In this thesis. I have first introduced and studied Chubb & Son. Inc. v. Asiana Airlines. 214 F.3d 301 (2nd Cir. 2000). which held that at the time that the dispute in this case arose. there was no treaty relationship between the United States and South Korea under the Original Warsaw convention. the Hague Protocol. or a treaty consisting of those provisions of the Original Convention that were not amended by the Protocol. And I have analyzed U.S. government s position that was expressed in Brief for the United States as Amicus Curiae on petition for a writ certiorari to the 2nd Circuit on Chubb & Son case and 2nd Circuit s Fujitsu Limited v. Federal Express Corporation. 247 F.3d 423 (2001) which was held in a related question afterwards but was somewhat inconsistent with Chubb & Son s holding. Furthermore. I also examined U.S. government s measures which have been considered and taken to cope with consequences of Chubb & Son case's ruling. Lastly. I have examined several effects which Chubb & Son s ruling would give our nation s airlines and suggested our government's countermeasures.

Korean film director Lee Joon-ik's two most recently released works, (2018) and (2021), introduce some changes to the world of male bonds, where bromance colors prevailed. It is a father-son or pseudo father-son relationship that has not been dealt with in the exploration of vary kind of intimacy and relationships between men in the 'Lee Joon-ik's films'. If depicts a blood-related father-son relationship, highlights the teacher-disciple relationship, or pseudo father-son relationship. In that respect, the films continue, change, and expand the relationship setting, the sense of problems in the previous film, and inevitably raise the issue of 'generation' and 'inheritance' required today by illuminating the father-son relationship.

In the late Joseon Dynasty, patriarchal ideology became central to the family and the clan, and once again became acutely felt with "the familism of clan rules that centered around a legitimate and eldest son." The establishment of the family-clan system, though somewhat complex, was largely aimed at the family line of "a paternalist-a legitimate and eldest son." The trend was not limited to a particular family, but rather, was a historical and social trend. Changseonggameirok showed how to solve the family crisis by setting up a problem for the next generation's patriarch. This paper tries to explain the issue of Hwachun's complex as the legitimate and eldest son complex. First, it suggests that Hwachun's complex is as universal as the Cain complex, also known as the eldest son complex, and that Hwachun's complex is a special instance of the legitimate and eldest son complex in Changseonggameirok. Next this paper studies the aspects of Hwachun's legitimate and eldest son complex combined with Mrs. Sim's complex, as well as her daughter-in-law's complex, and eventually tracks the development of the family-clan complex. As a result, we've come to a new conclusion that the legitimate and eldest son complex was found in Changseonggameirok for the first time in Korean literary history. This paper also examines the fact that when the legitimate and eldest son complex was transferred to Hwajin, it became a family complex that Hwajin had to contend with; this paper tracks the process wherein Hwajin's filial piety solved the legitimate and eldest son complex. As a result, we realized that Hwajin's filial duty and brotherly love went beyond his feelings for Mrs. Sim and Hwachun, and supported the substantiation for "the familism of a clan that is based on rules of the legitimate and eldest son" in the course of public opinion. However the familism of these rules was not embodied in the absolute; in the royal family, for example, it was rather flexibly implemented when the characters admitted to breaking the law. In addition, this paper provides the room for a critical reading of Changseonggameirok, reflecting back on the underlying guilt and psychological pain of the characters who are affected by the particular rules, and concluding that guilt and suffering are fundamentally insoluble. This is because the two ideas, "the legitimate and eldest son complex" and "the familism of a clan rules centered on a legitimate and eldest son" are two sides of the same coin.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data needed to examine the relationship between father and son by investigating correlations among male college students' perceptions of the degree of closeness to their fathers their fathers' paternal role and their own paternal role in the future. The subjects of this study were 474 male college students(sophomores juniors and seniors) from Seoul and Daegu. The questionaire the means of this research is composed of classified questions on related studies and on the researches of reference literatures, Statistical methods applied for data analysis were frequencies mean standard deviation Pearson's correlation. Major findings are as follows; 1) When a son perceives that he is on intimate terms with his father he perceives that his father performs paternal role well. Intimate relation between the father and the son can be considered essential to good performance of paternal role. 2)When a son perceives that he is on intimate terms w th his father he believes that he will perform his own paternal role will in the future. That is the son seems to accept his future paternal role positively as he feels close to his father. 3) Male college students who perceive their fathers' paternal role is properly performed tend to believe they will perform their own paternal role well in the future. Judging from the relation between fathers' performance of paternal role and sons' perception of thir future paternal role we can say good performance of paternal role is important is building up sons' affirmative perception of paternal role.

For the underwater wireless sensor networks, we propose the packet transmission method which distinguishes more important packet than others. Because the ocean underwater transmission environments are extremely unstable, we use SON(Self Organizing Network) techniques to adapt to the constantly varying underwater acoustic communication channels and randomly deployed sensor nodes. Especially we suppose two kinds of packets which have different priorities, and through the simulations we show that high priority packets arrive at the source node faster than lower priority packets with a proposed scheme.

본고에서는 통신 기술 발전에 따라 다양화되고 복잡화되는 통신시스템을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 SON 기술에 대하여 기본적인 개념을 파악하고, 최근 각 표준화 그룹에서 진행되고 있는 관련 연구내용들을 구체적으로 조사 및 분석한다. 또한 이들 중 주목할 만한 몇 가지 기술들에 관하여 기술함으로써 향후 이동통신 시스템을 위한 SON 기술개발에 있어 기초적인 연구 방향을 제시한다.

Focusing on the strength of son preference obtained from two surveys of the same area, an attempt has been made to measure the change on the IS value scale that many have occurred over the last seven-year period, the underlying assumption here being that the strength of son preference wanes in inverse proportion to the level of society's socio-economic development. Various methodological approaches have been put to test to weigh the importance of the sex preference as a dependent variable, as an independent variable, and as an intermediate variable. A few methodological issues are suggested.

기존 2G/3G 무선 네트워크에서 많은 네트워크 요소들과 관련된 파라미터들이 수동으로 설정되었다. 네트워크 구성 요소들과 이와 관련된 파라미터들의 설계, 설정, 통합 및 관리 기능은 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 네트워크 운용을 위하여 매우 중요하다. 그러나, 이들 네트워크 파라미터 조정에는 전문적인 엔지니어의 수작업이 필요하다. 이러한 수작업 과정은 시간이 많이 걸리고 잠재적으로 수작업에 따른 오류 발생 가능성이 있다. 이동 통신 시스템에서 펨토셀 및 차세대 4G 도입이 가시화됨에 따라, 기지국의 설치 및 운용 과정에서 Self-Configuration, Self-Optimization 및 Self-Healing과 같은 자동화 기능을 포함하는 SON 기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 고에서는 LTE에서의 SON 기술 관련 주요 기술적 내용을 정리하고, 표준화 동향 및 업체 기술 동향에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.
