The purpose of this study was to investigate SCM performance of textile fashion business in a competitive market environment. For the methodology of this study, the questionnaire was developed based upon the literature. 230 questionnaires were distributed to the experts who operate SCM in textile fashion firms. The returned usable 149 were analyzed by SPSS10.0 with multiple regression analysis and Cronbach's Alpha for internal consistency and reliability. The results of this study were as follows: The SCM performance of the textile fashion firms was affected by information system, business environment, and partnership in a descending order. Analyzing on the business environment, CEOs' concern about incorporating SCM and the degree of assistance from government and textile fashion federation impacted the performance of SCM in a descending order. For information system, standardized computerization, information sharing, and computerization with infrastructure on intra/inter business impacted the SCM performance of the firms in a descending order. For partnership, strategic alliance, openness about corporate culture, and credibility of partnership impacted the SCM performance of the firms in a descending order.

스마트카 산업은 급속한 ICT기술의 발전과 함께 커넥티드카, 인포테인먼트, 텔레매틱스, 자율주행차, 무인자동차, 전기자동차의 상용화 추세와 함께 미래 자동차 산업의 판도를 결정할 주요한 변수로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트카 시장의 방향을 결정할 플랫폼공급자와 완성차업체의 주도권경쟁 및 전략적 포지셔닝을 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 스마트카 기술을 주도하고 있는 플랫폼업체에 비해 완성차업체는 규모의 경제, 산업 인프라 및 글로벌 생산 네트워크와 같은 높은 산업구조적 진입장벽과 헤드섹터 정보의 보유와 같은 기술적 진입장벽에도 불구하고 ICT기술면에서의 혁신적 변화가 뒷받침 되지 않을 경우, 맵핑기술과 사용자정보 접근성, 빅데이터 활용능력, 사용자 인터페이스 경험 등 스마트카 관련 영역에서 우위에 있는 플랫폼업체들에게로 주도권이 이전될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 예상의 근거는 보다 중요해지고 있는 소프트웨어 및 플랫폼의 가치와 전기차의 상용화로 증명된 자동차구조의 간편화에 기반하고 있다. 본 연구는 기능 및 안전 적용방안이나 업체별 기술력에 대한 분석에 초점이 맞춰져 있던 기존 스마트카 관련 연구에서 한걸음 나아가 기술제휴 동향 및 플랫폼업체의 전략적 접근성 관점에서 향후 스마트카 시장의 경쟁구도를 완성차업체와 비교 연구하고 시사점을 제시한 측면에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 부동산 분양 및 개발 사업의 성패에 큰 영향을 미치는 부동산 마케팅 전략의 영향요인을 구축하고, 유형별 만족도의 영향요인을 PLS 회귀분석을 통해 도출하고자 한다. 자료 구축은 부동산 분양 및 개발 사업을 전문으로 하는 집단을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 부동산 유형 분류는 사업적 분류방식에 의해 주거용(residential)과 비주거용(nonresidential)으로 구분한다. 분석결과 주거유형의 경우 브랜드 신뢰, 제휴 및 협력관계 강화, 교통환경, 분양 조건 완화, 사업설명회, 미분양 특전, 납부 조건 완화 요인이 중요하게 도출되었으며, 비주거유형의 경우 납부 조건 완화, 고객지향성, 생활환경, 제휴 및 협력관계 강화, 커뮤니케이션 요인이 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 도출되었다.

Paperless trade is a new trade paradigm that has innovated on traditional trade procedures, which relied on manual work in the past, and applied an IT-based e-document standard. To realize paperless trade in Korea, a lot of efforts have been made. Korea has overcome many difficulties, a lack of awareness, trials and errors, etc. at the initial introduction stage and strived to establish a stable infrastructure through the government's policy support and active cooperation with the trade business communities and related organizations. Now, Korea became a well-known leader in IT industry, especially in the paperless trade infrastructure and strategic policies. The one-stop trading system named 'uTradeHub' is operated by a paperless trade service provider, Korea Trade Network(KTNET). uTradeHub includes trade finance and settlement, customs clearance and export and import logistics, improving trading procedures and reducing related expenses. Private-Public joint efforts from Korean government and private sectors which have respectively fulfilled their role and function with market-oriented practical policies and strategies has lead Korea a world leading country in paperless trade. Moreover, Korea expended its efforts to the global areas. Korea has started to activate multi-national paperless trade alliances such as PAA(Pan-Asia e-Commerce Alliance), ASEAL(Asia Europe Alliance for Paperless Trading) as well as established the bilateral cooperative networks with China and Taiwan. The one-stop trading system, uTradeHub should keep close cooperations between nations since trade itself is implemented in a cross-border ways. In the near future, it is expected uTradeHub can achieve best results in the simplification of procedures and cost savings when an international linkage is completely established with international cooperations.

본 연구는 국내 신용카드 시장에서 관찰되는 양면시장적 성격에 대해 고찰한다. 우선 기존 연구들을 참조하여 양면시장이 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 요건과 성격을 여섯 가지로 요약한 후 카드시장에서 이러한 특성들이 실제로 나타나는지에 대해 논의하였다. 다음으로 성숙한 국내 카드시장의 특성을 고려, 기존 연구에서 논의하는 일반적인 양면성 외에 추가적으로 발생할 수 있는 양면시장적 특성을 카드사들의 전략적 마케팅 제휴와 관련하여 제시하였다. 즉, 전략적 제휴에 의해 발생하는 제휴카드 회원그룹과 제휴카드 가맹점 그룹 간의 추가적인 양면성의 존재 가능성을 제시하고, 일반적인 양면시장의 특성이 이들 그룹 사이에도 나타날 수 있는지를 고찰하였다. 또한 이러한 추가적인 양면성을 실증적으로 측정하기 위한 두 개의 모형을 제시하고 각각의 측정방법에 대한 대안도 서술하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 국내 카드시장과 같이 성숙한 양면시장에서는 기존 연구에서 다루는 일반적인 양면성 이외에 추가적인 양면성이 존재할 수 있다는 새로운 관점을 제공한다.

최근 ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)에 대한 관심이 고조되는 가운데 기업경영의 방향성이 주주의 이익 극대화에서 관련한 다양한 이해관계자들의 이익 극대화로 변화하고 있다. ESG 경영은 기업의 공급망 관리 분야에도 다양한 영향을 주고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 ESG 경영관점에서 공급망 관리 분야의 이슈들과 과제들에 대해서 탐색하는 것이다. 국내 기사자료 3226편을 대상으로 네트워크 텍스트 분석과 토픽모델링 분석을 시행한 결과, '협력사', '지속가능', '동반성장' '탄소중립', '안전보건', 'Responsible Business Alliance', '공급망 실사법' 등이 주요 이슈인 것으로 파악하였다. 공급망에서의 ESG 노력은 개별기업의 노력만으로 이루어지는 것이 아니기 때문에 향후 연구에서는 복잡한 다계층 공급망에서 ESG 경영 전파를 하는데 어떠한 어려움과 이슈들이 있으며 이를 극복하기 위한 전략들은 무엇들이 있는지 분석할 필요가 있음을 본 연구를 통해 확인하였다.

고도화 및 가시화되고 있는 북한의 '잠수함발사탄도미사일(SLBM: Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile)'위협에 대응하기 위한 효과적인 전략수단으로써 핵추진잠수함의 필요성에 대한 국민적 관심이 고조되고 있다. 핵추진잠수함의 전략적 가치에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있는 가운데, 주변국과의 갈등과 국제사회의 비핵화 규범의 미 준수 논란 등 핵추진잠수함 확보과정에서 야기될 수 있는 대·내외의 정치·외교적 파장에 대한 우려의 목소리 또한 높아지고 있다. 그러나, 핵추진잠수함의 필요성 및 확보와 관련한 지금까지의 대부분의 논의들은 한국의 '내부적 논의(Just our own scenario)'에 그치는 한계를 보이고 있다. 전략무기체계로써의 상징성과 그에 따르는 대외적 민감성을 고려 시 일방적이고 독자적인 핵추진잠수함 확보노력은 과정상의 시행착오와 불확실성을 더욱 가중시켜 정책적 실패로 귀결될 수 있는 위험성을 내포하고 있다. 특히, 한반도 평화와 아태지역의 안전보장이라는 공동의 전략적 목표를 공유하고 있는 동맹국인 미국의 공감대와 지지가 뒷받침되지 않은 독자적인 핵추진잠수함 확보노력은 큰 난항이 예상되며 자칫 서로간의 '전략적 신뢰(Strategic Trust)'를 무너뜨려 '한미동맹의 결속력(Alliance Cohesion)'을 약화시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 미국의 동의와 지지에 기반한 핵추진잠수함 확보를 위해서는 한국의 핵추진잠수함 확보가 동맹의 전략목표 및 미국의 전략적 이해관계에 미칠 수 있는 긍정적, 부정적 효과에 대한 충분한 검토와 논의가 선행되어야 한다. 한미동맹의 공동의 전략목표와 미국의 전략적 이익에 상충하는 한국의 핵추진잠수함 확보시도는 성공 가능성이 낮기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 현실화되고 있는 북한의 핵위협에 대응하고 지역안전보장에 기여할 수 있는 미국과의 연합방위력 증강차원에서의 한국의 핵추진잠수함의 전략적 효용성을 분석하였다. 더불어, 한국의 핵추진잠수함 확보과정에서 야기될 수 있는 대·내외의 기술적, 정치·외교적 사안들을 살펴본 후 한미동맹 차원에서의 정책적 해결방안을 제시하였다. 연구목적을 위해 유사한 역사적 사례연구를 통해 교훈을 도출하였으며, 미국 오바마 1기 행정부에서 미국의 아태지역 및 대북정책을 주도한 전 미국 국무부부장관 제임스 스타인버그(James Steinberg) 및 여러 미국 내 한반도 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하였다. 본 연구가 한국의 핵잠수함 확보를 위한 한미간 발전적 논의의 시발점이 되기를 기대한다.

This thesis is to make an appropriate national defense policy of Republic of Korea through studying the Hegemony Strategy of United States. I searched the theory of hegemony. The hegemony was differently defined by the point of time and region. The strong power nations with the hegemony have been making efforts to maintain their hegemony everytime. I have conclusion that the presence of hegemony once emerged, it brought regional stability in place whether it is coercive or beneficial. The stability and instability of international order IS not exclusively dependent on hegemony. Even if the safety of hegemony cannot guarantee absolute stability of international order, there IS on doubt that the hegemony has enormous impact on that. According to the hegemonic theory, the history of mankind equals to the history of rising and falling hegemony. The international order was changed as the hegemony changes. The United States has been making efforts to maintain her global hegemony during the post cold-war era as well. Taking all these into consideration, relevant military strategy direction able to pursue national interest is that to make up for the relative weakness in the strategic environment. South Korea have to prepare security policy response as following. First, South Korea should build the military force equipped with advanced weapons in military technology sector and solidify military diplomatic relation able to form cooperative relation in wartime. Second, South Korea should make solid Alliance of Korea and U.S. Third, develop and maintain multilateral security cooperation of East Asia. Forth, we could realize that there are means that can neutralize opponent's strong point by seeking one or two and more asymmetry in the aspect of strategy, tactics, and means through asymmetric strategy. Than the military force of South Korea should develop into a force that is able to overcome to the traditional North Korea's threat and new type of conflicts. And the force should have sufficient strength and be deployed to effectively defend the Korean Peninsula. So, we need to establish a denial and defense system against any hostile neighboring country. Therefore, ROK military forces preparing for the future should try to construct a future military power to gradually establish enough strength for self-defense to prepare for a uncertain security environment and when the Korean Peninsula is unified in a future.

본 연구는 중소벤처기업의 SCM(공급사슬관리)역량과 프로세스 개선이 운영성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 중소벤처제조기업 179개사를 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과를 보면 중소벤처기업의 SCM역량이 프로세스 개선과 운영성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳐 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 또한, 중소벤처기업의 SCM역량이 운영성과에 미치는 영향에서 프로세스개선의 매개효과 또한 유의적인 영향을 미쳐 가설4도 채택되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 중소벤처기업의 SCM역량으로서의 전략적 제휴, 기술개발, 역량집중화 요인과 프로세스 개선 요인으로서의 착수 준비, 상세 계획, 실행 관리 요인이 운영성과 요인으로서의 품질성과, 원가절감, 수익증가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 실증해 주었다. 이는 중소벤처기업에서의 SCM을 도입하여 역량을 극대화시켜 프로세스를 보다 개선시키고 성과를 높이기 위해 중소벤처기업에 적합한 전략적 제휴와 기술 개발과 동시 역량집중화를 위한 선별적 투입전략이 요구됨을 의미한다. 따라서 이의 조기 적용과 정착을 위해 중소벤처기업 자체 내 업무 프로세스의 착수준비, 상세계획을 기획하여 뚜렷한 전사적 목표 관리하에 공동 실행에 옮김으로서 이들 속성에 비례한 엄격한 관리와 실행이 이어질 때 기대성과 또한 극대화 될 수 있음을 시사해준 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

말레이시아 사바주(Sabah)의 12대(2008)와 13대(2013) 총선의 결과는 독립 이후 말레이시아에서 여당 연합을 형성해 온 국민전선(Barisan Nasional: BN)은 서서히 사바주의 정치에서 지배력이 이전과 다름을 보여주는 의미있는 결과를 보여준다. 12대 총선 이후 사바주는 국민전선의 정치적 텃밭에서 서서히 정치적 영향력(특히 주의회 선거)이 약해됨을 보여준다. 비록 13대 총선에서 국민전선(BN)이 겉으로는 사바주의 연방의회 의원 의석을 가져가는 등 정치적 텃밭으로 보여주지만, 이전에 비해 득표력이 떨어졌음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 사바주의 13대 총선 결과는 사바주를 여당 연합인 국민전선(BN)의 텃밭(fixed-deposit state)로 부를 수 있는지를 말레이 총선 결과를 토대로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 중심으로 하여 말레이시아의 12대와 13대 총선 결과를 토대로 하여 이전의 총선의 결과와 비교하여 정치적인 변화와 함께 사바주의 사회문화적 종교적 환경을 바탕으로 한 변화의 조짐을 분석하였다.
