유비쿼터스 기반 단말기에서 GIS 데이터 처리를 하기 위해서는 CPU 처리능력, 저장공간, 화면크기, 네트워크 등의 제약이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 기존의 연구결과를 개선하여 지적전산파일을 새롭게 디자인 하였다. 지적전산파일은 단순히 파일 형태로 구성되어 있어 화면에 출력하거나 지리정보 객체에 접근할 때 파일 전체를 읽어야 하는 불편함이 있다. 따라서 인덱스 파일을 추가하여 객체의 접근속도를 개선하고, 출력 속도를 증가시켰다. 결과적으로, 포맷 변환시 원본 데이터의 27.6%의 용량만을 가지며 기존 포맷보다 개선된 포맷을 얻을 수 있었다.

PDF(Portable Document Format) is a file format that Adobe advances postscritp technique and use in managing document information or electric publishing(internet, CD-ROM, DVD). PDF is a devised document type for being able to read and print anywhere, independent of OS, printer type, resolution, and the kind of computer etc. Because this includes a compressing function, it transfers document through a small size of file in internet or intranet. In addition, that is a file format has various advantages-sharing of information and transfering documents in on line or off line environment. In this paper, we developed electronic document system using PDF format. Electronic document system consists of filter, automatic indexing, special searching system and web server. The information used in this paper is database made using Zwon\`s DocuCom. The filter recognizes various kinds of document structure. And according to property of document, it produces ASCII output. In addition to processing various formats of document, the filter can extract keywords in documents of MS WORD, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, CAD etc. This filter uses the structure of window printer drive and can extract the information for text, page, font type and size from relevant document. The automatic indexing recognizes the formatted tag of document form ASCII text produced by filter and extracts adequate keyword to structure and property of document. PDF electronic document systems proposed in this paper can be used in Internet, PC communication. Users can choose and read electronic documents by two ways. First, users can choose and read relevant books using PDF electronic document homepage. Second, users can use PDF integrated-search system. User can search after inputing keyword and choose reference field and type of data. But, now, PDF products of Adobe can\`t support the Korean character. If this problem is resolved, we thick that PDF applications system looks active. Although there is limited function in case of using Zwon DocuCom used in this study, we think that there isn\`t a great deal of difficulty in electronic document and building digital database.

본 연구에서는 MIL-HDBK-2l7D의 Part stress 해석방법을 이용하여 부품의 고장률을 계산하였다. 이 방법은 운용시 주위환경, 주위온도에 의한 stress등 많은 양의 자세한 정보가필요하다. 본고에서는 part stress 방법을 적용한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하여 부품의 고장률 계산에 이용하였다. Fortran V로 쓰여진 이 프로그램은 다음의 4개 부분으로 구성되었고 그 기능및구조를 제시하였다. (1) Raw data file (2) 부품별 연산 프로그램 (3) 신뢰도 modelling (직렬구조) (4) New data file

In this paper an attempt for realizing a storage system which works as a part of human brain has been discussed. The system is expected to be able to coordinate with human brain. And current storage may have inherent problem due to an intrinsic attribute of storage, exclusiveness. Directory structure in it must be a source of confusion, if it used out side of the range of limitation. Adapting multidimensional annotation of file name extension and directory-less file system, a new storage system able to associate and coordinate with human brain may be available near future. This paper showed that the limitation of current storage system clearly exists, because of human brain limitation to memorize directory name.

Peer-to-peer systems (P2P) are rapidly growing in importance on the Internet environment, quickly extending the range of their usage. However, peer-to-peer systems have not been widely applied in electronic commerce because they have not been established as an appropriate business model. Therefore, we firstly review the previous research relevant to peer-to-peer systems, and then analyze the business models for P2P systems presented by previous researchers. Furthermore, this study categorizes major issues in terms of the technical and business model aspects. On the basis of these reviews, we develop P2P electronic commerce systems based on the file sharing method between users, focusing on user interface friendliness. A developed P2P electronic commerce systems are programmed by using the C# based on the Microsoft.net solution. A database is implemented using the MSSQL2000. A main application technology is designed that P2P electronic commerce systems make it possible. for user to extend into BtoB Solution by using WSDL (Web Services Description Language), UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration) and the XML that is a document for users. User interface is made as form of Internet messenger for a user's convenience and is possible to develop into a commodity transaction system based on XML. In this study, it is possible for the P2P electronic commerce system to have extended application to fields such as Internet shopping mall and property transaction in a nonprofit organization, a public institution and a large scale nonprofit institution that have a similar structure as compared with a structure of a nonprofit educational institution.

Excessively high temperature deteriorates the reliability and increases the leakage power consumption of microprocessors. The register file, known as one of the hottest functional units in microprocessors, incurs frequent dynamic thermal management operations for thermal control. In this letter, we adopt the banked register file scheme, which was originally proposed to reduce dynamic power consumption. By simply modifying the register file structure, the temperature in the register file was reduced dramatically, resulting in 13.37% performance improvement and 10.49% total processor leakage reduction.

객체지향 프로그래밍 언어를 기반으로 윈도우 사용자의 컴퓨터 파일시스템에 기록된 파일의 의미를 분석한 후, 이를 사용자 편의를 위해 파일명의 의미를 시소러스로 클러스터링 하는 설계를 하고, 파일로 기록된 문자의 의미와 파일확장자를 기반으로, 데이터베이스를 구성하고 참조하여 사용자 작성 파일들을 시소러스의 의미 체계와 통제어로 클러스터링 하여, 윈도우시스템의 화면표시 되는 Icon 파일들을 자동으로 분리하고, 설정하여, Mashup 시각구조로 나타내어 주는 프로세스(WTPM)를 설계하고 구현을 하였다.

역화일을 파일구조로 이용하는 정보 검색 시스템에서는 검색자가 검색할 분야의 완전 단어를 알고 있어야 검색이 가능하다. 그러나 검색자가 완전 단어가 아닌 단어의 부분 문자열을 알고 있는 경우가 많다. 이럴 경우 부분 문자열을 포함하는 색인어들을 검색할 수 있다면 관련 문서들을 검색할 수 있다. 또한 검색된 문헌 수가 너무 적을 경우 부분 문자열을 포함하는 단어를 색인어로 가지는 모든 문서들을 검색하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 이런 요건들을 충족시키기 위해서는 사용자는 용어 절단 방법을 이용하여 질의어를 구성할 수 있어야 하고, 검색 시스템은 절단 검색을 지원할 수 있는 전자 사전이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 절단검색을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 전자 사전 구조를 설계하고 구현한다. 이 전자 사전은 저장된 단어 수에 관계없이 주어진 한 개의 단어 검색 시간 및 역 문자열로 구성된 단어 검색 시간이 빠르고 일정하다. 절단검색을 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 트라이 구조를 이용하였으며, 빠른 검색 시간을 지원하기 위해 배열을 이용한 방법을 사용하였다. 절단된 용어의 검색 과정에서 확장할 문자열의 길이를 최소화하여 검색 시간을 줄였다.

국제해사기구에서는 ECDIS를 강제탑재 장비로 간주하는 SOLAS 수정안을 채택하였고, E-Navigation 전략에서는 해상교통 안전과 환경보호를 위해 ECDIS를 핵심 장비로 고려하는 등 전자해도는 항해 업무에 필수적인 정보 인프라가 되었다. 그러나 전자해도는 ISO/IEC 8211이라는 파일 포맷으로 구성되어 있어 정보의 사용이 용이하지 않으며, ECDIS와 같은 항해장비에서 항해 목적용으로 사용되고 있어 해양GIS 및 응용분야로의 활용이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자해도 활용방안으로 전자해도 정보를 구글 어스, 구글 지도 및 기타 응용 프로그램에 사용되는 XML 기반의 마크업 언어인 KML으로의 변환 기술을 개발하였다. 세부 연구 내용으로 전자해도 데이터모델 및 부호화 방법과 KML의 스키마 구조와 사용데이터를 분석 정리 하여, 이를 기반으로 전자해도의 KML 변환 프로그램을 개발 하였다.

The Cu/Ni/Au lamellar structure is extensively used as an under bump metallization on silicon file, and on printed circuit board(PCB) pads. Ni is plated Cu by either electroless Ni plating, or electrolytic Ni plating. Unlike the electrolytic Ni plating, the electroless Ni plating does not deposit pure Ni, but a mixture of Ni and phosphorous, because hypophosphite Is used in the chemical reaction for reducing Ni ions. The fracture crack extended at the interface between solder balls of plastic ball grid (PBGA) package and conducting pads of PCB. The fracture is duets to segregation at the interface between Ni$_3$Sn$_4$intermetallic and Ni-P layer. The XPS diffraction results of Cu/Ni/Au results of CU/Ni/AU finishs showed that the Ni was amorphous with supersaturated P. The XPS and EDXA results of the fracture surface indicated that both of the fracture occurred on the transition lesion where Sn, P and Ni concentrations changed.
