  • In this thesis. we estimated the good reliability coefficient ${\beta}$$\sub$k/ that is unbiased, consistent and more efficient than Cronbach's ${\alpha}$$\sub$k/ in splitting of a test into several formats of subtests and several properties of ${\beta}$$\sub$k/ are also represented. The tables of coefficients of skewness and kurtosis are represented to test the significance of departures from normality. We got the cumulative normal plots of z'from the distribution which is departed from normality using the Bock's approximation procedure and we finally enumerated the transformed standardized scores z'and a new raw score X' which enable us to proceed further evaluation procedures depending on our assessment policy.

영아용 몬테소리 수행평가 도구 개발 - 6~24개월 영아를 중심으로 - (The Development of Infant Montessori Performance Assessment Scales - Centered on 6 to 24 Month Infants -)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the reliability and validity of the Infant Montessori Performance Assessment Scales developed by the authors. Subjects of the study consisted of 132 Montessori teachers and 50 infants who were attending Montessori home school throughout the whole country, using census method. Infant's age ranged from 6 to 24 months. Data were analysed by using SAS 8.2 PC program. Statistical methods employed were frequency, Cronbach's alpha, Kappa coefficient, test-retest correlation, construct validity, and concurrent validity. The Cronbach's alpha of 6 sub-scales included physical, creativity, practical life, sense, language, and cognitive education, which ranged from .70 to .86. And the! correlation of the test/re-test was .72. The correlation between the 6 sub-scales of Infant-Montessori Performance Assessment Scales and the total scores of 6 items ranged from .06 to .84. Therefore, the construct validity of Infant Montessori Performance Assessment Scales was verified. The Kappa coefficient of inter-rater reliability was .76. The correlation between the Infant Montessori Performance Assessment Scales and the Standardized Korean Creativity Traits Checklist(K-CTC) and the Korean Child Social Maturity Scales showed non-significant levels of .16 and .12 respectively. Conclusively, Infant Montessori Performance Assessment Scales developed by the authors were verified through the above reliability and validity tests. Specifically the Infant Montessori Performance Assessment Scales showed the relationship of the convergent and divergent validity with the Korean Child Social Maturity Scales and the Standardized Korean Creativity Traits Checklist, respectively.

Standardized Uptake Values Highly Correlate with Tumor Size and Fuhrman Grade in Patients with Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

  • Background: We investigated the correlation between standardized uptake value (SUVmax), tumor size and Fuhrman grade in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RC). Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 54 patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma histopathologically diagnosed who underwent fluorine-18 fluoro-2 deoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (F-18 FDG PET/CT) between January 2005 and March 2014. Results: Avarage tumor sizes were $5.64{\pm}1.85$, $6.85{\pm}2.24$ and $7.98{\pm}2.45$ in low, medium and high SUVmax groups, respectively. The Spearman's correlation coefficient between the tumor size and SUVmax was 0.385 (p=0.004) and between the Fuhrman grade and SUVmax was 0.578 (p<0.001). Conclusions: SUVmax appears highly correlated with tumor size and Fuhrman grade in patients with histopathologically confirmed clear cell RC. Multicenter studies are needed to provide larger series for more accurate results.

  • Quantification of uncertainties in the source term estimations by a large computer code, such as MELCOR and MAAP, is an essential process of the current Probabilistic safety assessment. The main objective of the present study is to investigate the applicability of a combined procedure of the response surface method (RSM) based on input determined from a statistical design and the Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) technique for the uncertainty analysis of CsI release fractions under a Hypothetical severe accident sequence of a station blackout at Younggwang nuclear power plant using MAAP3. OB code as a benchmark problem. On the basis of the results obtained in the present work, the RSM is recommended to be used as a principal tool for an overall uncertainty analysis in source term quantifications, while using the LHS in the calculations of standardized regression coefficients (SRC) and standardized rank regression coefficient (SRRC) to determine the subset of the most important input parameters in the final screening step and to check the cumulative distribution functions obtained by RSM. Verification of the response surface model for its sufficient accuracy is a prerequisite for the reliability of the final results that can be obtained by the combined procedure proposed in the present work.

호기 중 일산화탄소와 소변 코티닌 검사의 흡연상태 타당도 분석 (Validity of Expired Carbon Monoxide and Urine Cotinine Using Dipstick Method to Assess Smoking Status)

  • Objectives : We investigated the validity of the dipstick method (Mossman Associates Inc. USA) and the expired CO method to distinguish between smokers and non-smokers. We also elucidated the related factors of the two methods. Methods : This study included 244 smokers and 50 ex-smokers, recruited from smoking cessation clinics at 4 local public health centers, who had quit for over 4 weeks. We calculated the sensitivity, specificity and Kappa coefficient of each method for validity. We obtained ROC curve, predictive value and agreement to determine the cutoff of expired air CO method. Finally, we elucidated the related factors and compared their effect powers using the standardized regression coefficient. Results : The dipstick method showed a sensitivity of 92.6%, specificity of 96.0% and Kappa coefficient of 0.79. The best cutoff value to distinguish smokers was 5-6ppm. At 5 ppm, the expired CO method showed a sensitivity of 94.3%, specificity of 82.0% and Kappa coefficient of 0.73. And at 6 ppm, sensitivity, specificity and Kappa coefficient were 88.5%, 86.0% and 0.64, respectively. Therefore, the dipstick method had higher sensitivity and specificity than the expired CO method. The dipstick and expired CO methods were significantly increased with increasing smoking amount. With longer time since the last smoking, expired CO showed a rapid decrease after 4 hours, whereas the dipstick method showed relatively stable levels for more than 4 hours. Conclusions : The dipstick and expired CO methods were both good indicators for assessing smoking status. However, the former showed higher sensitivity and specificity and stable levels over longer hours after smoking, compared to the expired CO method.

취업준비 고등학생을 위한 성희롱 예방 표준교육내용 및 방법 개발 : 델파이 기법을 활용 (Development of Standard Contents and Methods of the Prevent Education of Sexual Harassment in High School Students Preparing for Employment Using Delphi Method)

  • 취업을 선택하는 취업준비 고등학생 인구가 매년 증가하고 있다. 2015년 여성가족부의 직장 내 성희롱 실태 조사에 따르면 직장 내 성희롱 피해경험자의 연령대별 l위가 20대로 나타나, 직장생활에 입문하게 되는 취업준비 고등학생들은 직장 내 성희롱 대상의 취약 연령대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 취업을 앞둔 고등학생을 대상으로 직장 내 성희롱 예방교육을 체계적이고 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해 성희롱예방 표준교육 내용과 방법을 개발하여 제공하고자 시도되었다. 델파이조사의 전문패널은 학교 성교육 및 취업담당 전문가 30명으로, 구조적인 델파이 방법의 의견수렴과 합의과정을 통해 도출하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여, 기술통계, 문항별 가중치 순위, Kendall's W 순위, 적절성을 분석하였다. 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통한 교육내용과 방법의 정제 결과, 5개 영역 140개의 내용에서 최종적으로 3개 영역의 37개 표준교육내용과 방법이 최종 선정되었다. 교육부 학교성교육표준안 및 2015 개정교육과정의 고등보건교과 성교육 영역, 고용노동부의 성희롱예방 대응매뉴얼의 지침과 서로 비교분석하여 본 연구 결과의 차별성을 제시하면서 취업준비 고등학생의 직장 내 성희롱 예방을 위한 교육계획 수립을 위한 학문적 근거를 제시하였다.

플라스틱온실 피복재의 관류열전달계수 변화 (Variation of the Overall Heat Transfer Coefficient of Plastic Greenhouse Covering Material)

  • 본 연구는 국내 상업용 온실 피복재의 관류열전달계수를 산정히는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 최근 국내에 많이 보급되어 사용되고 있는 플라스틱필름으로 피복된 온실에 대해 관류열량을 측정하고 관류열전달계수의 변화를 분석하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 온실 내외부 온도차에 따른 관류열전달계수의 변화를 분석한 결과 피복의 층수에 따라 안정된 관류열전달계수를 나타내게 되는 온실 내외부 온도차의 값이 다르게 나타났기 때문에 온실 피복재에 대한 관류열전달계수를 결정할 때에는 피복층수별로 안정된 값을 나타내는 온실 내외부 온도차 범위에서의 관류열전달계수를 채택하여야할 것이다. 온도차이에 따른 관류열전달계수의 변화 경향은 기존의 연구결과와 잘 일치하였으나 안정된 값을 나타내는 온도차이의 구체적인 값은 다르게 나타났기 때문에 이에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 풍속에 따른 관류열전달계수의 증가율은 연구자에 따라 많은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 이중피복온실이나 커튼을 설치한 온실과 같이 보온성을 높인 온실은 일중피복온실에 비해 풍속에 따른 관류열 손실이 더 작다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 관류열전달계수의 기존 연구결과들을 분석한 결과 연구자에 따라 값이 차이가 있었기 때문에 국내 온실의 정확한 난방부하량을 산정하는데 필요한 적절한 관류열전달계수를 제시하기 위해서는 우선 측정을 위한 표준화된 환경기준이 마련될 필요가 있으며, 또한 국내에서 실제로 사용되고 있는 주요 피복재별로 구체적인 관류열전달계수가 구해져야 할 것이다.

연안재해 방지 및 비점오염원 유출저감을 위한 투수블록의 특성 연구 (Permeable Coastal Pavement Structure for Shore Protection and Removal of Non-point Source Pollutants)

  • Due to climate change, coastal areas are being flooded with torrential rain, typhoons, and tsunamis. In addition, non-point source pollutants (NPSs) that accumulated on the ground, streets, and buildings during the dry season are washed off by rain and stormwater runoff, which adds to the damage associated with environmental pollution, e.g., pollution that makes its way into the ocean. Recently, low impact development (LID) has been considered as a means of controlling water circulation and NPSs. In the coastal area, permeable blocks have been constructed mainly to reduce the flood damage caused by waves. Some important design factors that must be considered to ensure long-term performance are the permeability coefficient, clogging, and the efficiency of the removal of total suspended solids (TSS), but currently there are no standardized design criteria or testing techniques that are used worldwide. Herein, we analyzed the permeability coefficient and the TSS removal efficiency tendency according to the permeability area ratio with an easily-detachable, permeable block filled with calcinated yellow soils as the filter media. Our lab-scale tests indicated that, when the permeability area ratio was 25%, the reduction of the permeability coefficient after clogged was 11%, which was a significant decrease compared to other cases. Permeability persistence increased when the permeability area ratio increased from 50% to 75%. The TSS removal efficiency decreased as the permeability area ratio increased. Our pilot-scale test indicated that the TSS removal efficiency was more than 80% higher in all cases. We also found that the permeability persistence was excellent as the permeability area ratio increased, and, in actual construction, it is effective to set 5.3% of the total area as permeable area in terms of permeability and economic feasibility.

수종치과매몰재(數種齒科埋沒材)의 열팽창계수(熱膨脹係數)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究) (AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON COEFFICIENT OF THERMAL EXPANSION OF DENTAL INVESTMENTS)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure thermal expansions of dental investments, Biovest(Casting Investment. Dentsply International INC, U.S.A.), Multi-Best (Use for all dental chrome-cobalt alloys, The Ransom & Randolph Co. U.S.A.), Kerr(Inlay Investment. Sybron Kerr, U.S.A.), O. K. (Inlay Investment. Shofu Dental MFG, Co. Japan), Whip-Mix (Cristobalite Inlay Investment. Whip-Mix Corporation. U.S.A.). Thermal expansion of specimens(5mm in diameter and 50mm in length) was measured by a dilatometer at the temperature range from $20^{\circ}C$ to $700^{\circ}C$ by comparing expansion between standardized quartz and experimental specimens with heating rate about $300^{\circ}C$/hr. The following results were obtained. 1. The coefficient of thermal expansion of Biovest was $15{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ratio 18/100 and $14{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ratio 28/100. Those of Multi-Best were $9{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ratio 14/100 and $7{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ratio 24/100. 2. The coefficient of thermal expansion of Kerr were $17{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ratio 38/100 and $14{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}c$ in the water powder ratio 48/100. Those of O. K. were $9{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ratio 33/100 and $7{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ratio 43/100 3. The coefficient of thermal expansion of Whip-Mix were $14{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}C$ in the water powder ritio 40/100 and $12{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}c$ Fein the water powder ratio 50/100. Those of Hi-Heat were $11{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}c$ in the water powder ratio 28/100 and $10{\times}10^{-6}/^{\circ}c$ in the water powder ratio 38/100.

균열 아크릴 시편의 기체 확산계수와 균열폭의 관계 (Relationship between Crack Width and Gas Diffusion Coefficient of Cracked Acrylic Specimens)

  • 최근 구조물의 유지관리의 중요성이 부각되면서 자기치유 콘크리트 기술 분야의 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 반해서 자기치유 성능을 평가하기 위한 척도는 부족한 실정이다. 균열폭을 측정하기 위한 방법으로 시각적인 방법이 1차적으로 사용되고 있으나 시편 내부의 균열폭을 관찰하기가 어려우며, 비균질한 균열특성으로 인해 표면에 대한 국부적인 측정만 할 수 있는 단점이 있다. 균열에 대한 간접적인 평가 방법으로 투수실험이 널리 활용되고 있지만 물의 점성으로 인한 문제가 있으며, 또한 실험 중 시편내부 물질의 용출될 가능성이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 기체확산 특성을 활용한 균열폭 평가 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 아크릴로 이상화된 직선균열을 제작하여 균열폭, 두께에 따른 시편의 확산계수를 분석하였다. 실험결과를 통하여 균열폭과 확산계수는 선형관계에 있음을 보였고, 두께와 확산계수는 역수의 관계에 있음을 증명하였다.
