기계산업의 제품혁신 성과 및 결정요인에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Performance and Determinants of Product Innovation in Machinery Industry)

  • Pavitt(1984)과 Malerbar(2002)의 지적과 같이 혁신은 산업의 특성에 따라 다른 면모를 갖는다. 이 같은 관점에서 기계산업의 혁신을 다룬 기존 연구들은 주로 전체 제조업과 비교한 산업간 차이를 규명하는 데 초점을 두었다. 기계산업과 같은 기술 숙련집약적 산업에서의 혁신은 특히 다른 산업의 혁신과 상이한 특성과 메커니즘을 가질 것으로 예상되는 반면, 논의는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기계산업의 제품혁신이 어떠한 요인들에 의해 결정되는 지를 다룸에 있어 제품혁신의 성과를 양적 측면과 질적 측면으로 구분해 접근하였고, 특히 Heckman 2단계 모형과 허들음이항 모형을 적용해 기업의 혁신활동에 수반되는 단계적 선택과정을 명시적으로 분석에 반영하였다. 분석 결과, 기계산업의 제품혁신에 있어 제품의 품질 및 성능향상 및 특허에 영향을 미치는 요인은 서로 상이하였으며, 문지방효과와 혁신의 강도 역시 구분되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 결과적으로 기계산업은 연구개발 역량을 일정 수준 이상 축적하고 외부의 혁신을 효과적으로 조직 내 체화하고, 조직 구성원들에 대한 동기부여가 성과 향상에 중요한 역할을 수행한다고 하겠다.

기술금융을 위한 부실 가능성 예측 최적 판별모형에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Discriminant Model Predicting the likelihood of Insolvency for Technology Financing)

  • 본 연구는 기술력평가에 근거해서 중소기업 부실예측 가능성을 사전에 예측할 수 있는 최적 판별 모형을 개발 제안하였다. 판별모형에 포함될 설명변수는 요인분석과 판별모형의 단계별 선택방법에 의하여 선정되었다. 분석결과 선형판별모형이 로지스틱판별모형보다 임계확률 관점에서 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 최적 선형판별모형의 분류 정분류율은 70.4%, 분류 예측력은 67.5%로 나타났다. 최적 선형판별모형의 활용도를 높이기 위해서 확실 범주와 유보범주를 구분할 수 있는 경계값을 설정하였다. 분석결과를 활용하면 기술금융 취급기관은 부실위험 평가와 더불어 기술금융 신청기업의 순위를 부여할 때 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

What Drives Residents Low Carbon Transportation Commuting? Evidence from China

  • Promoting low carbon transportation adoption is important for energy saving. Some prior studies have discussed on environmental values affect low carbon transportation commuting is inconclusive. This study has constructed the environmental values, utility value, and social influence-based low-carbon transportation adoption model through the theory of the technology acceptance model and VBN model and the IS success model. Through the SEM model and stepwise regression analysis, we have found that environmental values positively affect utility value, and utility value also positively affects the behavior adoption of low carbon transportation. The utility value as mediating effect in the relationship between environmental values and low carbon transportation commuting behavior. Besides, we also have found that social influence positively impacts the behavior adoption of low carbon transportation. It better enhances the level of household residents' environmental values and utility values, and social influence for promoting the adoption of low carbon transportation. This present research provides theoretical guidance and suggestions for promoting the development of low-carbon transportation innovation.

국가연구개발사업 중간평가방법 연구-선도기술개발사업에의 적용사례-

  • This paper addresses a methodology for monitoring the first phase('92-94') progress and its implication fo Highly Advanced National R&D Projects (HAN or G7 project) in Korea. The authors suggest a three-stage life cycle model for the management of national R&D program; planning stage, implementing & monitoring stage, and evaluating & harvesting stage. The interim evaluation, the main focuses of this paper, is one of the key issues for the effective management of national R&D program at the implementing & monitoring stage. The conceptual framework of the interim evaluation was developed both through reviewing related literature and considering the characteristics of the HAN program. A stepwise procedure of interim evaluation was introduced: 'initial screen' and 'detailed examination'. At initial screen all 11 projects were reviewed in terms of both their relevance and performance in order to decide whether further detailed scrutiny is needed or not. If there exist critical problems on the relevance or on the intermediate progress of each project, it is to be under further detailed examination. Evaluation was initiated by the G7 Planning and Evaluation Committee, which was established for advising, directing, and monitoring the HAN Projects, with the help of large number of experts from industries, universities, and research institutes. The monitoring results were reported to the related ministries and project coordinating agencies, and reflected in the second phase.

도서관조직의 기술혁신 및 행정혁신에 관한 조직상황론적 연구 (A Study on the Technical and Administrative Innovation of Library Organization in the Perspective of the Contingency Theory)

  • The ability of any organization to innovate itself in a rapid change of environment means the existence of the organization. Innovative activity is achieved in different ways according to the objectives of organization. the characteristics of external environmental factors. and various attributes in organization. In the present study. all the existing approaches to the innovative nature of organization were synthetically compared to each other and evaluated: then. for a more rational approach. a research model was built and suggested by establishing the inclusive variables of the innovative nature of library organization and categorizing the types of such nature. Additionally. an empirical. analytical study on such a model was done. That is. paying regard to the fact that innovation has basically a close relation with the circumstantial factors of organization. synthetic, circumstantial relations were clarified. considering the external environmental factors and internal characteristics of organization. In the study. the innovation of library organization was seen in two parts i.e .. the feasible degree of technical innovation and the feasible degree of administrative innovation. Regarding the types of innovative implementation. according to the feasible degree of innovation, four types such as a stationary type. technic-oriented type, organization-oriented type. and technical-socio systematic type were classified. There were nine independent variables-i.e., the scale of organization. available resources of the organization, formalization, differentiation, specialization. decentralization, recognizant degree of the technical attribute. degree of response to the change of technical environment, and professional activities. There were three subordinate variables - i.e., technical innovation, administrative innovation. and the performance of organization. Through establishment of such variables, the factors which might influence the innovation of library organization were understood, and with the types of the innovative implementation of library organization being classified according to the feasible degree of innovation. the characteristics of library organization were reviewed in the light of each type. Also. the performance of library organization according to the types of the innovative implementation of library organization was analyzed. and the relations between the types of innovative implementation according to circumstantial variables and the performance of library organization were clarified. In order to clarify the adequacy of the research model in the methodology of empirical study, data were collected from 72 university libraries and 38 special libraries. and for a hypothetical test of the research model. an analysis of correlations, a stepwise regression analysis. and One Way ANOVA were utilized. The following are the major results or findings from the study 1) It appeared there is a trend that the bigger the scale of organization and available resources are, the more active the professional activity of the managerial class is, and the higher the recognizant degree of technical environment (recognizant degree of technical attributes and the degree of response t9 the change of technical environment) is, the higher the feasible degree of innovation becomes. 2) It appeared that among the variables influencing the feasible degree of technical innovation, the order from the variable influencing most was first, the recognizant degree of technical innovation: second, the available resources of organization: and third, professional activity. Regarding the variables influencing the feasible degree of administrative innovation from the most influential variable, it appeared they were the available resources of organization, the differentiation of organization. and the degree of response to the change of technical environment. 3) It appeared that the higher the educational level of the managerial class is, the more active the professional activity becomes. It seemed there is a trend that the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at the middle level(three years to six years of experience) was more active in research activity than the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at a higher level(more than ten years). Also, it appeared there is a trend that the lower the age of library managers is, the higher the recognizant degree of technical attributes becomes. and the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at the middle level (three years to six years of experience) recognized more affirmatively the technical aspect than the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at a higher level(more than 10 years). Also, it appeared that, when the activity of the professional association and research activity are active, the recognizant degree of technology becomes higher, and as a result. it influences the innovative nature of organization(the feasible degree of technical innovation and the feasible degree of administrative innovation). 4) As a result of the comparison and analysis of the characteristics of library organization according to the types of innovative implementation of library organization. it was indicated there is a trend that the larger the available resources of library organization, the higher the organic nature of organization such as differentiation. decentralization, etc., and the higher the level of the operation of system development, the more the type of the innovative implementation of library organization becomes the technical-socio systematic type which is higher both in the practical degrees of technical innovation and administrative innovation. 5) As a result of the comparison and analysis of the relations between the types of innovative implementation and the performance of organization, it appeared that the order from the highest performance of organization is the technical-socio systematic type, then the technic-oriented type, the organization­oriented type, and finally the stationary type which is lowest in such performance. That is, it demonstrated that, since the performance of library organization is highest in the library of the technical-socio systematic type while it is lowest in the library whose practical degrees in both technical innovation and administrative innovation are low, the performance of library organization differs significantly according to the types of innovative implementation of library organization. The present study has extracted the factors influencing innovation, classified systematically the types of innovative implementation, and inferred the synthetical, circumstantial correlations between the types and the performance of organization, and empirically inspected those factors. However, due to the present study's restrictive matters and the limit of the research design, results from the study should be more prudently interpreted. Also, the present study, as an investigative study of the types of innovative implementation, with few preceding studies, requires more complete hypothetical inference based on the results of the present study. In other words, if more systematical studies are given to understanding the relations, it will devote the suggestion and demonstration of a more useful theory.

학생 교육지원의 효율적 운영에 대한 단계적 벤치마킹 방안 연구 (A Study on the Stepwise Benchmarking Method for Efficient Operation of Student Education Support)

  • 지금까지 학교 교육은 교육 예산 및 시설, 프로그램 등이 다양하게 투입되었지만 그 성과 평가는 명확하게 이루어지지 못했다. 본 연구는 전국 고등학교에서 학생들을 위한 교육 지원의 효율성을 분석하는 모델을 제시하였다. 학생 교육지원이 비슷한 학교의 운영 효율성을 분석하기 위하여 1차적으로 EM 군집분석을 수행한 후, 군집별로 상대적 효율성을 Network DEA를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 Network DEA는 학교 인프라 측면의 6개 투입요소, 1차적 산출 요소인 학업지속자, 학교 프로그램 측면의 10개 2차 투입 요소, 2차적 산출 요소인 진학자와 취업자, 연결 변수인 1인당도서관이용률을 고려하여 분석하였다. 효율성 분석 결과를 기반으로 벤치마킹할 대상을 선정하기 위해 유클리드 거리 계산방법을 적용하여 Tier분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 전국의 일반계고등학교와 직업계고등학교에서의 학생 교육지원 데이터를 수집하여 교육 지원의 효율성을 분석하는 모델을 적용하였다. 단계적 벤치마킹방안은 벤치마킹 대상 선택의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 비효율적인 학교의 요소를 고려하여 단계적으로 효율성 개선 대상을 선정하도록 제안하였다. 학생 교육지원 효율성이 낮은 학교가 학생 교육지원의 효율적 운영을 위한 단계적 벤치마킹을 하는데 기초적 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

The Mediating Effects of Learning Motivation on the Association between Perceived Stress and Positive-Deactivating Academic Emotions in Nursing Students Undergoing Skills Training

  • Purpose: Nursing students experience a high degree of perceived stress during skills training. The resulting academic sentiment is worthy of research. This study examined the learning motivation as a mediator in the association between perceived stress and positive deactivating academic emotions in nursing students undergoing skills training. Methods: A survey was conducted on 386 third-year undergraduate nursing students at a university in Changchun, China, in 2017. The survey included the items on perceived stress, learning motivation during nursing skill training, and general academic emotion. There were 381 valid responses (response rate=98.7%). Based on the results of partial correlation and stepwise multiple regression equations, the study examined the mediation model between perceived stress, learning motivation and positive-deactivating academic emotions using process 2.16 (a plug-in specifically used to test mediation or moderation effect in SPSS). Results: There was a significant negative correlation between students' perceived stress and learning motivation during nursing skills training and positive-deactivating academic emotions. Nervousness, loss of control, and interest in developing reputation had significant predictive effects on positive-deactivating academic emotions. The mediating model was well supported. Conclusion: Learning motivation during nursing skills training lessened the damage of perceived stress on positive-deactivating academic emotions. Improving students' motivation to learn could reduce their perceived stress and build more positive emotions. Positive emotions during learning played an important role in helping nursing students improve skills and enhance their nursing competence.

요양병원 직원의 감정노동, 회복탄력성 등이 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Labor, Resilience on Performance of Long-term Care Hospital Employee)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 직원의 감정노동, 회복탄력성 및 근무환경이 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 실증적 연구이다. 경기도에 소재한 200병상 이상 요양병원 직원들을 대상으로 하였으며 회수된 설문지 중 180부가 최종 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19 를 사용하여 분석하였다. 통계분석은 빈도분석과 기술통계, Pearson correlation 분석과 위계적 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 일반적 특성 중에는 나이, 결혼유무, 경력, 직위가 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 업무성과의 정도는 평균 91.25(±12.46)점, 감정노동은 평균 41.25(±4.21)점, 회복탄력성은 평균 52.89(±6.37)점, 근무환경은 평균 78.93(±15.3)점으로 나타났다. 요양병원 근로자의 업무성과는 감정노동(r=.326, p<.001), 근무환경(r=.384,p=.005), 회복탄력성 .417(p<.001)의 변수 모두와 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 업무성과에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 근무환경이었으며 두 번째로는 회복탄력성이었다. 회귀모형에 대한 설명력은 48.2%였고 통계적으로 유의하였다(F=58.249, p<.001). 코로나 바이러스의 특수성이 있기는 하지만 이상의 결과에서 요양병원의 업무성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 근무환경을 좀 더 세심하게 개선하고 근로자들이 정신적, 신체적 건강을 유지하도록 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이나 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요함을 확인하였다.

특수교사의 로봇활용교육에 대한 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색 (Exploring Various Factors on Special Teacher's Adoption Intention towards Robot-based Education)

  • 이 연구는 특수교사의 로봇활용교육에 대한 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이고, 그 요인들이 특수교사의 수용의도를 얼마나 잘 예측할 수 있는지를 파악하는데 주요한 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 전국 특수학교 및 특수학급에 재직하고 있는 623명의 특수교사를 대상으로 설문을 하였고, 이중 불성실하게 답변하거나 사용하기 어려운 설문지를 제거하고 총 590명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 특수교사의 로봇 활용교육에 대한 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성, 혁신의지, 사회적 영향력의 네 가지 이었으며, 특수교사의 수용의도를 예측하는데 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 지각된 유용성과 지각된 용이성이 있었다. 또한 지각된 유용성이 지각된 용이성보다 더 높은 설명력을 가지고 있었지만, 두 요인을 모두 사용하는 것이 특수교사의 수용의도를 잘 설명할 수 있다.
