A method of multiple transport-aircraft mission modeling is proposed in order to improve the efficiency of evaluating and optimizing pre-mission plans. To deal with the challenge of multiple transport-aircraft missions, the object-oriented modeling method is utilized. The elements of the mission are decomposed into objects and businesses, And the major mission objects and their important properties are summarized. A complex mission can be broken down into basic business modules such as the ground section and flight section. The business models of loading and fueling services in the ground section are described. The business model of the flight section is composed of an air route and flight profile with the flight equation and the fuel consumption model. The logical relationship of objects and business modules is introduced. The architecture of the simulation system, which includes a database, computation module, graphical user interface (GUI) module, and a result analysis module, is established. A sample case that includes two different plans is provided to verify the model's ability to achieve multi-aircraft composite mission simulation.

Occupant injuries are always possible in a rollover accident, one of the major accidents in a bus. Thus the structure of body frame should have sufficient strength to protect passengers under accidental loads,. ECE(Economic Commission for Europe) regulation No.66 prescribes that residual space shall be preserved in the passenger compartment during and after the structure has been subjected to the prescribed rollover test. Rollover test on a bus section was completed according to the regulation. The coordinates of body section before and after rollover were measured, and it was checked that the structure still complied with the requirements of residual space. Direct measurement on a bus is difficult because of its large size. Thus photogrammetry by photographing and 3 dimensional digital modeling was introduced, and the coordinates of each point were measured through this method.
xIn the present work, we explored the effect of the radiation on the effective impact parameter for capture in a fully general relativistic manner. To summarize our results, evidently due to the radiation drag (the Poynting-Robertson effect), critical impact parameter of point particle gets larger by the factor of two, thus, the effective cross section of the luminous relativistic star becomes 4 times larger than that of the star without radiation emission. In addition, the finite size effect of the star adds up to this growth of the effective cross section.

The divergence section of a double-deck tunnel can be divided into a 'widening pre-divergence section', a large cross-section with a cap shape and a 'post-divergence section' where the separation between the main and the branch tunnel is made. Since the cross-section of the widening pre-divergence section is considerably larger than that of the post-divergence section, the influence of excavation due to the different sizes and shapes in the cross-section should be considered in the examination of the tunnel stability. In this study, the effect of the preceding excavation, that is the excavation of the widening pre-divergence section, on excavation stability of the post-divergence section was examined by varying the excavation methods and bench lengths through 3D finite element analysis. The results showed that although the effects of the excavation methods and the bench lengths are not significant on the variation of principal stresses, the preceding excavation causes a relatively large variation on the stresses which may have an impact on the stability of the post-divergence section from the comparison of Stress-Strength Ratio (SSR) between the cases with and without the consideration of the preceding excavation effect by 2D finite element analysis.
This study tries to propose the most effective pavement texture method through the performance evaluation of variable texture methods. Noise 2$\sim$3dB is reduced in the section of uniform space 18m longitudinal tinning. This result is proved by comparing the magnitude of noise in two sections. The noise of 26mm longitudinal firming section is greater than that of 18mm section by 2$\sim$3dB(A). The skid resistances measured in all test section show the reasonable results. The roughness or all the test sections satisfies AASHTO roughness standard (PrI 16cm/km). The result or questionnaire survey about driving quality shows that the longitudinal tinning is the most effective method. As the result of a visual measurement, it is proved that the section applied uniform space 26mm longitudinal tinning and the general section applied uniform space 26mm transverse tinning could drain water effectively. As the result of analysis with the ranking method, the 18mm longitudinal tinning in selected as one of the most effective tinning methods. In addition, 26mm longitudinal tinning, random space transverse tinning, and transverse drag are selected in order.

Springs are widely utilized in machine element. To find out stiffness of coil spring, the space beam theory using the finite element method is adopted in this paper. In three dimensional space, a space frame element is a straight bar of uniform cross section which is capable of resisting axial forces, bending moments about two principal axes in the plane of its cross section and twisting moment about its centroidal axis. The corresponding displacement degrees of freedom are twelve. The displacements of nodal points due to small increment of force are calculated by the finite element method and the calculated nodal displacements are added to coordinates of nodal points. The new stiffness matrix of the system using the new coordinates of nodal points is adopted to calculated the another increments of nodal displacements, that is, the step by step method is used in this paper. The results of the finite element method are fairly well agreed with those of various experiments. Using MATLAB program developed in this paper, spring constants can be predicted by input of few factors.
J. Yeh has recently introduced the concept of conditional Wiener integrals which are meant specifically the conditional expectation E$^{w}$ (Z vertical bar X) of a real or complex valued Wiener integrable functional Z conditioned by the Wiener measurable functional X on the Wiener measure space (A precise definition of the conditional Wiener integral and a brief discussion of the Wiener measure space are given in Section 2). In [3] and [4] he derived some inversion formulae for conditional Wiener integrals and evaluated some conditional Wiener integrals E$^{w}$ (Z vertical bar X) conditioned by X(x)=x(t) for a fixed t>0 and x in Wiener space. Thus E$^{w}$ (Z vertical bar X) is a real or complex valued function on R$^{1}$. In this paper we shall be concerned with the random vector X given by X(x) = (x(s$_{1}$),..,x(s$_{n}$ )) for every x in Wiener space where 0=s$_{0}$$_{1}$<..$_{n}$ =t. In Section 3 we will evaluate some conditional Wiener integrals E$^{w}$ (Z vertical bar X) which are real or complex valued functions on the n-dimensional Euclidean space R$^{n}$ . Thus we extend Yeh's results [4] for the random variable X given by X(x)=x(t) to the random vector X given by X(x)=(x(s$_{1}$).., x(s$_{n}$ )).

The purposes of this study is to investigate the possibility of planting trees at space land in the riverside. The space land is for the green space. Calculating the plantable space in the representation section and the flood flowing stability of the existing banks based on the hydrological and meteorological data of the Kap-Chon riverbasin located in Tae-jon, the following results are drawn. (1) The flood discharges in each flow section are $698.7m^3/s$ in section 1, $654.6m^3/s$ in section 2, and $1353.3m^3/s$ in section 3 during 100 years recurrence interval. Because the designed-flood discharges in those sections are $1719.9m^3/s$, $2119.7m^3/s$, and $1512.8m^3/s$ respectively, safety for flood flowing is sufficient in existing banks. (2) The possible clearance for planting trees is 1.80m in section 1, 3.90m in section 2, and 0.01m in section 3. Planting clearance is enough in section 1 and 2. However, planting should be planned after estimating a rise-height due to the bridge piers, because many piers under riverine-highway are now on the construction in section 2. The section 3 does not have sufficient clearance for planting trees, but the planting is possible after getting enough flow area with slope by cutting the terrace land on the river artificially heightened. (3) In case of planting a tree 70cm diameter in $1m^2$ in section 1, the water level increases by 0.60m. Planting a tree in a $48m^2$ area increases the water level by 0.90m. Considering that plantable clearance is 1.8m in section 1, it is sufficient to flow safely. But if the trees are planted so compactly from the upper stream, expected heavy resistance is expected due to caught materials on the trees. So, trees have to be planted widely in upper streams but compactedly in lower streams. (4) The river width without changing, Kap-Chon's flow channel can be snaked in accordance with the nature law the wide terrace land in the riverside. Decreased flow area due to planting trees will be compensated by the inclination of terrace land. And, it is theoretically proved that the flood discharge is safe even though the terrace land on the river is parked similar to the nature. Planting trees in the terrace land of the Kap-chon river to the extent that flood flowing is not adversely affected, we can get the enjoyable park to citizens not spending expensive cost. It also contributes to the recovery of ecosystem, which gives the natural beauty of river and shade to citizens and becomes good natural-educational places for children.

Cross section design of a prop-blade is carried out for VTOL(Vertical Takeoff and Landing) Quad Tilt Prop-rotor UAV with a maximum takeoff weight of 55 kg and a maximum cruising speed of 180 km/h. Design procedure for cross section design is established and design requirements for prop-blade are identified. Through the procedure, cross section design is carried out to meet the identified requirements. Main design factors including stiffness, weight per unit length, and elastic axis are obtained by using a finite element section analysis program, and the design weight of the prop-blade is predicted. The obtained design factors are used along with the rotor system analysis program CAMRAD II to evaluate the dynamic stability of prop-blade in operating environment. In addition, the prop-blade load is obtained by CAMRAD II software, and it is used to verify the safety of the prop-blade structure. If the design results are not satisfactory, design changes are made in an iterative manner until the results satisfy the design requirements.

Structural tests of the PSC Beam bridge using high strength concrete, concrete compressive strength 700kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$, are conducted for the application including durability and serviceability of the bridge. Current design safety factors with respect to the jacking force and the service design load DB-24 are applied to the design of the bridge. Concrete compressive strength 700kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$, girder depth 2.3m, girder space 3.2m, span length 20m, and slab thickness 27cm are selected for the bridge test. The Bulb-Tee section of the girders is applied instead of I section because it is well known more stable to the longer span(40m). Static load test(4 beams) with composite and non-composite section, and fatigue load test(1 beams) with composite section are conducted. Crack moment, ultimate load, deflections with load steps, and strains of the beam section for those bridges are investigated. The structural test results of the bridges showed a good performance for a safety and a serviceability.
