지하공간통합지도의 3차원 터널 데이터 모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on 3D Tunnel Data Model for Integrated Map of Underground Spaces)

  • 본 연구는 지하공간통합지도에서 다루고 있는 지하시설물(구조물형) 중 터널 부문에 해당하는 지하차도, 지하철 선로를 대상으로 3차원 터널 데이터 모델을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 터널 데이터 모델과 관련한 국제 표준 간의 특징을 비교·검토하였으며, 그 결과 CityGML 3.0 - tunnel module이 기존 표준과 비교했을 때 3차원 터널 데이터 모델을 설계함에 있어서 가장 적합한 데이터 모델임을 알 수 있었다. 이후 3차원 터널 데이터 모델의 표준 요소 도출을 위하여 법·제도적 규정을 검토하고, 관련 분야 전문가를 대상으로 수요조사를 실시하여 지하차도와 지하철 선로의 추가·확장 표준 요소를 도출하였다. 위와 같은 과정을 토대로 UML을 이용하여 3차원 터널 데이터 모델을 설계 및 제시하였다. 본 연구는 지하공간통합지도의 활용도 제고를 위한 기반 연구로써 그 의의가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

도로터널 라이닝 화재손상 평가를 위한 가열로 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Furnance for Road Tunnel Lining Fire Damage Evaluation)

  • There are no International Standards or Criteria pertaining to fires inside tunnels at the moment, but there are some fire-related regulations in some advanced countries such as Germany and the Netherlands where some fire-related studies have been expedited. Germany has established regulations related to the safety of structures by stipulating Fire Curves of RABT and EBA Tunnels. Also, the Netherlands has established the resistance capacity of structures by stipulating RWS curve so that they can prevent the adjacent area from being damaged due to a tunnel collapse. Hydrocarbon Fire Curve is the standard assessing the behaviour of a structure in a serious fire, by increasing the heating speed and the maximum temperature of ISO 834 Curve, while MHC Fire Curve, which was established in France, realizes more serious fire conditions. In this study, we aimed to develop the basis of full-sized experiments, with which you can assess the fire-resisting capacity against the fire strength of concrete PC panel lining, through the realization of various tunnel fire curves as mentioned above, by developing the heating furnace suitable for the requirements of Fire-Resisting Standards, with which you can assess the fire damage of tunnel concrete lining. We have developed various conditions of the heating furnace and the method to install a thermo couple within the furnace based on EFNARC and KS F2257-1. We have also conducted a calibrating experiment in order to secure its reliability.

해양사고 예방을 위한 국내 연안선 항해당직자의 업무 부하 분석 (Analysis of Workload of the Domestic Coastal Ship Duty Officer to Prevent Marine Accidents)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to measure the workload of Korea coastal ship crew members, to investigate whether they are following work-break time regulations and to identify the main causes of their workload. Background: According to the US Coast Guard, about 33% of human casualties are reported to be due to fatigue, and 30% of marine casualties reported by the British Marine Accident Investigation Agency (MAIB) are attributed to crew fatigue. But the coastal ship are not managed for business hours and breaks despite the harsh environment. Method: The workload of duty crew members on the 100 domestic coastal vessels was measured. It was also investigated whether they are following domestic and international work-break time regulations. Finally, the marine accidents resulted from the fatigue of the crew was analyzed. Results: As a result of workload analysis, the workload on the 42~62% of the vessels exceeded the standard of working time on the related regulation. The workload increased with the number of inbound and outbound ports. Especially, in the system where there are two seafarers, the workload exceeded the working time requirement. As a result of the marine accidents analysis on 100 vessels, it was found that collision and grounding occurred due to fatigue, workload and drowsiness in 7 marine accidents out of 30 marine accidents. Conclusion: It is necessary for the shipping companies to introduce an operation management manual for the management of the crews' workload and reasonable crew arrangement. It is also required for crew members to easily record work times and for shipping companies to manage the record. It would be possible to prevent many marine accidents by providing adequate rest to the crews and flexibly adjusting their working hours. Application: The results of this study can be used as fundamental data to manage crews' fatigue and to make job management manuals.

주거지역 종세분화에 따른 주거환경 개선에 관한 연구 - 바람길을 중심으로 - (A study of Improvement for Residential Environment according to Segementation of Residential Zoning)

  • Various environmental problems due to rapid industrialization and urbanization have worsened to such an extent that they threaten the environmental restitution of the globe and become a critical international issue. Korean government has presented the concept of green growth as a new state vision for the next 60 years and is making efforts to solve these environmental problems. Daegu Metropolitan City has faced various environmental problems including overpopulation of the city, traffic pollution, household waste accumulation and the green zone problem because of the increase of urbanization over the last few decades. As such urbanization continues, the quality of residential environments is rapidly deteriorating and the intensive use of the land leads to an increase of building area, raising the temperatures of cities. There have therefore been demands for healthy, pleasant and satisfying residential environments and for the improvement of existing residential environments, and this demand has been fully recognized by society. Nevertheless, current residential complex developments concentrate only on raising the efficiency of land use. In related laws of the past (Daegu Metropolitan City, Urban Planning Municipal Ordinance as of October 10, 2003) an attempt was made to impose a standard to segmentalize the building-to-land ratio, floor area ratio and regulations of number of floors vertically. However, these laws have now been abolished and the regulations are being eased. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the floating wind before and after the vertical segmentation of residential areas (Daegu Metropolitan City, Urban Planning Municipal Ordinance as of October 10, 2003) by using KLAM_21, a model that enables analysis and prediction of the flow and generation of cold wind. The purpose is also to present a plan to improve the quality of residential areas when developing a building lot and redeveloping housing areas.

드론 택배서비스 실용화 방안 연구 (Drone Delivery Service Commercialization Plan Study)

  • 최근 경제활동이 어려움에도 불구하고, on-line 시장이 off-line 시장을 추월하고 있다. 미국의 아마존 최고경영자인 제프 베조스가 드론을 이용한 택배 서비스가 가능하다는 것을 언급한 이래 드론활용에 관한 지금껏 보지 못한 새로운 관점과 가치를 창출하고 있다. 드론은 다양한 영역에서 활용 중에 있다. 그중 드론을 이용한 택배 서비스는 4차 산업혁명과 맞물려 우리나라의 미래 성장 동력이 될 것이다. 하지만, 드론이 실용화됨에 따라 공중충돌이나 추락으로 인한 인명과 재산피해, 개인정보보호 같은 문제가 예상되기도 한다. 미래 드론의 실용화는 선택이 아니라 필연이다. 드론의 실용화를 위한 방안으로서 첫째, 드론 이용에 따른 안전성 확보와 드론 안전성에 대한 최소한의 기준 체계인 국가인증 체계 확보, 둘째, 드론 사용 활성화를 인한 각종 인프라 확보, 셋째, 항공규제 및 개인정보보호 등 법·규정 면에서 보완이 필요하다.

생태계보전협력금 반환사업 사후관리 실태와 개선 방안 (A Study on the Post-management and Improvement of Ecosystem Conservation Fund Return Projects)

  • This study reviews the current conditions of the completed 'Ecosystem Conservation Fund Return Project' sites to suggest management methods for their conservation and sustainability. For the scope of the study, five microsites of completed return projects in Seoul were selected and their project planning documents were reviewed to help with site surveying and analysis. To increase the accuracy of the site surveying and analysis, and to evaluate the management problems from different perspectives, the site managers were interviewed in-depth. The experts were surveyed as well to develop a realistic and practical improvement method. The survey results helped to categorize the post-management problems, and separate improvement methods were suggested for each category. First, the post-management guidelines are proposed for the ecosystem-based environment/ecosystem environment, user management, and monitoring. These guidelines will increase the expertise and practicality of the management principles. Second, the regulations for the participation of expert management enterprises and the development of separate monitoring or maintenance management team are suggested. These regulations will improve the participation of experts and consistency of management systems. Third, the post monitoring or maintenance management during the year after the project completion should be set as a separate project to secure budget. Furthermore, policies and/or institutions should be established to set a portion of ecosystem conservation return fund or a grant for post monitoring and maintenance management. Forth, as a way of adaptive management, at least more than three years of post-management should be evaluated under detailed categories and vigorous standard to improve the institutional operation for 'Ecosystem Conservation Fund Return Projects'.

한국, 중국 및 러시아 화물철도 차량 상호운영을 위한 연결기 연구 (A Study on the Coupler for Interoperability of Freight Railway Car between Korea, China and Russia)

  • 최근 러시아를 포함한 동북아 경제의 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 유라시아 이니셔티브 정책에 따르면 동북 아시아의 운송, 물류 및 연결성 향상은 미래 성장 동력의 과제 중 하나로 부상하고 있다. 그러나 각국의 차량 시스템이 다르기 때문에 국가 간 철도 차량은 원활하게 운행되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 서로 다른 시스템의 차량을 안전하게 연계 운행하려는 시도는 유럽-러시아간에 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 실정이나, 동북아-러시아간에는 근래에 들어 연구가 시작되고 있는 추세이다. 특히, 화차의 연결기는 국내 및 중국은 미국의 AAR(Association of American Railroads) 규격을 기본으로 한 연결기를, 러시아는 국가 표준인 GOST(USSR State Standards)를 적용한 연결기를 사용하고 있어, 헤드 형상이 서로 상이하여 상호간 연결이 불가능한 실정일 뿐 아니라, 요구하고 있는 재료의 화학적 성질과 기계적 성질이 상이하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 국내 철도용품 기술기준과 러시아의 GOST 규정을 만족하는 연결기를 상호 연결할 수 있는 가변형 연결기 및 연결기 어댑터를 개발하는데 있어, 각 국가에서 제시하고 있는 요구사항을 조사하고, 특히, 연결기에 대하여 요구하는 기계적 성질을 만족하는 재질을 개발하는 과정에서 시험을 통한 그 가능성을 분석하여, 향후 각 국가에서 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 연결기 어댑터 제작의 발판을 마련하고자 한다.

도시철도차량 타고오름 평가를 위한 3 차원 충돌시뮬레이션 기법 연구 (Study on 3-D Simulation for Overriding Evaluation of Urban Train)

  • 본 논문에서는 도시철도차량의 타고오름 평가를 위한 충돌시뮬레이션 기법을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션모델은 대차의 동적 거동을 표현하는 대차 동역학 모델과 붕괴거동을 표현할 수 있는 차체 유한요소 모델로 구성된다. 유럽 및 국내 충돌안전규정의 타고오름 평가를 위해 40 mm 오프셋 정면충돌 사고 각본에 따른 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 충돌 후 차체의 구조적 거동과 차체와 연계된 대차 모델의 동적 거등을 확인하였으며 타고오름 판단기준인 윤축의 상승거리로 타고오름을 평가하였다. 최종적으로 본 연구에서 제안한 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하면 도시철도차량 충돌안전규정에 따라 충돌사고 시 타고오름에 대하여 평가할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

쿄토시 구시가지형미관지구에서 중고층 집합주택 입면의 구성요소에 대한 감성평가 - 러프 집합을 이용한 구성요소 조합의 추출 - (Sensibility Evaluation of Components of Middle and High-rise Apartment Facade in Aesthetic Old Town Districts of Kyoto - Extraction of Component Combinations Using Rough Set Theory -)

  • Landscape zones have been designated as aesthetic old town districts across a wide range of Nakakyo-Ku and Shimokyo-Ku, city center of Kyoto, Japan. In these districts in which traditional structures and new buildings coexist, regulations of restriction on acts such as new building's heights, shapes, materials, and colors are carried out according to local governmental landscape ordinance based on Scenic Conservation Act. And yet, minimal fulfillment of the regulations according to different designer's subjective interpretation and principle of economy is rather creating abnormal shapes not harmonized with the traditional landscape. Thus, this study aims to extract combinations between form elements of middle and high rise apartment facade that affects 'harmony' and 'mismatch' in the districts by clarifying the social rules commonly implied based on intuitive judgments (sensibility evaluation) in which human experiential knowledge is involved. As research methods, the study first analyzes the form elements of the facade through a field survey, sets up a standard model through tasks of classification and segmentation and draws computer graphic images with 99 different patterns based on it. Based on these images, this study carries out sensibility evaluation and analyzes experimental data applying the rough set theory. As a result of the analysis, the combinations of form elements that affect harmony or mismatch act greatly when the colors and shapes of the pillars, positions and the patterns of the use of the first floor are combined.
