$CO_2$-EOR (Carbon Dioxide-Enhanced Oil Recovery), one of the enhanced oil recovery methods, helps to not only enhance the production of oil, but also store carbon dioxide in underground. However, if micro fractures occur when during the injection of $CO_2$, it is difficult to make permanent storage of $CO_2$ in reservoir and can cause contamination of groundwater and soil. Therefore, in this study, we performed microseismic monitoring to investigate the occurrence of fractures during the $CO_2$ injection at the Meruap oil reservoir, Indonesia. To pick the first arrivals of microseismic events, Improved MER (Modified Energy Ratio) method was used. After picking the first arrivals, hodogram analysis was carried out by using the data recorded at three component geophones to calculate the back azimuth of events. Finally, locations of microseismic events were decided by using the results of first arrival picking and hodogram analysis. Estimated locations showed that all microseismic events were occurred at surface and any fracture did not occur around the reservoir. Moreover, by analyzing noise characteristic, we confirmed that almost of picked first arrivals were due to the repetitive mechanical noise.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results of arthroscopic meniscal repair according to joint stability. Materials and Methods : Twenty cases were reviewed, which had underwent arthroscopic meniscal repair. The mean age was 32.3 years old. The mean follow-up period was 59.7 months. Menisci that had underwent complete repair of associated ligament injuries (8cases, Sa) and menisci that had no associated ligament injury (9 cases, Sb) were classified as stable group (S), and the others (3 cases) as unstable group (U). Also stable group was divided into acute and chronic group. The result was evaluated with Lysholm score and IKDC method. The statistical analysis was done using Wilcoxon rank sum test and Fisher's exact test (p<0.05). Results : Group Sa had $87.5\%$ satisfactory and Lysholm score was 90.9. Group U had $66.7\%$ satisfactory, and Lysholm score was 77.7. Group Sb had $89.9\%$, satisfactory and Lysholm store was 91.4. In acute group $91.7\%$ was satisfactory, Lysholm score 92.5, in chronic group $80\%$ was satisfactory, Lysholm score 88.6. Conclusion : Joint stability was important factor for the outcome of meniscal repairs. So, it is desirable to repair meniscus injury early and the repair of associated ligament injuries should be performed together.

The goal of this paper is to propose a new way to register CDA documents in CDR (Clinical Document Repository) that is proposed by the author earlier. One of the methods is to use a manifest archiving for seamless references and visualization of CDA related files. Another method is to enhance the CDA security level for supporting pseudonymization of CDA. The former is a useful method to support the bundled registration of CDA related files as a set. And it also can provide a seamless presentation view to end-users, once downloaded, without each HTTP connection. The latter is a new method of CDA registration which can supports a do-identification of a patient. Usually, CDA header can be used for containing patient identification information, and CDA body can be used for diagnosis or treatment data. So, if we detach each other, we can get good advantages for privacy protection. Because even if someone succeeded to get separated CDA body, he/she never knows whose clinical data that is. The other way, even if someone succeeded to get separated CDA header; he/she doesn't know what kind of treatment has been done. This is the way to achieve protecting privacy by disconnecting association of relative information and reducing possibility of leaking private information. In order to achieve this goal, the method we propose is to separate CDA into two parts and to store them in different repositories.
Although various methods have been proposed and utilized for video reality improvement, use of olfaction still remains at a rudimentary stage. Previous research reported reality improvement effect of some scents when a video displayed specific objects whose odors matched to the scents provided. In addition, another study showed that provision of scents that correspond to the prevailing color of a video improves sense of immersion. However, the above studies have clear limitations because not all videos have specific odor or obvious color. Assuming, in this study, that sensibility-based scent provision in the absence of main odor or color will increase sense of reality, the present study aimed at building adjective profiles of various scents that convey different sensibilities. To this end, in Experiments 1 and 2, we collected a set of adjectives appropriate for description of scents, and in Experiment 3, we built profiles of 16 scents using 30 adjectives. In addition, we grouped scents of similar sensibilities using cluster analysis. These results could be used not only for video reality improvement but also for the purposes of emphasizing product concepts or store positioning, etc.
In this study, we investigated the names and various types of "kwa-jung" along with their recipes and ingredients occurring in Korean cookbooks published before the 17th century. The kwa-jungs were classified into 7 groups including Yoomilkwa, Yookwa, Dasik, Junkwa, Kwapyun, Yutganjung and Dang. A total of 72 kinds of kwa-jung were found. 26 kinds of Yoomilkwa, 18 kinds of Yookwa, 7 kinds of Dasik, 10 kinds of Junkwa, 1 kind of Kwapyun, 3 kinds of Yutganjung and 8 kinds of Dang. Among the types of Yoomilkwa, Yackwa was recognized as the best food according to the references. Also the cooking methods for items had a tendency to become simpler as society became modernized. Original and rare Ingredients were often substituted with other items that could be found more easily where people lived As recorded, the Yookwa group included kangyung, sanja, and bingsakwa. And as society became modernized, people tended to buy Yookwa in the store rather than making it at home due to its complicated and often difficult cooking process. The Dasik items were a kneaded mixture of flour, or the flour of chestnuts, with honey. These were formed into various patterns like birds, animals, butterflies, tree leaves and flowers, or as ki-wha by using printing cooking utensils Honey was used as a sweetener and as a combining material. The Junkwa consisted of roots or fruits that could be easily obtained these cooked or raw foodstuffs were then mixed with sugar and simmered. The Kwapyun used sour fruit juices as a main ingredient. These were then combined with sugar and simmered and allowed to harden. Then they were cut into square shapes after cooling. Yutkangjung was a mixture of yut, chochung, honey or syrup and pine nuts. which was combined over low heat. After mixing and stirring it was cut into square shapes. Finally, the Yut was typically cooked with grains and powdered malt and stirred until thickened.

The extreme 2017 spring drought affected a large portion of South Korea in the Southern Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheongnam-do districts. This drought event was one of the climatologically driest spring seasons over the 1961-2016 period of record. It was characterized by exceptionally low reservoir water levels, with the average water level being 36% lower over most of western South Korea. In this study, we consider drought response methods to alleviate the shortage of agricultural water in times of drought. It could be to store water from a stream into a reservoir. There is a cyclical method for reusing water supplied from a reservoir into streams through drainage. We intended to present a decision-making plan for water supply based on the calculation of the quantity of water supply and leakage. We compared the rainfall-runoff equation with the TANK model, which is a long-term run-off model. Estimations of reservoir inflow during non-irrigation seasons applied to the Madun, Daesa, and Pungjeon reservoirs. We applied the run-off flow to the last 30 years of rainfall data to estimate reservoir storage. We calculated the available water in the river during the non-irrigation season. The daily average inflow from 2003 to 2018 was calculated from October to April. Simulation results show that an average of 67,000 tons of water is obtained during the non-irrigation season. The report shows that about 53,000 tons of water are available except during the winter season from December to February. The Madun Reservoir began in early October with a 10 percent storage rate. In the starting ratio, a simulated rate of 4 K, 6 K, and 8 K tons is predicted to be 44%, 50%, and 60%. We can estimate the amount of water needed and the timing of water pump operations during the non-irrigation season that focuses on fresh water reservoirs and improve decision making for efficient water supplies.

Flavonoids have an ability to suppress various ion channels. We determined whether one of flavonoids, cyanidin-3-glucoside, affects adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP)-induced calcium signaling using digital imaging methods for intracellular free $Ca^{2+}$ concentration ([$Ca^{2+}$]i), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mitochondrial membrane potential in PC12 cells. Treatment with ATP ($100{\mu}M$) for 90 sec induced [$Ca^{2+}$]i increases in PC12 cells. Pretreatment with cyanidin-3-glucoside ($1{\mu}g/ml$ to $100{\mu}g/ml$) for 30 min inhibited the ATP-induced [$Ca^{2+}$]i increases in a concentration-dependent manner ($IC_{50}=15.3{\mu}g/ml$). Pretreatment with cyanidin-3-glucoside ($15{\mu}g/ml$) for 30 min significantly inhibited the ATP-induced [$Ca^{2+}$]i responses following removal of extracellular $Ca^{2+}$ or depletion of intracellular [$Ca^{2+}$]i stores. Cyanidin-3-glucoside also significantly inhibited the relatively specific P2X2 receptor agonist 2-MeSATP-induced [$Ca^{2+}$]i responses. Cyanidin-3-glucoside significantly inhibited the thapsigargin or ATP-induced store-operated calcium entry. Cyanidin-3-glucoside significantly inhibited the ATP-induced [$Ca^{2+}$]i responses in the presence of nimodipine and ${\omega}$-conotoxin. Cyanidin-3-glucoside also significantly inhibited KCl (50 mM)-induced [$Ca^{2+}$]i increases. Cyanidin-3-glucoside significantly inhibited ATP-induced mitochondrial depolarization. The intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ chelator BAPTA-AM or the mitochondrial $Ca^{2+}$ uniporter inhibitor RU360 blocked the ATP-induced mitochondrial depolarization in the presence of cyanidin-3-glucoside. Cyanidin-3-glucoside blocked ATP-induced formation of ROS. BAPTA-AM further decreased the formation of ROS in the presence of cyanidin-3-glucoside. All these results suggest that cyanidin-3-glucoside inhibits ATP-induced calcium signaling in PC12 cells by inhibiting multiple pathways which are the influx of extracellular $Ca^{2+}$ through the nimodipine and ${\omega}$-conotoxin-sensitive and -insensitive pathways and the release of $Ca^{2+}$ from intracellular stores. In addition, cyanidin-3-glucoside inhibits ATP-induced formation of ROS by inhibiting $Ca^{2+}$-induced mitochondrial depolarization.
This study conducted surveys on perception and utilization of Korean soybean paste targeting 493 women from their 20s to 60s residing in Daegu. Most subjects married (75.3%), were part of a nuclear family (84.8%), had more than a high school diploma (95.8%), had a career (47.9%), lived in an apartment (68.4%), had a total household income of 5 million won or more (38.1%), and had monthly food expenses more than 0.5 million won and less than 1 million won (42.2%). Regarding perception, 'rich nutrition' was the most commonly held perception in subjects in their 60s (4.4), followed by 'good taste' in subjects in their 40s (4.3). Regarding reasons for consumption 'healthy' was highest in subjects in their 60s (47.3%) and 40s (45.6%) and 'delicious' in subjects in their 20s (56.1%). Regarding how to make it, subjects in their 60s responded 'know for sure' (57.1%), while only 2% of 20s responded the same. Subjects in their 50s and 60s had a higher ratio of answering 'know' while 20s and 30s 'don't know', For preparation methods, subjects in their 20s (53.1%) and 30s (41.4%) answered 'buy at the market', subjects in their 40s (68.9%) 'get from family or relatives' and subjects in their 60s (47.3%) 'make by one's own'. For preservation method, subjects in their 20s and 30s answered 'preserve in refrigerator', the 60s tend to answer 'preserve in jangdokdae'. Buying at the market was most common in subjects in their 20s (36.1%) and 30s (28.5%) and the reason was 'convenient' (39.6%). The place of purchase was 'in large supermarket or department store' (78.5%). For the future consumption pattern, 'increase in consumption of commercialized product (44.0%)', subjects in their 60s answered 'keep making at home' while subjects in their 30s and 40s answered 'keep making at home or buying product half and half'. According to the above study results, women living in Daegu region were aware of excellence of traditional soybean paste. However, due to changes in residential circumstance and lack of knowledge about the recipe, they did not make. They receive soybean paste t from family, relatives or bought in the market, which indicates the continuous decrease in home-made soybean paste. Therefore, due to the expanding social participation of women, the product market is expected to increase. I think it is important to develop traditional commercial soybean paste in the traditional way to improve the traditional flavors.

Realistic training contents utilizing intensive immersion of virtual reality are being used in various fields such as industry, education, and medical care. High-risk, high-cost education training, in particular, is difficult to conduct in reality, but it can be applied with the latest virtual reality technology that enhances educational effectiveness by efficiently and safely experiencing it in an environment similar to reality. This study introduces a management system that systematically manages realistic virtual training contents and visualizes training results in schematic pictures based on defined evaluation elements. The management system can store the information generated from the content in the database and manage the training records of each trainee in a practical way. In addition, a content-based scenario can be created in multiple scenarios by setting training goals, number of participants, and methods for applying evaluation elements. This paper describes the management system's production method and the results based on the virtual reality training content as an application example.
For effective analyses in various business applications, OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing) systems represent the multidimensional data as the horizontal format of tables whose columns are corresponding to values of dimension attributes. Because the traditional RDBMSs have the limitation on the maximum number of attributes in table columns(MS SQLServer and Oracle permit each table to have up to 1,024 columns), horizontal tables cannot be directly stored into relational database systems. In this paper, we propose various efficient optimization strategies in transforming horizontal queries to equivalent vertical queries. To achieve this goral, we first store a horizontal table using an equivalent vertical table, and then develop various query transformation rules for horizontal table queries using the PIVOT operator. In particular, we propose various alternative query transformation rules for the basic relational operators, selection, projection, and join. Here, we note that the transformed queries can be executed in several ways, and their execution times will differ from each other. Thus, we propose various optimization strategies that transform the horizontal queries to the equivalent vertical queries when using the PIVOT operator. Finally, we evaluate these methods through extensive experiments and identify the optimal transformation strategy when using the PIVOT operator.
