Purpose: Emergency medical technicians (EMTs) have so far been trained as professionals under the same conditions, with no change in the 1995 Act. We aimed to find ways for them to secure expertise in accordance with social needs by strengthening the quality of the EMT education. Methods: This is a descriptive study comparing the operation status of the national emergency medical examination conducted by the Korea Health Personnel Licensing Examination Institute, and the national examinations of EMT paramedic and EMT basic. The scope of the national examinations for EMT was compared by subject and area. Results: The national written exam for EMT paramedic consists of five areas. EMT basic does not include basic medicine in three related subjects, 11 areas, and 18 detail areas. Paramedic care does not include advanced pediatric life support. In addition, nine areas and 20 detail areas are not included. Conclusion: The study suggests the need for institutional supplementation so that those who have completed EMT basic and the subjects prescribed by the ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare at universities, etc., in the Higher Education Act can take the EMT paramedic national exam.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to check the direction of KODISA's pursuit of complex and convergence studies by confirming the research trends of KODISA's direct academic journals such as JDS, JIDB, JBEES and JAFEB. To this end, we tried to compare and confirm the research trends of the papers in four academic journals targeting keywords. Research Design, data and methodology: The analysis was conducted from 2014 to 2020 on 867 papers from JDS, 315 papers from JIDB, 120 papers from JBEES, and 867 papers based on the publication year of the most recently published journal from JAFEB. For the analysis, frequency analysis, word crowding, topic modeling, and frequency analysis by applying weights for each year group were performed on the keywords crawled using Python. Results: The results of frequency analysis showed that each journal is properly oriented toward its target direction. In addition, it was confirmed that the results of topic modeling significantly reflected the results of frequency analysis. Finally, it could be concluded that the results of frequency analysis using the weights of keywords by year group were also developing in the direction the target journals were analyzed. Specifically, in the case of JDS, 20 keywords such as Service Quality, Distribution were found to increase continuously according to the year group. Meanwhile, the keywords that continued to increase according to JIDB's year group were India, Social Capital, and Job Stress. The keywords that continued to increase according to the year group of JBEES were Micro Finance Institutions and Microfinance, and the keywords that of JAFEB were confirmed to be Vietnam and Service Quality. Conclusion: It was confirmed that KODISA's direct management journals responded appropriately to convergence issues. In particular, it was confirmed that researches in various fields of JDS are continuously increasing. However, it seems that JIDB needs to deal with various issues additionally in the service industry field and JBEES in the environment field. Finally, it was found that JAFEB needs to be wary of the relatively low level of interest in some countries such as Kazakhstan and India in recent years.
Christian communities have long sought to find what type of moral judgment is appropriate and what the Christian behavior is, by taking the church's ethical norms and behavior patterns as objects of reflection. In the same context, Christian education also tried to base the psychological rationalism of J. Piaget and L. Kohlberg, but the reason-centered structural development theory was not the answer. In fact, the structural development theory, which emphasized autonomy while excluding emotions from the moral judgment process, over-emphasizing cognition or reason, eventually led to moral relativism, unlike what was intended. In addition, it was criticized for not being able to adequately elucidate the gap between human moral reasoning and behavior, and for attempting to interpret morality excessively within the context of social culture. Recently, these limitations of structural developmental theory have been reinterpreted by neuroethics, especially moral psychology theories, which claim that moral judgment ability is physically wired in the brain and relies heavily on networks between cortical and limbic system. The purpose of this paper is to review some of the newly emerged research themes of neuroethics, and then to discuss two main theories that explain morality in the perspective of neuroethics and the implications that Christian education should pay attention to.
Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dental hygiene students' communication ability and conflict management types on adaptation to college life improve adaptation to college life and to suggest strategies to play a role as a professional dental hygienist in clinical practice. Methods: The subjects of this study were selected by random sample extraction of dental hygiene students from two colleges in Gyeonggi and one Chungcheong area. The survey was conducted online for dental hygiene students from July 20 to October 31, 2020. In order to comply with research ethics, this study was investigated with the consent of the subjects. The sample was analyzed for the final 351. Results: Dental hygiene students' communication ability was 3.74 points, conflict management types was 3.01 points, and adaptation to college life was 3.30 points. In the type of conflict management according to the general characteristics, the problem-solving method, the avoidance method, the compromise method, and the concession method showed statistically significant differences in major satisfaction. Among the types of conflict management, the highest positive correlation (r=0.613) was shown in the relationship between the problem-solving method and the compromise method. Factors influencing the adaptation to college life were concentration, forced method, self-disclosure, conversational coherence, and social relaxation. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it derives sub-areas of communication ability and conflict management types that influence adaptation to college life. In the future, there is a need to improve the quality of dental hygienists by continuously conducting research on the types of conflict management targeting dental hygienists, and responding more proactively and actively to conflict situations in the clinical field.

Although the importance of literacy in Artificial Intelligence (AI) education is increasing, there is a lack of testing tools for measuring such competency. To address this gap, this study developed a testing tool that measures AI literacy among middle school students. This goal was achieved through the establishment of an expert group that was enlisted to determine the relevant factors and items covered by the proposed tool. To verify the reliability and validity of the developed tool, a field review, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. These procedures resulted in a testing tool comprising six domains that encompass 30 items. The domains are the social impact of AI (eight items), the understanding of AI (six items), AI execution plans (five items), problem solving with AI (five items), data literacy (four items), and AI ethics (two questions). The items are to be rated using a five-point Likert scale. The internal consistency of the tool was .970 (total), while that of the domains ranged from .861 to .939. This study can serve as reference for developing the analysis of AI literacy, teaching and learning, and evaluation in AI education.

Third, through the experience of debate, one can solidify the establishment of one's own values and ethics, and based on this, one can develop the capacity for logical persuasion and argument. Fourth, it is judged that it is possible to analyze the practical problems suitable for the characteristics of the learner, and to develop a clear understanding of the situation and the ability to apply it.

The purpose of this study is to establish policy recommendations for the promotion of AI service impact assessment based on the definition of impact assessment and analysis of domestic and foreign AI service impact assessment cases. The direction of implementation was analyzed based on the case of impact evaluation promoted in various fields at home and abroad and the case of impact evaluation at home and abroad of artificial intelligence services. As a step-by-step implementation plan, in the first stage, quantitative indicators such as AI level survey-based economic effects are developed, and in the second stage, information culture such as safety and reliability and artificial intelligence ethics described in the Framework Act on Intelligence Information, social, economic, information protection, and people's daily lives are prepared. In the third stage, discussion on detailed metrics and methods will be expanded and impact assessment results will be evaluated. This study requires analysis through various participants such as policy designers, artificial intelligence service developers, and civic groups in the future.
This study was conducted to find ways to utilize human-centered IT in caring for elderly people who live alone. Through focus group interviews with experts, this study investigated the problems with delivery system, and ethical issues. Problems such as lack of trust, supplier-centered care, and uniform service provision were derived as major problems in the delivery system. These findings indicate that IT should be used as an auxiliary means of face-to-face services and to be controllable and convenient. Issues such as "guaranteeing the right to self-determination," "protecting privacy," "sufficiently guaranteeing the right to know," and "encompassing blind spots" were raised as important ethical issues related to human-centered IT utilization. Based on the research results, this study presented the necessity of designing user-centered information technology and the necessity of developing ethical indicators for the use of human-centered technology.

The aim of the article is to investigate socio-political processes in Ukraine on the basis of institutional and behavioral approaches, in particular their regulatory and informational support. Methodology. To determine the nature and content of sociopolitical processes, the following approaches have been used: 1. Institutional approach in order to analyze the development of Ukraine's political institutions. 2. The behavioral approach has been used for the analysis of socio-political processes in Ukraine in the context of political behavior of citizens, their political activity which forms the political culture of the country. Results. The general features of the socio-political situation in Ukraine are as follows: the formed model of government, which can be conditionally described as "presidential"; public demand for new leaders remains at a high level; the society has no common vision of further development; significant tendency of reduction of real incomes of a significant part of the society and strengthening of fiscal pressure on businessmen will get a public response after some time. Increasing levels of voice, accountability, efficiency of governance and the quality of the regulatory environment indicate a slow change in the political system, which will have a positive impact on public sentiment in the future. At the same time, there has been little change in the quality of Ukraine's institutions to ensure political stability, the rule of law and control of corruption. There are no cardinal changes in the development of the institution of property rights, protection of intellectual rights, changes in the sphere of ethics and control of corruption. Thus, Ukraine's political institutions have not been able to bring about any change in the social-political processes. Accordingly, an average level of trust and confidence of citizens in political institutions and negative public sentiment regarding their perception and future change can be traced in Ukraine.
The era of digital transformation is rapidly emerging in industries and academia, including finance and logistics, and the consulting market for digital transformation is also growing. According to previous studies, the need for digital transformation is also mentioned in consulting institutions. In this process, the role of consultants should be changed according to the times, and customer relationship management and attitude toward customers are emphasized. However, consulting research has the point that research on this has not been studied in depth. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an element of attitude focusing on consultant attitudes in the field of digital transformation. As a result of research using literature analysis and modified Delphi techniques, 'customer orientation', achievement orientation', professional dignity', 'maintenance of expertise', and 'ethics' were found to be key attitude factors. This study is meaningful in that consultant attitude elements in the digital transformation field were explored and developed by verifying content validity, and consultants in the digital transformation field can recognize the importance of attitude and use it as a basic tool for capacity improvement.
