In the current conditions of world socio-economic development, the strategic support of the process of managing the development of universities has become a particularly important area. Strategic management requires reliable information and analytical support in the form of sound descriptions of strategic directions of development, assumptions, and forecasts. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and elaborate the crucial causes in the strategic management of university's development and to suggest the coherent prospects for advancements. The data analysis was performed using descriptive methods to identify the most significant causes that affect the university's strategic development; the expert assessment was used to rank the factors, ultimately to assess each factor that affects to some extent the university's strategic development; the abstract-logical method was used to ground the positive impact of computer technologies and e-learning on the strategic development of a university and to formulate proposals for its further progress. The main results provided in the given paper showed that significant and most important strategic cause of university's development lies in the field of improving the quality of education, expanding access to educational services based on computer technology and its functionality. In turn, its widespread use at all stages of the educational process allows providing a number of advancements for universities in strategic prospects.

This study was carried out to introduce current status and development strategy for an environmental restoration of stream side in Japan, and to consider a methodology which could be effectively applied for the environmental restoration of stream side in Korea. Since the end of 20th century, the native ecology and landscape of Japan remained only a limited areas such as stream side, water side and forest areas. Therefore, recently the works of forest conservation and erosion control of environmental restoration on stream side tended to increased. The strategic prospects of environmental restoration in Japan were summarized as follows : 1. From the ecological point of view, we have to develop a certain method and technology in construction of forest conservation and erosion control to prevent environmental problem from erosion control works. 2. We have to restore not only a continuity of stream side forest from a primitive area to an estuary but also the stream side forest to preserve and restore a stream side vegetation on a primitive watershed areas. 3. We have to improve a method of construction or removal of a structure which were constructed in the stream to restore a water side environment and an interaction system for an integration on a forest land, stream, and erosion control. Additionally, we have to establish an integrated evaluation method and an enforcement system after investigation of influences on natural environment, stream, and forest etc. 4. We have to conduct an integrated research to investigate the ecosystem of stream side, and construct environmentally friendly water park and erosion control park which considered natural environment and its landscape. Additionally, we need to introduce and adopt a natural style stream construction method to restore a water side areas.

Over the last several years, regarding to the strategic items, the international community has seen governments make more formal commitments to adopt and implement effective export controls to counter the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction(WMD). United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540(that is "S/RES/1540") stands as the most important of these commitments. Many UN members already have export control laws and regulations in place to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Many members also participate in a variety of formal and informal international arrangements to coordinate their export control efforts. Nonetheless, each of these countries has its own unique legal framework for export controls. This generates considerable diversity in the construction of the specific national legal authorities. Over the last few years, however, a consensus over what constitutes the key elements of effective legal authorities for export controls has begun to emerge. Evidence for this development comes in the identification of best legal authorities or principles at several multilateral conferences on export controls.

Purpose - In recent years, the bilateral political relationship between Vietnam and India was upgraded to strategic and comprehensive partnership. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to analyze current relations and prospects of the Vietnam-India trade. Research design, data and methodology - The data was mainly based on World Integrated Trade Solution (WITS) and Foreign Investment Agency of Vietnam Ministry of Planning and Investment (FIA) from 2010-2018. The relationship of the two countries has showed growth in all sectors, including trade cooperation. This paper focused on assessing the current relations of trade cooperation of the two countries and then andlyzed the prospects of trade cooperation in the next period. Result - The Indian Government's strategy shifted from "Look East" policy to "Look East" action by the end of 2015. Vietnam is a partner and a pillar of India's Look East policy (Muni, 2011). The governments of both countries should further strengthen exchanges and trade connections in order to provide cooperation opportunities for investors and businesses of the two countries. Conclusion - The paper discusses and gives an overview of the current status of the trade relations of Vietnam and India as well as lucidating the opportunities and challenges for two countries in the future.

Recently, wind power generation is an emerging industry expanding its market rapidly thanks to the increasing need to solve the scarcity of fossil fuels and the risk of potential global warming. Wind power generation has shown to be an effective response plan to global warming, showing the most price competitiveness among the renewable energy sources by its higher efficiency. Therefore wind energy has attracted considerable attention as the industrial growth drive for the next generation. Considering Korea's high dependence of overseas energy resources, the importance of wind power is growing as the most effective alternative energy source to ensure energy security as well as becoming a key strategic industry for exports. In this study, the social and economic effects of the wind power industry is discussed and the current status and the future prospects of the wind energy market is also examined.

PURPOSE: This study examined the status and prospects of telerehabilitation to identify the challenges and propose strategies for its promotion both domestically and internationally. The study also focused on the preconditions and improvements required for adopting telerehabilitation, considering technological, institutional, and socio-cultural factors. METHODS: A thorough database search was conducted. The relevant research, papers, and reports were collected, and the literature was evaluated to summarize the findings. RESULTS: Tele-rehabilitation showed promise in enhancing the healthcare service quality and accessibility. However, addressing challenges requires a comprehensive analysis of its status, global research trends, and the formulation of adoption strategies. Research in this direction is expected to improve healthcare services. CONCLUSION: Tele-rehabilitation can enhance healthcare services by overcoming geographical limitations. On the other hand, addressing challenges through analysis and strategic planning is essential for its effective adoption and advancing healthcare quality and accessibility.

Promoting energy-efficient retrofit of existing buildings to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 is critically vital and challenging. The bulk of outdated educational buildings in particular are of grave concern since they are not only have a significant negative impact on the environment but also dangerous to inhabitants'health. This study laid the groundwork for understanding the connection between occupant health and energy efficiency. This study proposes a prioritized strategic GR framework in South Korea's aging preschools. The possible prospects and levels of development in the GR plan are identified by this evaluation. Policy markers, educators, and other key stakeholders may help to create a more sustainable and healthy environment by putting the recommended framework into practice.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the case on the strategic MPR that has rapidly growing for years. And the Brand, which was at first used to be distinguished from many other products or services, is going through its gradually expanded definition, not merely for the highlight of the distinctions. This study was performed to review the literature on concept and meaning of Marketing Public Relations(MPR) which was used for IMC planning and to identify formation, development, and functional characteristics of MPR. MPR is a series of public communication act in order to gain credibility on their products and services with consumers and prospects from consumer-oriented viewpoint. The subject of the study are Colleges or Universities who try hard to work their various and strategic PR communication. The results of this research indicates that maximization of the integrated effect between marketing and public relations shall be achieved in planning MPR strategy. The meaning of this study is to verify the significance and need of the Colleges or Universities' specialized characteristics in strategic MPR activities. It is expected that this research will provide meaningful suggestions to PR and marketing practitioners.

Clients' outsourcing strategies noted in the IT outsourcing literature generate varying levels of client dependence on vendors. This study investigates clients' efforts to mitigate such dependence by utilizing multiple vendors. We use the theoretical lenses of resource dependency and opportunism to study this phenomenon. Specifically. we consider degree of outsourcing, duration of contract, and externalization of control as strategic choices that engender vulnerabilities that clients seek to offset by using multiple vendors. This study then considers the basis of the outsourcing relationships, clients' satisfaction with the relationships. and clients' IT workforce size as conditions that induce clients' concerns about vendor opportunism. This study argues that these conditions can exacerbate clients' experience of vulnerability. further encouraging clients' use of multiple vendors. The research model developed is tested in a survey of firms in South Korea. Results suggest a strong impact of outsourcing strategic choices on the number of vendors used by clients. The anticipated moderating effects of opportunism were only weakly supported by the data though. Theoretical and practical implications of the results are considered and suggestions for future research are offered.

This paper analyzes the advantages and opportunities of regional development prospects of the China (Anhui) Pilot Free Trade Zone. In addition, it provides suggestions for the future development of the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone. The establishment of the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone is a major platform for Anhui Province, China, to serve the nation's opening-up strategy to the world and an opportunity for the Anhui region to enhance the level of an open economy. The development plan points out that the Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zone 1) takes institutional innovation as the core, 2) complies with the requirements of the innovation-driven development and promotion of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration development strategy, and 3) plays a vital node role in promoting the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and 4) accelerates the construction of scientific and technological innovation sources, advanced manufacturing and strategic emerging industries. The findings of this study highlight three critical achievements as follows: 1) optimization and improvement of the business environment have progressed, 2) the conversion rate of scientific and technological innovation achievements has increased, and 3) advanced high-tech manufacturing and strategic emerging industries are clustered and developed.
