공간정보기반 지능형 방범서비스 어플리케이션 개발 (A Method on the Implementation of Intelligent Security Service Application based on Spatial Information)

  • 본 연구에서는 공간정보를 활용하여 구현가능한 방범 관련 기능 및 서비스를 평가할 수 있는 기준을 도출하고, 도출된 기준별 상대적 중요도를 계산하여 최종적으로 공간정보 기반 지능형 방범서비스 어플리케이션의 적용 기능/서비스 대안에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 또한 현재 정부 및 지자체 주도하에 운영 중인 10여개의 국민안심서비스의 연계방안과 세부 서비스 구현방안을 함께 제시함으로써 실질적인 사업화 및 실증화가 가능한 공간정보 기반 지능형 방범 앱서비스 모델을 제시하였다. 최종 평가기준은 1계층에 속하는 3가지와 2계층에 속하는 12가지의 평가기준에 따라 AHP 중요도 평가분석을 수행하였으며, 이를 토대로 긴급상황 시 대처방안, 보호자 실시간 위치파악 및 미아/치매환자전용 단말 사용, 사용자 참여 및 정보제공 등의 지능형 방범서비스 어플리케이션 구현방안을 모색하였다.

Mesoscale modelling of concrete for static and dynamic response analysis -Part 1: model development and implementation

  • Concrete is a heterogeneous material exhibiting quasi-brittle behaviour. While homogenization of concrete is commonly accepted in general engineering applications, a detailed description of the material heterogeneity using a mesoscale model becomes desirable and even necessary for problems where drastic spatial and time variation of the stress and strain is involved, for example in the analysis of local damages under impact, shock or blast load. A mesoscale model can also assist in an investigation into the underlying mechanisms affecting the bulk material behaviour under various stress conditions. Extending from existing mesoscale model studies, where use is often made of specialized codes with limited capability in the material description and numerical solutions, this paper presents a mesoscale computational model developed under a general-purpose finite element environment. The aim is to facilitate the utilization of sophisticated material descriptions (e.g., pressure and rate dependency) and advanced numerical solvers to suit a broad range of applications, including high impulsive dynamic analysis. The whole procedure encompasses a module for the generation of concrete mesoscale structure; a process for the generation of the FE mesh, considering two alternative schemes for the interface transition zone (ITZ); and the nonlinear analysis of the mesoscale FE model with an explicit time integration approach. The development of the model and various associated computational considerations are discussed in this paper (Part 1). Further numerical studies using the mesoscale model for both quasi-static and dynamic loadings will be presented in the companion paper (Part 2).

Pedestrian Distribution in High-Rise Commercial Complexes: An Analysis of Integrating Spatial and Functional Factors

  • One of the key problems in the design of high-rise commercial complex is how to guide reasonable pedestrian distribution in commercial space. In this study, pedestrian distribution in three high-rise commercial complexes in Shanghai and Hong Kong was studied using spatial configuration analysis software Space Syntax and quantification of physical elements in commercial spaces, such as functional attractiveness, entrances, escalators, level variations and passage width. Additionally, in an attempt to integrate functions with spatial integration and spatial depth, two combination variables, the spatial coefficient of function (IF) and spatial depth coefficient of function (F/D), were proposed. The results of the correlation analysis and multiple regression analyses reflected the following: (1) Regarding the influence on pedestrian distribution, there was a synergistic and complementary relationship between function and space; (2) The comprehensive flow distribution analytic model could successfully interpret flow distribution in high-rise commercial complexes and its R Square ranged up to about 70% in the three cases; (3) The spatial coefficient of function (IF) and spatial depth coefficient (F/D) could effectively integrate functions and spatial configuration, which could help close the gap between over-emphasis on function in commercial research and the lack of consideration of function in space-syntax analysis.

개선된 Floor Field 기반 보행 시뮬레이션 모델 (An Enhanced Floor Field based Pedestrian Simulation Model)

  • 실내 공간과 같이 마이크로한 스케일에서의 분석을 위해 다양한 보행시뮬레이션 모델들이 연구 되어 왔으며, 이 중에는 social force 모델과 floor field 모델이 주목을 받는다. 이 중 연산이 복잡한 social force 모델보다는 CA 기반의 floor field 모델이 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 더 적합한 모델이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 Kirchner 등이 제안한 floor field 모델에서는 dynamic field의 연산 시 자신의 dynamic 값에도 영향을 받을 수 밖에 없는 단점을 가지고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 이를 개선한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 dynamic field의 데이터 구조를 변경함으로써 자신의 dynamic 값은 배제한 다른 에이젼트의 영향만을 받도록 하였으며, dynamic 값의 초기값을 할당하는 문제도 현실적으로 변경하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 알고리즘을 테스트하는 데에는 공간 DBMS에 저장된 실제 3차원 건물모델을 사용하여 추후 실내 센서를 이용한 실시간 대피 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 기반이 되도록 하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a multimedia query language MQL which defines and manipulates multimedia data as integration of monomedia data in time and space. The MQL is designed for a multimedia data model, called the object-relationship model, and based on the multimedia object calculus which formally describes operations on multimedia data. The SQL- like syntax for class definition and object manipulation, such as retrieval, insert, update, and delete, is defined. We show how the MQL can represent the user queries using composite temporal-spatial class structures and various relationships, such as equivalence and sequence.

아파트 단위주거 평면의 규모별 공간구성에 관한 기초 연구 (An Analysis of the Unit Plan Characteristics for the Apartments at Metropolitan Seoul Area in the Context of Space Syntax Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze spatial configuration of the unit floor plan characteristics of the apartments built in Seoul Metropolitan area by using the Space Syntax methodology and finally to test the relationship between space in the unit floor plans. So the unit floor plans are analyzed using sector graphs from justified graph and computer programs based on the Space Syntax model and compared by size. The results are as follows; The sector graphs are summarized in 14 types. The total depth of spaces is not in proportion to the plan area. And the global and local integration and intelligibility are inversely proportional to the area. But in the case of largest areas(265$m^2$ and above), the integration and intelligibility increase.

항공사진과 레이져 데이터의 통합에 의한 3 차원 공간정보 활용기술연구 (A Study on the Application Technique of 3-D Spatial Information by integration of Aerial photos and Laser data)

  • A LiDAR technique has the merits that survey engineers can get a large number of measurements with high precision quickly. Aerial photos and satellite sensor images are used for generating 3D spatial images which are matched with the map coordinates and elevation data from digital topographic files. Also, those images are used for matching with 3D spatial image contents through perspective view condition composed along to the designated roads until arrival the corresponding location. Recently, 3D aviation image could be generated by various digital data. The advanced geographical methods for guidance of the destination road are experimented under the GIS environments. More information and access designated are guided by the multimedia contents on internet or from the public tour information desk using the simulation images. The height data based on LiDAR is transformed into DEM, and the real time unification of the vector via digital image mapping and raster via extract evaluation are transformed to trace the generated model of 3-dimensional downtown building along to the long distance for 3D tract model generation.

최근 20년간 독일 공동주택설계경기 당선작의 단위세대 공간 구조 분석 (The Analysis of Space in the Multi-housing unit of the Winners in the German architectural competition since 1990)

  • In this study, the spatial analysis of the multi-housing unit plans was investigated since 1990 for the winners at the architectural competition which was held nationwide in Germany. The investigation was carried out from January in 1990 to December in 2010. 201Unit plans were analyzed. Space syntax model is used as analyzing tool of the Unit plans. The results of the study indicate followings: 1) The interior spaces in 3LDK types and 4LDK types, ordered by high value of integration are; (1) corridor, (2) entrance hall, (3) living room, (4) dining room. 2) The value of integration for the kitchen is higher in L/DK type than in LD/K type, and that for the living room is higher in LD/K type than in L/DK type. The mean value of integration for L/DK type is higher than that for LD/K type. This means that traffic line efficiency of L/DK type is higher than that of LD/K type. 3) The value of integration for corridor and entrance hall is gradually lower in recent years. That is, the type of Unit plans are changing from corridor types to hall types.

중국 아파트 단위주호 평면의 공간 분석 - 1979년~현재 베이징 3침실형 아파트를 중심으로 - (Spatial Analyses of the 3-Bedroom Apartment Unit Plans from 1979 to the Present in Beijing, China)

  • This study intends to examine the changes found in the unit floor plans of the apartments built in Beijing from 1979 to 2018. For the 3 - bedroom type apartments, 40 unit floor plans were collected, and the changes of integration values of each space were analyzed periodically in four phases. The unit floor plans are analyzed in the context of the Space Syntax Model and compared to the lifestyle and societal changes in China. The results of the study indicate the followings: As time went by, the living room and the dining room were separated from each other with the increasing area of the apartment unit floor plans. The function of the integrated living room was dispersed, and the integration of the living room and the dining room decreased with the change of time. In the third phase, the dining room occupied the center of the unit floor plans with the highest integration value; Chinese people prefer to place the kitchen in the relatively deep place in order to prevent oil and smoke caused by their cooking habits like stir-fry; The privacy of the master bedroom has been strengthened.

  • 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있는 유비쿼터스 기술은 도시정보 서비스에 대한 새로운 기능을 제시하고 있다. u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합하여 도시생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시 관리 등 도시의 제반기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시이다. 성공적인 u-City 건설을 위해서는 기존 지자체GIS 서비스를 확대한 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념이 필요하며, 이를 기반으로 효율적인 지능형 도시공간정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 무엇보다 다양한 분야에서의 도시공간정보에 대한 연계통합이 선행되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 도시시설물의 효율적 관리와 상호운용성 기반의 센서기반 도시정보 활용을 위한 '센서기반 도시시설물 정보모델'을 제시하도록 한다.
