본 논문에서는 가시광 및 근적외선(VIS/NIR) 분광기술을 이용하여 혈란을 비파괴적으로 검출할 수 있는 측정방법을 개발하고자 하였다. 실험에 사용된 혈란 시료는 0.1 mL, 0.07 mL, 0.04 mL, 0.01 mL의 닭의 혈을 인공적으로 노른자 주변에 주입하여 제작하였다. 분석을 위해 사용된 스펙트럼 영역은 471 ~ 1154nm 이었으며, 스펙트럼 해상도는 1.5 nm이었다. 혈란 측정을 위한 두 개 광원의 각도는 30도이었으며 광원과 시료간 거리는 100 mm로 설정하였다. 또한 광원의 열로 인해 시료가 손상되지 않도록 측정을 위한 노출시간은 30 ms으로 설정하였다. 측정된 스펙트럼에 부분최소자승 분류방법(PLS-DA)을 적용하여 선별모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 모델들로 분석한 결과 혈란의 선별 정확도는 0.1 mL, 0.07 mL 0.04 mL, 0.01 mL 혈란 시료에 대해 각각 97.9%, 97.9%, 94.8%, 86.5% 이었다. 가시광 및 근적외선 스펙트럼 기술은 0.04 mL 이상의 혈점이 포함된 혈란을 비파괴적으로 선별 할 수 있는 가능성을 보여 주었다.

자기공명확산텐서영상(diffusion tensor magnetic resonance image, DT-MRI)으로부터 얻어진 확산텐서는 잡음에 민감하므로 주 고유벡터(principle eigenvector, PEV)의 필드에도 잡음이 포함되기 쉽다. 신경다발영상은 잡음에 매우 민감한 PEV로부터 얻어지기 때문에 실제 신경다발의 방향과 다를 수 있다. 따라서 잡음을 제거하기 위한 정규화(regularization) 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 고유값과 고유벡터를 정규화 하기 위한 방법으로 Dyadic Sorting(DS) 방법을 사용하였고 이를 구현하기 위한 알고리듬을 제시하였다. DS 방법은 $3\times3$ 화소에서의 고유값-고유벡터 쌍의 오버랩 정도를 측정할 수 있는 Intervoxel overlap function을 이용하여 고유값, 고유벡터를 재배열하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 이 방법을 3차원으로 적용하여 주 고유 벡터가 $45^{\circ}$인 합성영상과 임상데이터에 적용하였고, 그 결과 임상데이터의 피질척수로에 적용한 경우 제안한 DS 방법이 중간값 필터 방법에 비하여 AAE, AFA가 각각 79.97%~83.64%, 85.62%~87.76% 우수함을 보였다.

This study was undertaken to develop web-based nutrition information contents for the older adults. Twenty six domestic web-sites were analyzed and then 12 foreign web-sites and 4 education materials for the elderly of foreign university were benchmarked. Also a lot of literatures on elderly education program were reviewed. A card-sorting task was performed with 8 older adults to ascertain how the target audience organized information about nutrition. The results were as fellows. Among 26 domestic web-sites, 2 sites(7.7%) were only for the elderly. Main topics of information contents for the elderly included 'Importance of Healthy Eating', 'DRI', 'Dietary Guidelines'. Four of twelve foreign web-sites were for the elderly nutrition education. Topics of 'Dietary Guideline', 'Meal Program' were found in 4 sites and 'Importance of Healthy Eating', 'Diet & Disease', 'DRI, 'Food Guide Pyramid', 'Nutrition Fact Labels' were found in 3 sites. Education materials of foreign university dealt with basic information on 'nutrient needs changes related with aging', 'Heart & Bone Healthy Eating Plan', 'Food Guide Pyramid'. Also topics on 'Eating on a budget', 'Eating Out Guideline' were included for practical use for the elderly. Based on card-sorting process, contents framework for web-site was developed and 4 main menus for framework were respectively named as 'Nutrition', 'Meals', 'Foods'. 'Check up Nutritional Health' by panel discussion. Finally we developed nutrition information contents for 4 main menus. We focused on helping older adults recognize the importance of healthy eating and apply the nutrition information to practical use. We expect that the developed framework of contents can be a guideline for indentifying the information needs of older adults in developing effective nutrition intervention program. And we suggest that the survey for target people should be peformed for the web-site to be user-friendly designed and the developed contents be evaluated and revised in the near future.

목 적 : 본 연구는 위상 기반 방식으로 배열 된 사차원 전산화 단층 촬영 영상(4DCT, 4-dimensional computed tomography)를 이용하여 진폭 기반 방식으로의 재구성 하였을 때의 위상 차이를 분석하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 2015년 02월부터 03월 까지 호흡동조 방사선 치료를 받은 간암 환자 10명의 사차원 전산화 단층 촬영 영상을 대상으로 분석 하였다. RPM respiratory gating (RPM 1.7.5, Varian, USA)장치를 이용하여 위상 기반 배열 방식의 호흡주기별 영상을 획득 하였으며, 획득된 호흡 주기별 영상은 치료계획시스템(Pinnacle 9.2, Philips, USA)을 이용하여 호흡주기별 복부의 움직임 값을 측정하였다. 최대 호기(50%)와 최대 흡기(0%)에서의 복부 움직임을 진폭으로 하여 10개 위상의 진폭 기반 호흡위상을 재구성하고, 이를 위상 기반 사차원영상촬영영상의 호흡 위상과 비교하였다. 결 과 : 위상 기반 및 진폭 기반 사차원단층촬영영상으로 재구성한 영상에서의 위상 차이는 최대 30% 호흡위상에서 확인할 수 있었으며, 30% 호흡 위상에서 평균 0.13 cm (최대 0.24 cm)의 위치 차이를 확인할 수 있었고, 동일 측정 점 위치가 가지는 위상차는 30% 위상에서 평균 8.7%(최대 16.5%)의 위상차를 확인하였다. 전체 호흡 구간에서 평균 위치 차이는 0.4 cm, 평균 위상 차이는 13.0% 임을 확인하였다. 결 론 : 본 연구 결과는 위상 기반 방식으로 배열된 4DCT 영상을 진폭 기반 방식으로의 변환하였을 때 계산 값과 실측값을 분석한 결과 최대 16.5% 의 위상차가 발생함을 확인하였다.

Garlic is one of the major seasoning vegetables in Korea and consumed mostly in a form of peeled cloves. Conventional Korean standards for garlic grading consist of four classes according to the size of bulb and its shape. Sorting and grading of garlic are manually done but could be in the process of automated mechanization using machine vision system in the near future. The proportion of mass of cloves in a garlic bulb to the volume of the bulb (g/ml) was determined to find out the best way of representing both the quantity and quality of cloves in each bulb. Garlic bulb was assumed as an ellipsoid and its major and minor axis and its height were measured to calculate its volume. The mass proportions and density of a garlic bulb and cloves were measured for four domestic varieties of garlic to propose it as a standard for Korean garlic grading machine.
