advanced adhesive technologies and demanding applications of adhesive joints can no longer be developed successfully by the traditional "trial and error" approach. Appropriate technical solutions require reference to a reliable basis of well-established scientific knowledge about the elementary mechanisms of adhesion (i.e. the 'fundamental adhesion') as they are responsible for the capability of the compound w transmit mechanical force between the adhesive and the substrate surface (i.e. the 'practical adhesion'). Adhesion mechanisms also influence the formation of polymer structure in the adhesive and the resulting macromolecular dynamics in the interphase that is formed in the adhesive near to the substrate. These manifold molecular factors rule the macroscopic behaviour of an adhesive bond line in terms of mechanical and other physical properties as well as in terms of durability. This paper reviews the level of refinement that understanding of fundamental adhesion has achieved up to now.

In modern society, the importance of inter-enterprise collaboration on supply chain is more emphasizing, depending on the industrial structure is going advanced. Therefore, the studies for advancement of inter-enterprise collaboration are taking, and especially the studies about how IT systems affect those advancement are taking. However, there are a shortage of recognition to each IT systems on B2B collaboration, additionally there is not much study of its application. In this study, we analyze the Performance Model relationship between the level and the importance of IT system for B2B collaboration in small and medium-sized enterprise, and draw a priority order for improvement of IT systems for its effective practical use.

The enhancement of the quality of the teaching practice is a major factor in securing better schooling opportunities for students. In this article, initial teacher preparation of secondary school Earth science teachers, in-service science teacher education, and improving teacher policy are discussed. Data from in-depth interviews with exemplary science teachers were used to explore how to improve the quality of science teacher education in Korea. In terms of preservice teacher education, most exemplary teachers contended that teacher education programs should provide preservice teachers with practical knowledge by translating theory into practice. Their suggestions for how to improve in-service education are also discussed. Regarding directions of improving teacher policy in Korea, the teachers proposed an alternative teacher-promotion structure that incorporates the master-teacher position. Implications for introducing action research courses into teacher (re)education programs are also discussed.

After coming this century, as the propagative method of plants on a scientific foundation has been accompanied systematically, it has played an important part in the improvement of cultivar. But an existing propagative technique is not a few defects in our tasks and industrial structure which changes every hour and envirnment which undergoes a sudden change. To use developed biological knowledge recently, and existing propagative method which is main axis in sexual reproductive crossing, is increased much in the inside of internal organs by asexual reproductive means which is on a different level, and by, introducing a new character, it improves an inherited character etc. We have observed methods which supplement or replace a defect. These methods are not yet ripe for putting to practical use in the present research phase but convinced that they will offer an epoch-marking turning point.
