The existing standard cost of project management of empowerment sector in general rural development project has problems with standard cost system without considering characteristics of empowerment project and unclear division of works. These problems are a lot of trouble to fulfill the project. Thus, it needs an arrangement of standard cost considering detailed characteristics of project management in the empowerment sector. The contents and results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) To set accurate standard cost, we carried out three-step processes, such as elicitation of standard works, calculation of workload and determination of standard cost. (1) In an investigation of 30 rural area dividing 8 parts about an workload of empowerment project, an average workload is 1,499 hours. (2) Based on this results, the standard cost is calculated at 15% of project cost in over 600 million won, at 28.75% of project cost in under 500 million won, by standards of empowerment project cost. 2) It set the responsibility management cost to 15% of empowerment project cost considering existing awareness, workload and work professionalism of project management. Based on the results, It suggested the practical use as basis for efficient management of the future empowerment projects. To achieve this, It needs to promote maximizing results on the whole project through the legalization processes including amendment of existing regulations.

The purpose of this study is to review and to suggest improvement concerning floor impact noise section of the housing performance grading indication system. After a result, the main improvement is to resolve the discrepancies in the rules or regulations such as design specification(standard floor system) or design performance(accredited floor system) and as-built performance like 58 dB.

Standard and regulations for functional food evaluation cases form overseas (1) Japan For food function indication, Food Nutrition Improvement Act was amended in September 1991 and they managed functional food after setting specific health food in one of classification of special functional foods. For manification of raw material usage, the classification of health functional foods was performed by their application on: the control of internal organ status, cholesterol, blood pressure, mineral absorption, and prevention of dental caries. In this study, speed survey has been conducted on Pusan Freeway to identify actual running speed. therefore, suggest that Highway Design Regulations and Highway Design Standard from Ministry of Construction and Transportation, which requires stopping sight distance for 20% less speed when rainy condition in accordance with Highway Safety Act, is not coincident with driver's characteristics. Consequently, it is prudent to compute stopping sight distance with 85th percentile running speed, considering driver's actual behavior and mountainous terrain.

Explosions of dangerous goods such as accidents at Iri and Yongcheon Stations bring about a big damage and loss of assets. And leakage of toxic and dangerous materials may cause environmental pollution. Therefore, in developed countries, safety and operation codes for the carriage of dangerous goods were already established. In this study. we have searched. analyzed and summarized korean domestic codes concerning the carriage of dangerous goods for the drawing up of a korean safety standard code.

Wall construction apartment built before 1988 years need internal examination reinforcement according to existing laws ans regulations at remodeling because do not earthquake resistant design. Established newly wall to interest paid back at the same time a the principal direction for wall construction apartment internal examination reinforcement, and satisfied internal examination standard because uses width displacement between floor. This study analyzes displacement value such as latitude and presented position of efficient reinforcement wall and wall quantity at earthquake resistant design of wall construction apartment.

In this study, Car fire for test using ISO 9705 10MW Large Scale Calorimeter. Especially, study on the underground parking for the fire resistance performance. The underground parking lot of the fire resistance regulations in according to with the standard heating curve in Korea. Because of this burning car through experiments to the propose a new heating curve.

This paper develops a general methodology for evaluating inspection (mainly, safety inspection) policies, standard and regulations in a complex system with lots of components. Based on practically available data, this methodology enable planners and regulators to estimate the costs and effectiveness of different inspection policies when applied under different system working conditions. As main tools, the concepts of detection probability and earliness of detection are developed in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to propose the efficient improvement in the lawsuit to request the guarantee against defect. This study points out several problems about related act and subordinate statue and judgement by analyzing the character of contract in apartment house, related laws and regulations, appraisals and judicial decisions. This study deduces the necessity of the establishment of the specification and the breakdown cost for repair and maintenance work to provide the standard for the detached judgement.

This paper presents an advanced RFID reader system implementing multi-protocols and multi-standards at 900MHz. In accordance with the strict regulations specified by ISO 18000-6 B-Type and EPC Global Gen 2, we have designed corresponding systemic factors which meet the domestic radio frequency utilizing bands of 910-914MHz. In addition, we develop numerous crucial factors of system compatibility options including SSB (Single-Side Band) and DSB (Double-Side Band) specifications, also OOK (On-Off Keying), ASK (Amplitude Shift Keying) and PR-ASK (Phase Reversed-Amplitude Shift Keying) modulation formula. Remarkable technical features of system in this paper can be the direct conversion routines using I/Q Modulation/Demodulation respectively, and Full-Duplex formulation operating at identical frequency bands.
