A Study on the Effects of Psychological Adaptation of Social Service Users on Family Relations

  • Social services are divided into care services and other support services for the elderly, children and the disabled. These social services are the subject of great policy interest in that they can create two effects at the same time: increase in labor demand for service providers and increase the possibility of long-term accumulation of human capital for service recipients. Therefore, this study aims to confirm the hypothesis according to whether the use of social services affects family relationships and the effects of social service users' psychological adaptation on marital and parent-child relationships even when other related variables are controlled. The final result of this thesis is a regression analysis to find out the effect of psychological adaptation on the family relationship, spouse relationship, and relationship with children of subjects who have experience using social services. -.661, p=0.001), the higher the psychological adaptation, the higher the spouse satisfaction (β=.465, p=0.001) and relationship satisfaction with children (β=.360, p=0.001). In other words, it was found that the more depressed the psychologically, the more negative the relationship with spouse and children.

  • This article examines the features of improving the public management of the market of medical and social services using information technology to improve the efficiency of public activity in modern conditions. The interpretation of the essence of the categories "information technologies" and "information support" is analyzed. The importance of the organization of information support of public authorities in the insurance of the state apparatus of information management for the adoption and solution of state issues of the market of medical and social services has been studied. Issues and system of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services are considered. The stages of the ICT implementation process in the market of medical and social services are described. The tools of state regulation in the market of medical and social services and the introduction of targeted programs for the development of the social sphere and health care are highlighted. Recommendations for improvement are formulated public management of the market of medical services and social way introduction of ICT tools, which provide for the implementation of a set of measures aimed at intellectualizing the entire system public data management spheres. The necessity of development of innovative tools of public management of the market of medical and social services of Ukraine for the purpose of working out of strategies of increase of quality of medical and social services in the XXI century is substantiated. A number of benefits from the implementation of an effective process of application of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services to ensure the efficiency of public authorities of Ukraine. It is proposed to create a "Department of information support of self-government" and electronic health care system (e-Health) to improve the management decision-making process, which will provide an opportunity to accumulate, process, analyze, and as a result, get the expected effect in the form of balanced management decisions by public authorities of Ukraine.

개정 사회보장기본법의 사회서비스의 의미와 개념적 긴장 (Meaning and Conceptual Tension Contained in the Definition of Social Services Prescribed by Recently Amended Framework Act on Social Security)

  • 본 연구는 개정 사회보장기본법의 사회서비스가 안고 있는 개념적 긴장이 어떤 것인가를 살펴보려는 목적을 가진 것이다. 참여정부 때부터 본격적으로 사용되기 시작한 사회서비스는 적어도 네 가지의 의미를 갖고 있었는데 개정 사회보장기본법의 사회서비스는 이 중 사회적일자리와 가장 가까운 의미를 가지고 있다. 이런 의미를 가진 개정 사회보장기본법의 사회서비스는 대단히 넓은 개념으로 정의되어 있다. 하지만 이렇게 됨으로써 개정 사회보장기본의 사회서비스는 오히려 개념적 긴장을 안게 되었다. 즉, 사회서비스는 한편으로는 복지뿐만 아니라 보건, 교육, 고용, 주거, 문화, 환경 등 매우 넓은 분야를 포괄하려는 지향성을 갖지만 다른 한편으로 서비스내용을 사회복지서비스에 적합한 것들로 나열함으로써 사회서비스를 사회복지서비스에만 제한시키려는 지향성도 갖는다. 이러한 개념적 긴장은 앞으로 지속될 가능성이 높은데, 이로 인해 복지부 및 사회서비스 전달체계의 개혁이 요구되며 동시에 일관된 사회서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 이론적 실천적 원칙의 발전이 요구된다는 점에서 사회복지학에 중대한 도전을 던져주고 있다. 이 도전에 대응하기 위해서는 미시와 거시적 접근의 소통과 공동노력이 어느 때보다 절실히 필요하다.

  • 우리나라 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용은 매우 저조하고 서비스가 각기 독립적으로 제공되고 있기 때문에 중복과 누락현상이 나타나고 있음이 지적되어 왔다. 본 연구는 경기도 국민기초생활보장대상 노인들 전수를 대상으로 노인들이 어떠한 서비스기관으로부터 어떠한 사회복지서비스를 받고 있는지에 대해 살펴보고, 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용기관수에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스중복 문제보다는 낮은 서비스이용률이 더 문제인 것으로 드러났다. 노인의 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 비교적 욕구요인이 큰 비중을 차지하였고 그 외 귀속요인과 자원요인도 중에는 큰 영향을 미치는 변수들이 나타나, 사회복지서비스확충과 지역별 균형의 달성, 서비스 연계 활성화가 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

재가노인복지서비스의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on Improvement Plan and problem of Home - based services)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the direction of the policy forwelfare of the home - based service by identifying the problem and improvement of the home - based service. In the fast growing society like korea social welfare policy for the home - based service. The core hypotheses, of this research that home - based services canexpand social support network and improve life satisfaction were aceptedor rejected, In other words, while the home - based services expanded the lold people social support network through the activities of social workers and volunteers, these services considering the findings of the this study, we can conclude that the current home - based services provided by social welfare have an effect upon increasing old peoples social support. But these services have no effect upon improving life satisfaction index.

중국의 사회 연결망 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Use of Social Networking Services in China)

  • China has the largest number of the user of web 2.0 such as messengers and blogs, as of 2008 year. Chinese Internet digital market will grow from $85 billion in 2007 to $264 billion in 2015. The importance of Chinese Internet business is increasing, because of its size and growth potential. This research is focused on following two questions. First, what are the major characteristics of social networking services in China? In order to find out the answer about this question, the case study on Tencent QQ and Sina Poco, the most representative social networking services company in China, was done. And the reason of the use of social networking services, their contents, and the attitude toward the paid service were identified. Second, what are the major factors influencing the use of social networking services in China. User participation, network effect, usefulness, and system quality were inferred as the factors influencing the use. These factors were based on motivation theory, technology acceptance model, and the related research papers. This research model was proved by data analysis using Partial Least Square. As results, the use of social networking services was influenced by usefulness, network effect, user participation, and system quality. But social influence was not significant of the use of social networking services.

온라인 공동구매형 소셜커머스의 이용의도에 관한 연구 : 중국 이용자를 중심으로 (The Study on Intention to Use for Social Commerce of Online Group-Buying : Focused on Chinese Users)

  • The convergence of e-commerce and social media have given rise to a social commerce of online group-buying. Social commerce of online group-buying is a subset of B2C (Business to Consumer) and uses social media for marketing to facilitate online buying of products and services. The social commerce of online group-buying offers new and popular products or services every day, and uses social media to bring together separated consumers. In these backgrounds, we think that personality trait associated with seeking new and popular products or services, and social influence from social media are likely to be related to intention to use in social commerce of online group-buying. This study aims to examine and analyze novelty seeking and social influence that influence intention to use in social commerce of online group-buying in China. Our research model, which included novelty seeking and social influence, was developed based on the technology acceptance model. A questionnaire survey was carried out for empirical analysis. The results of empirical analysis based on a sample of 218 users showed that novelty seeking has a significant positive impact on intention to use, and social influence has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness. We suggested academic implications and practical implications based on our empirical research.

인공지능 서비스에 대한 온라인뉴스, 소셜미디어, 소비자리뷰 텍스트마이닝 (Text Mining of Online News, Social Media, and Consumer Review on Artificial Intelligence Service)

  • This study looked through the text mining analysis to check the status of the virtual assistant service, and explore the needs of consumers, and present consumer-oriented directions. Trendup 4.0 was used to analyze the keywords of AI services in Online News and social media from 2016 to 2020. The R program was used to collect consumer comment data and implement Topic Modeling analysis. According to the analysis, the number of mentions of AI services in mass media and social media has steadily increased. The Sentimental Analysis showed consumers were feeling positive about AI services in terms of useful and convenient functional and emotional aspects such as pleasure and interest. However, consumers were also experiencing complexity and difficulty with AI services and had concerns and fears about the use of AI services in the early stages of their introduction. The results of the consumer review analysis showed that there were topics(Technical Requirements) related to technology and the access process for the AI services to be provided, and topics (Consumer Request) expressed negative feelings about AI services, and topics(Consumer Life Support Area) about specific functions in the use of AI services. Text mining analysis enable this study to confirm consumer expectations or concerns about AI service, and to examine areas of service support that consumers experienced. The review data on each platform also revealed that the potential needs of consumers could be met by expanding the scope of support services and applying platform-specific strengths to provide differentiated services.

SNS에서 사회연결망 기반 추천과 협업필터링 기반 추천의 비교 (Comparison of Recommendation Using Social Network Analysis with Collaborative Filtering in Social Network Sites)

  • As social network services has become one of the most successful web-based business, recommendation in social network sites that assist people to choose various products and services is also widely adopted. Collaborative Filtering is one of the most widely adopted recommendation approaches, but recommendation technique that use explicit or implicit social network information from social networks has become proposed in recent research works. In this paper, we reviewed and compared research works about recommendation using social network analysis and collaborative filtering in social network sites. As the results of the analysis, we suggested the trends and implications for future research of recommendation in SNSs. It is expected that graph-based analysis on the semantic social network and systematic comparative analysis on the performances of social filtering and collaborative filtering are required.

How could make people work for everyone? : City governance to activate social services in 1950's Shanghai neighborhood

  • Examining how the CCP operated social services in Shanghai neighborhood[linong] in early 1950s, this article reveals the hidden relation between social service and rectification of neighborhood organizations in 1954. One of the main purpose of 1954 rectification was to guarantee provision of grassroots level of the city by recruiting local cadres, the implementers of social services. Though series of social service, such as night patrol, cleaning and public charity were indispensable for residents' life and welfare(fuli)[福利] of neighborhood, the social services was the something most of the Shanghai residents were reluctant to do. The result was the shortage of human resource for social service, triggering the "nominal position(gua ming)[掛名] " phenomenon. During political rectification of neighborhood organizations in 1954 Shanghai Municipal government tried to solve this 'decline of human resource in social services' problem by attracting the unemployed to the position of basic level cadre. To be specific, it demanded jobless person in neighborhood to be registered in time if they want a job placement. And it used that registration as the nominee of cadre in re-election process of the rectification campaign. The government measures were closely related to Shanghai people's inclination to rely on party-state when they try to get a job. Hence political rectification in neighborhood organizations become the strategic tool of city governance to mobilize residents in operating social services. So this article suggests that the CCP's urban governance was a complex and nuanced process to induce urban residents' interest and voluntarism beyond the suppression-oriented totalitarian perspective.
