본 논문에서는 체감 미디어의 감각 효과를 효율적으로 저작하기 위해 개발된 감각 효과 저작 도구에 대해 소개한다. 체감 미디어란 미디어 내 인간의 오감을 자극하는 감각 효과들을 실세계에서 실현할 수 있는 미디어를 의미하며, 사용자의 몰입감을 증대시키는 새로운 미디어 산업으로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 체감 미디어 산업이 발전하기 위해서는 감각 효과 메타데이터를 손쉽게 저작할 수 있는 효율적인 저작 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-V(ISO/IEC 23005-3) 표준 기술을 기반으로 감각 효과를 저작할 수 있는 도구를 설계하고 개발한 결과를 제시한다.

Accurate and versatile image data-sets are essential for fashion AI research and AI-based fashion businesses based on a systematic attribute classification system. This study constructs a color and texture attribute hierarchical classification system by collecting fashion item images and analyzing the metadata of fashion items described by consumers. Essential dimensions to explain color and texture attributes were extracted; in addition, attribute values for each dimension were constructed based on metadata and previous studies. This hierarchical classification system satisfies consistency, exclusiveness, inclusiveness, and flexibility. The image tagging to confirm the usefulness of the proposed classification system indicated that the contents of attributes of the same image differ depending on the annotator that require a clear standard for distinguishing differences between the properties. This classification system will improve the reliability of the training data for machine learning, by providing standardized criteria for tasks such as tagging and annotating of fashion items.

The Musical Slide Show MAF, which currently being standardized by MPEG, conveys the concept of combining several established standard technologies in a single file format. It defines the format of packing up MP3 audio data, along with MPEG-7 Simple Metadata Profile and MPEG-21 Digital Item Declaration metadata; with JPEC images and optional text, and synchronizes them all together to create a slideshow of JPEC image data associated to MP3 audio data during the audio playback. The implementation of Musical Slide Show MAF can be a music karaoke file where users can sing along while listening to the music, view the JPEG slideshow and reading the lyrics; or a story-telling file where users can listen to the narrated story by looking at the related illustration slideshow of the story In this paper we present the tool to producing the Musical Slide Show MAF contents. Regardless the knowledge of user on the MAF file format, the authoring tool simplify the manner of packaging several multimedia contents into single file.

일반적으로 종이 책을 디지털화 한 것이나 디지털화 되어 종이 책의 형식과 비슷하게 사용자에게 정보를 전달하는 방식을 전자 책이라고 한다. 인터넷의 급속한 확산과 디지털 정보 기술의 발전에 힘입어 전자 책은 세계적으로 중요한 이슈로 주목되고 있다. 전자 책은 신속한 정보 전달이 가능할 뿐 아니라 가격이 저렴하고 멀티미디어 정보와 같은 기술을 사용하여 기존 종이 책에 비해 효과적인 정보 전달이 가능하다. 그러나 현재 전자 책은 다양한 문서 포맷을 이용하여 제작되고 있으며 그 결과 업체의 중복투자 및 시장 활성화의 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 선결과제를 해결하기 위한 한국 전자 책 문서표준(EBKS)를 개발하였고 이에 대한 명확한 논리구조를 정의하였으며, 국내 현실에 적합한 메타데이터, 원문 수준의 출력 결과를 보장하는 XSL-FO를 권고한다. 이러한 EBKS의 제정은 국내 전자 책 업계의 컨텐츠 및 관련기술에 대한 중복투자를 방지하여 전자 책 시장의 활성화에 매우 큰 기여를 할 것으로 예상한다.

최근 행정기관을 중심으로 기록관리시스템 및 제도 혁신이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기록관리가 제도적으로 안착하기 위해서는 법률적 정비뿐만 아니라 각종 표준 및 지침의 정비가 무엇보다도 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 기록관리를 위해 어떠한 표준들이 어떻게 정비되어야 하는지를 제시하고, 정비 추진의 원칙과 전략을 수립하는 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 정비되어야할 표준이 영역과 세부 내역을 살피고, 이러한 표준 정비를 위해 준수할 필요가 있는 국제표준과 벤치마킹할 수 있는 각국의 표준을 분석하였다. 표준의 영역은 공공 및 민간 영역 모두에 적용 가능한 국가 차원의 기록관리품질표준의 정비, 전자기록관리시스템 표준, 메타데이터 표준, 기록관종별/유형별 표준으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 영역별로 정비되어할 표준의 유형과 개발방향을 제시하였다. 한편 이를 추진하고 운용하기 위한 전략을 수립하기 위해 미국과 영국 사례를 분석하였고 이를 통해 추진 방식에 관한 원칙을 도출하였다.

MPET(Moving Picture Experts Group)-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection)는 디지털 콘텐츠가 생성, 전달, 소비를 거치는 과정에서 디지털 콘텐츠를 안전하게 다루기 위한 표준을 정의하는 것으로 FCD(Final Committee Draft) 단계까지 표준화가 이루어졌다. 그리고 급증하는 방송 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호 관리하기 위하여 최신 표준화 내용을 적용한 시스템 개발이 요구되고 있다. 현재 방송 콘텐츠를 보호 관리하는 시스템은 크게 저작 서버, 툴 서버, 라이센스 서버, 소비 서버의 네 개 구조로 구분하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 라이센스 서버로부터 전송된 콘텐츠의 정보가 담긴 REL(Rights Expression Language) 문서 파싱 기능과 워터마크가 적용된 콘텐츠에 대한 MPEG-21 IPMP 기반의 메타데이터 생성 및, Remuxing과정을 거친 데이터를 암호화하여 소비 서버로 전송하는 저작 시스템에 대하여 설계 및 구현을 하였다.

국내에서는 한국저작권위원회 주관으로 디지털콘텐츠 식별을 위한 국가디지털콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)와 통합저작권관리를 위한 ICN(Integrated Copyright Number) 식별체계를 운영하고 있다. 그러나 UCI나 ICN은 국제표준 식별체계인 ISRC (International Standard Recording Code)나 ISWC(International Standard Works Code), ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) 등과 같은 국제적인 표준 식별체계와의 연계가 되어있지 않다. 따라서 국내 콘텐츠의 해외시장 진출을 위해서는 해당되는 국제표준의 식별체계 와 연계를 위한 추가의 별도 작업이 요구되고 있으며, 외국에서 판매되는 콘텐츠에 대한 정산을 포함한 통계자료는 국내시스템으로는 통합관리가 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 UCI/ICN과 국제 표준의 식별체계와의 연계를 위해 국내/외 식별체계 동향을 조사하고, 조사한 국제표준 식별체계 들의 메타데이터와 표준을 분석하여 UCI/ICN과의 연계 방안을 제시한다. 또한 시험 모형을 개발 해봄으로써, UCI/ICN과 국제표준 식별체계와의 연계방법에 관한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Realistic media comprised of metadata of the five senses to provide enhanced experiences by stimulating our memory and sensations have had an increasingly pervading effect in our daily lives. Many researchers and companies are in the process of developing their own authoring systems running on different platforms to serve realistic media, resulting in compatibility issues among the systems. To tackle these issues, the International Organization for Standardization have standardized the interface, data format, protocol, API, etc. required to provide the realistic media. In particular, the ISO/IEC 23005 standard, which is called MPEG-V in SC29/WG 11, has defined XML schemas for olfaction interaction based on electronic nose (E-Nose), and scent display. In this paper, the MPEG-V standard for olfaction interaction is reviewed, and a data flow diagram that can be used for olfactory interaction based on the MPEG-V standard was designed. In addition, the necessary schemas related to the E-Nose sensor for olfactory interaction was provided.

This paper presents a user preference description for graphics contents that is developed in the process of the MPEG-21 DIA(Digital Item Adaptation) standard. The description scheme in this paper is proposed by the authors and adopted in the current AM (Adaptation Model) document of the MPEG-21 DIA. The goal of MPEG-21 standard is providing a multimedia framework that Provides augmented and transparent use of digital contents across various networks and terminals fur the life cycle of digital contents. DI (Digital Item) is a standardized basic unit of digital contents for transaction in the scope of MPEG-21. DIA contains both media resources and metadata including rights information.

Also uses a studying contents standard metadata and about the contents storage space analyzes and plans the core property which uses MDA automatic tools leads and under developing boil e-Learning System will be able to provide the contents which does in actual professor own necessity.
