CO2로부터 5원환 탄산염의 화학적 고정화 반응을 위한 Metal-Organic Frameworks의 촉매적 응용 (Catalytic Application of Metal-Organic Frameworks for Chemical Fixation of CO2 into Cyclic Carbonate)

  • CO2로부터 5원환 탄산염의 합성은 지구 온난화를 문제를 해결하고 정밀한 화학 물질을 생산하는 유망한 방법 중 하나이다. 본 총설에서는 CO2와 에폭시 화합물로부터 5원환 탄산염 합성을 위한 다공성 결정 물질인 metal-organic framework (MOF)의 촉매로써 적용 가능성에 대해 검토하였다. CO2와 에폭시 화합물의 부가 반응에 대하여 MOF의 구조적 기능과 그에 따른 불균일계 촉매로써의 활성을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 5원환 탄산염 합성에서 MOF 촉매의 산점(acidic site)과 친핵체(nucleophile)의 상승효과(synergistic effect)에 의하여 반응성이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 CO2의 부가반응에서 설계된 MOF의 구조에 대한 영향과 반응메커니즘을 조사하여 제시하였다.

  • 이번 연구의 목적은 중소기업의 컨설팅성과 및 컨설팅 이해도에 대해 컨설팅 참여도, 전문성 및 컨설팅 능력의 효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이번 연구는 AMOS 22.0와 같은 통계분석을 수행함으로써 컨설팅 참여 수준, 컨설팅 이해도 및 컨설팅 성과 간의 상호 관계를 파악하기 위해 탐구적 분석과 측정 모델을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 두번째 컨설팅 참여 수준, 컨설팅 전문성과 컨설턴트 능력은 컨설팅 성과 및 컨설팅 파악에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 세 번째로 컨설팅 이해도는 컨설팅 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지는 않는다. 이번 설문조사에 따르면 컨설팅 참여 수준, 전문성과 능력을 통해 좋은 컨설팅 성과를 내는 것이 중요하다. 컨설팅 성과에 대한 컨설팅 이해도는 영향을 주지 않는다.

인터넷쇼핑몰 유형별 쇼핑몰속성이 화장품 쇼핑몰 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Cosmetics Shopping Mall Attributes on Revisit Intentions of Total Mall and Specialty Mall at Internet)

  • Cosmetics retailers would benefit from studies that examine which shopping-mall attributes can be manipulated to favorably affect consumer satisfaction and revisit intention at Internet. The purposes of this study were (1) to examine the dimensionality of shopping-mall attribute for cosmetics retailers, (2) to determine which dimensions of shopping-mall attribute were significant predictors of consumer satisfaction and revisit intention and (3) to find out the moderating effect of consumer satisfaction through shopping-mall attributes on revisit intention to buy cosmetics across the types of shopping-mall at Internet (i.e., total mall and specialty mall). Data were collected from 209 online cosmetic shoppers among high school girls. Factor analysis identified five dimensions of shopping-mall attributes at Internet, such as Convenience, Price, Loading speed, Sales promotion, and Service. Only two dimensions(i.e., convenience and service) were significant predictors of online shopper satisfaction in both total mall and specialty mall. The moderating effect of consumer satisfaction on revisit intention was significant in both two mall types at Internet. For total mall, price was a significant predictor through consumer satisfaction on revisit intention, while loading speed was a significant predictor directly on revisit intention for specialty mall. In light of the major findings, this study sets forth strategic implications for consumer satisfaction and revisit intention to buy cosmetics in the setting of electronic commerce.

온라인 의류 점포유형에 따른 점포속성 중요도 (The Importance of On-line Store Characteristics Depending on On-line Store Type)

  • This study investigated the differences in the importance of store characteristics depending on on-line clothing store type and consumer age. The questionnaires were given to female residents in the ages between 20-39 in Seoul and Kyung-gi province during October 2006. The results were summarized as follows: 1. By analyzing the differences in importances of on-line store characteristics factors it was found that buying process service factor and product searching system factor were important in on-line general merchandise store. and buying process service factor and product factor(all the factors, such as store credit, product, screen-displayed design, searching and approaching system, customer management service) were important in on-line specialty store. 2. By analyzing the differences in importances of on-line store characteristics depending on the store type, buying process system such as refund policy, shipping, high-speed payment and rapid searching, screen-displayed design system, approaching and searching system were more important in on-line general merchandise store when comparing to specialty store. It also showed that the consumer considered the reputation of the store and its image more important in on-line general merchandise store. 3. By analyzing the differences in of on-line clothing store importance depending on age, in the case of on-line general merchandise store, it showed that people in their thirties regarded buying process service factor more important than twenties, and when it came to the product and searching system, it was vice versa. Twenties had a tendency to consider the aspect of product important and, relatively, thirties regarded searching and approaching system factor important. in the case of specialty store. It was found that women in their twenties had a tendency to consider product factor more important.

커피전문점 서비스 요소가 고객의 감정 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Service Elements on Customers' Emotion and Loyalty - Focused on Specialty Coffee Shop Customers -)

  • 본 연구는 실증조사를 통해 커피전문점의 서비스 요소가 고객의 감정 및 충성도에 미치는 영향력을 파악하였다. 커피전문점의 서비스를 평가하기 위해 물리적 환경, 종업원의 서비스와 가격적 혜택이 사용되었다. 실증분석 결과, 물리적 환경과 가격적 혜택은 고객의 긍정적 감정과 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미친 반면, 종업원 서비스는 유의한 영향력을 가지지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 긍정적 감정과 부정적 감정은 모두 고객의 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과의 시사할 만한 점은 가격적 혜택이 긍정적 감정과 물리적 환경보다 고객의 긍정적 감정과 고객충성도에 더 높은 영향력을 끼쳤다는 것이다. 이는 최근의 경제상황과 관련한 소비자의 태도를 반영한 것으로 해석될 수 있다.

온라인 의류 점포 유형에 따른 점포속성 만족도 (The Satisfaction of Store Characteristics Depending on On-Line Store Type)

  • This study investigates the differences between the satisfaction factors of store characteristics depending on on-line clothing store type and its satisfaction index. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 10.0 software with various techniques such as paired t-test, T-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability and factor analysis that use principal component analysis and Varimax orthogonal rotation were used. The results are summarized as follows: 1. By categorizing the level of on-line store characteristics satisfaction depending on its type, clarifies the differences between its satisfaction. The satisfaction rank of general merchandise store was as followed: searching and approaching system, buying process service, screen-displayed design, product, store credit. On the other hand, the satisfaction rank of general store was as followed: screen-displayed design, store credit, buying process service. 2. By analyzing the difference of satisfaction depending on the store type, it was found that general merchandise store was more satisfied with screen-displayed design, approaching and searching, whole payment process, the safety of payment and shipping service, security service when compared to specialty store. It was also found that specialty store was more satisfied with the variety of product, update of rare items, quality and price of product. 3. By analyzing the difference between the type of on-line clothing store satisfaction depending on age, in the case of general merchandise store, the result showed that people in their thirties were more satisfied with buying process service, store credit, customer management system when compared to twenties. In the case of specialty store, the result showed that people in their twenties were more satisfied with customer management service when compared to thirties, and when it came to buying process service, it was vice versa.

플랜트 건설산업의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 전문 인력양성 방안 (A plan for the development of high skilled manpower in the plant construction industry)

  • 최근 국내 건설업체들의 해외 플랜트 수주는 2003년 이후 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있다. 2006년에는 254억 달러를 기록하였고, 산업자원부에서 발표한 2007년 1/4분기까지의 집계가 벌써 90억 달러에 육박하고 있다. 향후 세계시장에서의 플랜트 산업은 지속적인 성장을 할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 해외 플랜트 수주에 있어 국내 대형건설업체들을 비롯한 중소건설업체들이 중동지역을 중심으로 세계 곳곳으로 뻗어나가는 현 시점에서 플랜트 전문인력 부족이라는 난관에 부딪혀있다. 플랜트 건설산업의 발전속도는 빠르게 증가하고 있으나, 이에 반해 전문기술인력의 충원이 잘 이루어지지 않고, 충원되는 신규인력의 경우에도 세부화된 전공 이수자이기에 그에 따른 새로운 교육이 필요하고 빠른 현장 투입이 불가능한 실정이다. 또한 사업관리, 파이낸싱 분야의 인력도 크게 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 플랜트 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 전문 인력양성을 위한 효율적인 방안에 대해 알아보고, 현실적인 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Simulation and Forecast Model for Human Resources of Semiconductor Wafer Fab Operation

  • The efficiency of fabrication (fab) operation is one of the key factors in order for a semiconductor manufacturing company to stay competitive. Optimization of manpower and forecasting manpower needs in a modern fab is an essential part of the future strategic planing and a very important to the operational efficiency. As the semiconductor manufacturing technology has entered the 8-inch wafer era, the complexity of fab operation increases with the increase of wafer size. The wafer handling method has evolved from manual mode in 6-inch wafer fab to semi-automated or fully automated factory in 8-inch and 12-inch wafer fab. The distribution of manpower requirement in each specialty varied as the trend of fab operation goes for downsizing manpower with automation and outsourcing maintenance work. This paper is to study the specialty distribution of manpower from the requirement in a typical 6-inch, 8-inch to 12-inch wafer fab. The human resource planning in today’s fab operation shall consider many factors, which include the stability of technical talents. This empirical study mainly focuses on the human resource planning, the manpower distribution of specialty structure and the forecast model of internal demand/supply in current semiconductor manufacturing company. Considering the market fluctuation with the demand of varied products and the advance in process technology, the study is to design a headcount forecast model based on current manpower planning for direct labour (DL) and indirect labour (IDL) in Taiwan’s fab. The model can be used to forecast the future manpower requirement on each specialty for the strategic planning of human resource to serve the development of the industry.

의과대학생들의 진로선택과 진로지도 (Medical Student Career Choice and Career Planning)

  • Purpose: This study analysed the intention of medical students career choice, educational programmes, and mentoring and counseling system for career planning at Yonsei medical school in Korea. Methods: The data were collected based on four separate graduation questionnaires at Yonsei medical school in the years of 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. The number of the survey was 130 in 2005, 130 in 2006, 153 in 2007, and that of the latest was 120 in 2008. We analysed the career intention on medical specialties and activities, and perceptions of important factors in choosing medical specialty. Results : The results which can be drawn from this study are these: firstly. students had more intention for choosing clinical medicine as university faculty than any other activities. While male students preferred to major in surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, urology, otorhinolaryngology, female students in internal medicine, neurology, anesthesiology and pain medicine, diagnostic radiology, laboratory medicine. Secondly, students perceived that the most important factor which can influence on choosing a medical specialty was individual factor such as one's interests and concerns, values, and aptitudes. In stead, they relatively less perceived mentor and role model's effects on choosing a medical specialty compared to those of the United States of America. Third, the career planning at Yonsei medical school was evaluated well, especially educational programmes for career planning such as self assessment programme, elective(specialized) courses, and conversation with a senior programme. Conclusions: Unexpectedly, there are high demands for career planning by medical students. Therefore, we will reorganize systematic devices for career planning such as mentoring and counseling system at medical school.

전문건설 업종별 기술 개선을 위한 수요 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Demands for Improvements in Speciality Construction Technology)

  • 우리나라 건설업의 생산성은 매우 낮은 수준으로 평가되고 있으며, 제4차 산업혁명의 요소 기술 활용도도 다른 산업에 비해 매우 낮은 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 시공단계에서 직접적으로 시공을 담당하는 전문건설업의 기술 개선 수요를 파악할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 우리나라 전문건설업의 기술개선 수요를 조사, 분석하여 시공경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 전문건설업종의 분류 개념과 현황을 파악하고 이를 기반으로 설문조사지를 구성하였다. 그리고 전문건설업 종사자를 제외한 전문가를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, AHP와 클러스터링 기법을 활용하여 전문건설 업종별 기술 개선 수요에 대해서 도출하였다. 본 연구의 성과는 향후에 시공 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 정책개발과 R&D 투자방향, 그리고 기술개발 로드맵의 실질적인 참고자료가 될 것이며, 국내 건설산업의 시공 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 방향성을 제시하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
