ISO/TC46은 ISO 전문위원회 중에서도 가장 오래되었으며, 특히 도서관, 도큐멘테이션 및 정보센터, 색인 및 초록서비스, 문서기록, 정보학 및 출판 등과 관련된 표준화 활동을 하고 있다. 그 산하에는 모두 SC4, SC8, SC9, SC11의 4개 분과위원회가 있으며, 이들의 최근 활동을 분석함으로써 '정보와 도큐멘테이션'에 대한 국제표준화 흐름을 개략적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 이 가운데 특히 SC9의 정보식별을 위한 표준화활동과 관련하여 ISBN, ISSN, ISMN, ISRN, ISRC, ISAN, ISWC, ISTC 등 8개의 국제표준번호들의 특성과 식별체계를 비교 분석한 후 <표 1>에 나타내었으며, 이들 번호간에 상호 관련성을 <그림 1>에 제시하였다. 또한 국제표준번호제도에 있어 전자자료에 대한 번호부여, 구성부분에 대한 번호부여, 작품에 대한 번호부여 등의 문제점과 전망에 대해 논급하였다.

High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) Standard, as the latest coding standard, introduces satisfying compression structures with respect to its predecessor Advanced Video Coding (H.264/AVC). The new coding standard can offer improved encoding performance compared with H.264/AVC. However, it also leads to enormous computational complexity that makes it considerably difficult to be implemented in real time application. In this paper, based on machine learning, a fast partitioning method is proposed, which can search for the best splitting structures for Intra-Prediction. In view of the video texture characteristics, we choose the entropy of Gray-Scale Difference Statistics (GDS) and the minimum of Sum of Absolute Transformed Difference (SATD) as two important features, which can make a balance between the computation complexity and classification performance. According to the selected features, adaptive decision trees can be built for the Coding Units (CU) with different size by offline training. Furthermore, by this way, the partition of CUs can be resolved as a binary classification problem. Experimental results have shown that the proposed algorithm can save over 34% encoding time on average, with a negligible Bjontegaard Delta (BD)-rate increase.

항로표지는 안전한 항해를 위해 중요한 도구로 항로표지가 제공하는 다양한 정보는 매우 중요하다. 항로표지 정보를 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 표준화된 항로표지 정보에 대한 수요는 점차 증가하고 있으며, 이를 위해 국제항로표지협회에서는 항로표지 정보관리 표준인 S-201을 제정하고 회원국에게 적용을 권고하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 항로표지법에 따라 항로표지를 정의하고 그 정보를 관리하고 있기에 국제적인 표준인 S-201 표준에 따른 정의 및 정보관리의 필요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국제항로표지협회의 권고에 따라 S-201 표준을 적용한 항로표지 정보 관리 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국제항로표지협회의 항로표지 정보 분류기준과 우리나라의 분류기준을 비교한 후, S-201 표준을 적용한 우리나라 항로표지 정보관리방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 전세계적으로 정보 활용이 용이한 표준화된 디지털 항로표지 정보를 관리하는 데 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것이라고 사료된다.

In the situation where there should be a gap between the design environments of 2D drawing and 3D BIM modeling, it is unavoidable aspect to face confusion caused by parallel usage of both technologies unless the project delivery systems are entirely upgraded to 3D. Therefore, it is critical to make efforts to minimize this confusion. Meanwhile, detailed drawings have very important roles in the construction process because they do not only concretely express construction methods for a given design plan but also provide basis for quantity takeoff and construction cost estimation etc. This paper suggests a plan to standardize detailed information based on BIM standard framework in order to make BIM realize the information. In the short term, this plan provides improved environment where both BIM and CAD technologies can be applied and, in the long term, it provides bases for BIM to replace CAD technology.

Recently, various in-vehicle networks have been developed respectively in order to accomplish their own purpose such as CAN and MOST. Various electronic devices for vehicle are controllable by the advent of networks attached to the vehicle. However, the networks also come with a variety of unique features in each network-specific communication which creates difficulty using and supporting the interoperable services among the networks. To solve this problem, each network needs a standard integration framework. In this paper, a framework is proposed and implemented. It consists of a standard protocol using XML to improve compatibility and portability. The framework makes each network interoperable by applying unique information and messages of the network in the XML standard document. The results obtained by implementation show that the framework supports the efficient communication of data between heterogeneous invehicle networks.

This study is under doing to suggest application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plant. We can say the goal of building standardization intend not only the improvement of construction productibility but also guarantee of subsequent performance through automatization basis upon informationalization of building design. For a etabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.

ISO/IEC 15118 is a standard for communications and services for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Although this standard deals only with data communication between an electric vehicle and a charge station, communication with the outside is essential for establishing an authentication system for vehicle certification and V2G service for electric power transmission. In this study, it was designed to verify the information of electric car charging infrastructure in electric power system through communication link between ISO/IEC 15118 electric vehicle model and IEC 61850 standard MMS protocol. This is demonstrated in the field so that the electric vehicle communication data is linked with the micro grid management system. This could be used as an element technology in other distributed power sources as well as electric cars in the future.

The importance of security in WLAN(Wireless LAN) service is very critical, so IEEE organization has made the IEEE 802.1x standard. The IEEE 802.1x standard uses the EAP as authentication protocol which requires AAA(Authentication, authorization, and Accounting) server for authentication & accounting. for the reliable and scalable AAA service, the Diameter protocol has more advanced characteristics than existing radius protocol. So the Diameter protocol can be used for WLAN service provider who has large scale WLAN system and a large number of subscriber. This paper proposes the design of Diameter AAA server for the authentication and accounting of WLAN system which is adopting IEEE 802.1x standard.

It is not possible to exchange parametric information of CAD (Computer Aided Design) models based on the current version of STEP (Standard leer the Exchange of Product model data). The design intent can be lost during the STEP transfer of CAD models. The ISO Parametrics Group has proposed the SMCH (Solid Model Construction History) schema in June 2000 that includes structures fur exchange of parametric information. This paper proposes the macro parametric approach that is intended to provide capabilities to transfer parametric information. In this approach, CAD models are exchanged in the form of macro files. The macro file contains user commands which are used in the modeling phase. To exchange CAD models using the macro parametric approach, modeling commands of commercial CAD systems are analyzed. Those commands are classified by the grouping method suggested by Bill Anderson. As a neutral file format, a standard modeling commands set has been defined. Mapping relations between the standard modeling commands set and the native modeling commands set of commercial CAD systems are defined.

AIS(Automatic Identification System) provides navigational information including identification, position, a ship's course and status to ground and other vessels. To obtain AIS Marine Equipment Approval Service, various requirements are required and meet the requirements International Standards. However, most of the requirements are to identify essential functions, response time, hardware requirements, and communication protocols of AIS. The requirements for the quality of SW are not sufficient or detailed, and the weight is relatively low. As role of SW grows and types become more diverse, AIS SW quality inspection is essential. In this paper, We apply eight-quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard to improve SW coverage quality of AIS. Suggest additional AIS SW requirements based on the eight quality characteristics of ISO/IEC 25023 standard.
