강원.제주 장수지역의 제조업 생산 연계와 혁신 네트워크의 공간적 특성 (Spatial Characteristics of Manufacturing Production and Innovation Networks of the Long-live Area of Gangwon and Jeju)

  • 농촌장수지역인 강원 제주를 대상으로 제조업체의 생산 및 혁신네트워크를 분석하여 지식정보화 시대의 이상적인 고령사회에 대비한 새로운 농촌지역 발전모델을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 강원 제주 장수지역은 호남농촌의 장수지역 및 호남도시중 광주 전주 지역과 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 제조업은 생산연계에 있어 원료구입의 지역내 공간적 산업적 연계 성향이 강할수록, 노동력이용의 지역내 연계 성향이 강할수록 활성화되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 혁신네트워크는 공간적 측면에서 제조업체 입지 지역 및 지방과 국가간 네트워크가 원활하고 지속적으로 이루어질 때, 협력주체의 측면에서 기업 및 연구기관뿐만 아니라 지자체와 국가지원등의 다양한 네트워크가 지속적으로 이루어질 때 보다 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 미래 농촌의 새로운 지역발전모델은 지역 자체의 자원을 이용하여 지역 내부의 혁신 역량을 키우는 측면에서 접근해야 하고, 이를 위해 지역내부연계와 더불어 가상혁신클러스터라 할 수 있는 지역외부연계가 종합적으로 구축되어야 함을 알 수 있다.

수자원 영향평가에 활용 가능한 지역기후변화 시나리오 연구 (A study on the regional climate change scenario for impact assessment on water resources)

  • 온실가스 증가로 인한 기후변화를 이해하고, 다양한 영향평가 분야에 상세한 기후정보를 제공하기 위해서 온실가스 배출 시나리오에 근거한 지역기후변화 시나리오 연구가 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 역학적 상세화를 위하여 지역기후모델을 이용한 이중둥지격자시스템을 구축하고, 과거 30년(1971-2000)과 미래 30년(2021-2050)에 대한 시나리오를 생산하였다. 미래 시나리오에 대한 신뢰도를 확보하기 위하여, 기준 시나리오에 대한 관측과의 검증이 선행되었다. 기준 시나리오는 둥지격자의 한반도 영역뿐만 아니라 모격자의 동아시아 영역에 대하여 기온과 강수의 계절 및 경년변동성과 일빈도분포를 성공적으로 모사하였다. 또한 경계조건으로 이용된 전구모델과 비교하여 공간적인 특성뿐만 아니라 면적평균 시계열에서도 뚜렷한 오차의 감소를 나타내었다. 미래 기후변화 전망은 기준 시나리오와 미래 시나리오의 차이로부터 유도되며, 평균적인 변화뿐만 아니라 극한 기후의 빈도와 강도변화에 대한 분석이 수행되었다. 미래 시나리오에 의하면 2050년까지 한반도에서는 $2^{\circ}C$ 정도의 기온 상승과 겨울철 강수량의 뚜렷한 증가경향이 전망되었다. 본 연구는 한반도의 복잡한 지형적 특성이 반영된 고해상도 시나리오를 생산하기 위한 방법론을 제시하고, 생산된 시나리오를 이용하여 다양한 시공간 규모에 대한 기후특성을 파악하였다는데 의미가 있다.

한국 영화산업의 발전과 공간적 집적 특성: 새로운 부흥의 중심지로서 서울 강남지역의 등장 ? (Development of the Korean Film Industry and Its Spatial Characteristics: Gangnam Region of Seoul as A New Cluster in A New Renaissance?)

  • 본 연구는 서울 강남지역이 영화산업의 새로운 집적지로 등장하고 있는 현상을, 한국 영화산업의 독특한 성장과정과 최근의 부흥 특성, 관련업체와의 협력, 인력 및 계원 조달 등의 맥락에서 이해하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 사업체총조사보고서를 이용한 입지변화분석과 영화제작사를 대상으로 하는 심층인터뷰조사를 주요 연구방법으로 채택하였다. 분석의 결과, 전국 영화제작 업체의 80%가 집중해있는 서울 내에서 충무로에서 강남지역으로 대거 이동, 또는 강남지역에 새로운 업체가 신설되는 뚜렷한 현상이 발견된다. 그 집적지는 다양한 계층의 전문화된 기능과 노동시장으로 구성된 탄탄한 생산체계보다는 영화관련 인력 간 비공식적 네트워크가 강조되는 '느슨하게 형성된 집적지'의 특성을 갖는다. 서울 강남에 영화제작업체가 집중하는 데에는 오히려 생산의 환경으로서 이곳이 제공해주는 혜택, 즉 정보 획득과 트렌드 파악의 이점, 사람들이 쉽게 만날 수 있는 다양한 공간과 분위기, 창조성과 아이디어가 배태될 수 있는 환경 등이 크게 작용한 것으로 이해된다. 영화산업이 이렇게 특정지역을 지향하는 특성은 영화제작이 갖는 원천적 불확실성, 프로젝트 기반의 팀 운영, 영화제작세대의 차별화의식, 대기업의 참여와 자본투자의 거대화 등의 특수성과 연결하여 설명된다.

3차원 탄성파자료의 층서구분을 위한 패치기반 기계학습 방법의 개선 (Improvements in Patch-Based Machine Learning for Analyzing Three-Dimensional Seismic Sequence Data)

  • 최근의 연구들을 통해 기계학습은 탄성파 해석 분야에 그 적용 범위를 확장하고 있으며, 탄성파 해석에서 중요한 탄성파 층서 구분을 수행하는 합성곱 신경망들의 개발도 수행되었다. 하지만 지도 학습의 경우 대량의 학습 자료가 필요하며, 비용과 시간의 한계로 탄성파 층서구분의 지도학습은 학습 자료의 부족이 문제가 될 수 있다. 이번 연구에서는 자료 부족 문제를 보완하기위해 탄성파 단면에 패치 분할과 자료증강을 적용하였다. 또한 패치 분할로 손실될 수 있는 공간정보를 제공하기 위해 깊이를 고려할 수 있는 인공 채널을 생성하여 추가하였다. 실험을 위한 학습 모델로 U-Net을 사용하였으며, 층서 구분을 위한 학습 자료가 제공되는 F3 block 자료를 이용하여 학습과 예측 결과에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 자료증강과 인공 채널의 추가로 패치 기반의 층서 구분 학습 모델을 개선할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

KOMPSAT 정사모자이크 영상으로부터 U-Net 모델을 활용한 농촌위해시설 분류 (Semantic Segmentation of Hazardous Facilities in Rural Area Using U-Net from KOMPSAT Ortho Mosaic Imagery)

  • 국토 면적의 약 90%를 차지하는 농촌은 여러가지 공익적 기능을 수행하는 공간으로서 중요성과 가치가 증가하고 있지만 주거지 인근에 축사, 공장, 태양광패널 등 주민생활에 불편을 미치는 시설들이 무분별하게 들어서면서 농촌 환경과 경관이 훼손되고 주민 삶의 질이 낮아지고 있다. 농촌지역의 무질서한 개발을 방지하고 농촌 공간을 계획적으로 관리하기 위해서는 농촌지역 내 위해시설에 대한 탐지 및 모니터링이 필요하다. 주기적으로 취득 가능하고 전체 지역에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 위성영상을 통해 데이터의 취득이 가능하고, 합성곱 신경망 기법을 통한 영상 기반 딥러닝 기술을 활용하여 효과적인 탐지가 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의미적 분할(Semantic segmentation)에서 높은 성능을 보이는 U-Net 모델을 이용하여 농촌 지역에서 잠재적으로 위해시설이 될 수 있는 농촌시설을 분류하는 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 2020년에 제작된 공간해상도 0.7 m의 KOMPSAT 정사모자이크 광학영상을 한국항공우주연구원으로부터 제공받아 사용하였으며 축사, 공장, 태양광 패널에 대한 AI 학습용 데이터를 직접 제작하여 학습 및 추론을 진행하였다. U-Net을 통해 학습시킨 결과 픽셀 정확도(pixel accuracy)는 0.9739, mean Intersection over Union (mIOU)은 0.7025의 값을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과는 농촌 지역의 위험 시설물 모니터링에 활용될 수 있으며, 농촌계획 수립에 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

블로그 텍스트 데이터를 활용한 1, 2기 신도시 공원의 이용자 경험 분석 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Park User Experiences in Phase 1 and 2 Korea's New Towns with Blog Text Data)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신도시 근린공원 이용자 경험의 특징을 고찰하고 도시공원의 경험을 다양하게 하는 이슈를 탐색하는 것이다. 다량의 공원 이용자 경험을 정량적으로 분석하기 위하여 소셜 미디어 가운데 텍스트를 기반으로 하는 네이버 블로그 리뷰를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석 대상은 1, 2기 신도시 가운데 가장 이용자 경험 포스팅이 높은 공원을 도시별로 하나씩 선정하였다. 수집 기간은 2003년 5월 20일부터 2022년 5월 31일까지이며, 일산호수공원, 분당율동공원, 광교호수공원, 동탄호수공원을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공원 이용자는 네 개 공원 모두에서 일상적인 휴식과 레크리에이션이 중심 활동으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주거지 주변 근린공원임에도 가족단위뿐 아니라 친구, 연인 등 다양한 사용자 그룹이 확인되었다. 셋째, 공원 주변의 도시 프로그램 또한 공원 이용에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 각 공원별 고유의 시설과 프로그램이 공원에 대한 설명력을 높였다. 마지막으로, 공원별 사용자 특성이 네 가지 유형으로 나타났으며, 공원에 따라 네 가지 유형의 네트워크가 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구는 다음 두 가지 시사점을 제공한다. 첫째, 공원의 자연주의적 특성뿐 아니라 각 공원 고유의 시설과 프로그램의 차별성은 대중의 인식을 크게 향상시키고 개별 공원 경험을 풍부하게 한다. 둘째, 텍스트 분석뿐 아니라 공간정보를 기반으로 한 공원 주변 맥락에 대한 분석이 함께 수행된다면 텍스트 데이터 분석 결과에 대한 해석의 정확성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 진행 중인 3기 신도시의 공원 및 녹지공간 계획 및 설계에 활용될 수 있다.

  • 인간이 생태계로부터 취하는 비물질적인 혜택인 문화서비스에 대한 수요가 최근 국민총소득과 함께 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 정량적 가치평가를 위해 국내외에서 다수의 연구가 이루어져 왔으나 개인의 사회, 문화적 이질성 등의 주관적 성향과 규모의 차이로 인해 국내 전 지역에 적용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 문화서비스가 발생하기 위해서는 자연생태계와 인간의 접촉이 이루어져야 하며 이러한 관점을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 접근성이라는 개념을 활용하여 기존 문화서비스 가치평가방법이 가지는 사회, 문화적 주관성을 보완하고자 한다. 국내 전 지역 규모에 적용 가능하며 다양한 이해관계자의 공감대를 형성시킬 수 있는 포괄적인 문화서비스 평가 방법을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 접근성을 근거로 개발된 유럽의 여가 서비스 평가방법 고찰을 통해 국내에 구축된 도로 네트워크와 인구분포현황과 함께 국립생태원에서 수행한 '생태자산 간이평가' 결과를 활용하여 '문화서비스 접근성 평가 (CSOS)'를 남양주시에 시범 적용하였다. 그 결과 남양주시에 산재한 특정 생태자산 및 주거지를 중심으로 우수한 문화서비스 접근성이 존재하는 특정 공간을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 오늘날 보편적으로 이용되고 있는 SNS 데이터를 활용한 InVEST의 Recreation 평가 모형과 조망점을 활용한 Scenic quality평가 모형간의 차별성과 시범연구로서 가지는 가중치 설정에 대한 한계점을 고찰하였다.

복잡지형 고해상도 격자망에서의 PRISM 기반 강수추정법 (The PRISM-based Rainfall Mapping at an Enhanced Grid Cell Resolution in Complex Terrain)

  • 관측밀도가 동일한 조건에서 단위격자점의 크기를 줄일 경우 PRISM 방식에 의해 추정된 강수량 분포 가 단위격자점의 크기를 줄이기 전에 비해 개선되는지 확인하기 위해 PRISM 코드를 수정하여 $270m{\times}270m$ 격자점 단위로 구동할 수 있도록 하였다. 남한 전역의 지형자료를 270m DEM으로부터 준비하고 432개 기상청 자동기상관측소의 2007년 월별 적산강수량 자료를 입력자료로 하여 각 격자점의 PRISM 회귀식을 도출하였다. 회귀모형과 DEM 고도에 의해 각 격자점의 월별 적산강수량을 추정한 다음, 추정된 강수량분포도로부터 한국수자원공사 우량관측소 166개소에 해당하는 격자점의 자료를 추출하여 해당관측소의 실측값과 비교하였다. 동일한 강수자료를 이용하되 이번에는 5km 격자점의 PRISM 회귀모형을 유도하여 강수량 분포도를 작성하고 166개 지점 추정강수량을 추출하여 실측자료와의 차이를 RMSE로 표현하였다. 5km 대신 270m 분해능의 DEM을 사용할 경우 월 강수량이 100mm 이상인 경우 평균 10%의 오차 감소효과가 확인되었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. To synthesize microspheres for biomedical application, "two stage shot growth method" was developed. The uniformity ratio of synthesized microspheres was always smaller than 1.05. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms.
