The open space of the healing facility should contribute to the psychological and social healing of the users, provide a social environment for rest, and provide a design factor to support the walking path to move to the destination-connected space. In this paper, I examined the relationship between the environmental elements, spatial devices, and the characteristics of the design factors in the open space for healing facilities. As a research method, based on the analysis of previous studies, a healing facility in modern society was defined, and the relationship between the social support and physical environment factors of the healing facility where open space was considered. Through the consideration of cases, the characteristics of the physical space environment, and the design factors of the open space in the healing facility were categorized. As a result of research, open space in the healing facility is a space to promote a social exchange of users, as a physical form for accommodating psychological and social healing functions, it is necessary to construct the connection of the external space with the internal space.

This study looked through the text mining analysis to check the status of the virtual assistant service, and explore the needs of consumers, and present consumer-oriented directions. Trendup 4.0 was used to analyze the keywords of AI services in Online News and social media from 2016 to 2020. The R program was used to collect consumer comment data and implement Topic Modeling analysis. According to the analysis, the number of mentions of AI services in mass media and social media has steadily increased. The Sentimental Analysis showed consumers were feeling positive about AI services in terms of useful and convenient functional and emotional aspects such as pleasure and interest. However, consumers were also experiencing complexity and difficulty with AI services and had concerns and fears about the use of AI services in the early stages of their introduction. The results of the consumer review analysis showed that there were topics(Technical Requirements) related to technology and the access process for the AI services to be provided, and topics (Consumer Request) expressed negative feelings about AI services, and topics(Consumer Life Support Area) about specific functions in the use of AI services. Text mining analysis enable this study to confirm consumer expectations or concerns about AI service, and to examine areas of service support that consumers experienced. The review data on each platform also revealed that the potential needs of consumers could be met by expanding the scope of support services and applying platform-specific strengths to provide differentiated services.

본 연구의 목적은 자기격려와 사회적 지지가 보육교사의 심리적 소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는데 있고, 연구대상은 제주특별자치도에 위치한 어린이집 교사 329명이었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 측정도구는 자기격려 척도, 사회적 지지 척도, 심리적 소진 척도이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS win 18.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에 의해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 개인변인에 따른 자기격려, 사회적 지지, 심리적 소진의 차이를 살펴보면, 자기격려는 연령대에서, 사회적 지지는 연령대와 경력에서, 심리적 소진은 연령대 및 결혼유무에서 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 보육교사의 자기격려와 사회적 지지는 심리적 소진과 부적 상관을 나타내어, 자기격려와 사회적 지지가 높을수록 심리적 소진이 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 자기격려와 사회적 지지는 보육교사의 심리적 소진에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 자기격려의 하위 요인 중에서는 인지적 자기격려와 정서적 자기격려가 심리적 소진에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지의 하위 요인에서는 정서적 지지가 보육교사의 심리적 소진에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자기격려는 사회적 지지보다 보육교사의 심리적 소진을 감소시키는 주요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 이는 보육교사의 개인변인을 고려한 자기격려 및 사회적 지지 증진 전략과 심리적 소진 감소 방안과 보육교사의 심리적 소진의 효과적인 완화와 예방을 위한 자기교수전략이 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서 상담적 접근을 통해 보육교사들의 심리적 안녕감 증대와 심리적 부적응 등으로 인해 나타나는 복합적인 문제들에 대한 예방과 치료가 필요하다.

본 연구는 자활사업의 개입모델로서 사례관리를 제안하며 그 실천적 적용가능성을 살펴본다. 근로빈곤층을 대상으로 한 자활사업이 궁극적으로 탈빈곤의 효과와 함께 지역사회에서의 자립된 삶을 얻는 기회를 제공하기 위해서는 일자리제공을 통한 경제적 자활 뿐 아니라 지역사회에서 개인의 삶에 영향을 미치는 다양한 사회적 위험요인들에 대한 지지적 서비스가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 자활이 갖는 실천적 의미와 사례관리의 필요성을 살펴보고 이에 적절한 사례관리의 유형과 사례관리자의 역할을 살펴본다. 또한, 자활사업에 필요한 사례관리의 개입방향-상황중심적 사고를 통한 통합적인 사례관리체계의 구성, 역량강화적 접근에 기초한 주체적인 참여와 자율적인 운영, 사회망 개발과 연대적 노력을 통한 포괄적인 사례관리 프로그램으로의 발전-을 제안함으로써 고용과 복지가 통합적으로 고려되는 자활사업의 틀을 구성하고자 한다. 본 연구는 자활사업대상자와 기관차원에서 활용할 수 있는 실천프로그램을 제시함으로써 정책적 차원에 그치던 자활사업에 관한 논의를 서비스제공 차원에서 구체화시킨다는 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 스마트폰 사용이 활성화된 사회 환경 속에서 발달장애 학생이 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 사회 실생활 도구로 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안에 관해 '발달장애 학생, 정보사회, 스마트폰 사용, 애플리케이션 활용' 주제 관련 선행연구 문헌들을 검토하여 다음과 같이 살펴보았다. 첫째, 정보사회를 살아가는 발달장애 학생의 스마트폰을 활용한 사회통합 능력 향상 지원 방안을 기술한다. 둘째, 발달장애 학생의 사회 실생활을 지원해 줄 수 있는 스마트폰 애플리케이션 유형을 기술한다. 셋째, 발달장애 학생의 사회 실생활 적응을 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션 요구 영역을 기술한다. 이 연구 결과는 발달장애 학생이 정보사회에서 스마트폰의 다양한 기능을 익히고 배워 이용함으로써 주변 사람들과 상호교류하여 의사소통능력을 향상시키고 직업재활과 사회통합에 도움이 되도록 적절한 애플리케이션을 개발하여 교육적으로 지원, 제공하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 청소년의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지, 심리적 안녕감의 관계성을 확인하고 자아탄력성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 사회적 지지에 대한 매개효과를 검증함으로써 청소년의 심리적 안녕감 향상에 대한 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 서울과 인천 소재의 중학교를 방문하여 총 289명의 설문지를 회수하여 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 청소년의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지, 심리적 안녕감 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 가설검증결과 자아탄력성은 사회적 지지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 안녕감에 대한 영향도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지 역시 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 가설은 모두 채택된 것을 확인하였다. 또한 청소년의 자아탄력성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 부분매개효과가 있음을 입증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 심리적 안녕감 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하자면 청소년 시기의 자아탄력성을 강화할 수 있는 심층 상담 및 프로그램을 개발하여 교육현장에서 적극적으로 활용해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 사회적 지지를 통한 심리적 지원을 위해 가족의 기능을 향상시키고, 친구에 의한 사회적 지지를 강화하며 멘토가 필요한 학생들에게 교사 및 선배와 연계할 수 있는 의사소통 프로그램을 개발하여 청소년의 사회적 지지를 높일 수 있는 다양한 노력이 필요할 것이다.

본 연구는 지역사회의 가족복지실천의 중점 기관인 종합사회복지관과 건강가정지원센터의 공통점과 차이점을 살펴봄으로써 각 기관이 수행하는 기능과 더불어 양 기관의 관계에 대한 종사자들의 인식을 탐색하였다. 문헌연구와 양 기관의 기관장과 중간관리자에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 운영현황에 대한 비교 분석을 통하여 공통점과 차이점을 찾아보고 양 기관의 기능과 관계성을 통해 가족복지를 지역사회에 전개해 나가는 데 있어 발전방향을 모색하였다. 그 결과, 연구참가자들은 공통의 목표를 추구하지만 각 기관만의 기능과 사회적 가치에 대한 차별성을 제기하였고, 이를 통해 종합사회복지관은 지역사회안의 개인과 가족에 초점을 둔 지역사회통합을 위한 사례관리가 중점적 기능으로 앞으로의 발전방향임을 확인하였다. 건강가정지원센터는 일반가정의 가족생활주기에 맞춘 보편적 가족복지욕구를 충족시키기 위한 예방활동과 지역주민의 심리적 접근성을 최대한 가깝게 유지하면서 건강가정을 구축해나가는 데 있어서의 토대역할이 기대가 되었다.

Although many local governments are supporting the environment-friendly regional agriculture(hereafter EFRA), the EFRA is not wildly extended since the marketing and consumption of the environment-friendly agricultural products are still limited. This study aims at finding out the new development source of Korean agriculture and strategies for establishing regional agriculture. For these purposes, Sunchon-si cases of EFAP development are introduced and the functions and roles of bodies in charge of regional agriculture are looked over. In order to establish the EFRA, production, processing and consumption needs to be intimately linked all together. As preconditions for developing the EFRA, four points should be satisfied. Firstly, production organizations need to be built and stabilized for developing the EFRA and consumers' organizations and partnership are to be formed. Secondly, the government should support for building consumers' organization. Thirdly, social consensus for developing the EFRA needs to be formed. And finally with the appropriate local and central governmental support the partnership among producers, consumers, and government should be formed.

The study of public health systems is an important, but very difficult task. The concept and functions of public health systems are influenced by the views, interests, and influence of the various stakeholders belonging to public health systems and broader social, economic, political, and environmental sectors. To define public health system with conceptual clarification, we must take into account the dynamic and complex aspect of the public health system. This paper reviews health systems and public health systems literature to suggest the concept, goals, and functions of public health systems. In addition, this paper recognizes some challenges, such as leadership and management, resource development, economic support, and service delivery to strengthen public health systems for improving health and well-being of population.

사용자간 상호작용과 협업 기능을 바탕으로 한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 발달에 따라 이를 교수-학습에 활용하면서 개인 체험 중심의 구성주의와 접목되어 소셜 러닝으로 발전하고 있다. 이를 보다 잘 활용하기 위해서는 N-Screen웹, 스마트폰, IPTV)을 지원하는 커뮤니케이션 모델이 필요하다. 커뮤니케이션 모델은 학습자-교수자-시스템간의 상호작용을 지원하는 것이다. 하지만, 지금까지는 웹기반 이러닝 시스템 커뮤니케이션에 대한 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소셜 러닝을 위한 서비스 환경을 N-Screen으로 확대하고, 끊김 없는 서비스를 위해 개인의 위치정보를 학습 활동에 활용할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 매니저를 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 커뮤니케이션 매니저는 N-Screen 서비스를 위한 학습자의 유스케이스 도출 및 요구 기능을 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로, 커뮤니케이션 기능을 설계한다. 또한, 단말 각각의 서비스 특성을 고려하여, 개인화 위치정보를 반영 할 수 있도록 한다.
