Background: This study investigates the perception of the general public regarding the concentration to metropolitan, hospitals of cardiac and cerebrovascular surgeries, and the perceived public need for government policies to resolve this issue. Methods: A total of 800 participants were recruited for our telephone interview survey. Quota sampling was performed, adjusting for age and sex, to select by various geographic regions. Sampling with random digit dialing was performed; we called the randomly generated telephone numbers and made three attempts for non-responders before moving on to a different telephone number. Results: Our sample population was 818 participants, 401 men (49.0%) and 417 women (51.0%). Our data showed that 85.5% of participants thought that cardiac surgery and neurosurgery patients are concentrated in large hospitals in Seoul. The principle reason for regional patients to want to receive surgery at major hospitals in Seoul was because of poor medical standards associated with regional hospitals (87.7%). We found that a vast majority of participants (97.5%) felt that government policies are needed to even out the clustering of cardiac surgery and neurosurgery patients, and that this clustering may be alleviated if policies that can specifically enhance the quality and the capacity of regional hospitals to carry out surgeries are adopted (98.3%). Conclusion: Government policy making must reflect public desiderata, and we suggest that these public health needs may be partially resolved through government-designated cardiac and neurosurgery specialist hospitals in regional areas.

Also, street trees 2 lines plantings for a bird is average 3.05, shows affirmative feedback about that shrub utilization for a bird see high numerical value by average 3.4 and people draw a bird to space of city. Therefore, construct street trees friendly to the nature and be considered to need to re-establish set street trees environment in citizens preference to recover city ecosystem. As result that examine reaction which treat in street trees planting programs to draw birds into city through view adjective, Likert scales about 2 lines plantings of street trees and additional planting of shrub show affirmative feedback by average 3.4 both ordinary people and specialist group, if people want to draw birds into city by various of method, various research should be accomplished.
The purpose of this study was to obtain basic data that was to wide spread and contribute pit and fissure sealant program. This survey was conducted 899 parents of three elementary school students in Gigang-eup, Busan Metropolitan city, Korea. The obtained data were analysed by Independent t-test and chi-square test(SPSS for window 13.0). The obtained results were as follows; 1. Sealant program was lower preference method than toothbrushing and diet control for dental caries prevention method. 2. Percentage of sealant program awareness was 93.3% and Percentage of sealant program purpose awareness was 96.3%. 3. Percentage of sealant program agreement was 94.1% and comparison sex, age and education, all groups were observed higher than 90%. 4. Percentage of sealant program awareness route was observed highest through specialist(59.9%). 5. Check for maintenance after sealant application was conducted in 64.5% and demand for reexamination was 96.4%.

In order to estimate the utilization pattern of a rural health subcenter, and to identify the recognition for it among the inhabitants in Kogsung district, a questionnaire survey was carried out for objects of 708 population. The results observed were as follows; 1. The annual utilization rate of a rural health subcenter for a basic health service unit was 27.5 per 100 persons, and annual mean visiting times was 1.43 times. 2. The most frequent disease by, annual health subcenter utilization illness was respiratory disease(26.5%), and the next was musculoskeletal disease(23.9%), gastrointestinal disease(15.9%) by order. 3. Favorite reasons for community health subcenter utilization were lower medical cost(23.4%), near distance from living place(20.7%) and lower disease severity(19.5%) by order. But disfavorite reasons for it were non effective treatment(26.2%), insufficient equipment(25.4%) and absence of specialist(17.4%) by order. 4. Insufficient items about community health subcenter utilization were restriction of treatment limit(47.1%), lower reliance(22.4%) and not punctral(21.8%) by order. 5. The results of logistic regression analysis suggested that statistically significant factors in health subcenter utilization were age, educational level and the nearest medical facility class. 6. There was no difference between recognition for a community health subcenter's work and actual utilizing service, and desirable works for it were disease preventing service, disease control of elderly and sanitation control by order. These results suggested that to increase the utilization of rural health subcenter and to promote the accessibility of rural residents to primary health care, there must be considered public relation about health subcenter, expansion of health equipment and recognition about access time.
Objectives: Members of Korean Healthy Cities Partnership(KHCP) has increased rapidly since 2006 and adopted Active Living Environments(ALE) as common theme in 2015. Academic definition and categorization, needs assessment and operational planning for making active living environments were required from KHCP. Methods: Literatures review, survey to members of KHCP, specialist discussion and consultation with members of KHCP have been done from October of 2015 to February of 2016. Results: ALE included humane(social networks), physical and political resources. Three categories and 13 items for ALE were identified. Present actions among member cities were variable and especially immature in physical environments. Indicators for ALE were not secured stably. Requirements for policy and physical environmental approach and adolescent programme were high. Priority areas for education and technical assistance were master planning, guideline and case, program and policy development, partnership development, and networking among cities. Representative projects among member cities were somewhat different from ideal models. Conclusions: Policy and environmental approaches needs to be reinforeced systemically for members of KHCP including securing stable indicators. More education and technical assistance also needed sustainably.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of management of the healthy family field practicum and to present suggestions for its improvement. For this purpose, a preliminary investigation, survey, data analysis, interview as secondary source, and final data analysis were processed as research methods. The subjects of this study were the 42 supervisors in the centers which oversee the field practicum experience and the 12 supervisors in the centers which do not oversee the field practicum experience. 3 supervisors were interviewed to inquire about the reformation of field instruction in Healthy Family Support Centers. Analysis was made of the general characteristics of the above-mentioned 54 supervisors, including sex, age, academic background, certificate of qualification, class of position, and length of career related to the healthy family program. The environment of the field practice, such as the numbers of students supervised, time of field practice, practice hours, and so on, was examined in the centers which oversee the field practicum experience. The actual condition of operation investigated was divided into the preparatory stage, the early stage, the midterm stage, and the end stage. Research was conducted on the improvement of the field practicum, including the proper number of students supervised, adequate practice hours, interaction with universities or colleges, obstacles to the field practicum, and of practicum. The possibility and preparation of a further field practicum was conducted for 12 Healthy Family Support Centers, by inquiring about (a) the reasons for not overseeing the field practicum experience and (b) the needs of universities or colleges for a field practicum. The 54 supervisors surveyed suggested a particular need for improvement in human resources, the space of field instruction, system of field practicum, length of practice hours, orientation for students etc. This study investigated the actual conditions and suggested improvements of the field practicum in Healthy Family Support Centers. Therefore, its results should be meaningfully used to develop the Field Practicum for the Healthy Family and to conduct further studies.

Recently, client requirements concept is an important issue related to many effects of firms. Especially, if we think that apartment is given a great deal of national construction industry, it is requested that we should try to improve apartment quality with various methods of client requirements survey and reflecting those on apartment project. The technique searching and applying client requirements to apartment project is requested for that and ROQ(Return On Quality) process connected to QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a technique which is used in manufacturing industry and help to make money by rising client satisfaction with searching clients requirements, and applying this to quality improvement program. In this study apartment quality management development is suggested through using ROQ process. For this customer interview research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) was carried out and clients requirement was analyzed with this. Then quality improvement program applicable to developing a new apartment product was established with specialist monitoring. A new apartment quality management development plan is prosed with this process.

So the Project Financing company has been trying to search Project Financing able to success and they are performing diversified researching to prepare the judgment ground of success from initial stage of development. The aim of this study is to find success factors which is in the Project Financing through collecting opinion of specialist and talking survey to people employed in Project Financing development field. Consequently, we indicate success factors using Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) and make out success factors for the Project Financing. Furthermore, we suggest the way which is able to apply factors objectified so that exceed the development success Project Financing objectively.

The Korean government had introduced the industrial safety & hygiene consultant(ISHC) system to improve worksite health and safety level by providing specialized industrial safety & hygiene(S&H) services in 1996. Despite of initial hopeful expectation it has been said that this plan might fail to settled down and maintain its purpose. This study was designed to investigate operational issues and problems concerning the ISHC system, that would direct the way of change and future role. Questionnaire were sent to ISHC, professional engineer, agencies for occupational injury prevention, S&H specialist in the corporation nationwide and totally 256 people responded to in having 62.7% of response rate. The result of this study were as follows; 1. One hundred and forty two cases of safety assessment and 27 cases of process safety reports were the six years' results since 1996 the ISHC program had first been introduced. This results showed that injury prevention activities of ISHC had been stagnant. 2. The 78.8% of respondents had negative opinion about injury prevention activities of ISHC program. 3. The operational problems of ISHC were lack of understanding of company about ISHC, low systematization of work items, duty overlapping with agencies for occupational injury prevention, low support by government. in order. 4. It was suggested that abolition of ISHC and promotion of professional engineer system should be considered. 5. To promote professional engineer system it was suggested that the professional engineer could conduct consulting service and ISHC should be integrated with the expert system.

This study started with drawing problems of early implementation and suggesting improvement plans in order to lead a rural convergence industrialization district system to early settlement and management for its policy goals. The study aimed at 13 districts that were designated from 2014 to 2016 for analyzing an actual condition of promoting early implementation, and went ahead with it combining literature research, interview survey and specialist opinion investigation. The study examined and organized an outline, policy goal, and actual condition of rural convergence industrialization district. Furthermore, it analyzed an actual condition of promoting at each stage such as designating processes of rural convergence industrialization districts, operating body and system, regulation improvement, district supporting projects and relating projects, drew problems and finally suggested improvement plans. This study could be meaningful because it is the first study to grasp an actual condition of promoting early implementation and to remedy problems in order to manage rural convergence industrialization district system which was newly promoted since 2014 for its policy goal. In addition, it suggests that the further study of the result after managing district system for a certain period of time should be needed.
