The global music industry has been growing steadily every year. In particular, the proportion of music streaming services in the overall market are expanding. It shows same pattern in domestic market. Also, several companies are providing music streaming services competitively. It is clear that there is growing interest in effective operations of music streaming services. In this study, we examine the impact of customization and network effect on service quality and customer loyalty. We collect survey data and analyze relationships between latent variables using structural equations modeling. We find that customization and network effect of music streaming services positively affect service quality. However, the effect of customization on customer loyalty is not significant and there is a negative effect of network effect on customer loyalty. Finally, we find that service quality works as a mediator between customization and customer loyalty, and service quality also works as a mediator between network effect and customer loyalty.

Accidents can occur as a result of streaming electrification when transformer oil is used as an insulating oil in large ultra-high voltage transformers. Methods for adding a streaming electrification inhibitor to reduce the streaming electrification has been studied extensively. In this paper, in order to develop a method for reducing streaming electrification effectively, 4 different specimens were prepared by the addition of benzotriazole (BTA) to a virgin specimen with constant stirring. The specimens were examined to determine the appropriate amount of BTA addition that would suppress the streaming electrification most effectively. The results showed that the streaming electrification characteristics of the specimen in the streaming transformer oil were best when the amount of BTA addition was about 10 ppm. The streaming electrification current was reduced by adding 30 ppm BTA until the temperature reached $65^{\circ}C$. The polarity of the streaming electrification current was negative when the temperature exceeded $65^{\circ}C$. Therefore, the streaming electrification current, which can be a cause of transformer accidents, can be suppressed in large ultra high voltage transformer oil. This paper reports on the optimal amount of BTA addition and the best conditions for controlling the streaming velocity of transformer oil.

Since the streaming electrification phenomena of transformer were made clear on 1970s, many researches have been continued on the improvement of the transformer. This paper describes the effect of additive (BTA, DBPC) and temperature on the streaming electrification of the various materials. The streaming current in the various materials decreases in proportion to the concentration of BTA, results in the inverse electrification. We believe that these results will contribute to the optimal design of HV large-capacity transformer.

In this paper, the result of experimental investigation into the streaming electrification phenomena of insulating oil under an external dc field effect is described. Energization by positive dc voltage enhanced the streaming electrification. but when the applied voltage was negative, the polarity of streaming current was field strength dependent.

In this paper, we propose a DRM(Digital Rights Management) system for streaming media which can not only protect streamed MPEG-4 content but be easily integrated with existing MPEG-4 streaming system. To protect MPEG-4 media more effectively and more securely, encryption should be considered on encoding phase and also streaming server should be designed to support DRM. However that means it cannot support existing streaming system. Our approach is to design a DRM system independent to the streaming server. So, we used an encryption method which can be applied to compressed MPEG-4. The processing time of decryption in client system must be minimized to guarantee the QoS of streaming service. To satisfy this requirement, it is essential to analyze the effect of DRM on performance. We made some performance test and present the result. Also, we apply proposed system to ISMA(The Inter net Streaming Media Alliance) streaming system which is open standard for MPEG-4 media streaming.

The present paper investigated the effect of ultrasonic vibrations on the melting process of a phase-change material (PCM). The melting process in the square cavity with a heated vertical wall has been studied in terms of acoustic streaming. In the present study, applying with ultrasonic vibrations to the liquid were found to induce acoustic streaming which was clearly observed using by a particle image velocimetry (PIV) and a thermal infrared camera. The experimental results revealed that acoustic streaming could accelerate the melting process as much as 2.5 times, compared to the rate of natural melting (i. e., the melting without acoustic streaming). In addition, temperature and Nusselt numbers over time provided conclusive evidence of the important role of the acoustic streaming on the melting phenomena of the PCM.

During the last decade, social live streaming service like Periscope, Ustream, and YouNow has developed from a niche market into a mainstream activity. In this media environment, social live streaming service has a tremendous impact on the social behaviors of users. Despite the rapid development, there are a lack of studies to make better understand the media environment changes through social live streaming service. This study adopted an affordances approach that leads us to identify six distinctive social affordances (visibility, accessibility, information sharing, social interaction, role-taking, interactive revenue) for user engagement in social live streaming service. Specifically, this study explores the impact of social affordances on perceived flow, followed by user engagement including passive and active engagement. Empirical data analysis with 258 questionnaires suggests that social affordances affected users' flow perception, and flow has an effect on active as well as passive engagement. Contrary to the expectation in a hypothesized research model, only the impact of accessibility on flow was rejected.

Live streaming has become one of the most important communication tools for influencers to synchronously interact with viewers. It is critical to understand the effect of the reciprocal and synchronously interactive relations built between influencers and viewers, so-called trans-parasocial relations, in the context of live streaming. In this study, we investigate how trans-parasocial relations impact viewers' stickiness and purchase intention on live streaming platforms. Furthermore, we investigate fanship as a mediating factor in the relationship between trans-parasocial relations and viewers' behaviors. Overall, the results reveal significant direct and indirect effects of trans-parasocial relations on viewers' stickiness and purchase intention. Higher trans-parasocial relations further lead to stronger viewers' fanship toward influencers and increases their willingness to stay longer or make purchases on live streaming platforms. These findings further the understanding of influencer-viewer relations and viewers' behavior on live streaming platforms and provide valuable insights into influencer marketing and live streaming.

코로나 시대 실시간 라이브 스트리밍 방송과 비대면 수업이 확산되고 있음에 따라 온라인 스트리밍 수업에 대한 학문적 관심이 필요한 시점이다. 특히 이용자 측면에서 왜 온라인 스트리밍 수업을 이용하는지를 밝히는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 스트리밍 수업의 특성으로 사회적 현존감, 흥미성, 이용 편리성, 상호작용성을 제안하고, 이들 특성이 학습 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 나아가 추천의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 중국 대학생 338명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시한 결과 상호작용성, 사회적 현존감, 흥미성은 학습 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 이용 편리성의 영향력은 나타나지 않았다. 한편, 학습 만족도는 온라인 스트리밍 수업 추천의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

최근 라이브 스트리밍이 급부상함에 따라 클래식 공연예술의 시장범위 또한 변화하고 있다. 이제는 단순히 공연실황을 녹화하는 차원이 아닌 라이브 스트리밍 플랫폼에 특화된 콘텐츠가 제작되고 있으며, 라이브 스트리밍이 클래식 공연을 홍보하고 감상할 수 있는 새로운 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 클래식 라이브 스트리밍 공연의 서비스 품질 요인이 시청만족 및 나아가 현장공연 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 시청자 198명을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 그 결과, 클래식 라이브 스트리밍 공연의 서비스 품질요인 중 실시간 상호작용성을 제외한 영상콘텐츠성과 편의성, 가격성이 시청만족에 영향을 미쳤고, 시청만족은 현장공연 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 클래식 라이브 스트리밍 공연의 현장공연 홍보효과가 입증되었다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 통해 현장공연 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 효과를 검증해 실질적인 전략수립의 단초를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
