The need for remanufacturing automotive parts is required due to the depletion of resources, rising raw material prices and strengthening environmental regulations. For remanufacturing, stable supply and demand of core must be accompanied. At present, remanufacturing companies collect cores through various routes, but the recovery rate of cores from the End-of-Life Vehicles is low. If we can systematically collect cores from hundreds of thousands of ELVs that were generated each year, the recovery rate of the core for remanufacturing will be further improved. Therefore, in this paper, we tried to establish a classification system for the ELV as a method for collecting the cores from the ELV. First, we selected the elements affecting the classification and determined the scope for the evaluation. The final rating classification is established by calculating the weights among the influence elements. Finally, through the case study, the dismantling grade of the actual ELV was evaluated to derive the second grade.
Glutathione (GSH), the protective agent and reducing agent, has been widely used to prepare gold nanoclusters (GSH-Au NCs) with stable fluorescence properties and negative charge of the surface. Meanwhile, polyethyleneimine (PEI) was used as the modification agent to synthesize magnetic ferroferric oxide nanoparticles ($Fe_3O_4$) with fantastic dispersibility and positive charge of the surface. Based on the electrostatic adsorption force, magnetic nano-$Fe_3O_4@GSH-Au$ NCs core-shell microspheres composed of magnetic $Fe_3O_4$ nanoparticles modified by PEI as the core and GSH-Au NCs as the shell were assembled. The prepared $Fe_3O_4@GSH-Au$ NCs microspheres harbored a uniform size (88.6 nm), high magnetization (29.2 emu/g) and excellent fluorescence. Due to the coordination bond action between Au atom and sulfhydryl (-SH), amino ($-NH_2$), carboxyl (-COOH) in sweat, $Fe_3O_4@GSH-Au$ NCs could combine with latent fingerprints. In addition, $Fe_3O_4@GSH-Au$ NCs with good fluorescence and magnetism could detect fingerprints on various objects. Significantly, the powders were not easy to suspend in the air, which avoided the damage to the health of forensic experts and the fingerprints by only powder contacting. Above all, $Fe_3O_4@GSH-Au$ NCs was successfully applied to the latent fingerprint visualization, which has great potential in forensic science.
The goal of product line engineering is to support the systematic development of a set of similar software systems by understanding and controlling their common and distinguishing characteristics. The product line engineering is a process that develops reusable core assets and develops a set of software-intensive systems from a common set of core assets in a prescribed way. Currently, many software development technologies are accomplished in context of product line. However, much of the product line engineering research have focused on the reuse of work products relating to the software's architecture, detail design, and code. The product lines fulfill the promise of tailor-made systems built specifically for the needs of particular customers or customer groups. In particular, commonality and variability play central roles in the all product line development processes. These must be treated already during the requirement analysis phase. Requirements in product line engineering are basis of software development just like as traditional system development engineering, and basis of deciding other core assets' property - commonalities and variabilities. However, it is difficult to elicit, analyze and manage correct requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to develop systematic methods which can develop and manage requirement as core asset, which can be stable in anticipative change and can be well adapted to unpredictable change. In this paper, we suggest a method of managing requirements as core asset in product line. Through this method, the reuse of domain requirements can be enhanced. As a result, the cost and time of software development can be reduced and the productivity can be increased.

The Buckling-Restrained Braces (BRB) has been developed to inhibit buckling and exhibit stable behavior under both tensile and compressive cycles. In this study, an experimental has been conducted by using the strength of its members and loading protocols as parameters to evaluate the structural performance of BRB (without in-filled concrete). Specimens are composed of an inner core and an outer tube with different steel strengths. When high-strength steels were used as inner cores, the ductility of BRB decreasedm and the requirements (Cumulative Plastic Ductility) of the AISC Seismic Provisions were not satisfied. However, when high-strength steels were used as inner cores instead of conventional strength steel cores, the maximum capacity increased significantly and displayed similar performance in total energy dissipation.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify turnover experiences of men in nursing and to derive a substantive theory on the turnover experience of men who are nurses. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 13 men who had worked as a nurse for 1 year or more, and had a turnover experience during that period. Collected data were analyzed on the basis of Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory. Results: The core category in the turnover experiences of the respondents was 'seeking a stable place for me'. In the analysis of the core category, types of 'contentment', 'seeking', 'survival' and 'confusion' were identified. The sequential stages of these nurses' turnover experience were 'confrontation', 'incertitude', 'retrying' and 'realization'. However, when a problem arose in the process, they returned to the stage of confusion. Thus, these stages could occur in a circular fashion. Conclusion: These findings provide a deep understanding of the turnover experience of men in nursing and offers new information about how they adapt to nursing practice. The findings should be useful as foundational data for men who hope to become nurses and also for managers responsible for nurses who are men.

CdSe nanoparticles were prepared by chemical solution methods using $CdCl_2{\cdot}4H_2O$ (or $Cd(NO_3)_ 2{\cdot}4H_2O$) and $Na_2SeSO_3$. The characteristics of CdSe nanoparticles were controlled by the react ion time, reaction temperature and reaction method as well as the surfactants. Cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) was used as a capping agent to control the chemical reactions in aqueous solution. Polyvinylalcohol(PVA) was used as a templet in sono-chemical method. CdSe nanoparticles synthesized in aqueous solution showed homogeneous size distribution with relatively stable surface. CdSe nanoparticles synthesized in non-aqueous solution containing diethanolamine(DEA) showed the structure transformation from cubic to hexagonal as the reduction temperature increased from 80 to $160^{\circ}C$. Core shell CdSe was synthesized by sono-chemical method. Characteristics of CdSe nanoparticles were analyzed using transmission electron microscopy(TEM), x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), x-ray diffraction(XRD), UV-Vis absorption spectra, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and photoluminescence spectra spectroscopy(PL). This paper presents simple routes to prepare CdSe nanoparticles for solar cell applications.

A paleomagnetic study was carried out on three gravity cores recovered from the KODOS-90 area in the North Pacific to obtain a magnetostratigraphic information and to correlate the magnetic records between cores. The sediments bear a stable remanent magnetization and the polarity sequence of the three cores can be correlated with the gomagnetic polarity time scale for the Plio-Pleistocene. The abrupt change in the magnetic susceptibility profile at 285 cm depth of the gravity core 26 indicates the presence of a major hiatus. The average sedimentation rates of the gravity cores 08 and 26 are about 2.7 and 1.4 times higher than that of the gravity core 20 (0.09 cm/100yr), respectively.
Buckling restrained braces (BRBs) were developed as an enhanced alternative to conventional braces by restraining their global buckling, thus allowing development of a stable quasi-symmetric hysteretic response. A wider adoption of buckling restrained braced frames is precluded due to proprietary character of most BRBs and the code requirement for experimental qualification. To overcome these problems, BRBs with capacities corresponding to typical steel multi-storey buildings in Romania were developed and experimentally tested in view of prequalification. The first part of this paper presents the results of the experimental program which included sub-assemblage tests on ten full-scale BRBs and uniaxial tests on components materials (steel and concrete). Two different solutions of the core were investigated: milled from a plate and fabricated from a square steel profile. The strength of the buckling restraining mechanism was also investigated. The influence of gravity loading on the unsymmetrical deformations in the two plastic segments of the core was assessed, and the response of the bolted connections was evaluated. The cyclic response of BRBs was evaluated with respect to a set of performance parameters, and recommendations for design were given.
