소셜 네트워크 서비스의 등장과 급속한 성장은 정보의 생산과 소비로 이어지는 유통 프레임의 변화를 가져왔다. 소비자들은 소셜 네트워크를 통하여 다양한 정보를 빠르게 얻을 수 있게 되었고 기업은 소셜 네트워크를 홍보 채널로 활용하고 있다. 소셜 네트워크를 통한 홍보 활동의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 홍보 활동의 결과를 평가하고 분석하여 홍보 전략을 수립하고 적용하는 과정이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 낮은 비용으로 소셜 네트워크를 통한 홍보 활동의 결과를 평가하고 분석할 수 있는 시스템 개발 방법을 제안한다. 리눅스 기반 서버에 MySQL 데이터베이스와 PHP를 이용하여 소셜 네트워크상의 대표적인 기업 홍보 채널인 페이스북 팬페이지 데이터를 수집하고 분석하는 시스템을 구축하고 운영하여 제안된 방법의 효율성을 검증하였다.

이 연구는 호텔 조리사의 사회적 교환 관계가 심리적 소유감과 직무 만족, 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 실증 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 교환관의 요인 중, 팀-구성원 교환 관계, 조직 지원 인식이 높으면 높을수록 심리적 소유감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 교환 관계의 요인 중, 조직 지원 인식이 높으면 높을수록 직무 만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 교환 관계의 요인 중, 팀-구성원 교환 관계, 리더-구성원 교환 관계, 조직 지원 인식이 높으면 높을수록 조직 몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 심리적 소유감이 높으면 높을수록 직무 만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 심리적 소유감이 높으면 높을수록 조직 몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examined the mediation effect of life satisfaction between social support and loneliness. The subjects were two hundred and eighty fifth grade elementary school and second grade middle school adolescents in Seoul. The instruments used were questionnaires about loneliness and other factors relevant to loneliness. Social support factors existing in an adolescent's external environment include the support of parents, peers, and teachers. And life satisfaction as a psychological characteristic was concerned with the adolescent's sense of self, school life, home environment, and family relations. Data were analyzed by using the t-test, Pearson's correlation and regression. Major findings were as follows: (1) There were significant differences in parent and teacher support, satisfaction with school life, home environment, and family relations between early adolescents and mid adolescents. (2) Parental, peer, and teacher support, contentment with oneself, school life, home environment, and family relations were negatively related to the fifth-grade early adolescent's loneliness. Peer support and contentment with oneself, school life, and home environment were negatively related to the second-grade middle adolescent's loneliness. (3) Life satisfaction had a mediation effect between peer, parental, and teacher support and loneliness in fifth grade early adolescence. Whole life satisfaction had a mediation effect between only peer support and loneliness.

본 연구는 부산광역시 블로그 '쿨부산'을 대상으로 지자체 PR커뮤니케이션이 지자체와 공중간의 관계성과 지자체 이미지에 미치는 영향과 조직-공중관계성의 매개역할을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 소셜 미디어 정보특성 중 '상호작용성'과 '흥미성'은 조직-공중관계성과 지자체 이미지에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 조직-공중관계성의 하위요인들 중 '균형성'이 지자체 이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지자체 소셜 미디어 정보특성의 지자체 이미지에 대한 영향력에 있어 조직-공중관계성의 매개역할이 입증되었다.

PR커뮤니케이션이 기능주의적인 시각에서 벗어나서 다양한 패러다임 접근을 받아들이는 것은 하버마스의 사회비판이론이 도구적인 이성에서 벗어나 광범위한 의사소통 합리성을 추구하는 것과 유사한 맥락에서 이해될 수 있다. 기능주의 함정으로부터 하버마스가 광범위한 합리성 통합을 통해 해답을 찾는 것과 다양한 패러다임의 통합을 통한 'PR커뮤니케이션 민주주의'의 추구는 많은 유사성을 가지고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 도구적 이성의 왜곡화로 인해 발생하는 현대사회의 병폐를 치유하기 위한 하버마스의 의사소통합리성 기획이 어떤 면에서 PR커뮤니케이션 이론의 패러다임 변화와 맞닿아 있는가를 밝히고, 그러한 두 분야의 유사성으로부터 새로운 PR커뮤니케이션 이론화의 가능성을 모색해 보는 것이다. 또한, PR커뮤니케이션을 통해서 하버마스 사회비판이론의 실천적인 측면을 탐색해 볼 수 있으며, 개인, 조직, 국가차원의 다양한 관계 속에서 대화의 진작, 사회 합의의 도출, 갈등의 해결, 공론 장의 확대와 같은 포괄적인 커뮤니케이션 합리성을 적용해 보는 계기를 마련해 볼 수 있다.

This study examined the relations among toddlers' temperament, maternal parenting, and toddlers' social withdrawal and aggression. One hundred and two mothers of two-year-old children (49 boys and 53 girls) completed questionnaires and Q-sort. Data were analyzed by correlation analyses and regression analyses. First, toddlers' pleasure was negatively related to social withdrawal, while social fearfulness was positively related to social withdrawal. Also, toddlers' activity level and anger proneness were positively related to aggression. Second, the encouragement of independence in maternal parenting was negatively linked to toddlers' social withdrawal, and maternal rejection was positively linked to toddlers' aggression. Third, toddlers' pleasure and interest/persistence were positively associated with mothers' encouragement of independence, and toddlers' activity level and anger proneness were positively associated with mothers' rejection. Finally, mothers' encouragement of independence acted as a mediator between toddlers' pleasure and social withdrawal. Also, toddlers' activity level and anger proneness influenced aggression through maternal rejection. These results indicate that toddlers' temperament and maternal parenting play crucial roles in the development of toddlers' maladaptive behaviors such as social withdrawal and aggression.

This study investigated causal relations between mother's parenting, self-efficacy, perceived social support, stress, and parenting behaviors, Child's temperament, and the mediational role of mother's parenting self-efficacy. Participants were 404 Korean children and their mothers living in Seoul, Korea. Results showed that mother's parenting self-efficacy was positively related to mother's Warmth-Acceptance, social support, and child's temperament. On the other hand, mother's parenting self-efficacy was negatively related to. mother's Rejection-Restriction, mother's Permissiveness-Nonintervention, and mother's stress. Structural equation modeling indicated that mother's parenting self-efficacy was a significant mediator of the relation between mother's perceived social support and stress, child's temperament, and mother's parenting behaviors including Warmth-Acceptance, Rejection-Restriction and Permissiveness-Nonintervention Child's temperament had an indirect effect on mother's Rejection-Restriction and Permissiveness Nonintervention.

North Korea sharing a border with China has developed economic relations with China for a long time. During the cold war(from 1950s to late 1980s), political, military and economic ties between the two countries have become stronger because they had maintained the same political and economic system. However their economic relations have significantly changed after China has adopted market economies since the late 1970s. In particular, trade volume has been shrinked significantly since the late 1990s when China began to ask hard currency payments in their commercial transactions. This paper aims to investigate the conditions and prospects of trade and logistics relations between North Korea and China including the problems existed and then make some suggestions to foster their trade relations. In conclusion in order to develop its trade relations with China, it is suggested that North Korea should make significant changes in its economic and logistics system including infrastructure, institutional schemes, social and trade practices ect. because most problems in bilateral trade have been incurred from North Korea.

Now more than ever, many journalists are using hospitals' homepages for articles about hospitals, their mission, research, and events. Therefore hospitals' homepages have to be planned and constructed for journalists. The purpose of this study is to investigate hospitals' online media relations through analysing homepages. For investigating specifically, this study compares hompages of hospitals in Korea and hospitals in USA. This study uses four categories; basic media relations tools, useful information, interactive communication tools, and ease of use for journalists. The result of this study shows that hospitals' homepages in Korea are needed to improve for building with journalists. The hospitals' hompages have to be constructed by a variety of materials; press room, image and graphic archives, multimedia resources, and interactivity or responsiveness. This study suggests that the hospitals' homepages have the potential to achieve the desired public relations objective but are not commonly being used to their full potential in media relations.
