해외 기업 아카이브 전문가조직에 관한 연구 (A Study on Overseas Business Archives Professional Organization)

  • 현재 국내의 기업 기록관리는 기업 내부에서 자체적인 기록관리와 아카이브를 운영하는 곳은 있을지라도, 어떠한 외부의 조직도 기업기록에 대해 체계적인 지원을 하고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 이 같은 상황을 해결하기 위한 하나의 방안으로, 해외 기업 아카이브 전문가조직을 조직 형태와 기능적 역할을 분석하여 국내에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제언하였다. 이를 위해 해외 기업 아카이브 전문가조직을 해당 홈페이지와 문헌 연구, 담당자 이메일 인터뷰 등을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 해외의 기업 아카이브 전문가 조직들은 분과 및 독립 조직의 형태로 설립되어 오랜 기간 동안 장기적인 프로젝트를 통해 기업 아카이브를 체계적으로 지원하고 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 국내 기업 아카이브 발전을 위한 전문가조직의 조직구성과 지원활동, 교육활동, 출판활동의 기능적 역할을 제언하였다. 국내 기업 아카이브의 궁극적인 발전을 위해서는 더 이상 개별 기업의 기업 기록에 대한 인식 전환과 전략 수립만이 해결책이 될 수 없다는 것은 분명하다. 본 연구는 기업 아카이브 전문가조직의 설립에 대한 논의의 시작점으로서 의의가 있다.

  • 최근 온라인 교육서비스 시장의 규모는 성장하고 있으나 기업이 주도하여 콘텐츠를 생성하고 소비자가 콘텐츠를 소비하는 B2C 형태의 플랫폼 교육서비스 시장이 보편화 되어 있다. 이는 콘텐츠 생성이 경직적이며 다양한 수준별 콘텐츠를 생성되는데 한계점을 가질 수 있다. 본 연구는 고객 욕구 및 혁신, 플랫폼 비즈니스의 개념과 유형을 새롭게 정립하고 플랫폼 비즈니스 창업 전 분야별 창업 성공요인과 플랫폼 창업 성공가능성 표준 진단프로세스를 새롭게 제시한다. 제시된 프로세스과정을 통해 고객, 핵심활동 및 가치제안 요인을 도출할 수 있으며 이를 기반으로 초.중.고 교육 C2C 플랫폼 창업을 위한 비즈니스 모델을 비즈니스 모델 캔버스를 중심으로 구축한다.

지역사회거주 비혼모의 기업가정신 (Entrepreneurship) 경험에 관한 연구 : 모성권과 노동권을 중심으로 (A Study on the Entrepreneurship Experience of Unmarried Mothers Living in Community : Focusing on Maternity Rights and Labor Rights)

  • 본 연구는 창업에 성공한 지역사회거주 비혼모들의 기업가정신 경험에 관한 연구이다. 연구자는 지역사회에 거주하며 자녀 출산, 양육과 직업 활동을 병행하고 있는 비혼모 5인의 모성권과 노동권을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 참여자들과의 일대일 심층면담을 바탕으로 수집된 자료를 Colaizzi(1978)가 제안한 기술적 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과 53개의 주제와, 10개의 주제결집이 드러났다. 자료 분석 결과를 바탕으로 임신갈등 극복, 창업의 계기, 창업 성공 경험의 범주에 재배열하여 기술하였다. 본 연구의 주제결집은 '생명단절의 압력', '축복받지 못한 생명을 떠맡음', '낙인과 기회의 박탈', '기본 생활 유지 불안과의 동고동락(同苦同樂)', '인생 제로(Zero)그라운드에서의 시작', '일과 양육, 줄다리기', '지원보다는 나의 능력에 의지', '신용 자본의 획득', '동반 성장 철학', '벼랑 끝에서 만난 무한 가능성'으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 연구 참여자들은 자신과 자녀의 생존을 위해 긍정심리자본을 기반으로 창업을 시도한 결과 사회적 자본이 드러났으며 동반성장을 도모하고 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 동반 성장의 윤리와 레질리언스에 대한 논의를 하였다.

디지털시대에 있어서 창업경영에 관한 법제도의 변화 (Legal System Change on Business Establishment and Management in Digital Era)

  • 우리나라의 경우 중소기업이 절대다수를 차지하고 있지만 그들 기업의 대부분이 주식회사형태로 창업된다. 그런데 주식회사의 경우 일정 규모 이상의 기업에 맞는 기업형태로서 투자자 보호 등을 위하여 설립절차가 복잡하고 소유와 경영의 분리원칙에 따라 엄격한 기관구조를 갖추어야 한다. 이는 기업가의 창업의지를 꺾을 수 있었기 때문에 2010년을 전후로 창업경영에 관한 법제도가 획기적으로 변화하고 있다. 그 주된 내용들은 창업단계에서 기업설립절차를 간소화하고, 기업의 설립과 운영에 관한 많은 규정들을 전자화함으로써 창업경영의 편의성을 도모한 것이다. 그밖에 소규모기업이 활용 가능한 새로운 기업유형을 도입하고 상호선택에 대한 자유를 확대하였으며, 무액면주식과 다양한 종류주식을 도입함으로써 기업의 자금조달의 편의성을 도모함은 물론 적대적 기업매수에 대한 방어 혹은 사업승계가 더욱 용이해졌다.

여성창업기업의 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on factors affecting the promotion of Women-Owned Business)

  • This study intends to provide the groundwork for an establishment of women entrepreneur policy and the guidelines for start-up of women-owned business. The findings of the study are as follows; Women starts business for a financial reasons and this makes up 26 percent, which ranked the highest of respondents motive for starting up a business. The double labor - due 새 the practice of housework and running a business simultaneously - forms 19.6 percent of the bottleneck in operating business. In addition, the worst financial strain, 43 percent, occurred during the business preparatory period. As the entrepreneurship is higher, they are more backed up with support in education and training. In addition, annual net profit of business operated by the older age group is relatively greater. The firm performance is greater as she holds a higher academic degree. As the goal of annual net profit is higher that is set up before the start-up, the net gain turns out to be greater in actual operation, thus resulting in greater effects. The study shows that when they received economic aid, the initial capital had been greatly affected The younger age group makes up the higher percentage of support in education and training. After considering all the findings collectively, the conclusions are as follows; First, the firm performance is affected by the entrepreneurship, schooling, age, and the goal of the female entrepreneur. Second, a support in education and economic does not have a direct effect on the firm performance. However, the study reveals that the entrepreneurship of those who received educational support is higher than that of those who did not. Third, the in-depth interview reveals the facts that how they had been brought up and how the role of the family had a significant effect on their management of business.

네트워크 마케팅 산업에서 독립 사업자의 기업 선택 속성이 경제적 및 비경제적 만족과 신뢰, 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Independent Operator's Company Selection Attributes on Economic and Non-Economic Satisfaction, Trust, and Recommendation in the Network Marketing Industry)

  • Purpose - Since the opening of Korea's distribution market, the domestic network marketing market has been continuing to grow. In this context, research on network marketing independent operators, which plays the most important role in the network marketing industry, is insufficient. This study was to identify the effects of Independent Operator's Company Selection Attributions on the Economic and Non-Economic Satisfaction, Trust, and Recommendation. The results will provide strategic direction, theoretical and practical implications for companies and operators in the network marketing industry. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to verify the research hypotheses, the data were collected from Independent Operators of Network marketing industry using questionnaires. The pretest was conducted from January 8 to 19, 2018, and the main survey was conducted from February 1 to 28. A total of 210 questionnaires, of which 193 copies were collected. The data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0. and AMOS 21.0. Results - The results are as follows; product competitiveness and system competitiveness have significant effects on economic satisfaction and non-economic satisfaction. Economic and non-economic satisfaction have significant effects on business trust. Economic and non-economic satisfaction did not influence recommendation intention directly, but influence it indirectly. Business trust has a significant effect on business recommendation intention. Conclusions - After starting network marketing business as an independent operator, the competitiveness of the company is meaningless, and product competitiveness and system competitiveness are important factors for economic and non-economic satisfaction. Therefore, network marketing companies and independent operators should prioritize product competitiveness and system competitiveness between business development. The findings show that trust in the business is very important for active business Recommendation to others. Therefore, network marketing firms and independent operators need to make efforts to meet economic and non-economic satisfaction, which have a significant impact on business trust.

Executive Compensation in Korea: Evidence from a New Mandatory Disclosure

  • This paper finds some stylized facts about executive pay in South Korea. Using aggregate data of the listed companies since 2002, we find that 1) the director's remuneration has risen faster than the employee compensation, thus, the pay ratio of executive and employee has escalated from 3.0 to 4.5; 2) the executive compensation for large business group fluctuates more widely than that for small and medium enterprises does, hence the pay ratio for large firms changes widely too; 3) the median pay ratio has not grown monotonically but it rather rises to remain still around year 2011, which is accounted for mostly by small and medium enterprises. New information on executive compensation by compulsory disclosure starting from 2013 made further analysis of CEO compensation attainable. Based on the conventional regression analysis for 2013-2017, we find that 1) the elasticity of CEO pay with respect to firm value is about 0.18; 2) the volatility of stock return is negatively related to CEO pay; 3) contemporaneous stock return is positively associated with the pay; 4) there is insufficient evidence that large business groups pay their CEOs more than small and medium enterprises do. These results are robust under various model specifications.

중국 단기수출신용보험 민영화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Privatization of Chinese Short-term Export Credit Insurance)

  • With WTO system starting since 1995, the international trade business has been getting more competitive and fairer especially with the agreement on subsidies and countervailing measures. The export credit insurance, as the only institution of supporting export business under WTO system, is getting more significant in major economies as an indirect means to support export business. In China, SINOSURE has been monopolizing its export credit insurance market for a long time. Since January 2013, however, the Chinese government permitted several commercial insurers to compete in the market and they include PICC, PING AN, CPIC, China Re. This study is to discuss how to improve the Chinese export credit insurance after analyzing performance of privatization of short-term credit insurance and real cases of success and failures. With the 'Go Global' and 'One Belt, One Road' policy of Chinese government, the role of export credit insurance is expected to be more significant. Thanks to the Korea-China FTA since December 2015, international trade between the two countries will be greater especially in finance and insurance area. Because Korean insurance industry is very much interested in getting into Chinese export credit insurance market, they need to study carefully the performance of privatization of Chinese short-term export credit insurance. For their policy decision makings the Korean authorities need to get lessons from the privatization of Chinese short-term export credit insurance business.

Digital Transformation Enablers and Barriers in the Economy of Kazakhstan

  • This study aims to analyze the digital performance of Kazakhstan through dynamic analysis of national statistics and international indices as Global Innovation Index and ICT Development Index. The research combines three stages: analysis of digital transformation policies performance, review of ICT industry development, and comparative analysis of the positions of Kazakhstan, Turkey and South Korea as a benchmark in the international indices. This research findings show that despite great efforts of Kazakhstan in digitalization, the ICT industry contribution does not increase, it even falls. The international indices demonstrate that the reason is the weakness of the country in skills, venture capital, and innovation linkages. This leads to low knowledge, technology outputs, and creative outputs. The enablers of digital and overall innovation advancement of economy are identified. According to the international rankings the country has been doing its best in Access and Use areas. Another enablers are good business environment, ease of starting a business, protecting minority investors, and FDI inflows. The findings help to draw recommendations for strategic directions in order to improve the digital performance in Kazakhstan. The main limitation of this study is a lack of dynamic information on positions of Kazakhstan in other international indices related to digitalization.

Implementation of RFID-based SCM in the South Korean Textile Industry

  • South Korea is known for its major manufacturing capabilities in semi-conductor, automobile, and IT industries. However, little is known about the competitive capabilities of South Korea's textile industry. The present study presents information about how Korean textile firms build their competitive capabilities on multiple fronts. Through a case study of two businesses operating in the South Korean textile and apparel industry, this paper illustrates a series of competitiveness enhancing initiatives, starting with the implementation of radio frequency identification (RFID). The main contribution of this article is the focus on how the interdisciplinary nature of the textile and apparel industry can benefit from and optimize the use of Information Technology through sustained efforts on multiple fronts. This study suggests that Korean textile firms approach their competitive capabilities in terms of strategic direction, innovative priorities, and operational focus. In the competitive global business environment, this could be the solution for the textile and apparel industry, by helping for the survival in the upcoming information age. Specifically, by adopting RFID-based SCM, firms can gain a competitive capability that promises sustainable growth in the future.
