The construction of the Geographical Information System(GIS) is continuously in progress, and with the diversification and complication of the system, the importance of its audit is further deepened. At this point in time, the information system audit has been obligatory as it has been stipulated in law, and the GIS audit has come to follow the criterion of the information system audit since it belongs to the information system audit category. However, it was found that there was a difference between the current information system audit standard and the former GIS audit standard, and the audit checking items for the efficient GIS audit is necessary. For this reason, this paper surveyed the characteristics of GIS in accordance with this necessity, analyzed the GIS audit checking items found in the audit performance guideline of the GIS audit standard, and studied the GIS development methodology through the related literature. In addition, this paper also elicited and proposed the audit checking items for the efficient GIS audit based on the findings of this paper. Finally, this paper confirmed the efficiency of the GIS audit checking items proposed here through the comparison of the actual cases of GIS audits.

In order to protect personal information and important information (confidential information, sales information, user information, etc.) in the internal network, companies and organizations apply encryption to the Server-To-Server or Server-To-Client communication section, And are experiencing difficulties due to the increasing number of known attacks and intelligent security attacks. In order to apply the existing S / W encryption technology, it is necessary to modify the application. In the financial sector, "Comprehensive Measures to Prevent the Recurrence of Personal Information Leakage in the Domestic Financial Sector" has been issued, and standard guidelines for financial computing security have been laid out, and it is required to expand the whole area of encryption to the internal network. In addition, even in environments such as U-Health and Smart Grid, which are based on the Internet of Things (IoT) environment, which is increasingly used, security requirements for each collection gateway and secure transmission of the transmitted and received data The requirements of the secure channel for the use of the standard are specified in the standard. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a secure encryption algorithm through mutual authentication and grouping for each node through H / W based Network Control Server (NCS) applicable to internal system and IoT environment provided by enterprises and organizations. We propose a protocol design that can set the channel.

건설분야 표준분류체계의 코드항목들은 비용정보, 시방정보 등 분류체계가 적용되는 건설산업분야의 모든 정보들에 일관되게 적용될 때 그 효용성이 극대화될 수 있으므로, 토목분야 공종정보들은 하나의 단일화된 분류체계를 중심으로 동일하게 분류될 필요가 있다. 현행 국내의 토목분야 표준분류체계 중 공종분류체계는 '통합건설정보분류체계', '토목공사 수량산출기준' 및 '공사시방서 작성요령' 내의 공종분류체계가 각각 개별적으로 제시되고 있으며, 10여 종의 토목분야 표준시방서 공종분류 또한 각각 상이한 분류방식 및 코드체계를 사용하고 있다 본 연구는, 토목공사 수량산출기준이 국내 토목분야 공종분류 체계로서의 대표성과 표준분류체계로서의 효용성을 가질 수 있게 하기 위한 방안으로서, 수량산출기준 코드체계를 중심으로 하는 시방서 분류코드의 통합기준을 구성하고 활용방안을 제시하였으며, 웹기반 활용시스템 시안을 구성하여 제시된 통합기준의 활용방안을 구체화하였다.

P3P는 웹 서비스 제공자와 사용자 사이에서 사용되는 개인정보의 정의, 전송, 수집, 그리고 유지 등에 대한 정책을 정의하고 협상하기 위한 표준이다. 현재까지 제시된 P3P 표준은 주로 사용자의 개인정보보호 정책과 웹 서버의 P3P 정책을 정의하고 두 정책을 비교하는 방법을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 사용자와 웹 서버 사이의 개인정보 및 데이터의 안전한 전송을 위한 세부 기능과 이 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점에 대해서는 명확하게 제시하고 있지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 Secure P3P(S-P3P) 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 현재의 P3P 표준을 위한 보안 프로토콜로서 웹 서버와 사용자 간의 상호 인증 기능을 제공하고, 전송되는 메시지와 데이터의 무결성과 기밀성을 보장한다. 또한, S-P3P 프로토콜은 사용자로부터 웹 서버에 전송되는 개인정보의 송수신에 대한 부인방지 기능을 제공한다.

This study is to compare clothing purchasing behaviors between Korean and American college students, especially men. A theoretical study was reviewed, then the survey was performed. 200 questionnaires were utilized for this study. The SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the technical statistics like average, frequency, t-test, $X^2$, and factor analysis. The result showed, first there were some differences in most of all the clothing Purchasing behaviors such as the reason for the purchases, the purchasing information source, the standard of selecting clothes and the standards of selecting stores. There were slight differences in the reasons for the purchases between Korean and American college men. Both of them said that they purchase clothes to satisfy their needs and the situation. The American college men were slightly higher than the Korean college men for both the need.situation and impulse motive. Regarding the information sources for the purchase, The Korean college men were slightly higher than the American college men for the media information sources and lower than them for the human information sources. Regarding the standard for store selection, the college men from both countries considered product service to be the most important. The American college men considered the convenient and store services to be more important than Korean college men. Regarding the standard fur clothes selection, the Korean college men considered the clothing that matched their personal styles to be the most important standard, however, the American college men considered the attractive from the opposite sex as the important standard.

1996년 수치임상도가 구축된 이래로 방대한 분량의 수치임상도가 유통되고 있으나 제작 시기, 현지조사 시기, 항공사진 촬영 시기, 품질 정보 등의 메타데이터가 함께 제공되지 않아 효율적인 정보 활용에 어려움이 있었다. 수치임상도에 대한 이해를 높이고 향후 온라인 환경에서 효율적인 검색과 유통을 지원하기 위해 국가표준을 준수하는 메타데이터가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 NGIS 표준인 지리정보 관리용 메타데이터 표준(TTAS.IS-19115)을 기반으로 총 10개의 패키지 및 50개 항목으로 구성된 수치임상도 표준 메타데이터를 설계하였다. 수치임상도 메타데이터를 표준구조에 맞춰 손쉽게 구현할 수 있도록 메타데이터 저작도구를 개발하였으며 수치임상도 사용자 편의성을 고려한 메타데이터 뷰어를 함께 개발하여 수치임상도 배포 시 제공할 수 있게 하였다. 본 연구는 산림GIS 분야 최초로 NGIS 표준을 준수하는 메타데이터를 설계한 것으로 수치임상도의 효율적인 활용을 도모하고 향후 타 산림 주제도의 메타데이터 작성 시 유용한 정보가 될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

CALS is recognized as a national response to the new chapter of information society. It is essential that the standardization in Korea should be constructed compatible with not only domestic but also international standardization trend. This study aims to propose a proper direction of CALS standardization in Korea, based on the international CALS standardization movement. This paper classifies standard into five types and provides a proper direction and guidance far each standard. As a trend of CALS standard, all ten data files are converted using SGML standard far the interchangeability of data among heterogenous systems. CAD and Graphic data arc also moving toward to the STEP as their standard. In this regard, this paper discusses how to implement SGML and STEP Model. Finally, this paper proposes a method how to construct an EDI system with CALS standard and how to establish a standard authorization institute which will be responsible far the standard authorization. Furthermore, this paper also proposes the CALS Test Network (CTN) as its experimental method.

This paper describes the design and implementation of C standard library for real-time operating system Q+, that is being developed for the internet appliance. The C library in the real-time operating system should be defined according to the standard interface and support the concurrent execution of threads. The implemented C standard library is reentrant and follows POSIX.l standard interface. And, the C standard library functions, which are adequate to the Q+ application and commonly provided by commercial real-time operating systems, are selected among POSIX.l standard functions. The C standard library is implemented on the Q+ kernel and D-TV set-top box according to the implementation sequence, which is determined by analyzing the relation of function calls.

본 논문은 표준 디스플레이를 이용한 OLED의 색재현성 모델링을 제안한다. 비표준 RGB 디스플레이의 종류는 매우 다양하게 있으며, 그 색 재현 특성은 삼원색 좌표와 기준 백색 좌표 등 여러 가지 요인에 의해서 다르게 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 변환 매트릭스를 이용하여 OLED 디스플레이의 색 재현 특성을 표준 디스플레이에 재현할 수 있는 알고리듬을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리듬을 이용하면, 색 재현 특성을 사전에 시뮬레이션으로 확인할 수 있으므로, 기존 디스플레이의 성능 향상이나, 새로운 디스플레이를 개발할 때 매우 유용하게 쓰일 것으로 기대된다.

In this research, a new methodology to perform building energy analysis using Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standard has been studied. With the help of Archicad 14 modeling software, a 3D test model is generated and then exported to IFCXML format. A ruby code program retrieves the building information from the resulting IFCXML file using Nokogiri library. An INP file is created and gets ready for next energy analysis step. DOE 2.2 program analyzes the INP file and gives a detailed report of the energy cost of the building. Case study shows when using the IFC standard method, the Interoperability of the energy analysis is greatly improved. The main stream 3D building modeling software supports IFC standard. DOE 2.2 is able to read the INP file generated by IFC file. This means almost any 3D model created by main stream modeling software can be analyze in terms of energy cost Thus, IFC based energy analysis method has a promising future. With the development and application of IFC standard, designers can do more complex and easy-to-run energy analysis in a more efficient way.
