CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a service standard which specifies guidelines which are required for the fulfillment of a contract between a purchaser and a supplier. It was initiated as a military standard and is now becoming a commercial standard. In this paper, we propose how the guidelines, which were usually developed by Client/Server methods in previous works, can be implemented in WWW environments, and show a prototype which can be used for the confirmation of CAD drawings between contractors(purchaser and provider). We have a hope our study can provide a small foundation for the building of CITIS references.

본 연구는 인공지능 소양 능력의 측정을 위한 검사 기준의 설계와 개발을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구와 전문가 FGI를 통해 AI 소양의 핵심 영역을 선정하고 세부 기준을 설계하였다. 검사 기준의 영역은 AI의 개념, 실제와 영향 3가지로 구분하고 세부 항목은 AI의 개념 33문항, AI의 실제 13문항, AI의 영향 15문항으로 구성하였다. 검사 기준의 타당성 확보를 위해 2번에 걸친 전문가 타당도 검사를 실시하여 검사 기준을 수정, 보완하였다. 최종 AI소양 검사 기준은 총 30문항으로 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 AI소양 검사 기준은 AI소양 능력 측정을 위한 자기 체크리스트나 AI역량 검사 문항을 개발하는 중요한 도구가 되기를 기대한다.

인터넷의 보급 및 이용 활성화에 따라 인터넷을 통한 정보의 검색 및 획득이 정보검색의 일차적인 행태가 되고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 정보검색의 보편화는 인터넷 정보검색 포털이 제공하는 검색서비스의 중요성을 증대시키고 있다. 포털에서 제공하는 정보검색 서비스의 효율화는 인터넷 정보검색 환경의 효율화로 직결될 수 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 인터넷 정보검색 포털에서 제공하고 있는 서비스 가운데 인터넷 정보자료를 선별하고 조직화하여 제공하고 있는 디렉토리 서비스의 분류체계에 대해 고찰하였다. 구체적인 연구주제로 전통적인 문헌분류법에서 여러 주제분야에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 형식, 접근법을 모아 구성한 표준구분(standard subdivision) 항목들을 디렉토리 분류체계에서 어떻게 전개하고 있는 지 현황을 분석해 보았다. 이러한 분석을 기반으로 전통적인 문헌분류법의 표준구분에 포함된 항목들을 디렉토리 서비스에서 전개하는 방안을 제시하였다.

ITS 근거법인 교통체계효율화법의 제정으로 ITS시스템이 활발히 구축, 개발되고 있다. 하지만 교통정보시스템의 상호 연계성을 고려하지 않아 교통정보서비스의 통합을 위한 활성화를 유도하지 못하였고, 이에 따라 국토해양부에서는 ITS 기술기준을 제정 고시하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 센터와 단말기간의 정보교환에 대한 기본교통정보교환 기술기준 II 에 대하여 적합성 시험에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 기술기준에 고시된 통신절차 분석을 수행하여 시험 항목을 정보요청시험과 정보제공시험으로 구분하였으며, 각 항목별로 세부시험 시나리오를 구성하였다 이에 대한 시험평가는 정보교환절차의 적합성과 데이터패킷 메시지의 정확도 등으로 구성하였으며, 기 제정된 기술기준에 의거하여 시험 횟수는 각 세부항목별 30회, 성공률은 95%를 기준으로 하였다. 본 연구는 ITS기술기준에 대한 적합성시험방법을 연구하여 국내 ITS시스템의 교통정보통합관리에 기여함을 목적으로 한다.

In this paper, we propose a systematic procedure to determine standard time and cycle time in a TFT-LCD factory. The proposed procedure mainly consists of data preprocessing, hypothesis testing and Group technology. Data preprocessing extracts relevant data from large on-line data sets by eliminating corrupt and noisy data. Hypothesis test techniques have been used to determine whether the standard information has been changed. Also, Group technology has been applied to generate standard information for newly developed products. The proposed procedure has been successfully applied to the production information system of a TFT-LCD factory in Korea.

This study suggests the organization-level standard(model and process) for quality evaluation of information systems(IS) in non-use organizations despite international standards(ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 14598) and national standards(KS X 9126 and KS X 14598) related to quality evaluation of IS. The standard in this study is composed of quality evaluation processes, a quality model, and quality metrics. The weights of the attributes and the sub-attributes in the quality model were calculated by an analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The minimum level and the target level of each metrics were determined by brainstorming of the committee. Furthermore, the case study for the investigation of the applicability and the usability of the suggested organizational standard in the real IS development project was performed. For gaining significant benefits of the standard, both the diffusion and the experience accumulation by its continuous use are needed.

Although there have been a lot of BIM R&Ds in the civil engineering and their applications to the real projects, BIM in the field is still known to be behind the other areas. One of the reasons for this should be that the civil projects is generally too public for private participants to try new technologies, but it is mainly because the projects are so huge and complex that we still have the working environment where the systematic information sharing or exchanging is not smooth enough. In this paper, we are verifying the possibility and proposing the direction of BIM information standardization technology in civil engineering based on the integrated BIM information standard framework. For this purpose, after reviewing the introduction plan for BIM information framework, we applied it to an actual civil structure for test. The implementation result proved that the framework has possibility and effectiveness for the takeoff and construction cost calculation, which confirmed the standard framework needs to be extended consistently. This study is expected to contribute to the standard system establishment and its technology propagation for BIM development in the civil engineering.

The manufacturing industry with Make-to-Order production system is difficult to decide the standard information for the product and the demand is variable to estimate. In this paper, we concerned with the process planning method using data mining in the manufacturing industry with Make-to-Order environment. The subject of our study is the industry transformer plant which is received an diverse order of customer and then produced the product. Currently, process planning method is classified the standard information by hand based on the acquired knowledge through the experience. The standard information stored the various information, such as work sequence, time and so on. This process planning method needs an experts which possesses the field experience for several years. For the product specification which is varied in each order, current process planning method is not efficient due to need many times To solve this problem, we extract the information using data mining process for each processing time, and then construct the knowledge base. We propose a method which is the process planning of the industry transformer product in Make-to-Order environment using the knowledge base.

이 논문은 농업 비즈니스에서 농산물 생장/유통 환경에서의 센서 정보를 GS1 표준을 통해 운용하는 방법을 다룬다. 농산물 생장/유통 환경 모니터링을 위해 사용되는 센서들의 종류와, 이러한 센서 정보를 운용하기 위한 GS1 표준 식별자, 표준 이벤트의 구조, 생장/유통 환경정보를 저장/공유하는 스키마의 구조를 정의하며, 표준 인터페이스로 정보를 저장,공유 하는 방법을 설명한다.

But, most export trader are circumstance judging can charge preferential tariff if export trader submits sending certificate of origin in the customs service without deep comprehension about place of origin regulation. Therefore, will have to be knowing well place of origin decision standard and creation trick of certificate of origin to receive exactly preferential tariff benefit. Also, because it can be difficult that all registered customs brokers who is acting for certificate of origin issuance booking get acquainted in place of origin problem, it is expected to can become confrontation plan train FTA and place of origin professional registered customs brokers.
