We should have a new perspective on the words, green and growth, to have a full understanding of them and consider the environment itself as leading to the nation's growth. The green growth policy is to convert the paradigm of economic growth into one with a good circle of environment and growth. However, as each country has a different view of the green growth policy, we will see how the countries carry out the policy and how the companies and people accept it. To do this, we will employ an actual analysis and propose a green growth strategy for the nation. The following are from the actual analysis in the article: 1. The GG policy is not just limited on the environmental problems but related to the nation's well-being as well. 2. Energy policy should be defined as the core thing of the GG policy and energy effectiveness among others things should be carried out on a short term basis. 3. Developing a strategy using IT is necessary for the GG policy. 4. Very careful approach should be taken to build a master plan for the nation bearing effective outcome of the policy. 5. The GG policy should be regarded as a social reformative one motivating the nation's much interest in it.

본 논문은 안정적으로 계단을 주행하는 로봇에 관한 연구로 바퀴변형 시스템의 설계 방법을 제시하고, 기존의 계단극복 로봇의 문제점 중 하나인 계단 주행 시 발생하는 추락을 IMU센서와 서보모터를 이용한 방지법과 아날로그 IR센서를 통한 간단하고 빠르게 계단을 감지하는 방법을 제시한다.

In this paper, a small supersonic wind tunnel was designed and built to studythe flow characteristics of a supersonic impulse turbine cascade by experiment. Theflow was visualized by means of a single pass Schlieren system. The supersoniccascade with 3-dimensional supersonic nozzle was tested over a wide range ofpressure ratio. Highly complicated flow patterns including shocks, nozzle-cascadeinteraction and shock boundary layer interactions were observed.

An important purpose of screening DSM(Demand Side Management) programs is to determine which programs or technologies seem to be moot worthy of further development, given the characteristics of the particular utility system. Complication found in screening DSM technologies is the consideration of costs and benefits from several perspectives : the utility, society, participants, free riders and nonparticipants. In this paper, a nation-wide DSM screening model is presented using a rigorous mathematical formulation on the financial basis and the concept of marginal coots considering all affected parties inside the nation is fully exploited.

본 논문은 로봇의 위치추정에 관한 연구로서, 기존의 실내 자율주행은 탐색되지 않은 영역에서의 위치추정이 어렵다는 것을 보완하기 위해 Graph based SLAM 알고리즘을 이용하는 자율주행 로봇에 Beacon을 적용함으로써 보다 정확한 위치추정 능력을 향상하는 방법을 제시한다.

인터넷이 활성화 됨에 따라 공간이나 시간적 제약이 감소하였다. 인식 부족과 사용자 환경에 의해 미진하였던 철도 물류 정보 시스템도 웹을 기반으로 서비스 체제를 변경함으로 인해 효율적이고 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었다. 제안한 시스템은 기존 XML로 처리되는 데이터 뿐만 아니라 철도를 통해 운송되는 화물(컨테이너 등)에 대한 추적 정보를 제공하거나 화물 운송에 대한 실적 및 정산 정보를 알 수 있다. 또한 철도를 통해 운송된 화물에 대한 통계 자료나 화차에 대한 운송 현황 자료 등을 추출하여 물동량 파악이나 철송 업무에 활용할 수 있다.

The ion energy distributions (IEDs) arriving at a substrate strongly affect the etching rates in plasma etching processes. In order to determine the IEDs accurately, it is important to obtain the characteristics of radio frequency (rf) sheath at pulsed rf substrates. However, very few studies have been conducted to investigate pulsing effect on IEDs at multiple rf driven electrodes. Therefore, in this work, we extended previous one-dimensional dynamics model for pulsed-bias electrodes. We obtained the IEDs using the developed rf sheath model and observed that numerically solved IEDs are in a good agreement with the experimental results.

We demonstrate a high color gamut liquid crystal display (LCD) system (>100 %) by using a precompensated tri-chromatic LED-backlight module over a temperature range of (25 to $70^{\circ}C$), whose pre-compensated optical characteristic balances the spectral redshift and intensity decrease due to the temperature rising during operation.
