자동차 시트 표피재의 감성평가 (Comforts Evaluation of Car Seat Clothing)

  • 자동차는 첨단공업 기술이 고도로 집적되어 있는 인간-기계 시스템(man machine system)이다. 자동차에 대한 새로운 감성요구를 실현하기 위해서는 인체와 오랜 시간 접촉해 있는 시트 표피재의 분석이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 자동차 시트 표피재의 역학적 특성과 감성을 고려한 고급감을 예측하여 고감성 내장 표피재 개발에 기여하고자 한다. 감성용어는 Softness(유연한), Elasticity(탱글탱글한), Volume(풍성한), Stickiness (끈끈한)를 설정하였으며, 이와 대응하는 표피재의 역학적 특성 치를 측정하였다. 피혁의 특성평가에 의한 결과로 resilience, bending moment, thickness와 friction 값을 얻을 수 있었으며, 이러한 역학적 특성 치를 softness, elasticity, volume, stickiness 값으로 변화하기 위해 fuzzy logic을 사용하였다. 또한 Fuzzy logic의 결과인 Softness, Elasticity, Volume, Stickiness 값으로 피혁의 고급감을 예측하기 위한 신경망 모델(Neural network)을 구성하였다. 즉, 자동차 표피재 중 피혁의 4가지 물리량으로 인간의 감성인 표피재의 고급감을 예측하여 고감성 자동차 시트 표피재의 개발을 위한 예측 모델의 가능성을 평가하였다.

동결김치분말을 첨가한 소시지의 맛과 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Analysis in the by Taste and Quality freeze-Dried Kimchi Powder by Adding of Sausage)

  • 신제품으로 완성된 동결김치분말을 첨가한 소시지의 최적 상품으로 구운 것과 안구운 소시지를 비교하여 분류해보면 전반적으로 구운 것이 안 구운 것보다 좋은 점수를 받았고, 구운 소시지는 Color(7.15), Tasty(7.10), Softness(6.00), Overall(7.15)등 거의 모든 항목에서 3%동결김치분말첨가 소시지를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났으나, 안 구운 김치소시지의 Color(6.65)에서는 9%가 가장 좋게 나타났으나, Color에서 3%(6.45)와 6% (6.45) 첨가군을 동시에 같이 선호하는 것으로 나타났고, Softness(5.70)에서는 control 군을 선호하였고, Tasty(6.45), Overall(6.25) 전반적 인 맛에서는 3%를 선호하였으나, Hotness(6.85)에서는 -선호도를 나타냈다. 따라서 구운 소시지와 굽지 않은 소시지의 전반적인 것을 보면 3~6%동결김치분말 첨가의 소시지가 가장 상품성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 언급한 바와 같이 본 연구에서 김치를 주재료로 하여 동결 김치분말 첨가소시지는 식감 및 기호도는 물론 젊은 층의 선호도가 뛰어난 제품과 품질의 규격화가 가능하여 대규모 생산에도 적합하여 다양한 육류요리 적용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 우리나라 고유의 음식을 이용한 김치를 이용하여 수출용 대체식품으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있도록 많은 연구가 절실히 요구된다고 하겠다.

멍게, Halocynthia roretzi에서 분리된 해양버나바이러스의 특성과 물렁증과의 관련성 (Isolation of marine birnavirus from ascidian Halocynthia roretzi, and its relation with tunic softness syndrome)

  • The causative agent for the tunic softness syndrome of the cultured ascidian Halocynthia roretzi from Jan 1999 to Feb 2009 was identified using virus isolation and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The pathogenicity of the isolated virus MABV UR-1 strain was determined by experimental infection trials. The cytopathic effects was observed in CHSE-214 cell line at a level 5.1% (4/78) in normal ascidian and 1.8% in abnormal ascidian showing tunic softness syndrome signs. MABV gene was detected in 16.8% (18/107) of normal and 13.1% (5/38) of abnormal organisms by PCR. The ratio of MABV isolation and gene detection was similar level in normal and soft tunic diseased ascidian. Based on the VP2/NS junction region sequences, eight strains of virus isolated from ascidian, were included in the same genogroup with MABV which is originally isolated in wide ranges of marine fish and shellfish species. The UR-1 strain caused 60% mortality (36.5% mortality in control group) by immersion infection and 37% mortality (same mortality in control group) in injection infection indicating no significant differences in infected and control groups. These results suggest that ascidian can act as reservoir of the MABV, and this virus is not directly related with the ascidian mortality.

용융방사에 의한 생분해성 PBS/PBAT 블랜드 모노 필라멘트 제조 및 물리적 특성 (Preparation and physical properties of biodegradable polybutylene succinate/polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate blend monofilament by melt spinning)

  • In order to improve the breaking strength and elongation of Polybutylene succinate (PBS) monofilament, the monofilament was produced by blending PBS and Polybutlyne adipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT). The PBS/PBAT blend monofilament was prepared by the melt spinning system, and the weight ratios of the compositions of PBS/PBAT was 100/0, 95/5, 90/10 and 85/15, respectively. The breaking strength, elongation, softness and crystallization of PBS/PBAT blend monofilament were analyzed by using a tensionmeter, softness measurement, X-ray diffractometer in the both dry and wet conditions. The PBS/PBAT blend monofilaments were spun in the take-up velocity of 1.19m/sec under the drawing ratio of 6.8:1 condition. The production volumes of PBS/PBAT blend monofilaments showed 20% less than that of Nylon. The breaking strength of PBS/PBAT blend monofilaments were decreased as PBAT contents increased, while elongation and softness were increased. In case of PBAT content were over 5%, the breaking strength, elongation and softness of PBS/PBAT blend monofilaments were not shown to increase in spite of increasing in PBAT contents. Based on these results, it was possible to make the monofilaments with the maximized physical properties when the PBAT contents at 5%.

건조 감귤의 제조조건 최적화 (Optimization on Preparation Conditions of Dried Citrus)

  • 감귤의 건조에 따른 품질 특성을 모니터링하고 기호도가 우수한 건조 감귤을 제조하고자 건조온도 및 건조시간에 대한 중심합성실험 계획으로 반응표면분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 수분활성도, 경도(hardness) 및 부드러움 정도(softness)는 건조온도에 영향을 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 건조 감귤의 건조온도가 증가할수록 수분 활성도는 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 경도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 부드러움 정도는 건조 온도가 낮고 건조시간이 짧을수록 높게 나타났다. 건조감귤의 전반적인 기호도는 건조온도가 낮을수록 높은 기호도를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 높은 기호도를 가지는 범위에서의 경도는 2.01 ∼ 3.20 ${\times}$ $10^{6}$ dyn/$\textrm{cm}^2$, 부드러움 정도는 62.54 ∼ 146.37 cm/kg의 범위로 나타났다. 이러한 범위를 만족시켜주는 건조 조건범위는 건조온도 66 ∼ 75$^{\circ}C$ 및 건조시간 8 ∼ 14 hr범위였다.

멍게 물렁증 근육변성의 병인에 관한 연구 (Histopathological studies on the degenerative changes of somatic muscle in soft tunic syndrome of ascidian, Halocynthia roretzi)

  • As a part of research to elucidate the pathogenesis of so called Soft Tunic Syndrome(STS), that caused mass mortalities in the cultured sea squirts, Halocynthia roretzi, the epidemiological and pathological analysis were done to both clinically normal and diseased groups of the farms of Tongyoung and Geoje coastal areas in southeast sea from February to July, 2008. In the histological finding of the tunic, most of individuals showed tunic softness syndromes that included the disarrangement and destruction of tunic fiber with the simultaneous presence of flagellates-like cells, recently suspected as main agents of tunic softness syndromes. Simultaneously, the intensive degenerative changes of the skeletal muscle of diseased sea squirts were recognized. The changes were characterized with the hyalinization and condensation of muscle fibril and hemocytic infiltration in the muscle fibers. Those were thought to be a kind of typical Zenker's necrosis as in the skeletal muscle of higher vertebrates. Besides of the diseased sea squirts, Zenker's necrosis of skeletal muscles were seen in the normal ones. Epidemiological inquiry for diseased groups revealed that the higher incidences of tunic softness syndrome were recorded in the fast growing groups and in the sites presuming the organic pollution. And Higher malondialadehyde(MDA) and glutathione peroxidase(GPx) activity were detected in the groups showing STS. Those results suggested that Zenker's necrosis of body muscles was a kind of"nutritional myopathy" by oxidative stress. Conclusively, it was considered that Zenker's necrosis of body muscles gives an important clue for elucidating pathogenesis of STS of cultured squirts. And it seems that the necrosis were caused by the oxidative stress to body muscle during abnormal rapid growth of sea squirts.

PP가공용 실리콘 유연제의 제조 및 유연최적화 (Preparation and Optimization of Silicone Softener for PP Finish)

  • An emulsion of octadecamidoethylaminoethyl dodecate (which provides softness) and an emulsion silicone oil KF-96 (which provides lubricity) were separately synthesized. Then PP finishing softeners (SSA-7) was prepared by blending of the synthesized emulsions with beef tallow hardened oil (a softness improving agent). PP finishing treatment was carried out with the prepared SSA-7 and PP finishing resin by a one bath method, and several physical properties were tested. As a result, crease recovery, tear strength, softness, lubricity, and bending resistance were all good, indicating that the prepared SSA-7 is a good PP finishing softener.

아이섀도 색상과 립스틱 색상 및 톤 조합이 인상형성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Combination of Eyeshadow Color, Lipstick Color and Lipstick Tone on Impression Formation)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of eyeshadow color (brown, purple, and blue), lipstick color (red, red purple, and yellow red), and lipstick tone (vivid, light, dull, and dark) on impression formation. Sets of stimulus and response scales (7 point semantic) were used as experimental materials. The stimuli were 36 color pictures manipulated with the combination of eyeshadow color, lipstick color, and lipstick tone using computer simulation. The subjects were 216 female undergraduates living in Jinju city. Impression factor of the stimulus was composed of 4 different components, attractiveness and gracefulness, visibility, cuteness, and softness, of which the first two were important. Eyeshadow color, lipstick color, and lipstick tone independently influenced the attractiveness and gracefulness and visibility. In the cuteness and softness, eyeshadow color and lipstick tone showed independent effect. In the interaction effect, the combination of lipstick color and lipstick tone showed significant effect on the attractiveness and gracefulness, visibility, and cuteness. Finally, it was found that the combination of eveshadow color and tpstick tone showed significant difference in the softness.

폴리에스테르 직물의 알칼리가공에 관한 연구 -물리량, 관능량과 태와의 상호관계를 중심으로- (A Study on the Alkaline treatment of Polyester Fabric - The effect of correlation with the physical, sensory properties and handle-)

  • In this research, we tested the fertile physical and the sensory properties and the handle of the domestic polyester fabrics were treated with the varying alkaline concentrations and temperatures were tested. The tests were conducted to determine the effects of the alkaline treatment on the changes of the physical and the sensory chrateristics of the domestic polyester fabrics. The results were as follows; 1. When treated with the varying alkaline concentrations from $7.5\%$ to $15\%$ at temperatures from $60^{\circ}C$ to $90^{\circ}C$, the weight decreasing phenomena were shown to as a linear equations increase in that range. 2. As the weight loss increased, the softness and the smoothness were increased but the fullness and the tightness were decreased. 3. The positive correlations were found between the sensory and the physical properties, and the fullness ana the tightness, while a negative correlation was found between softness and the smoothness. 4. The regression equations obtained by the sensory chrateristics related with the physical chracteristics were as follows ; Softness: y=84.01-0.74x Fullness : y=0.06+0.78x Smoothness: y=88.67-0.82x Tightness : y= 0.34+0.79x

멍게의 물렁증 발생에 미치는 용존산소의 영향 (Effect of Dissolved Oxygen on Occurrence of Tunic Softness Syndrome in Sea Squirt Halocynthia roretzi, Tongyeong, South Coast of Korea)

  • 본 연구는 멍게 대량폐사의 주요 현상으로 나타나고 있는 물렁증 발생의 원인을 찾기 위하여 저산소의 영향에 의한 물렁증 발생, 생존률, 대사율 및 병리조직학적 변화를 분석하였다. 용존산소의 감소에 따른 멍게의 생존률은 용존산소 농도 $2mg\;L^{-1}$에서 노출 4일째 모두 폐사하였으며, $3mg\;L^{-1}$에서는 노출 5일째 50%를 나타내어 5days-$LC_{50}$$3.55mg\;L^{-1}$ (1.86~$4.96mg\;L^{-1}$)로 나타났다. 그러나 저산소에 노출된 기간 동안 물렁증 발생은 관찰되지 않았다. 산소소비율은 대조구와 비교하여 용존산소 농도 $5mg\;L^{-1}$ 이하에서 유의하게 감소하여 저산소에 노출되면 일정기간 호흡률을 조절하는 것으로 추정된다. 저산소에 의한 멍게의 새낭, 소화선 및 피낭의 병리조직학적인 변화는 각 기관을 구성하고 있는 상피 세포층의 괴사, 혈구세포의 침윤, 세포핵 응축 및 변형 등이 관찰되었다. 형태적인 변화는 피낭이 쪼글어들어 부피가 작아지고 내부 기관은 탈색되고 아가미와 간췌장의 괴사가 관찰되었다.
