According to increase of personal incomes, spread of automobiles, a five-day only work week and expansion of cultural life, modern people today are increasingly showing leisure time interests. Under such social circumstances in which people's spare time are gradually increasing, weekend trips accompanied with hotel staying are increasing to a greater extent rather than one-day trips. In Korea where differences between regions and four seasons are remarkable, the resort industry has developed in harmony with seasonal environments and regional characteristics. In particular, an increasing number of modern people living in the wellbeing era tends to visit spa resort hotels for recreation and health. This study intends to compare realities of local and foreign spa resort hotels and investigate space characteristics of local spa resort hotels for promotion of use. In this study, it has been found that the proposed addition of characteristic-oriented spaces to the existing recreation, service and basic facilities beside the fundamental accommodations would be able to remarkably elevate use of the hotels.

In this paper, an experiment result on overload of distribution transformer was arranged by top oil temperature depending on capacity and time. This result shows the definition on overload of transformer is different by some factors such as ambient temperature and immediate load. In other words, increased temperature in range of regulation(50K) has time to spare even if the condition of transformer is overload. The algorithm presented in this paper is based on the international standard (IEEE std C57.91), and the safety of switchboard is diagnosed by this aspect mentioned on overload of transformer.

New building, reinforcement, maintenance and test of power equipments are always necessary in a power system. Our power system is getting old and the total power capacity is also getting large, so power equipment outages are getting often. Power euipment outages make less margine for a stable condition of a power system operation. Therefore, through overviews and countermeasures against the outage should be made in order to be in a stable operational conditions during the outage. We have too many outages over 300 per month in our power system. So, we can't have enough time to study our power system and to make countermeasures without a helping program. This program is designed to give various and appropriate informations necessary for an outage scheduling. By applying this program, we can raise the job efficiency high and spare the time spent. So we can afford to do through system studies and make good countermeasures. I think this program can contribute greately to power system stable operation.

We have fabricated an in situ ellipsometer operating at He-Ne wavelength. It can be applied to the real-time, in-situ tracking of the ellisometric change which occurs during various sample treatments. As a rotating analyzer type, all optical elements and related parts are designed to share a common hollow-axis configuration, and hence the ellipsometer is compact in shape and simple in design. It is mountable on the spare ports of vacuum chamber with ease. Using this ellipsometer, we observed the effective density variation of previously grown $TiO_2$ thin films by using electron beam evaporation. The packing density of the as-grown film was 82%. When exposed to atomsphere, the micro-void of the film was filled with water vapor. This water-filled $TiO_2$ thin film was subject to heating/cooling cycles in vacuum and the ellipsometric variation versus temperature and cycling number was measured in real time using this in situ He-Ne ellipsometer.

Matrix inversion is very inefficient for computing direct solutions of the large sparse systems of linear equations that arise in many network problems. This paper describes some computer programming techniques for taking advantage of the sparsity of the admittance matrix. with this method, direct solutions are computed from sparse matrix. It is Possible to gain a significant reduction in computing time, memory and round-off emir[r. Retails of the method, numerical examples and programming are given.

Normally the 3rd grade class teachers at commercial rush schools suffer from coaching to selecting new employment of their students because of the lack of those data and systems. Also, the 3rd grade student are struggling for finding optimum information because there is hardly spare time and system for them So, in this article, the guideline for the new students employment-coaching system is described focused on simplification the coaching process by offering useful information and reducing time loss.

We propose a strategy to manage temporal data which are occurred on scientific applications. Firstly, We define LB and RB to separate temporal data, and entity versions to be stored in past, current, future segments. Also, We describe an algorithm to migrate temporal data with hotspot distribution among segments. The performance evaluation of average response time and space utilization is conducted. Average response time between two methods is similar, and spare is saved in proposed method.

Recently, the Marine Corps of South Korea started to introduce and possess its own weapon systems. On the other hand, the level of maintenance is lower than that of other military forces, and depending on the other military forces, maintenance occurs intermittently when transporting weapons systems. In this case, unmanned vehicles can be used to reduce the cost, manpower, time, and risk of carrying weapons systems. In addition, the transport of weapon systems between islands or between an island and inland of the Marine Corps using unmanned vehicles is easier in terms of the maintenance level and surrounding environment than other military forces. This paper compares the improvement of operational availability and cost of spare parts in terms of logistics support when using unmanned vehicles in the West Sea area, and quantitatively show the efficiency and usability of the weapon system. To compare operational availability and costs for spare parts, a simulation was performed based on the OO weapons system between islands or between an island and inland, and the results were compared and analyzed.

The Message-Passing Interface(MPI) is a standard interface for parallel programming environment, based on that application programs run on the processors of a parallel computer. Processor nodes execute processes consisting the program by passing messages to one another. During executing, however, if a fault occurs on a processor node or a process, this will result an inconsistent state, and consequently, the whole program will have to be stopped. To solve this problem, in this paper, we propose a fault-tolerant message passing interface(FT-MPI) by adding a fault manager module to MPI. The proposed FT-MPI does not need any hardware support, and each application program based on MPI can run on the FT-MPI without any modification. The proposed fault tolerance scheme uses the so-called hot-spare process duplication method, and verified by simulations that application programs run despite of any fault with less than 5% overhead on execution time.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate usage of earplones, PCPs, and to give the basic data for adolescent's hearing health education. The study was a descriptive research about three factors affecting hearing loss; the knowledge and attitude about noise, the perception of hearing loss. Method: For research purposes, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 1,480 high school students in Suwon, from 27 October 2007 to 31 2007. Result: Most of the subjets used PCPs for 3-5 years, the average time of using earphones per day was 1-3 hours, awake hearing acuity decrease after using is the hearing acuity became worse some, PCPs type is MP3, use place house, listening contents ballade, disorder condition experience after using if the ear it is sick. The average of concern about hearing scored the highest 3.01${\pm}$0.54. The average of perceived susceptibility scored 3.04${\pm}$0.63 and the average of knowledge about noise scored 2.76${\pm}$0.46. The average of total knowledge and attitude about noise scored 2.93${\pm}$0.52. The average of discomfort of hearing loss(2.20${\pm}$0.63) scored higher than that fear of hearing loss(1.66${\pm}$0.30). The average of total perception of hearing loss scored 2.12${\pm}$0.67. Conclusion: At least in this study are shown in the youth earphone, PCPs used as a spare because of the seriousness of the issue, so as a result of these problems related to hearing about the youth campaign, through advertising or seriousness of the young people need them. In addition, countries also need to create policies and the support for health education, especially during the regular curriculum subjects on subjects that include teenagers in the earphone, PCPs due to problems with spare on the contents of the reservoir. The severity of hearing loss young people, prevention of hearing to protect the youth.
