The rises of the life index quality together with the medical technology improvement lead to a longer life expectancy. Then a better health care program, especially for elderly, is needed. The common health problems facing those senior citizens are changed from acute diseases to chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension. Then u-Health takes center stage in medical industry. Although u- Health medical device manufacturers have been improving their instruments, these instruments still rely on proprietary technologies without fixed platform. Even if the interface has been provided by the manufacturer, there is no widely-accepted uniform data model to access data of various u-Health devices. IEEE 11073 is a standard attempting to unify the interfaces of all medical devices. In this paper we have proposed a conversion software platform that assures interoperability among medical devices for ubiquitous sensor network. This module uses in order to develop a standard platform of medical system.

본 연구에서는 3U 큐브위성의 표준 플랫폼을 기반으로 한누리 5호 위성을 개발하고 이를 검증하였다. 표준 플랫폼의 기계시스템 설계에서는 초소형 부품 및 서브시스템 기능/성능을 초소형 PCB에 집적 및 소형화하도록 하고, 다양한 탑재체를 수용하도록 전기적 능력을 극대화한다. 한누리 5호는 지구저궤도(LEO)에서 운용하는 3U 크기의 큐브위성으로 적외선 카메라를 이용한 지구관측임무와 가이거뮬러 튜브로 우주방사선 측정을 하는 과학임무를 수행한다. 또한, 자체 개발한 소형 가변속제어모멘트자이로(VSCMG)와 퍼지로직 기반의 MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) 등의 부품(장치)들에 대한 기술검증도 포함한다. 한누리 5호의 검증을 위해 한누리 5호 위성체계의 ETB 시험, 기능시험 및 인증(Qualification)과 인수(Acceptance) 수준의 환경시험을 수행하였고 이들 시험결과를 제시하였다.

서로 다른 플랫폼을 사용하는 콘텐츠 제공자의 개발환경이 국내 무선 인터넷 시장의 콘텐츠 보급화에 걸림돌이 되어 왔다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창립된 한국 무선 인터넷 표준화 포럼(KWISF; Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum)에서 개발한 무선 인터넷 플랫폼인 WIPI(Wireless Inte구et Platform for Interoperability)의 사용으로 무선 응용프로그램의 상호 운용 및 하드웨어에 대한 독립성을 보장할 수 있게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재의 서로 다른 플랫폼에서 발생하는 비용을 절감할 수 있는 표준 플랫폼인 WIPI의 특징과 주요규격을 살펴보고, 최근 사용되고 있는 휴대폰간의 채팅 서비스의 편리성을 고려한 상용어구 기능을 설계 및 구현한다. 그리고 이를 통하여 휴대폰의 문자입력 속도의 향상과 사용자의 편리성 및 키 입력의 효율성에 대해 논하고자 한다.

기후변화적응과 재해위험경감 관련 정보 및 기술을 공유하기 위한 글로벌 체계 구축이 연구목적이다. 체계는 아시아태평양국가들의 성과를 모니터링 하는 플랫폼, 예방및경감 기술들을 공유하기 위한 플랫폼, 이러닝 교육 플랫폼과 재해위험경감 주제 관련 정보 제공 플랫폼으로 구성된다. 아울러 플랫폼은 한국 전자정부 표준 기본구조를 채택하여 개발된다.

RFID/USN 적용 산업에서 공급사슬 참여자들의 시스템 이질성 문제 해결을 위해 본 연구는 공통표준플랫폼 개념의 도입과 데이터의 분류 및 용어에 대한 통일된 관점을 제공할 수 있는 표준화된 데이터 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 공통표준플랫폼의 최초 적용 산업인 의약품 산업과 유사한 특징을 가지는 화장품, 주류, 농수축산물과 가공식품 분야를 대상으로 한다. 각 산업의 공급사슬 단계별 사용되는 용어를 수집 및 정리하고, 데이터의 속성에 따라 기준을 정의하여 분류한다. 최종적으로 구성된 분류체계를 기반으로 표준용어를 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 플랫폼을 사용할 비즈니스 파트너 간에 사용되는 데이터의 통일된 체계 및 용어를 제시함으로써 플랫폼이 적용되는 산업의 개발자 및 사용자, 비즈니스 파트너 간의 정보전달 및 획득에 유용성을 제공할 것이다.

Work platform is temporary material that many workers use in construction field, but many workers construct and use the work platform without considering safety standards, workers who have not the knowledge of safety standards construct the work platform in weakness and use the work platform in unstable, According to the statistics in 2009, 1230 people were injured at the work platform. Among them, victims by falling account for about 77% and mostly lead to fatal injuries. we have studied and survey about the safety or danger of the work platform(set limits to duble scaffold) in construction field and about how many workers observe safety standards of the work platform. According to the result of this survey, 24%~100%(average : 68%) of the work platform in survey is not observe the safety standards.

Systems architecture of information models for construction industry is introduced. The architecture ful fills international standards, such as ISO 10303(STEP) and IAI IFC, etc. It is defined in web service description language(WSDL) and ISO 10303-11(EXPRESS) language. A standard platform for this standard architecture is also developed. This platform has several tools which can transform EXPRESS description file into C++ or Java languages and which also can generate an IDL file or OWL file from an EXPRESS file. System architects, software engineers, information system consultants can use these standards to define their information model for construction industry in standardized way. Construction engineers can test this information model with ease using standard testing tools and testing method, which is also a part of standard architecture of information systems for virtual construction.

The personal health record platform can store and manage medical records, health-monitoring data such as blood pressure and blood sugar, and life logs generated from various wearable devices. It provides services such as international standard-based medical document management, data pattern analysis and an intelligent inference engine, and disease prediction and domain contents. This study aims to construct a foundation for the transmission of international standard-based medical documents by mapping the diagnosis items of a general health examination, special health examination, life logs, health data, and life habits with the international standard terminology systems. The results of mapping with international standard terminology systems show a high mapping rate of 95.6%, with 78.8% for LOINC, 10.3% for SNOMED, and 6.5% when mapped with both LOINC and SNOMED.

최근 해양안전에 대한 높은 관심과 ICT 기술의 비약적인 발전에 힘입어 선박에 다양한 디지털 장비들을 도입하는 전자항법체계인 e-Navigation이 크게 주목받고 있다. e-Navigation은 해양안전뿐만 아니라, 해양정보 서비스에서 새로운 ICT 패러다임을 제시하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-Navigation과 관련하여 IHO에서 제시하는 새로운 범용 수로데이터모델 S-100을 기반으로 표준화된 전자해도 및 해상정보의 융합 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 Shore 기반의 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 Shore 기반 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼은 기본적으로 전자해도와 날씨, 조류, AIS 정보 등의 센서정보, 그리고 육상지도 정보와의 융합 처리 및 웹 기반 서비스가 가능하다. 또한, 이러한 플랫폼의 웹 서비스는 스마트 폰 또는 웹 패드의 모바일 단말기에서 간단한 WebApp 또는 App을 이용하여 전자해도 및 다양한 해상정보 서비스의 활용을 가능하게 할 수 있다. 끝으로, 제안된 플랫폼은 기존의 S-57 전자해도와 더불어 S-101 표준을 지원할 수 있으며, 웹 서비스 과정에서의 표준과 관련해서는 ISO 19100 시리즈 및 OGC의 공간정보 웹 서비스 표준을 지원한다.
