HILIC 분석법 개발을 위한 지능형 솔루션 (Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography)

FVSS-PO를 이용한 태양광 발전시스템의 MPPT 제어 (The MPPT Control oh Photovoltaic System using FVSS-PO Method)

  • This paper proposes the maximum power point tracking(MPPT) control of photovoltaic system using fuzzy based variable step size perturbation & observation(FVSS-PO) method. Conventional PO and incremental conductance(IC)MPPT control algorithm generally uses fixed step size. A small fixed step size will cause the tracking speed to decrease and tracking accuracy of the MPP will decrease due to large fixed step size. Therefore, the fixed step size can't be satisfying both the tracking speed and the tracking accuracy. This paper proposes FVSS-PO MPPT algorithm that adjusts automatically step size of PO by fuzzy control according to operating conditions. The validity of MPPT algorithm proposed in this paper prove through compare with conventional PO MPPT algorithm.

구조동역학에서의 오차 추정과 시간간격 제어 알고리즘 (Error Estimation and Adaptive Time Stepping Procedure for Structural Dynamics)

  • Step-by-step time integration methods are widely used for solving structural dynamics problem. One difficult yet critical choice an analyst must make is to decide an appropriate time step size. The choice of time step size has a significant effect on solution accuracy and computational expense. The objective of this research is to derive error estimate for newly developed time integration method and develop automatic time step size control algorithm for structural dynamics. A formula for computing error tolerance is derived based on desired period resolution. An automatic time step size control strategy is proposed based on a normalized local error estimate for the generalized-α method. Numerical examples demonstrate the developed strategy satisfies general design criteria for time step size control algorithm for dynamic problem.

단층라멜라 돔의 시공 중 접합부 강성에 따른 좌굴특성 (The Buckling Characteristics of Single-Layer Lamella Domes according to the Joint Flexibility under Construction)

  • 단층 래티스 돔과 같은 스페이스 프레임 구조물은 대공간을 확보하기 위하여 강접합으로 설계함으로써 경제성과 심미성 등의 장점을 확보할 수 있다. 그러나 실제 구조물의 접합상태는 완전한 강접합도, 완전한 핀접합도 아닌 접합부 상세에 따라 중간적인 특성을 나타내는 반강접합이 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 저자 등에 의해 제안된 Step-Up Erection 공법을 적용하여 단층 라멜라 돔의 접합부 강성에 따른 시공 중의 좌굴 특성을 해석적으로 규명하였다. 얻어진 결과는 시공 Step이 증가할수록 그리고 접합부 휨강성이 핀접합에 가까울수록 좌굴내력은 감소하였으며, 좌굴모드는 시공 Step이 증가할수록, 접합부 휨강성이 강접합에 가까울수록 돔의 정점 부근에서 뜀좌굴 현상에 의한 절점좌굴이 발생하였다. 또한, 시공 Step이 낮을 경우 저면 경계부의 원주방향 부재에서 큰 인장응력 분포를 나타내었으며, 시공 Step이 증가할수록 정점 중앙부에서 큰 압축응력 분포를 보였다. 완성돔을 제외한 시공 중 Step에서는 Step이 증가할수록, 접합부 휨강성이 핀접합에 가까울수록 저면부 경선방향 부재에서 큰 인장응력 분포를 나타내었다.

24시간 회상법을 사용한 한국 성인의 식이섭취조사에서 재회상 단계 추가의 영향 분석 (Analysis of Foods and Nutrients Intake Obtained at the Final Probing Step in 24-hour Recall Method)

  • This study was conducted to examine the usefulness of adding final probing step (step3) in dietary assessment by 24-hour recall method among Korean adults. One-hundred fifty five adults (37 males and 118 females) above 30 years of age who visited hospitals for health examination were recruited at three hospitals in Korea. One day dietary intake was obtained using 24-hour recall method from each subject. Dietary interview was conducted in 3 steps, (1) quick list of foods eaten during the previous day, (2) detailed information of all the foods eaten, (3) the final probing for any items forgotten. Items added at the step3 were identified and contributions of energy and nutrient intakes were calculated. The average duration of interview was 10.5 min, and time spent for each step was 4.12 minute for step 1, 5.62 minute for step 2, and 38 second for step 3. The average number of dishes reported by the subjects added at the step 3 was 2.2. (Males = 2.6, Females = 1.6) Frequently reported dishes in the step 3 were Beverage, Tea, alcohol (37.1%) and Fruits (31.8%). From mean total energy intake of 1,589 kcal (Men = 1,846 kcal, Women = 1,509 kcal), 179 kcal (11.3%) was added at the step 3. In the step 3, nutrient intakes increased significantly except retinol in total subjects and except retinol and cholesterol in males but all nutrients increased significantly in females. The final probing step can add significant information on intakes of foods and many nutrients with only about 38 seconds of interview time. Confirmation of the results with larger samples of different age groups is needed.

가변블록을 이용한 가변 스텝사이즈 LMS 알고리듬의 스텝사이즈 갱신 (Step-size Updating in Variable Step-size LMS Algorithms using Variable Blocks)

  • 본 논문은 가변 스텝사이즈 LMS (Least Mean Square) 알고리듬의 스텝사이즈 결정시 추가되는 계산량을 줄이기 위해 가변 블록을 사용하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법에서는 블록 길이를 스텝사이즈의 변화에 반비례하도록 하여 기존의 가변 스텝사이즈 알고리듬의 수렴속도와 정상상태 오차에 대해 성능의 저하 없이 계산량을 줄이고자 한다. 그리고 평균이 영인 백색 가우시안 입력신호 환경하에서 LMS 기반 적응 알고리듬의 초기 스텝사이즈를 최적으로 구하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법의 우수성을 입증하기 위한 컴퓨터 모의 실험을 통해 기존의 가변 스텝사이즈 알고리듬과 수렴속도, 계산량 면에서 성능을 평가한다.

A fourth order finite difference method applied to elastodynamics: Finite element and boundary element formulations

  • This work presents a direct integration scheme, based on a fourth order finite difference approach, for elastodynamics. The proposed scheme was chosen as an alternative for attenuating the errors due to the use of the central difference method, mainly when the time-step length approaches the critical time-step. In addition to eliminating the spurious numerical oscillations, the fourth order finite difference scheme keeps the advantages of the central difference method: reduced computer storage and no requirement of factorisation of the effective stiffness matrix in the step-by-step solution. A study concerning the stability of the fourth order finite difference scheme is presented. The Finite Element Method and the Boundary Element Method are employed to solve elastodynamic problems. In order to verify the accuracy of the proposed scheme, two examples are presented and discussed at the end of this work.

The Multi-step Adomian Decomposition Method for Approximating a Fractional Smoking Habit Model

  • Smoking is one of the main causes of health problems and continues to be one of the world's most significant health challenges. In this paper, we use the multi-step Adomian decomposition method (MSADM) to obtain approximate analytical solutions for a mathematical fractional model of the evolution of the smoking habit. The proposed MSADM scheme is only a simple modification of the Adomian decomposition method (ADM), in which ADM is treated algorithmically with a sequence of small intervals (i.e. time step) for finding accurate approximate solutions to the corresponding problems. A comparative study between the new algorithm and the classical Runge-Kutta method is presented in the case of integer-order derivatives. The solutions obtained are also presented graphically. The results reveal that the method is effective and convenient for solving linear and nonlinear differential equations of fractional order.

CA 19-9 결과보고 개선을 위한 One step 방식과 Two step 방식의 비교에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Comparison of One Step Method and Two Step Method to Improve Reporting of CA 19-9 Results)

  • Purpose: CA 19-9 is the most widely used tumor marker for the diagnosis of digestive system tumor, especially pancreatic and biliary tract cancer. This study was conducted to improve the result value near reference range by comparing the reagents of CA 19-9 one step method and two step method. In addition, it was intended to establish a standard for selecting reagents. Material and Methods: 120 patients who visited the National Cancer Center in 2023 were selected as subjects for this study. The reagents used in the study were CA 19-9 IRMA kits (Shinjin, Korea) and three types of reagents were compared. Two step method reagent that is currently being used (A), one step method reagent (B) and two step method reagent improved by request (C) were compared and regression analysis was performed on their data. And we also performed recovery test, linearity test and hook effect test for each reagent. Result: There were 46 cases of reagent B in which the concentration value was lower than the result measured in reagent A that was previously used, and 77 cases of reagent C. As a result of regression analysis of reagents A, B, and C, the coefficients of determination of reagents A and B, reagents A and C, and reagents B and C were 0.653, 0.577, and 0.875. In the recovery rate test and the linearity test, the results of all reagents were good, and in the hook effect test, reagent B showed a hook effect at a low value. Conclusion: The improved reagent C appears to have been improved based on the concentration value of reagent B, which the manufacturer judged to be more stable at low concentrations. The hook effect in reagent B can be a fatal reason for disqualification when selecting reagents in general patient samples which high-concentration samples appear frequently. The first improved reagent C will be able to be used once it is confirmed that it has more stability for various concentration values.

광탄성 4단계 위상이동법을 이용한 TV유리패널의 등색프린지 분포측정 (Measurement of Isochromatic Fringe Distribution of a TV Glass Panel by Use of Photoelastic 4-step Phase Shifting Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 TV 유리패널의 등색프린지 분포를 광탄성 4단계 위상이동법에 의하여 측정한 실험결과를 제시하였다. 재래식 광탄성법에서는 등색 프린지 차수를 각각의 점에 대해서 수작업으로 측정한다. 4단계 위상이동법을 이용하기 위하여, 원형편광기 요소들은 등색프린지분포가 측정되는 지점 혹은 선상을 따라 등경각 방향에 일치시켜야 한다. 4단계 위상이동법은 원형편광기의 검광판을 $0^{\circ},\;45^{\circ},\;90^{\circ}$$135^{\circ}$ 회전시켜 얻은 4개의 영상을 이용한다. 4단계 위상이동법을 적용하기 위해서는 등경각이 측정하고자 하는 지점이나 선상에 일치하도록 편광기 요소를 정렬시켜야 한다. 4단계 위상이동법으로부터 얻은 실험결과는 세나르몽보간법에 의해 측정한 값과 비교한 결과 서로 잘 일치하였다. 또한, TV 유리패널의 열처리 전 후에 등색프린지 분포를 비교하였다. 측정 결과, TV 유리패널의 열처리 전 후의 등색프린지 차수는 약 2배정도 차이가 나타났다.
