Electronic Navigational Charts(ENCs) are official nautical charts which are equivalent to paper charts with supplementary information. Although their main purpose is to be used for the safe navigation of ships, they also contain much information on coasts and seas which may be interesting to ordinary people. However, there is no easy way to access them because of their specialized data format, access method and visualization. This paper proposes m implementation of SVG for the access and services of ENCs. SVG(Scalable Vector Graphic) makes it possible to make use of Vector graphics for map services in basic internet browsing environment. Implementation of SVG for ENC applications by this research is free of special server side GIS mapping system and client side extra technology. The Implementation of SVG for ENC Applications can be summarized as follows: Firstly, SVG provides spatial information to possess searching engine to embody SVG map. Secondly SVG can provide high-quality vector map graphics and interactive facility without special Internet GIS system. It makes it possible to use services with very low cost. Thirdly, SVG information service targeting on maritime transportation can be used as template, so it can be used dynamically any other purpose such as traffic management and vessel monitoring. Many good characteristics of SVG in mapping at computer screen and reusability of SVG document provide new era of visualization of marine geographic information.

New technologies such as multi-antenna and small cell were proposed as key technology for the next generation mobile system to cope with the explosively increasing mobile data traffic. In particular, heterogeneous mobile communication network which can improve spatial reuse factor by exploiting macro and small cells simultaneously is attracting attention. However, the heterogeneous network has a problem that the utilization of small cells becomes low because the transmit power of macro base stations is much higher than that of small base stations and then the probability that mobile stations are attached to the macro base stations becomes high. This problem is dominant in uplink. The concept of cell range expansion bias to mitigate the problem was proposed by 3GPP and the corresponding standardization is in progress. In this paper, we analyze the downlink performance of the heterogeneous mobile communication network based on a system level simulator with the cell range expansion bias in terms of average cell spectral efficiency.
As urbanization and industrialization develops, the necessity of utilizing scarce land in three dimensions is raising. The issue of utilizing underground space is being actively discussed particularly when Geyeonggi-do announced GTX(Great Train Express) construction plan which aims to relieve traffic congestion in metropolitan areas. The current regulation on compensation of underground space is based on "Regulations on compensation standard complied by using underground space for construction of urban railway" but it is difficult for covering the whole rights to protect a three-dimensional right. In this context, the study is to propose the improvement plans of land right's problem and compensation issues to utilization of underground space for the right complementary. To do this, the study reviews the use situation of the classification surface right and using adjudication which defines the effect scope of underground space extending land ownership. As well as it analyzes issues about compensation standard for utilizing of underground space.
This study was performed in order to contributing the influence factors in the real estate marketing strategy which largely affects the success of a real estate sale and development projects. Articles have to be concluded with the Influence factors of Satisfaction based on the type of Real Estate through PLS Regression Analysis. Building data was conducted by the target population specializing in the real estate sale and development business. Classification of real estate business classified by the way of the residential and non-residential parted. In the case of Housing type in the analysis result, the main factors were made by calculating the each factor such as brand trust, Strengthening the alliance and partnership, Traffic environment, Relaxing the requirements for a Real estate sales, Business presentation, Unsold benefits and Relaxing the requirements for payment. Otherwise, In the case of non-residential in the analysis result, the factors such as Relaxing the requirements for payment, Customer Orientation, living environment, Unsold benefits, Strengthening the alliance and partnership and communication terms made an influence to satisfaction.
Efficient data dissemination is one of the important subjects for sensor networks. High accessibility of the sensed data can be kept by deploying the data centric storage approach in which data is stored over the nodes in the sensor network itself rather than external storages or systems. The advantage of this approach is its direct accessibility in a real-time without the severe burden on delay and power dissipation on the data path to the external storages or systems. However, if the queries from many users are concentrated to the few nodes with data, then the response time could be increased and it could lead to the reduction of network life time by rapid energy dissipation caused by concentrated network load. In this paper, we propose a adaptive data centric storage scheme based on proxy trajectory (APT) mechanism. We highlight the data centric storage mechanism by taking account of supporting large number of users, and make it feasible to provide high-performance accessibility when a non-uniform traffic pattern is offered. Storing data around the localized users by considering spatial data-access locality, the proxy trajectory of APT provides fast response for the users. The trajectory, furthermore, may help the mobile users to roams freely within the area they dwell.
The spatiotemporal database concerns about the time-varying spatial attributes. One of the important research areas is related to the support of various location-based services in motile communication environments. It is known that database systems may be difficult to manage the accurate geometric locations of moving objects due to their continual changes of locations. However, this requirement is necessary in various spatiotemporal applications including mobile communications, traffic control and military command and control (C2) systems. In this paper we propose the $B^{st}$-tree that utilizes the concept of multi-version B-trees. It provides an indexing method (or the historical and future range query Processing on moving object's trajectories. Also we present a dynamic version management algorithm that determines the appropriate version evolution induced by the mobility patterns to keep the query performance. With experiments we .;hi)w that our indexing approach is a viable alternative in this area.
The converge of location-aware devices, GIS functionalities and the increasing accuracy and availability of positioning technologies pave the way to a range of new types of location-based services. The field of spatiotemporal data mining where relationships are defined by spatial and temporal aspect of data is encountering big challenges since the increased search space of knowledge. Therefore, we aim to propose algorithms for mining spatiotemporal patterns in mobile environment in this paper. Moving patterns are generated utilizing two algorithms called All_MOP and Max_MOP. The first one mines all frequent patterns and the other discovers only maximal frequent patterns. Our proposed approach is able to reduce consuming time through comparison with DFS_MINE algorithm. In addition, our approach is applicable to location-based services such as tourist service, traffic service, and so on.
Currently, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands are used as frequencies for drone operation. In December 2019, the Ministry of Science and ICT newly allocated the 433 MHz band for the invisible long-distance operation of drones. However, since the 433 MHz band is the same as the previously allocated frequency band for amateur radio communication, interference cannot be avoided. Therefore, as a prerequisite for the development of a drone operation system based on the 433 MHz band, interference avoidance technology for this frequency band must be developed and applied. In this paper, we report the results of measurement and analysis of 433 MHz band signals necessary for the development of interference avoidance and reduction technologies for 433 MHz signals. The measurement and analysis of the 433 MHz band signal are performed through the spectrum measured at 5-minute intervals at three locations. Since the measurements and analyzes performed in this study considered spatial characteristics, temporal characteristics, and traffic characteristics, it is considered to be the basic data necessary for the development of interference avoidance technology in the 433 MHz band.

The goal of the SmartGrid is to maximize energy efficiency by exchanging bi-directional real-time power information with the help of ICT(Information and Communication Technology). In this paper, we propose a "JRS-MS" (Joint Routing and Scheduling for Multi-channel SmartGrid) algorithm that uses numerical modeling methods in IEEE 802.11s based STDMA multi-channel SmartGrid NAN networks. The proposed algorithm controls the amount of data transmission adaptively at the link layer and finds a high data-rate path which has the least interference between traffic flows in multi-channel SmartGrid NAN networks. The proposed algorithm improve transmission performance by enhancing network utilization. By comparing the results of performance analysis between the proposed algorithm and the JRS-SG algorithm in the previous paper, we showed that the JRS-MS algorithm can improve transmission performance by maximally utilizing given network resources when the number of flows are increasing in the multi-hop NAN wireless mesh networks.
