Volumetric efficiency is a determining factor for tile measurement of compessor capacity, but it is practically hard to take an accurate measurement of capacity characteritics so that most of users trust the data of makers catalogue. We often realized the discrepancy in their data with actual capacity. This study was attemped to establish the basic data of capacity characteristics of compressor by measuring volumetric efficiency of high speed multi-cylinder compressor and rotary compressor. The volumetric efficiency was calculated based on the quantity of the flow of ammonia vapor and pressure difference in suction state of orifice plate and compressor. The volumetric efficiency of high speed multi-cylinder compressor was $37-61\%$ and that of rotary compressor was $57-82\%$ when compression ratio was in the range of 4-12. The discrepancy in volumetric efficiency at an equal evaporating temperature between the makers catalogue and the measured data was $5.5\%$.

It seems essential to examine the factors that may affect relationship commitment of subcontractors to parent companies in the industrial market in Korea in an effort to construct a win-win-type cooperative network among them. Lots of studies have been focusing on the consumer goods market. Relatively few studies have been focused on industrial market. In the industrial goods market subcontractors used to sell their parts or services only to a small number of parent companies in a large quantity, resulting in decisive control of subcontractors over the quality of parent companies' finished goods. This is why relationship between subcontractors and parent companies is extremely important. From this viewpoint, this study aims to survey and analyze empirically the paths leading to relationship commitment of subcontractors toward the parent companies which are required to incite them to build up a collaborative network by means of subcontractors' entrepreneurship. For this aim, market orientation effects of entrepreneurship as well as factors of performance and trust are particularly set forth as the bases of developing hypotheses in this study in order to explore the paths from entrepreneurship to relationship commitment as follows. First, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-communication-trust- relationship commitment; second, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-performance-relationship commitment; third, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-transaction specific asset investment -trust-relationship commitment; and fourth, the path in which the entrepreneurship is expected to promote direct transaction specific asset investment by parent companies to induce their trust and, eventually, relationship commitment of subcontractors. The outcomes of the empirical analysis in this study may be summed up as follows: First, the conclusions of preceding studies are also supported here by the fact that the entrepreneurship of subcontractors promotes their market orientation (hypothesis 9), indicating that the entrepreneurship can facilitate collection, proliferation of and response to market informations. On the contrary, however, the assumption that the entrepreneurship of subcontractors might directly accelerate transaction specific asset investment by parent companies (hypothesis 8) is rejected. Second, although the influence of subcontractors' entrepreneurship on parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to their transactions is not affirmed, the assumption is found to be supported that subcontractors' market orientation would expedite the parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to their transactions. Moreover, it is also confirmed that parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to transactions would promote subcontractors' trust toward the parent companies (hypothesis 6), signifying that parent companies may level up their trust in subcontractors when they make great amount of efforts to invest in the assets peculiar to transactions, not behaving opportunistically, Third, the hypotheses 4 and 5 also turn out to be supported by the analysis as the former assumes that market orientation could promote communication and the latter relates that the communication between subcontractors and parent companies would prompt trust, both results in affirming that market orientation could introduce open communication to speed up sharing of information and that sharing of information by way of communication might give an impetus to trust. Fourth, the assumption that subcontractors' market orientation would expedite performance (hypothesis 3) is also proved favorably to the significant level equivalent to that of preceding studies. Fifth, same as preceding studies, it is also verified in this study that the benefit (outcomes) awarded by parent companies to subcontractors will be a direct cause exercising a positive impact upon relationship commitment(hypothesis 2) and that the trust of subcontractors toward parent companies may have affirmative influence on the relationship commitment(hypothesis 1). Overall, the first, second and third paths are identified as being supported by the hypotheses among constituent factors, while the fourth path is deemed meaningless since it is shown that the entrepreneurship exercises no effects on parent companies' investment in the assets peculiar to transactions.

After the historic opening of the first section of KTX(Korea Train eXpress), it has been made changes three times in a plan to pass through cities of Daejeon, Daegu in the construction of the high speed train's second section(underground${\to}$ on ground${\to}$ under ground${\to}$ on ground). Thereafter, it has been repeatedly argued that the plan to pass through underground caused many problems such as prevention of an accident in tunnel, the difficulty of maintainence, the disadvantage of passengers' moving line. Thus construction on ground plan is coming up again with relation to the interest among local people. There have been lots of national budget loss, construction period delay in this project and people hardly trust policies about national project and nor do engineers. It will be presented that the railway line which is accorded with the characteristics of region, an agreement with local communities about national project, the reasonable procedure to determine how to pass through cities, resolve the conflict among neighborhood, and the role of engineers.

The continuous information technology and telecommunication (ICT) developments inspire several Saudi Arabia citizens to transact and interact online. However, when using online platforms, several people are likely to lose their personal information to cybercriminals. In the survey, 553 Saudi Arabia citizens and 103 information technology (IT) specialists confirm the expansion of digital economy and the need for smart cities with various services, including e-commerce and solid cyber security. 96.6% of the participants believe Saudi Arabia is digitalizing its economy; yet, 33.3% of the participants believe that residents are uninformed about living and operating in smart cities. Several people (47.29%) with medium internet speed are more aware about smart cities than those with fastest internet speed (34%). Besides, online transactions via credit cards subjected 55.5% of the participants to privacy and security issues. These findings validate the essence of cyber security awareness programs among Saudi Arabia citizens and IT professionals to boost public trust and acceptance of cybersecurity frameworks.

The stable motion has been judged by mathematical modeling of the conditions that a rocket flies flexibly to take an active part in atmosphere. In this paper, the rocket conditions consist of the air speed, thrust and automatic attitude control. Aerodynamic force, a critical trust and a critical air speed are determined by comparing mathematical knowledges with eigenfrequencies of vibration equation. And then rocket object model is designed. Parameters and eigenfrequencies are used in dimensionless forms for in general applications by eliminating restrictions such as dimension, weight and select of materials.

Blockchain can enhance data transparency and security through decentralized data management that is out of the centralized system. permissioned blockchain of the blockchain platform, only trust-based authorized nodes can participate in the distributed network. Considering the characteristics of the permissioned blockchain, it is necessary to consider the network communication speed, transaction finality agreement, and stability as a condition for selecting the consensus algorithm. The consensus algorithms of the permissioned blockchain environment are diverse such as PoA, PBFT, Raft, etc., but there are no various evaluation factors for selecting consensus algorithms. In this paper, various performance evaluation factors are proposed to analyze the characteristics of each consensus algorithm of the permissioned blockchain and to select an efficient consensus algorithm considering the characteristics of the user environment that composes the network. The proposed performance evaluation factor can consider the network speed, stability, and consensus of the finality agreement between nodes under the premise of trust. Through this, a more efficient blockchain network environment can be constructed.

Customer value is the source for competitive advantage of online businesses such as Internet shopping malls and portal service. It is important to analyze the relationship between customer value and repurchase in order to provide a guideline of successful online business. The purpose of this paper is to get answers for the following questions. First, what are key components of customer value in online business? Second, What difference exists in the importance or expectance of customer value and its current service level of online business? Finally, what influence relationships exist in customer value and repurchase intentions? Data were collected from 615 respondents who experienced purchase on the Internet shopping malls. This paper developed and empirically tested a model representing the relationships between customer value factors and repurchase intentions as well as difference between the importance of customer value and its service level. The findings here suggested that the service level of customer value was significantly lower than its importance, and customer value factors positively affected the repurchase intentions. Specifically, economy and trust/responsiveness value factors directly affected the repurchase intentions while other factors such as convenience, speed, personalization, community, and emotion value indirectly affected it through trust/responsiveness.

The main purpose of this study is to highlight the effects of the Bolman and Deal's multi-frame leadership on the several dependent variables such as job satisfaction, respect from subordinates, effective goal attainment, promotion speed, and recognition as more a leader than a manager. To attain this purpose, 488 questionnaires verified to be free from flaws were processed through SPSS 14 Windows. The major finding was that versatile and adroit use of multiple frames can contribute to the effectiveness and success of the leader. That is, the multi-frame leadership had strong relationships with dependent variables such as trust and respects from subordinates, effective attainment of unit's goal, job satisfaction, recognition as more a real leader than as a manager, and promotion speed of boss. When we consider the ever-increasing environmental complexity surrounding every organization and the growing levels of needs of employees, the use of multi-frame leadership is not an 'ought' but a 'must' for all the people who aspire to become effective and successful leaders.

The effect of frictional factors on thermal stress and deformation volume of motorcycle brake disk was studied by using a disk-on-pad type friction tester. It has an effect on the frictional factor such as applied load, sliding speed, sliding distance and number of ventilated disk hole. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factors. In this study, thermal stress and deformation volume by using design of experiment with 4 elements were investigated for thermal analysis with regression analysis. Thermal stress and thermal deformation are obtained by the application of temperature from mechanical test. From this study, the result showed that the motorcycle brake disk with ventilated hole 3 had the most excellent thermal stress and deformation volume. The regression equation had a trust rate of 95% for the prediction of thermal stress and deformation volume of motorcycle brake disk was composed.
