R&D 역량 강화를 위한 IT 지원정책에 관한 연구 : 철강산업 사례 (A IT Support policy for R&D competence : steel industry case)

  • 본 논문은 철강산업의 R&D 역량강화를 위해 IT 부문이 지원할 수 있는 정책을 모색하고 이에 대한 타당성을 검증한 사례연구이다. 기술추격형에서 기술선도형으로의 전환기에 놓여있는 국내 철강산업이 R&D 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 개별 철강사뿐만 아니라 대학, 연구소 등 외부와 개방형 R&D 연계체제를 적극 추진해야 한다. 이러한 상황 하에서 IT가 R&D 역량 강화를 효과적으로 지원하는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적을 갖는 IT 분야의 지원정책들을 개발하고 우선순위분석 등을 통해 제안된 정책들의 타당성을 검토하며, Triple Helix관점에서 정부, 기업, 학계의 역할을 논의한다.

SFRC구조물의 휨거동에 관한 해석적 연구 (Analytical Study of Flexural Behavior on Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Structure)

  • Various characters of the concrete are greatly improved as the effect of the steel fiber. As the improvement effect of the steel fiber, the increment in flexural strength, shear strength, toughness, and impact strength are remarkable, and tenacious concrete is obtained. This paper presents model which can predict mechanical behavior of the structure according to aspect ratio and volume fraction of steel fiber. Experiments on compressive strength, elastic modulus and tensile strength were performed with self-made cylindrical specimens of variable aspect ratios. This paper presents an analytical study on the behavior of a beam specimen with steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC). The effect of the SFRC on the crack pattern, failure mode and the flexural behavior of the structure were investigated. The analysis model based on the nonlinear layered finite element method was successfully able to find the necessary amount of steel fibers, tensile steels and beam section which can best approximate flexural strength and ductility of a given conventionally reinforced concrete beam.

한·중 FTA에 따른 중국산 금속 품목의 한국시장 경쟁력 분석 (An Analyzing the Competitiveness of Chinese Metal Items in the Korean Market under Korea-China FTA)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis Korean market competitiveness of Chinese metal items. Methods of analysis were Market Share Index, Market Comparative Advantage. The data was collected through Korean Materials & Components Technology Network and period of analysis were 2009-2016. Chinese main 6 metal items which recorded high-ranked export sum and exported to Korea in 2009-2016. From this study, following results were found. i) In searching trade balance aspects through MSI, highly ranked Chinese metal items in Korea market were steel rolling, pressing&elongation products, steel tubes, steel casting industry. ii) In searching market advantage aspects through MCA, Chinese metal items have strong competitiveness in Korea market. especially, steel rolling, pressing & elongation products, steel tubes, steel casting industry had strong competitiveness in Korea Market. In conclusion, we found that most of Chines metal items have competitiveness in Korea market. Especially, steel rolling, pressing & elongation products had very strong competitiveness in Korea market.

12Cr강의 피로특성에 미치는 Ni+Mo 첨가의 영향 (Effect of Ni and Mo Addition on Fatique Property in 12Cr Steel)

  • This research was performed to study the effect of the Ni + Mo addition on the fatigue properties in 12Cr steel. After heat treatment of 12Cr steel and 12Cr-Ni-Mo steel, tensile tests, impact tests, hardness tests, and rotary bending fatigue tests were performed, respectively. The fatigue fracture surface was observed and analyzed using SEM and EDS. The fatigue limit of 12Cr steel was 554 MPa, which was 49 MPa higher than 505 MPa of 12Cr-Ni-Mo steel. Striations, which are the shape of the typical fatigue fracture surface, were observed at the fracture surface near the starting point of fatigue fracture in the 12Cr steel and 12Cr-Ni-Mo steel. However, unlike the case of 12Cr steel, 12Cr-Ni-Mo steel also had a mixed fracture surface with the fatigue and the ductile fracture surface. When brittle non-metallic inclusions exist near the starting point of fatigue failure, the crack propagation was further promoted and the fatigue life was drastically reduced.

  • 최근에 RFID 시스템은 기술 및 애플리케이션 측면에서 많은 발전을 이룩해왔다. 특히 물류관리 분야에서도 이러한 RFID 시스템을 적용하고자 많은 노력들을 하고 있다. 아울러 철강업종의 물류부문에서도 RFID 시스템을 적용하면 많은 효율을 높일 수 가 있다. 그러나 철강산업에 RFID 시스템을 적용시에 태그와 안테나의 인식 등에서 많은 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 철강업종의 생산원가를 절감하는 도구로 RFID 시스템을 적용하는 연구를 수행하였다. 즉 철강업종에 적용가능한 RFID 기반의 추적관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문의 결과로 자재 입출고시 100%의 인식이 나왔고 로케이션에서는 99%의 인식률을 확보하였다. 결론적으로 제안하는 RFID 기반의 추적관리 시스템은 기존의 시스템에 비해 생산성 향상 면에서 우수함을 보인다.

원자로용 대형 헤드 단강품의 개발동향 (Development Trend of the Large Head Forgings for Reactor Vessel)

  • Reactor Vessel is one of the most important structural part of nuclear power plant. It is manufactured by various steel forgings such as shell, head and transition ring. Head forgings has been made by open die forging process. After steel melting and ingot making, open die forging has been carried out to get a good quality which means high soundness and homogeniety of the steel forgings by using high capacity hydraulic press. This paper introduced the development trend of the open die forging process and manufacturing experience of large head forgings which canl be used for the reactor vessel of nuclear power plant.

철강산업분야 영마이스터 인력 양성 위한 '철강의 이해' 교과서 내용 선정 연구 (A study on a textbook, 'Understanding on Steel' to teach young meister of steel industry)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 철강산업분야 영마이스터(young meister) 인력 양성을 위하여 선행 연구에 근거하여 '철강의 이해' 교과목의 단원 내용을 선정하고, '철강의 이해' 교과서 편찬 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 첫째, 철강산업분야 '철강의 이해' 교과목 프로파일을 분석하여 '철강의 이해' 교과서 집필을 위한 면담지를 작성하였다. 둘째, 면담 조사를 통하여 '철강의 이해' 교과서의 개선안을 도출하고 교과목 내용을 선정하였다. 셋째, 선정된 교과목 내용은 교재개발 연구진 및 집필진으로 구성된 전문가 협의회를 통하여 대단원의 학습 내용을 수정 보완하고, 중단원 및 소단원의 학습 내용을 선정하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 철강산업분야 '철강의 이해' 교과목 프로파일에 제시된 대단원 내용 구성의 적절성을 확인하였다. 둘째, '철강의 이해' 교과서의 단원 내용 구성에서 개선되어야 할 내용을 추출하여 '철강의 이해' 교과서의 중단원 및 소단원을 선정하였다.

강관말뚝 기초 두부 연결부의 압축거동에 관한 연구 (The Study on Compressive Behavior of Connection Member between Steel Pipe Pile and Concrete Footing)

  • Generally, application of steel pile as deep foundation member needs specials requirement for the connection method between steel pipe and concrete footing. To investigate real compressive behavior of connection member between steel pipe pile and concrete footing, three specimens were tested with carefully designed experimental system. Main test variable is the connection method between steel pipe pile and concrete footing. The bolted bonding method and hook bonding method was considered as the connection method in this study. From the test results gained from experiment, it was conformed that two types of connection method have the almost same compressive resistance capacity. Therefore, we can conclude that these two connection methods can be used as the strengthening method to verify the compressive composite action of concrete and steel pipe pile.

고강도-고인성 라인파이프강 개발 동향 (Developing Trend of High Strength and Good Toughness Linepipe Steel)

  • Linepipe steels with a low carbon acicular ferrite microstructure have been recently developed to accommodate the current transportation condition of the gas and oil industry, and they are finally applied to West- East pipeline project in China. By adopting acicular microstructure, both better formability and better toughness could be obtained due to low yield ratio and fine grained microstructure. Mechanical properties of pipe are not greatly different from those of base plates or hot coils with a microstructure of acicular ferrite. Merits of introducing higher strength steels are well known, i.e., reducing the gauge of pipe and the material cost, increasing the welding speed and decreasing construction cost because of reducing the construction period. Threfore, gas and oil industry has required higher strength steel than APIX70 grade steel. Under this background, API-X80 steel has been developed and shall be applied to the several projects. In this paper, developing stage of API-X80 steel is also presented and discussed.

비조질강의 바우싱거 효과에 미치는 변형율 영향 (Effect of Pre-strain on the Bauschinger Phenomenon of Micro-Alloying Forging Steel)

  • In the present study, Bauschinger effect was investigated for the micro-alloying forging steel which has been developed for about 30 years ago to save energy consumption by eliminating the heat treatment processes in the forging industry. The micro-alloying steels used fur cold forging industry mainly aim to replace the usual carbon steel. With the conventional carbon steels, all the deformation history can be eliminated after the final heat treatment(quenching and tempering). In the case of micro-alloying forging steels, however, the prior deformation history should be taken into consideration to meet the mechanical property requirement since the microstructure of micro-alloying steels might exhibit the Bauschinger effect, which was not needed to consider in the case of conventional carbon steel having quenching and tempering treatment. In the present study, the reverse loading tests were carried out to determine the Bauschinger effect of micro-alloying steel which composed of ferrite and cementite phases.
