The first introduction of reformed Korean traditional cloth in was started in the age of civilization and until liberation from imperialism it was made a reformation in faculty from Korean traditional clothing. And by 1980s western style costume took lead but after Asian Game in 1986 and Seoul Olympic in 1988 Korean traditional beauty was added to costume and there were various attempt to produce truly reformed Korean traditional clothing. The present condition of reformed Korean traditional clothing in 1990s are like this : 1) Most of reformed Korean traditional clothing ships could not fractionalize customers. So it needs to subdivide and specialize customer and investment to improvement of design. 2) A large percentage of reformed Korean traditional clothing is ordinary dresses. So it should develop various sorts and color, design and textile and be in harmony with international trend. 3) Most of shops handled a coordinate goods like a bag and shoes. 4) In the investigation customers they wanted various colors, high quality in design , logical price and a periodical sale. So four pieces of the reformed Korean traditional costumes were designed and produced based on the present condition.

There have been various studies to find out the correlation between subjective and objective evaluation ride comfort in vehicle. To be proper, subjective evaluation considers the signal pattern of vibration generated by vehicle. In this study, driving test is carried out to extract the correlation between subjective evaluation by subjects and vibration signals measured on the seat when a test vehicle is passing over test bumpers, which have two sorts of width change and height change respectively. A unique reference bumper is used to be compared with the relative comfort of test bumpers.

An expert system executes the inference, based on the knowledge of specific domain. the reliability on the results of inference depends upon both the consistency and accuracy of knowledge. This is the reason why expert system requires the facilities which can practice an access to the various kinds of knowledge and maintain the consistency and accuracy of knowledge an maintain the consistency and accuracy of knowledge. This paper is to implement an expert system permitting an access of declarative and procedural knowledge in the knowledge base and in the data base. This paper is also to implement a knowledge acquisition system which adds the knowledge a only if its accuracy and consistency are maintained, after verifying the potential errors such as contradiction, redundancy, circulation, non-reachable rule and non-lined rule. In consequence, the expert system realizes a good access to the various sorts of knowledge and increases the reliability on the results of inference. The knowledge acquisition system contributes tro strengthening man-machine interface that enables users to add the knowledge easily to the knowledge base.

In competitive electricity markets, the System Operator (SO) coordinates the overall maintenance schedules whenever the collective maintenance schedule reported to SO by Gencos in the pool does not satisfy the specified operating criteria, such as system reliability or supply adequacy. The SO's coordination usually involves sorts of financial conflict among Genco's. This paper proposes a coordination algorithm which minimizes the total financial loss of Genco's while satisfying the required operating criteria.

Silicon oxide thin films are prepared by plasma-enhanced CVD (PECVD) using 100kHz and 13.56MHz generators. Source gases are two sorts of mixture, tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) and oxygen, and tetramethylsilane (TMS) and oxygen. We investigate the effect of frequency on film properties of deposited films including mechanical properties. 100kHz PECVD process can deposit silicon oxide films at $23^{\circ}C$ at the power of 20W. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and ellipsometric measurements reveal that the structural quality of the films prepared both by 100kHz process and by 13.56MHz process are very like silicon dioxide. The 100kHz process is adequate for low temperature deposition of SiOx films.

This paper investigates the prosodic characteristics of discourse boundaries in spontaneous conversation. In this study, the term 'conversation' is taken to refer to a kind of talk in which two or more participants alternate in speaking about particular topics. Such a definition implies that there are at least two sorts of structures in the conversation: textual structure and interactive structure. This requires us to consider not just the textual influences on prosody but also the impact of interactive context. The aim of this study is to find out the acoustic-prosodic means used by speakers to signal discourse boundaries in conversational interaction. The results show that the conflict between the structural level and the interactive level obliges the speakers to reorganize the prosodic variables according to the type of discourse boundaries.

This paper proposes a moving window technique that extracts lanes and vehicles using the images captured by a CCD camera equipped inside an automobile in real time. For the purpose, first of all the optimal size of moving window is determined based upon speed of the vehicle, road curvature, and camera parameters. Within the moving windows that are dynamically changing, lanes and vehicles are extracted, and the vehicles within the driving lanes are classified as obstacles. Assuming highway driving, there are two sorts of image-objects within the driving lanes: one is ground mark to show the limit speed or some information for driving, and the other is the vehicle as an obstacle. Using characteristics of three-dimension objects, a neural network can be trained to distinguish the vehicle from ground mark. When it is recognized as an obstacle, the distance from the camera to the front vehicle can be calculated with the aids of database that keeps the models of automobiles on the highway. The correctness of this measurement is verified through the experiments comparing with the radar and laser sensor data.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is about oriental medicine's treatment and approach method of conversion disorder(jungkijeung) Methods: We observed the treatment effectiveness of herb-med, acupunture, physical therapy about conversion disorder(jungkijeung) Result and Conclusions: We try to present the possibility of the approach method about conversion disorder. 1. We should treat conversion disorder(jungkijeung) distinguished Gi deficiency(氣虛) between vigorous gi(氣寶) 2. The acupunture treatment of conversion disorder(jungkijeung) is efficient about all sorts symptoms and pain 3. Dyscinesia's sequela due to conversion disorder(jungkijeung) is possible to be protracted 4. It is important to prevent sick role, and for this, to use physical therapy is efficient about dyscinesia's patient due to conversion disorder(jungkijeung)

Conventionally, grinding of stainless steel, aluminium ally, copper alloy, and titanum alloy are difficult to obtain the high quality finish, because they have the mechanical properties such as low hardness, high toughness which result in the loading of wheel and the poor surface finish. Inorder to perform the grinding operations for these sorts of materials easily, the discontinuous grinding wheel with multi-porous grooves has newly been developed. The multi-porous grooves were formed during wheel production. This discontinous grinding wheel increases the grinding performance. It is desirable to use the discontinuous grinding wheel when grinding materials wiht high efficiency and accuracy which is impossible by conventional wheels. In this paper, the constructing and manufacturing method of grinding wheel with multi-proous grooves are explained, and the grinding charateristics of discontinuous grinding wheel are also illustrate.

In the recent manufacturing industry almost all sorts of activities tends to be digitized and networked to enhance the comprehensive efficiency of the enterprise. In that sense, enterprise informatization system as well as product information sharing system plays an important role, and those application systems are to be integrated in a smooth manner. In this paper, a prototype of an web-based product information sharing system is developed, which integrates information on technical documentation and parts information together. The prototype also integrates information on the implementation strategies for the enterprise informatization.
