세계적으로 인간의 활동에 따른 서식지 훼손 및 기후 변화에 의해 생물다양성이 감소하고 있다. 이에 따라, 생물 다양성의 감소를 막기 위해서 국제사회는 생물다양성 협약과 같은 협력 체제를 마련하는 등의 노력을 하고 있다. 지금까지 우리나라의 생물다양성 전략 및 계획은 주로 정부의 주도하에 정책적으로 진행되었으나, 국가에 의한 생물다양성전략은 보수적이며, 실행 계획이 구체적이지 않다는 단점을 가진다. 따라서 지자체 생물자원을 관리하기 위한 방법으로 지자체 생물다양성 관리전략을 제안하였다. 지자체 생물다양성 관리전략 수립을 위한 전략계획 및 세부계획을 제시하기 위해 생물다양성 협약, '2011~2020 생물다양성 전략계획', 우리나라 생물다양성 전략 및 이행계획과 해외 지자체 생물다양성 관리전략 우수 사례를 분석하였다. 결과적으로, 각각의 사례에서 중요하게 제시하고 있는 개별 생물종의 조사 및 보호, 보전지역의 지정 및 모니터링, 통합적 생태네트워크 관리, 생물다양성 전문기관의 설립과 전문가 양성방안, 지역의 인적 네트워크와 전통지식 활성화 방안, 생물산업 육성방안의 추진전략을 도출할 수 있었다. 이러한 지자체 생물다양성 관리전략의 이행은 '2011~2020 생물다양성 전략계획'의 목표를 달성하여 생물다양성을 보전하고 증진하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

The main purpose of this article is to make a new physical therapy program for disabled students in department physical therapy. From 1963 to 2001, education schools which has department physical therapy is 34 colleges or universities, graduate students is 2,000 persons. In order to competition non-disabled students, we need a strategic plan for specialize of disabled person in physical therapy at college. Therefore our study suggest a new physical therapy program for disabled students ; that is educated and trained student intensively to be a specialized physical therapist by disability pattern in college. A sort of specialized physical therapist are in fields of orthopedic manual therapy, massage and home physical therapy.

토양 환경은 그 유한성과 다양한 기능의 가치로 인해 중요한 자원으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 많은 나라에서 토양의 질과 관련된 인자를 활용한 전략환경영향평가를 수행하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라는 아직까지도 오염도 위주의 제한된 인자만을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발기본계획에 대한 전략환경영향평가에서 토양의 복합적 특성을 고려할 수 있도록 개선하고 이를 보금자리주택 공급계획과 도시관리계획에 시범 적용하였다. 토양을 고려한 전략환경영향평가는 체크리스트 방법을 사용하여 상위계획과의 연계성, 대안 설정 분석, 입지의 타당성을 평가하였다. 평가 결과, 토양 유기물과 토양 침식 항목이 개발기본계획에서 가장 중요하게 고려해야 하는 인자로 도출되었다. 다만, 상기 두 인자에 대한 데이터베이스의 준비, 평가 비용의 증가 등을 예상할 수 있지만, 본 연구에서 개선한 전략환경영향평가 기법은 토양자원 보전에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

한국학교도서관협의회는 우리나라의 사서교사직을 대표하는 전문직 단체이다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국학교도서관협의회가 현안문제를 보다 적극적으로 해결해 나갈 수 있도록 전략계획을 수립하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교도서관의 현안문제와 조직내부의 환경을 분석한 후 전체 사업범위를 명확하게 규정하였고, 규정된 사업 중에서 전략계획이 필요한 12개 사업을 추출하였다. 추출된 사업에 대해서 회원들의 중요도를 조사하여 최종적으로 한국학교도서관협의회가 중점을 두어야할 4개의 전략사업을 선정하였다. 선정된 사업은 학교도서관진흥법의 개정, 초 중등교육법의 개정, 사서교사 고충사례 조사 및 대응, 우수 교육사례 모집 및 배포이며, 각 사업에 대해 달성목표, 집행부별 세부 목표, 추진절차 등을 포함한 전략계획을 수립하였다.

The current autonomous vehicle competitions are dominated by a few leading research institutions and universities. Since the leading research groups have been able to accumulate their knowledge and to develop their own algorithms for autonomous vehicle for many years, the technology gap seems too big for other followers to catch up with. On the other hand, recent researches predict that there would be a sharp rise in demand for engineers with background in autonomous vehicle technology. Therefore, it would be warranted to further expand the base of the academia and autonomous vehicle industry. In an effort to achieve this goal, it would be beneficial to hold a new format of autonomous vehicle competition event where undergraduate students can play a leading role. So, this study is to analyze the current autonomous vehicle competitions and thus to establish a strategic plan to develop a unique and improved competition event. This study investigates the pros and cons of the domestic and international autonomous vehicle competitions. Based on the analysis for the current autonomous vehicle competitions, the authors suggest a strategic plan to initiate an autonomous vehicle competition. To implement the aforementioned strategic plan, it is necessary to develop a systematic environment where the education and communication are actively available. Through the strategic plan the authors propose, the newly launching autonomous vehicle competition will able to encourage the undergraduate students and professors to dive in the cutting-edge technology thereby increasing technology competitiveness.

Managing of local government public service is innovation strategy of local government public service using choice and competition principle. Purpose: In this study, the detailed implementation plan for product safety evaluation and management suggested by KS A ISO 10377 to reduce the risk of harm to consumers and users is presented so that companies can strategically implement it. Methods: In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the upper elements and detailed execution plans shown in KS A 10377 are classified into hierarchies and set as a decision hierarchy. A pairwise comparison is performed to derive it. Results: Among the top factors, 'design safety (D)' was the most important factor, with 0.314. Therefore, ensuring safety in the design stage that can prevent defects in advance is the most important action plan for companies to supply safe products. Conclusion: The results of this study, it is intended to help companies and related organizations more easily understand and continuously apply KS A ISO 10377.

본 연구의 목적은 전라남도 해양수산 분야의 정책 사업들에 대한 기반기술을 호남지역 Sea Grant 사업단(이하 호남 SG)에서 확보하기 위한 연구개발 전략방안을 수립하는데 있다. 호남 SG의 목적은 과학적인 기반을 토대로 연구와 대민활동 및 교육을 전개하여 지속 가능한 호남지역 연안자원의 보존과 발전을 도모함에 있다. 전략수립을 위하여 우선, 80건의 전라남도 정책 자료와, 40건의 호남 SG 연구 자료를 입수한 후, 다섯 가지 해양수산 분야로 분류하였다. 그리고 각 분야별 자료에서 핵심단어를 발췌한 후, 핵심단어에 내포된 의미를 '실용위주', '이론위주', '미래지향', '현재지향' 등 네 가지 척도를 갖는 4분법적 의미 분할 방법을 적용하여 평가하였다. 그리고 평가결과를 기반으로 전략방안을 제안하고, 제안한 전략방안의 현장적용에 관해서 검토하였다.
