Recently a new multi-attribute analysis method is one of the evident areas of important points in the decision support system analysis. The area of decision support system may be broken into three primary area: idea generation, multi-attribute structured analysis method, and the integration of the results of analysis. This research developed an internet/intranet-based solution builder for a three-step decision support system in the view of 1) brainstorming for the idea generation, 2) analytic hierarchy process as a multi-attribute structured analysis method and 3) aggregating logic model to integrate the results of individual analysis. A computer program is developed and demonstrated in internet/intranet-based decision problem. This solution builder provides decision makers a good tool for remote group decision making.

This research developed an internet/intranet-based solution builder for a three-step decision support system using fuzzy-AHP in the view of 1) brainstorming far the idea generation, 2) fuzzy-AHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) as a multi-attribute structured analysis method and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of individual analysis. We applied this decision support system to the make-or-buy decision problem for school foodservice system considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. A computer program is developed and demonstrated it internet/intranet-based decision problem. It was known that this solution builder provides decision makers a good tool for mate-of-buy group decision making.

Since human is vulnerable to emotional, physical and environmental distractions, most human inspectors cannot sustain a consistent 8-hour inspection in a day specifically for small components like door locking levers. As an alternative for human inspection, presented in this study is the development of a machine vision inspection system (MVIS) purposely for door locking levers. Comprises the development is the structure of the MVIS components, designed to meet the demands, features and specifications of door locking lever manufacturing companies in increasing their production throughput upon keeping the quality assured. This computer-based MVIS is designed to perform quality measures of detecting missing portions and defects like burr on every door locking lever. NI Vision Builder software for Automatic Inspection (AI) is found to be the optimum solution in configuring the needed quality measures. The proposed software has measurement techniques such as edge detecting and pattern-matching which are capable of gauging, detecting missing portion and checking alignment. Furthermore, this study exemplifies the incorporation of the optimized NI Builder inspection environment to the pre-inspection and post-inspection subsystems.

From leaching of Korean native halloysite with hot sulfuric acid, active species of siliceous aluminosilicate are obtained as residue, which gives the mole ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 10 and substantially removes most acid-soluble impurities. By dissolving the residue in sodium hydroxide at an ambient temperature sodium silicate solution is prepared, this is used for zeolite synthesis as one of starting materials. In order to prepare zeolite Type 4A thereform, addition of a proper aluminum source is made so that the composition of the reactant materials may be of the following mole ratios : Na2O/SiO2=1.2-1.5, SiO2/Al2O3=1.8-2.0 and H2O/Na2O=34-45 By careful control of ageing time and temperature, subsequent crystal growth is induced into microfine zeolite 4A, which gives optimum particle size distributjion being suitable for detergent builder. The zeolite products thus obtained and highly competitive with those from the use of the refined clay in comparison of their calcium exchange capacity, whiteness and particle size distribution. The present method shows a marginal advantage over the existing procedures requiring neitherseparate purification nor calcinating otherwise necessary for the raw clay ores in use.

산업세정제 중에서 환경친화적이라 대체 세정제로 유망한 수계세정제를 배합하고 임의 세정성을 평가하였다. 수계세정제 배합시 EO부가 몰수가 3, 5, 7인 primary alcohol ethoxylate계열의 비이온계면활성제를 주계면활성제(S)로 하고 음이온계면활성제, 알코올류 등을 보조계면활성제(A)로 하여 수계세정제를 배합하였고, 이들 배합비(A/S)에 따른 절삭유와 그리스의 혼합오염물에 대한 세정성을 평가하였다. 또한 builder인 NaOH, KOH, $Na_2CO_3$, $NaHCO_3$를 첨가하여 세정효율 향상을 평가하였다. 세정성 평가 실험결과 보조계면활성제로는 음이온계면활성제인 Triethanolamine Lauryl Sulfate(TLS) 사용 시에 가장 세정효율이 좋았고, builder로는 NaOH, $Na_2CO_3$가 우수한 세정효율을 보여주었다.

경북 감포지역에서 산출되는 천연 벤토나이트를 이용하여 제올라이트를 합성하였으며 세제용 builder로서 가능성을 연구하였다. 최적의 합성조건은 기질의 몰비가 SiO$_2$/Al$_2$O$_3$=2, $Na_2$O$_3$/Al$_2$O$_3$=1, $H_2O$/A1$_2$O$_3$=30이고 9$0^{\circ}C$에서 3시간 반응시킬 경우였고, 이 조건에서는 A형 제올라이트가 합성되는 것을 XRD를 통하여 확인하였다. 최적 조건에서 합성된 제올라이트의 이온교환능을 측정하기 위하여 경도 40$^{\circ}$Dh의 CaCl$_2$용액과 3$0^{\circ}C$에서 IS분 접촉시킨 결과 264.9mg CaO/g-zeolite 정도로 우수한 값을 나타내었다. 이 시료의 백색도는 89%이었고, 평균 입자크기는 9.95$\mu\textrm{m}$이었다.

본 논문에서는 생산 현장에서 작업자가 육안으로 하고 있는 자동차 부품 카시트 프레임의 전수(全數) 검사를 위한 머신 비전 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구를 다룬다. 이러한 제안된 머신비전 검사시스템은 생산 현장에서 날로 증가하는 품질 향상에 대한 요구와 수요를 충족시키기 위해 설계되었다. 이 컴퓨터 기반의 검사시스템은 실시간으로 제품의 다양한 결함들에 대한 품질 검사를 할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 본 연구의 검사방법에 사용된 소프트웨어는 NI-LabVIEW가 사용하였으며, LabVIEW Vision 이미지 함수를 사용하여 검사 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 검사 알고리즘은 생산 부품의 실시간 검사에 적용 될 수 있으며, 검사 영역과 설정 값을 비전 시스템 운용자가 설정할 수있도록 프로그램이 만들어져 검증되었다. 제안된 검사시스템은 카시트 프레임 검사를 성공적으로 수행하였다.

본 연구는 통합의사결정지원시스템을 위한 3-단계 모델과 이를 사용자가 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 웹 기반의 전산 프로그램을 개발하고 응용 사례를 들어 보았다. 의사결정문제의 대안 선정, 대안을 평가시스템 및 여러 평가 위원들의 평가 결과를 종합하는 문제들을 포함하였으며 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법과 Fuzzy AHP방법을 활용하여 평가구조 평가인자 구성 및 각 가중치 등 개관적인 방법을 사용하였다. 이러한 3단계의 통합의사 결정방법은 1) Brain storming 단계서 대안 및 평가구조를 도출하고, 2) AHP 및 Fuzzy-AHP 방법으로 각 대안을 평가하여 의사 결정의 기반을 삼으며, 3) 여러 평가자들의 평가 결과를 합리적으로 통합하여 최선의 대안을 도출하는 방법이다.

Recently school food service operations are confronted with the wide spread pressures for accountability and the need to increase productivity. This paper is concerned with the make-or-buy decision framework for school food service systems considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. For the purpose of considering the multi-attributes analysis method in decision making for the school foodservice, we developed a make-or-buy decision framework using the multi-attribute analysis method, analytic hierarchy process, AHP method for school food service system. Finally, we developed a systematic and practical solution builder for a three-step decision support system in the view of 1) brainstorming for the idea generation, 2) analytic hierarchy process, AHP as a multi-attribute structure ed analysis method, and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of reviewers. We developed web based program and applied it to a school foodservice problem.

This paper considers the parallel machines scheduling problem characterized as a multi-objective combinatorial problem. As this problem belongs to the NP-complete problem, genetic algorithms are applied instead of the traditional analytical approach. The purpose of this study is to show how the problem can be effectively solved by using genetic algorithms with a permutation approach. First, a permutation representation which can effectively represent the chromosome is introduced for this problem . Next, a schedule builder which employs the combination of scheduling theories and a simple heuristic approach is suggested. Finally, through the computer experiments of genetic algorithm to test problems, we show that the niche formation method does not contribute to getting better solutions and that the PMX crossover operator is the best among the selected four recombination operators at least for our problem in terms of both the performance of the solution and the operational convenience.
