서울시 가로망 중심성의 토지가격 효과 연구 (Effects of Street Centrality on the Land Prices in Seoul, South Korea)

  • 이 연구는 가로망 폭을 반영하여 가로망 중심성을 측정하고 그 효과를 토지가격을 통해 규명한다. 그동안 도시공간구조를 분석한 도시경제와 정책에 대한 연구는 단핵도시구조에서 다핵도시구조로 발전하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 시각은 여전히 도시현상을 설명하는 데 한계가 있으므로 미시공간수준의 가로망 분석이 새로운 연구영역으로 자리잡고 있다. 특히, 최근에 가로망 중심성을 다양한 방법으로 측정하고 도시현상에 대한 효과를 경험적으로 분석하는 연구가 많아지고 있다. 이 연구는 기존의 시각을 확장하기 위해 가로망 폭을 반영한 중심성을 측정한 후 주거용과 비주거용 토지가격에 대한 효과를 분석하였다. 이 연구의 다층회귀분석모형 결과는 대체로 주거용 토지의 경우 폭이 넓은 가로망에 도달하는 경유 빈도가 많고 이러한 가로망에 가까이 있으면 가격이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 비주거용 토지는 넓은 가로망에 도달하는 경유 빈도가 높고 가시성이 높은 가로망에 가까이 있으면 가격 수준이 높았다. 이러한 연구 결과는 가로망 폭을 고려한 보다 현실적인 가로망 중심성이 토지 시장에 미치는 효과를 경험적으로 검증한 것이다. 이를 통해 가로망 중심성이 향후 토지가격에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 장기적으로 토지시장의 변화를 예측할 수 있는 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

빅 데이터를 활용한 고프코어 룩에 대한 인식 (The Perception of Gorpcore Look Using Big Data)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the public perception of Gorpcore through Big Aata analytics. The study was conducted based on the collection of Big Data on the word 'Gorpcore' through Textom from July 24, 2017 to March 31, 2023. As a result, 63,386 words were collected from a total of 18,879 posts, and the top 50 words were determined based on frequency of appearance. Based on the collected words, centrality measures and CONCOR algorithm were performed in Ucinet 6. The research results are as follows. 1) The frequency of appearance was high in the order of 'Gorpcore look', 'fashion', 'coordination', 'clothes', 'outdoor', 'Musinsa', 'look', 'trend', 'brand' and 'ahjussi (middle-aged old man in Korean)'. These words had high TF-IDF scores, which leads to the conclusion that these are key words that are recognized as important. 2) Network centrality shows that 'Gorpcore look', 'fashion', 'outdoor', 'coordination', 'clothes', 'trend', 'look' and 'style' have a high correlation with other words. Through this, it was found that the public thinks it is important to create a variety of fashions by styling high-performance outdoor wear and casual wear, and that they are highly interested in clothes and in brands leading the Gorpcore trend. 3) As a result of the CONCOR algorithm, four significant groups were formed. The words that appear in each group are as follows. Group 1 - 'outdoor', 'Gorp', 'Normcore', 'hiking', 'functionality', 'new', 'sports', 'casual wear', 'activity', 'generation', 'collaboration'. Group 2 - 'fashion', 'trend', 'look', 'brand', 'style', 'shoes', 'ugly', 'item', 'trend', 'product', 'Salomon', 'padded jacket', 'stylishness', 'utilization', 'Winter', 'street', 'design', 'retro', 'popular', 'styling'. Group 3 - 'Gorpcore look', 'coordination', 'Musinsa', 'windbreaker', 'recommendation', 'Arcteryx', 'pants', 'man'. Group 4 - 'clothes' 'ahjussi', 'jacket', 'launching', 'spring', 'The North Face', 'collection', 'utility', 'jumper'. As a result, it can be seen that the Gorpcore is also regarded as a part of outdoor, fashion, coordination, and casual wear.

천공사진(天空寫眞)을 이용한 도시경관의 분석 및 평가 (An Analysis and Evaluation of Urban Landscapes Using Images Taken with a Fish-eye Lens)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate landscape characteristics by classification of landscapes in Chuncheon. A system was developed to convert images taken with a fish-eye lens to panoramic pictures. Landscape characteristics were analyzed by appearance rate and area distribution rate of landscape elements on panorama picture. Landscape characteristics were analyzed according to the number of times landscape elements appeared and the amount of area that each element occupied in the panoramic picture. Each panoramic picture was classified into five types based on these landscape element factors. Landscape evaluation was carried out using dynamic images converted from picture by fish-eye lens. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The urban landscape can be characterized by four essential factors: interconnectedness, nature, urban centrality and landscape scale. Five types of landscapes were determined: detached residential building landscape (type 1), street landscape with various elements (type 2), street landscape in the center of a city (type 3), landscape of housing complex (type 4), and landscape of green space (type 5). Type 5 had the highest degree of landscape satisfaction and the landscape satisfaction increased with the number of appearances of natural elements. The amount of peen space had a high relation with a landscape satisfaction.

빅데이터 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 활용한 아메카지 패션 트렌드 특징 고찰 (A Study on the Characteristics of Amekaji Fashion Trends Using Big Data Text Mining Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of domestic American casual fashion trends using big data text mining analysis. 108,524 posts and 2,038,999 extracted keywords from Naver and Daum related to American casual fashion in the past 5 years were collected and refined by the Textom program, and frequency analysis, word cloud, N-gram, centrality analysis, and CONCOR analysis were performed. The frequency analysis, 'vintage', 'style', 'daily look', 'coordination', 'workwear', 'men's wear' appeared as the main keywords. The main nationality of the representative brands was Japanese, followed by American, Korean, and others. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, four clusters were derived: "general American casual trend", "vintage taste", "direct sales mania", and "American styling". This study results showed that Japanese American casual clothes are influenced by American casual clothes, and American casual fashion in Korea, which has been reinterpreted, is completed with various coordination and creative styles such as workwear, street, military, classic, etc., focusing on items and brands. Looks were worn and shared on social networks, and the existence of an active consumer group and market potential to obtain genuine products, ranging from second-hand transactions for limited edition vintages to individual transactions were also confirmed. The significance of this study is that it presented the characteristics of American casual fashion trends academically based on online text data that the public actually uses because it has been spread by the public.

대전광역시 도시성장 패턴과 공간구조 변화 측정 (The Pattern of Urban Growth and Measurement of Spatial Structural Change in Daejeon Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구는 성장과정에서 나타나고 있는 공간적 확산 집중의 특성과 도시공간구조 변화를 측정하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 분석에 사용된 자료는 도시인구, 고용, 개발연면적, 지가를 이용하였다. 분석시기는 1995년이후 10년간으로 1995년, 2000년, 2005년을 기준으로 하였다. 연구방법은 먼저 도시성장 변화를 측정하기 위하여 중심점 이동과 표준편차거리를 산출하였다. 모란지수(Moran's I)분석결과 분산된 형태보다는 전반적으로 집중된 형태를 보이고 있었으나, 그 수준은 다소 미약하게 나타났다. 앞으로 시가화지역에서는 토지이용 등의 계획적인 도시관리가 요구된다고 볼 수 있다. 다음으로 윤곽도로 볼 때, 대체적으로 단핵구조에서 다핵화로 변화된 모습을 보이고 있다. 다만 중심지간에 상호연계축 발달은 미약하였다.
