기하 보정 및 강체 정합을 통한 4-조각 전립선 병리 영상의 자동 스티칭 (Automatic Stitching of the Prostate in 4-section Pathology Image using Geometric Correction and Rigid Registration)

  • 본 논문에서는 4-조각 전립선 병리조직 영상을 기하 보정 및 강체 정합하여 자동 스티칭하는 방법을 제안한다. 4-조각 병리영상에 대하여 총 3번의 스티칭을 수행하는데, 좌, 우 조각영상의 상, 하 영상 간 스티칭을 각각 수행 한 후 좌, 우 조각 영상 간 스티칭을 수행한다. 강체 정합 전 병리 조각의 코너를 이용해 x-축, y-축 방향의 위치보정과 회전보정을 수행하는 기하보정 단계를 거침으로서 지역적 최적해로의 수렴을 방지하며, 강체 정합의 정확성을 높인다. 병리영상은 전체적으로 밝기값이 유사하므로 밝기값이 아닌 외곽선 정보를 이용하여 조각 영상간의 거리를 최소화시켜 강체 정합한다. 실험 결과, 4-조각 전립선 병리조직 영상이 지역적 최적해에 수렴하지 않고, 조각 영상 간 거리를 최소화 하며, 하나로 스티칭 됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 제안 방법의 총 수행 시간은 평균 10.32초로 측정되었다. 본 논문의 제안 방법은 4조각으로 나뉜 전립선 병리조직 영상을 하나로 스티칭 함으로서 해당 조직의 전체 구조 파악 및 조직 내에서의 암의 위치 파악에 사용 될 수 있으며 이를 통한 전립선암의 확진에도 사용 될 수 있다.

한국(韓國)패션에 나타난 미의식(美意識) (A Study on Aesthetic Beauty Consciousness of Contemporary Fashion in Korea)

  • This thesis is a reflection of Korean aestheticism and how it has evolved and influenced Korean contemporary fashion throughout the last century. Up to the current, there have been five notable trends of fashion that have been influenced from and have reflected the qualities emblematic of various periods in Korean history. They can be characterized as the era of Missionary fashion, Uniform fashion, Salon fashion, Brand Name Fashion, and finally, fashion from the current era of diversification. The specific characteristics of each fashion era have been analized and illustrated in a comprehensive table. Design characteristics of Korean contemporary fashion are as follows : 1. A point of emphasis is given to facial feature, unconstructive design and ample silhouette and A silhouette, two-piece and pants. Korean style wrap skirt, a smooth curve and layered style. 2. Effect of flatness from material; as methods of quilting, reinforced dual stitching(Kaeki), patchwork, embroidery and goldfoil thread extra, it is turned up that texture of cloth stuff and effects of flatness. 3. Simple color combinations give effects in two different directions For instance, white and a variety of vivid colors, a dull color and bright colors, black, blue. 4. Over-design, diffusion of fashion. Based on the design characteristics described above, the essence of Korea's beauty consciousness can be captured and summarized through the following points: 1. Emotionalism and non-characterism: traditional and simple natural beauty and modernized natural beauty. 2. From authoritism to non-authoritism: traditional and formal personal beauty and casual characteristic beauty. 3. Polaris (antithesis) phenomenon: chastic beauty and ostentatious beauty, simplicity and lavishness, conformity of fashion and originality. Although the beauty consciousness of Korean contemporary fashion is changing from traditional passive metaphor to aesthetic expressionism for the new generation, after all the basic foundation or root of the spiritual beauty of idealism is usually recognized by focusing on the face.

비디오 프레임 영상을 이용한 자유 입체 모자이크 영상 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on Generation of Free Stereo Mosaic Image Using Video Sequences)

  • 3차원 정보를 추출하기 위해서는 중복된 영역에 대하여 서로 다른 시야각을 가지고 있는 입체 영상이 존재하여야 하며, 비디오 프레임 영상에 있어서 입체 모자이크 영상은 연속적인 프레임 영상에서 좌우 슬라이스 영상을 추출하여 모자이킹 함으로써 제작할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 항공기에 탑재한 비디오카메라로 촬영한 영상의 활용성을 극대화하기 위하여 3차원 정보 추출이 가능한 입체 모자이크 영상을 제작하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 모자이크 영상을 제작하기 위해서는 인접한 비디오 프레임 영상간의 위치관계를 규명하기 위한 이동변수가 결정되어져야 하므로, 본 연구에서는 자유 모자이크 방법으로 GPS/INS 데이터 없이 인접한 프레임 영상간의 상호표정요소를 이용한 방법을 사용하였다. 이동변수를 결정 한 후, 영상등록, 영상 슬라이싱, 접합선 추출 및 3D 모자이킹 과정을 거쳐 최종적인 입체 모자이크 영상을 제작하였다. 본 연구의 결과로써 제작된 자유 입체 모자이크 영상과 그 적용 가능성을 분석하기 위하여 종시차와 횡시차를 분석하여 나타내었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 카메라 영상으로 획득학기 어려운 화재나 살인 등의 뉴스 사건을 시청자들에게 효과적으로 전달하기 위해서 다수의 가상캐릭터가 등장하는 애니메이션을 신속하고 편리하게 제작할 수 있는 사건재연 시스템의 개발 기법을 소개한다. 본 시스템은 미리 구축된 다양한 동작 및 모델 라이브러리를 이용함으로써, 고가의 동작포착 장비와 연기자가 없어도 다수의 가상캐릭터 애니메이션을 신속하게 제어할 수 있다. 가상캐릭터의 움직임은 사용자가 정의한 경로에 따라 이동되며, 동작 사이의 자연스런 연결 기능이 제공되어진다. 또한 가상캐릭터와 가상환경의 상호작용을 보다 정확하게 제어하기 위해서 특정한 프레임에서의 가상캐릭터의 자세를 쉽게 조절할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 본 시스템은 사용자 편의를 위해서 대화형 또는 스크립트 기반(MEL: Maya Embedded Language)의 인터페이스 모두가 지원되어지며, 3차원 그래픽 소프트웨어인 Maya의 플러그인(Plug-in) 소프트웨어 형태로 개발디어졌으므로 Maya의 고성능 그래픽 기능의 활용이 가능하다.

업사이클 데님 패션의 특성 및 디자인 개발 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics and Design Development of Upcycled Denim Fashion)

  • This research focuses on the development of upcycled denim fashion designs, whichis a more specific category within general upcycled fashion design. Characteristics of upcycled fashion design, which has been identified previously by researchers, include the following traits: environmentality, uniqueness, aesthetic appeal, availability, convertibility, and deconstructivity. The expression principles include recycling, substitution, recombination, and reduction. The result of the analysis of the denim fashion design characteristics, which is based on the theoretical analysis, has found. The external expression pattern consists of the deconstruction and reconstitution of materials, the avant-garde style and convertibility, the ability to mix and match materials and techniques, the production of zero waste, and the use of layering. The expression techniques used included decomposition, depaysement, weaving, cut-off, collage, assemblage, overlapping, connecting, attaching, and stitching. The inner meanings were identified as economicality through recycling, convertibility through rearranging, and the rarity and value of hand-made products. The result of the research applying the identified characteristics are as follows. First, developing and creating designs using modified denim and sub-materials with various expression patterns and techniques could provide completely new images unlike existing denim products. Second, modifying the details while maintaining the basic format of denim clothing could provide unique and new possibilities for upcycled denim fashion design. Third, environment-friendly models with creative designs were developed by recycling used denim materials. This reduced waste and energy while maximizing the use of resources. This study expects contribute to upcycled fashion design research by recognizing the unique characteristics and value of denim material.

텍스타일 스트럭처 원리와 연계된 3D 프린팅 개발 유형 분석 (Analysis of the Type of 3D Printing Development Linked with the Textile Structure Principle)

  • 3D printing technology, which is expected to play a leading role within the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is becoming distinguished not only in the space, automotive, medical and engineering industries, but also in the area of design. The fashion and textile structures created by 3D printing technology were classified into three types - basic structure, unified structure, and a new physical structure. When traditional weaving, knitting, and stitching was reinterpreted through 3D printing, there were apparent limitations in reproducing the characteristics of fabric structures due to differences in the materials and structures of traditional textiles. New physical structures are being developed to break away from merely reproducing traditional textile structures, and to bring out the characteristics of 3D printing technology. As examples of new physical structures, there are the kinematics structure which utilizes the hinge method, mesostructure cellular material, and the N12 disk structure. Such techniques potentially open a new paradigm of fashion and textile structures. Some innovative aspects of 3D printing technology may result in changes in the methods of collaboration, manufacturing, and distribution. Designers are receiving help from specialists of various backgrounds to merge 3D printing technology to create original works. Also, 3D printing not only makes personalized custom designs available, but shortens the distribution channels, foretelling a change within the fashion and textile industry.

비디오 프레임 영상의 자유 입체 모자이크 영상 제작을 위한 부등각 모델 연구 (Affine Model for Generating Stereo Mosaic Image from Video Frames)

  • 최근 항공 비디오 영상을 이용한 고해상도 모자이크 영상제작에 대한 연구가 큰 관심사로 대두되고 있다. 그 중, 본 논문에서는 입체 모자이크 영상 제작에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 입체 모자이크 영상은 연속된 비디오 프레임 영상에서 각기 다른 촬영 각도를 가지고 있는 전방과 후방 슬라이스 영상을 추출한 후, 각각을 모자이킹하여 좌우모자이크 영상을 생성함으로써 제작되어진다. 입체 모자이크 영상을 제작하기 위해서는 프레임 영상간의 기하학적 관계를 규명할 수 있는 이동변수(motion parameters)가 결정되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 이동변수 중, 상대적인 이동변수를 규명할 수 있는 부등각 모델을 적용하였다. 이러한 상대적인 이동변수를 사용하여 모자이크 영상을 제작하는 방법을 자유 모자이크라고 한다. 자유 모자이크 과정은 결정된 이동변수를 이용하여 첫 번째 프레임 영상을 기준으로 영상등록을 수행한 후, 전방 및 후방 슬라이스 영상 추출, 접합선 추출, 영상 모자이킹 과정을 거쳐 수행된다. 본 연구의 결과로 좌우 모자이크 영상과 이를 이용한 여색입체 모자이크 영상을 나타내었으며, 정확도 분석을 위하여 종시차 분석을 수행하였다.

장흥임씨 출토의복 보수(補修)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mending Work Based on the Excavated Costume of Jang Heung Lim's)

  • Jang Heung Lim's is a nephew's wife of Kim Duk Ryung, who had been served as a general of Chosun dynasty. When her Tomb was removed to another places there were excavated some articles such as six Korean traditional costume, Korean socks, Korean shoes (Mituri) and so on. The unearthed costume was designated as a monentous folk materials, No.112, and placed on Gwangju folklore museum. At that time, the mending work in the lost part of costume was not implemented. Only an act of textile conservation was worked. In the article, we go through the mending principles and mending methods in damaged parts of costume. First, the mending principles on the damaged costume are as follows : (1) minimize the repaired parts, (2) mend the only damaged parts, (3) use the same color and cloth as that of original ones, (4) use the appropriated stitching method (5) act the fixed framework in case of missing a outer cloth. Second, the mending method related to the damaged part are as follows : (1) the repairing method in the bodice and sleeve part of costume, (2) the repairing method in the hem of steeve, (3) the repairing method in the collar of costume, (4) the repairing method in the armpit part of costume, (5) the repairing method in the connecting parts between one and another width of Korean traditional long skirt. With this article, we wish that the repairing method in the cultural costume will be developed scientifically and specified efficiently.

Facile Synthesis of Dendritic-Linear-Dendritic Materials by Click Chemistry

  • General, fast, and efficient stitching methods are presented for the synthesis of Fr$\acute{e}$chet-type dendrimers with linear units at a core, as a preliminary investigation for the synthesis of dendritic-linear-dendritic materials. The synthetic strategy involved an inexpensive, 1,3-dipolar, cycloaddition reaction between an alkyne and an azide in the presence of the Cu(I) species, which is known as the best example of click chemistry. The linear core building blocks, 1,7-octadiyne and 1,6-diazidohexane, were chosen to serve as the alkyne and azide functionalities for dendrimer growth via click reactions with the azide and alkyne-dendrons, respectively. These two building blocks were employed together with the azide- and alkyne-functionalized Fr$\acute{e}$chet-type dendrons in a convergent strategy to synthesize two kinds of Fr$\acute{e}$chet-type dendrimers with different linear core units. This comparative efficiency of the click methodology supports the fast and efficient synthesis of dendritic-linear-dendritic materials with the tailor made core unit.

Dimension Reduction of Solid Models by Mid-Surface Generation

  • Recently, feature-based solid modeling systems have been widely used in product design. However, for engineering analysis of a product model, an ed CAD model composed of mid-surfaces is desirable for conditions in which the ed model does not affect analysis result seriously. To meet this requirement, a variety of solid ion methods such as MAT (medial axis transformation) have been proposed to provide an ed CAE model from a solid design model. The algorithm of the MAT approach can be applied to any complicated solid model. However, additional work to trim and extend some parts of the result is required to obtain a practically useful CAE model because the inscribed sphere used in the MAT method generates insufficient surfaces with branches. On the other hand, the mid-surface ion approach supports a practical method for generating a two-dimensional ed model, even though it has difficulties in creating a mid-surface from some complicated parts. In this paper, we propose a dimension reduction approach on solid models based on the midsurface abstraction approach. This approach simplifies the solid model by abbreviating or removing trivial features first such as the fillet, mounting, or protrusion. The geometry of each face is replaced with mid-patches from the simplified model, and then unnecessary topological entities are deleted to generate a clean ed model. Also, additional work, such as extending and stitching mid-patches, completes the generation of a mid-surface model from the patches.
