종합지역접근성 측정모형의 개발 (Development of a Numerical Model for Measuring a Comprehensive Regional Accessibility)

  • Despite of being the criteria to choose the efficient and reasonable alternatioves inactual planning process, the measure of accessibility rarely has applied to practices because each model has unexplicity concept of it and limitations in itself. Accessibility implies transportation system which offers opportunity of movement to overcome spatial separation and, simultaneously, land-use system which represents the location of each activity. Therefore, measures of accessibility have to represent the attractiveness of locations and the interactions of activities, that is, land-use and transportation, with an index. Considering that urban activity is based on the economic efficiency, costs and benfits, accessibility means the economic efficiency of the location of activity and the travel in view of land-use and transport repectively. Combined models that measure accessibility with considering land-use and tranportation simultaneously depend on reasonable concepts, but it is too simple for them to explain the accessibility which resulted from complex interaction of urban activities. Combined urban activity model developed by Kim (1983) and Rho (1989) explains the characteristics of activities in each regions and urban strcture in economic general equilibrium states in the long term of urban system. This model measures a regional accessibility with a dual variable which means the location surplus. This is a more systematic and comprehensive model for calculating the regional accessibility because it considers the interaction of each activity in urban system. It needs efforts to apply the accessibility index as a criterion in actual planning process through finding and quantitification of other explanatory variables to measure it in combined urban activity model.

Multi-Domain Model for Electric Traction Drives Using Bond Graphs

  • In this work the Multi-Domain model of an electric vehicle is developed. The electric domain model consists on the traction drive and allows including faults associated with stator winding. The thermal model is based on a spatial discretization. It receives the power dissipated in the electric domain, it interacts with the environment and provides the temperature distribution in the induction motor. The mechanical model is a half vehicle model. Given that all models are obtained using the same approach (Bond Graph) their integration becomes straightforward. This complete model allows simulating the whole system dynamics and the analysis of electrical/mechanical/thermal interaction. First, experimental results are aimed to validate the proposed model. Then, simulation results illustrate the interaction between the different domains and highlight the capability of including faults.

완전연동형 SWAT-MODFLOW 모형을 이용한 지표수-지하수 통합 유출모의 (An Integrated Surface Water-Groundwater Modeling by Using Fully Combined SWAT MODFLOW Model)

  • 본 연구는 준분포형 장기유출모형인 SWAT과 3차원 분포형 지하수 모형인 MODFLOW를 통합한 새로운 시도에 관한 것이다. SWAT모형은 준분포형 특성상 지하수 성분중에서 투수계수나 저류계수등의 분포형 매개변수를 고려할 수 없으며 지하수 함양량, 수두와 양수량 분포 등을 고려하는데에도 어려움이 있다. 이와같은 문제점을 극복하기 위해 SWAT의 수문반응단위인 HRU와 MODFLOW의 기본단위인 셀간의 특성치들을 주고받을 수 있는 완전연동형 기법을 제시하였다. 이러한 결합은 하천망과 대수층간의 상호작용을 경계흐름으로 고려함으로써 완성되었다. SWAT-MODFLOW 결합모형을 우리나라 경안천 수위관측소 유역에 시험적으로 적용한 결과, 포화대와 하천지류간의 상호작용이 경안천 유역의 유출량 산정에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 함께 결합모형은 지하수두 및 함양량의 시공간적 변동성을 재현하는 등 광범위한 적용가능성을 보여주었다.

3차원 가상 색채 환경 상에서 사용자의 감성적 인터랙션에 관한 연구 (Experiencing the 3D Color Environment: Understanding User Interaction with a Virtual Reality Interface)

  • 본 연구에서는 다양한 색채환경에 대한 반응을 파악하기 위해 3차원 가상환경 인터페이스를 개발하고, 개발된 인터페이스에 대해 사용자가 어떻게 감성적으로 인터렉션하는지를 평가하였다. 3차원 가상환경은 후면 투사형 대형화면을 통해 제시되었으며, 가구를 포함한 실내 환경요소에 12가지 색채조합을 적용한 후, 피실험자들에게 색채조합에 대한 반응과 아울러 가상환경 인터페이스를 통한 감성적 인터렉션을 함께 평가하도록 하였다. 총 34명의 대학생들이 실험에 참여하였으며, 피실험자들은 대형화면 ($8'{\times}6'$)에 제시되는 고화질의 색채 환경 속에서 표준 입력장치를 사용하여 360도로 시선을 움직일 수 있었다. '공간적 실재감(Spatial Presence)', '주제와 연관성(Topic Involvement)', 및 '유쾌함(Enjoyment)'에 관한 자기보고형 설문지를 통해 가상환경파의 인터랙션을 통한 감성 및 인지적 반응을 파악하였다. 현 연구는 향후 디자인 연구, 특히 환경디자인 연구에 3차원 가상환경 인터페이스를 적용하고자 하는 연구자들이 사용자 인터랙션을 사전에 이해하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • A neuro-fuzzy control algorithm is applied for xenon spatial oscillations in a pressurized water reactor. The consequent and antecedent parameters of the fuzzy rules are tuned by the gradient descent mettled. The reactor model used for computer simulations is a two-point xenon oscillation model. The reactor core is axially divided into two regions and each region has one input and one output and is coupled with the other region. The interaction between the regions of the reactor core is treated by a decoupling scheme. This proposed control of mettled exhibits very fast responses to a step or a ramp change of target axial offset without any residual flux oscillations.

  • A common problem of the model simulations of the land surface - atmosphere interaction is to choose the appropriate spatial scale and resolution at which the simulations are to be performed. The accuracy of energy and water exchange predictions between the land surface and the atmosphere in regional and global scale atmospheric models is mainly influenced by: model simplifications applied to describe the spatial heterogeneity of land surface properties within individual grid cells; ignoring the variability of sub-grid properties (e.g. relief, vegetation, soils), and; lacks of necessary input meteorological and biophysical data.(omitted)

AHP 기법에 의한 농촌 어메니티 가치 평가 모델 개발 (Development of a Rural Amenity Values Assessment Model by Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • This study proposed a Rural Amenity Values Assessment Model (RAVAM) to evaluate the rural amenity resources based on the Myun as a spatial unit. In RAVAM, 61 rural amenity resources were classified into almost intact nature resources, interaction between nature and man resources, man-made resources, respectively. Especially, Rural Scenic Value Index (RSVI) was developed to quantify rural scenic views as a rural amenity resource. RSVI was utilized in evaluation process of rural amenity resources. The weighing factors for the amenity resources were evaluated from the step wise pair-comparison results of 11 specialists by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). In the results, the weighting values of almost intact nature resources, interaction between nature and man resources, man-made resources were 496, 323 and 181, respectively, among total value being 1,000.

석탄가스 선회난류 비예혼합 화염장의 화염구조 및 NOx 배출특성 해석 (Numerical Study on Structure and Pollutant Formation for Syngas Turbulent Nonpremixed Swirling Flames)

  • The present study numerically investigate the effects of the Syngas chemical kinetics on the basic flame properties and the structure of the Syngas nonpremixed flames. In order to realistically represent the turbulencechemistry interaction and the spatial inhomogeneity of scalar dissipation rate, the Eulerian Particle Flamelet Model (EPFM) with multiple flamelets has been applied to simulate the combustion processes and NOx formation in the syngas turbulent nonpremixed flames. Validation cases include the Syngas turbulent nonpremixed jet and swirling flames. Based on numerical results, the detailed discussion has been made for the effects of the chemical kinetics, the flame structure, and NOx formation characteristics in the turbulent Syngas nonpremixed flames.

Two-Stream Convolutional Neural Network for Video Action Recognition

  • Video action recognition is widely used in video surveillance, behavior detection, human-computer interaction, medically assisted diagnosis and motion analysis. However, video action recognition can be disturbed by many factors, such as background, illumination and so on. Two-stream convolutional neural network uses the video spatial and temporal models to train separately, and performs fusion at the output end. The multi segment Two-Stream convolutional neural network model trains temporal and spatial information from the video to extract their feature and fuse them, then determine the category of video action. Google Xception model and the transfer learning is adopted in this paper, and the Xception model which trained on ImageNet is used as the initial weight. It greatly overcomes the problem of model underfitting caused by insufficient video behavior dataset, and it can effectively reduce the influence of various factors in the video. This way also greatly improves the accuracy and reduces the training time. What's more, to make up for the shortage of dataset, the kinetics400 dataset was used for pre-training, which greatly improved the accuracy of the model. In this applied research, through continuous efforts, the expected goal is basically achieved, and according to the study and research, the design of the original dual-flow model is improved.

CHAID분석을 이용한 나들목 주변 지가의 공간분포 영향모형 개발 - 서울외곽순환고속도로를 중심으로 - (Development of Selection Model of Interchange Influence Area in Seoul Belt Expressway Using Chi-square Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID))

  • 본 연구는 고속도로 나들목의 접근성이 주변 아파트 지가형성에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하기 위해서 서울외곽순환고속도로를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석을 위해서는 데이터마이닝(CHAID분석), 추세선 분석(Trend Analysis) 등을 활용하여 고속도로의 나들목(IC) 주변 아파트가격과 관련된 지가경사 모형을 개발하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 고속도로 나들목이 위치한 지역별(외측 : 경기도, 내측 : 서울시)로 아파트 가격에 차이가 있으며, 일반적인 주택가격과 교통결절점이 가지는 선형 관계가 아닌 비선형적 관계(2차 다항식)를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, CHAID분석을 이용한 공간분포 검토 결과, 외측지역(경기도)의 경우 2.6km를 전후하여 2개의 상이한 공간분포를 가지며, 내측지역(서울시)의 경우 1.4km와 3.8km를 전후하여 3개의 상이한 공간분포를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 아파트 가격이 도로결절점(고속도로 나들목)으로부터 첫 번째 임계점까지 는 점차 상승하다가 일정거리 이후부터 서서히 감소하는 복합적인 공간분포를 가지는 것으로 나타나 교통접근성이 좋다고 하여 주택가격이 높지만은 않으며, 주거환경(고속도로 소음, 지역단절 등)과 교통접근성간의 상호 교환 작용(Trade Off Effect)에 의한 현상이라 할 수 있다. 향후 본 연구의 고속도로 나들목 주택가격 영향모형을 이용하여 고속도로 주변에 지속적으로 건설되고 있는 신도시 주택가격 산정에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
