Nanomotors are gaining popularity as novel drug delivery methods since they can move rapidly, penetrate deeply into tissues, and be regulated. The ability of manufactured nanomotors to swiftly transport therapeutic payloads to their intended location constitutes a revolutionary nanomedicine strategy. The nanomotors for the drug delivery purpose are released in the blood flow under the different physical conditions, so the stability investigation of these devices is essential before the production, especially in the sport and physical exercise conditions that the blood flow enhances. As a result, using dynamic analysis, this article investigates the stability of the nanomotor released in the blood flow when sport and physical activity circumstances increase blood flow. The considered nanodevice is made of a central motor, and nanotubes are used for the nanomotor blade, which is the drug capsule. Finally, the stability examination of nanomotor as the drug delivery equipment is discussed in detail, and the proposed results can present beneficial results in designing and producing small-scale intelligent devices.

본 연구는 스포츠산업 분야의 민간스포츠 분야에 문제를 해결하고 발전을 위한 대안으로 스포츠협동조합이 정착하고 발전할 수 있도록 활성화 요인을 분석하였다. 협동조합과 스포츠협동조합 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 통해 활성화 요인 도출과 AHP를 통해 그 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 제시하였다. 먼저, 기본방향으로 경제적 사회적 문화적 제도적 요인을 제시하였다. 다음 추진전략은 첫째, 협동조합의 본질에 기초한 방향 설정, 둘째, 사업 경영 개발과 조직 역량 강화로 재정확보, 셋째, 협동조합 기본법 숙지와 행정지원 확보, 넷째, 협동조합 간 협력과 상호작용을 통한 지역사회기여 등의 순으로 제시하였다. 끝으로 실천과제는 첫째, 조합원 필요성과 가치철학 인식으로 소통 및 공유, 둘째, 전문경영 교육을 통한 자질향상으로 재정자립도 강화, 셋째, 민주적인 운영과 촉진정책으로 조합원 경제적 참여, 넷째, 정부 정책 및 행정업무 숙지를 통한 지원확보, 다섯째, 협동조합 간 네트워크구축으로 지역 커뮤니티형성, 여섯째, 조합원 체계구축과 효율성 추구로 사업모델개발 순으로 제시하였다.

Nanomachines can be pretty helpful in curing diseases. Nanomototors, thanks to their self-propelled feature, are one of the best structures to be utilized as drug delivery devices. These devices have been employed in biomedical application as they can improve the efficiency of drug delivery. In this study stability of a designed nanomotor in the bloodstream is investigated when the physical activities have been done considering the physical activities. Sports training, as well as exercise enhance the bloodstream, and this factor can significantly impact the drug-delivery quality. The mathematical simulation of nanomotor movement in the condition of the sports is done based on the mechanical sciences, and the impact of various essential parameters is discussed in detail.

본 연구는 생활체육 및 전문체육이 균형 있게 발전하기 위한 체육재정의 확보와 지원의 효율화 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 방법은 체육재정과 관련된 선행연구를 고찰한 후 문헌자료를 통해 그 실태를 파악하였다. 연구의 내용 및 범위는 첫째, 중앙 및 지방정부 체육부문 예산을 검토하였고 둘째, 지방정부의 재정자립도를 파악하였으며 셋째, 지방정부의 체육부문 예산을 파악하였다. 이상의 고찰을 통해 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육진흥기금 중 수익금 배분의 개선을 통한 체육재정의 추가적 확보가 요구된다. 둘째, 재정자립도를 기준으로 스포츠이벤트 개최 이후에 활용도를 높일 수 있는 충분한 지원이 필요하다. 셋째, 각 단체를 평가할 수 있는 공정한 평가기준을 확립하고 이에 따른 전략적 지원과 체육재정의 확보가 요구된다. 넷째, 각 지역에 대한 충분한 사전조사를 통해 양적 지원을 벗어나 실제 사용가치를 높일 수 있는 질적 지원이 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 다섯째, 체육부문별 지원 규모에 대한 심층 연구를 통하여 다양한 사업에 대한 공정한 분배가 이루어져야 한다.

Purpose - The purpose of the study was to develop a reliable measurement tool for the evaluation of TQM application in Greek education settings and to examine the factors that determine quality of education. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire commencing from the questions included in the Application Guide of Common Assessment Framework was used for research purposes. Each item was scored on a 5point Likert scale - to a sample of 112 educators (55 men, 57 women), all teachers working in public primary education schools. Factor analysis resulted in a questionnaire of 43 items consisting of five factors, teacher satisfaction, school management and operation, motivation, effectiveness of public school leadership and finance management. Results - Results revealed a positive correlation among all factors. Reliability results using Cronbach's α was high (a=.961) for all factors of the questionnaire ranging from α=.930 (for motivation) to α=.797 (for financial management). Additionally, ICC procedure revealed high values for the above mentioned factors. Conclusions - The study resulted in the construction of a reliable questionnaire focused exclusively on TQM that can be used in future studies using larger samples in different areas so as to draw useful conclusions regarding TQM application in Greek education settings and further identify the factors determining quality in education.

Combating the worldwide environmental threat of plastic waste pollution has become a priority. Plastic pollution has the potential to impact land, rivers, and seas, since many marine and terrestrial organisms have perished as a result of plastic's non-biodegradability and soil dangers. For this consumption, it seems required to manufacture and use new renewable resources. Renewable materials for diverse applications have been created utilizing nanotechnology, which may replace conventional materials for children's activities and sports equipment. This study investigates and suggests that nanotechnology-based materials be replaced with conventional materials to save the environment in manufacturing equipment for children's physical activities. On the basis of the mechanical sciences, a stability study of the bending behavior of small-scale structures will be performed for the various recommended materials.

여가문화의 급속한 발전은 스포츠에 대한 수요 증가와 함께 종목별로 수많은 스포츠 협회의 결성을 가져왔다. 스포츠협회가 스포츠 활동의 활성화를 위한 사회적인 기관으로서 주어진 기능을 다하고 계속 발전해 나가기 위해서는 비록 공익적 단체라고 하더라도 영리법인에 적용되는 회계보고 및 세부제도의 도입을 통하여 재무 및 사업 활동의 합리성과 투명성을 갖추어 나갈 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이런 의미에서 스포츠협회의 회계 및 조세의무에 대한 제반 규정 또한 명확하게 정비되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 공익적 스포츠 협회의 회계 및 조세에 관한 독일의 법 모델, 즉 통상적으로 영리단체의 법적 형식을 갖추고 조세기본법상 규정된 공익성의 가정들을 충족시키는 모델에 기초를 두고, 우리나라 스포츠협회의 회계 및 조세의무에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the spectator experience and satisfaction with a focus on attachment and a sense of community. The survey was given to random spectators who watched KBO (The Korea Baseball Organization) games in 2018. With 189 surveyed participants, this study used exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables. The hierarchical multiple regression correlation was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses of this study. The findings showed that spectators' experiences have influences on satisfaction. Among the experience factors, education and entertainment affect attachment, and education has the only significant influence on a sense of community. In addition, spectators' attachment and a sense of community positively influence satisfaction. Attachment and a sense of community have a relatively mediated effect on spectators' experiences and satisfaction. This study confirmed the need for various spectator experiences at KBO games, and the importance of place attachment or a sense of community.

This research aimed to investigate the key factors affecting student satisfaction and loyalty in selected private universities in Cambodia. The study implemented a quantitative survey designed and guided by seven hypotheses to test the causal relationships among variables, such as academic experience, faculty services, campus life, social integration, student support facilities, student satisfaction, university image, and student loyalty. The research applied a multi-stage sampling technique of probability procedures to guarantee the presence of the research population. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were applied for data analysis to test the hypotheses model. The collected survey totaled 543 from three universities. The purposive sampling methods were used to select the three target universities, based on their reputation, the number of students, year of establishment, and the recognition from the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport. The stratified random sampling method was employed to select target respondents for data collection by dividing the population into subgroups to ensure a random sample. The results showed that student support facilities, campus life, and social integration, faculty services, and university image play very important roles in the satisfaction and loyalty of the students in three universities.

우리나라의 상업스포츠시설은 선진 국가에 비견해 볼 때 아직도 미흡한 점이 많으며, 여러 가지 해결해야 할 시설경영적 사회제도적 문제점을 지니고 있다. 상업스포츠시설의 발전을 위해서는 시설경영 능력을 제고하고 사회제도적 자원을 확대해야 한다. 첫째, 시설경영능력을 제고하기 위해서는 지도자 처우개선 및 고용확대, 경영 마케팅 능력 강화, 서비스품질 및 고객만족 향상, 시설의 현대화에 노력을 집중시켜야 한다. 둘째, 사회제도적 지원 확대를 위해서는 전문인력 양성 배치의 강화, 스포츠시설 규제완화 제도개선, 조세 금융 지원 확대, 스포츠시설업 정보망 구축 등에 많은 노력을 기울여야 한다. 결국, 상업스포츠시설업 주체는 시설경영 능력 향상을 위한 혁신적 노력을 기울여야 하며, 정부나 지자체에서는 상업스포츠시설이 발전할 수 있는 최적의 사회환경을 만들어 주어야 할 것이다.
