오픈소스 개발 커뮤니티 참여자들의 지속적 지식기여 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sustaining Knowledge Contribution Intention of Participants in the Open Source Software Development Communities)

  • 오픈소스 소프트웨어는 그 자체의 혁신성으로 인해 차별화되며, 혁신성의 원천은 기술적인 문제를 공유하여 함께 해결하는 것에서 비롯된다. 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 개발자들의 자발적 참여와 협력이 지속적인 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 이러한 상관관계를 조직시민행동이론과 사회적 자본이론을 결합하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 Bolino et al.(2002)의 조직시민행동과 사회적 자본의 연관성 연구, Wasko and Faraj(2005)의 사회적 자본과 지식기여의 연관성 연구를 토대로 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정하였다. 오픈소스 개발자 152명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 구조방정식을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 조직시민행동의 충성, 사회적 참여, 변화주도적 참여가 사회적 자본을 축적하는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 자본의 상호호혜성과 공유 비전은 지속적 지식기여 의도를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 사회적 참여와 공유 비전, 응집성과 지속적 지식기여 의도 간의 관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

초등학교 수학교실에서 사회적 관행과 정체성의 상호작용 분석 (A Study on Interaction between Social Practices and Identities in Elementary Mathematics Classroom)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the learning mathematics in elementary mathematics classroom by considering mathematics as a kind of social practices and mathematics classroom as a kind of community of practice. The research questions of this study are as followings: 1) Do the identities which teacher has on mathematics and teaching mathematics, influence the social practices formed in mathematics classroom, and the identities which students has on mathematics and learning mathematics? 2) Do the social practices formed in mathematics classroom, and the identities which students has on mathematics and learning mathematics, influence the identities which teacher has on mathematics and teaching mathematics? This study was based on ethnomethodology. It was executed participation observations, interviews and surveys with teacher and 5 graders to collect the data for the social practices formed their classroom and their identities, and was analyzed the interaction between the social practices of mathematics classroom and teacher and students' identities. We found the scenes that teacher's identities influenced the social practices of mathematics classroom and students' identities, and also the scenes that the social practices of mathematics classroom and students' identities influenced teacher's identities. So, we could know that there existed the interaction between the social practices of mathematics classroom and teacher and students' identities.

재가 장애인의 운동관련 구조손상 영역 및 활동과 참여 영역의 상관관계 분석 (Correlation between structures related to movement, activity, and participation in Disabled Persons Living at Home)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the impairments of body structures, activity limitation, and participation restriction. In addition, we wanted to provide basic data on correlation between impairments of body structures, activity, and participation in Disabled Persons Living at Home. Methods: After selection of 128 people with physical disabilities more than the third level and brain damage disabilities living at home, we conducted testing for impairments of body structures, activity, and participation, according to the ICF checklist. Results: Impairments of body structures was highest in the upper and lower extremity. 2) Mobility, domestic life, and self care were more limited. 3) Also, the structure related to movement showed correlation with mobility, domestic life, and self care. Conclusion: We observed differences in participation and activities of persons with disabilities Living at Home depending on the impairments of body structures. After thorough review of the status of Disabled Persons Living at Home, we decided to appropriate support and social services.

초등학교 6학년 과학 수업의 사회적 참여구조 유형 (The Types of Social Participation Structure Appeared in Sixth Grade Elementary Science Lessons)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the interaction patterns between teachers and students appeared in sixth grade elementary science lessons. To this end, we set research questions as what are the types of SPS (Social Participation Structure) between teachers and students in the class. Eighteen elementary science lessons were observed. Data were collected by video recordings and observation method. The result showed that the types of SPS were classified into nine. 1) A teacher initiates the whole students into interaction with him. 2) The whole students keep silent or carry out specific activities under the teacher's direction. 3) A teacher initiates some students into interaction. 4) A teacher names specific students to read a text. 5) A teacher initiates the whole students into group interactions. 6) Students interact with each other irrespective of the teacher's intention. 7) Students initiate a teacher into interactions with them. 8) A teacher intervenes during the students' activities and this intervention, in turn, produces interactions between the teacher and the students. 9) A teacher directs the whole class to read a learning goal or a learning material. This study shows that SPS-1 and SPS-3 are the most frequently observed interaction patterns in the elementary science lessons.

이용자 참여의 개념 구조: 한국장애인복지에 대한 함의 (Conceptual Structure of User Involvement and Implications on Korean Disability Services)

  • 본 연구는 최근 장애인복지계에서 활발히 논의되는 이용자 참여의 개념구조에 대한 논의를 통하여 한국 장애인복지에 대한 함의를 도출하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 이용자 참여와 관련된 다양한 용어들을 정리하고, 이용자 참여의 개념 및 이해의 틀을 형성하기 위해 참여의 차원, 참여 정도, 참여모델, 주요 동력 측면에서 설명하였다. 또한 구체적인 이용자 참여의 기제를 파악하기 위해 이용자 참여의 기본전제와 참여 영역, 지원요소에 대해서도 다각도로 논의하였다. 이를 기초로, 이용자 참여 활성화를 위한 한국 장애인복지의 과제를 이용자 참여의 영역과 지원요소의 틀(framework)에 의거하여 구체적으로 제시함으로써 한국 장애인복지에의 적용가능성을 높이고자 하였다.

소비자의 UCC 참여 유형과 참여동기 분석 (Consumer's Types of the Participation and the Motivation for the UCC Services)

  • This study identifies key determinants and types of participation in UCC Services. The research examines the how the major factors in perception of social presence, fun and entertainment, self-expression, arousal, human relations, positive feedback, information sharing, monetary business opportunity, and user friendliness of web structure contribute to participation in UCC Services. The data used in this study were collected by a web-based survey so that 629 internet users were available for analysis. Some of the practical implications of the results are follows. We have categorized that the type of people participating in UCC Services were readers, modifiers, remixers, and creators. Digital consumers directly connected with other consumers by producing their own digital contents. Multiple regression analysis among the creators group was not included due to small sample size. Self expression, fun and joy and the convenience of the web interface showed strong positive significant impacts on the UCC Service participation of all participation types. Information sharing, other's positive reputation and arousal showed a positive significant impact on the modifiers or remixers type groups. Monetary business opportunity and human relations were not significant in any UCC type group.

Online Tie Formation in Enterprise Social Media

  • We study the antecedents to tie formation on an (Facebook-like) enterprise social media platform implemented to support cross-boundary connections. Research has produced mixed findings regarding the role of social media in cultivating bridging vs. closed networks. We examine the tie formation patterns of 1,386 enterprise social media users over a two-year period. Specifically, we observe who became (or chose not s become) "friends" with whom at the dyadic level and relate the decisions to various mechanisms that affect one's network to expand, constrain, or bridge. Using logistic and OLS regressions, we find that users tend to form ties via reciprocity and transitivity (with friends of friends), both of which help expand one's network. We also find strong networking tendency toward functional and hierarchical homophily (same business unit and same rank, respectively), which is likely to constrain one's network (closed network structure). We find that one's participation in various online interest groups is likely to open one's network (bridging network structure) while no evidence found for preferential attachment. Overall, we find that enterprise social media offers features, some of which are likely to foster bridging while others foster closed networks via different mechanisms.

'스마트시민정당' 모델에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on 'Smart Citizens Party' Model)

  • 소셜컴퓨팅에 기반을 둔 사회에서는 개인이 주체가 되어 기술을 진보시키고 사회가 이에 적응해야 하는 형태로 변모하게 되는 사용자 중심의 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 정치과정에서도 이러한 경향은 강화될 것으로 예상된다. 즉, '연결된 개인들' (networked individuals)이나 '유연자발집단'에 의한 상향식 의사결정 구조로의 이행 가능성이 충분히 열려 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 소셜컴퓨팅 시대의 도래에 따른 정치사회 환경의 변화를 수용하고 이에 대응하는 '스마트시민정당' 모델을 제안하고 있다. '스마트시민정당'은 이러한 소셜컴퓨팅 사회의 '스마티즌을 위한 정당'(party for smartizen)을 의미한다. '스마트시민정당'은 국가와 시민사회를 연계하는 '매개 정당'(intermediate party)이며, 시민의 능동적 참여에 의해 민주적으로 운영되는 '스마트한 시민들의 정당'(smart citizen's party)이다. 이에 기초하여 우리나라 기성 정당의 구조와 운영상의 문제점을 분석해 보고 미래지향적인 대응방안을 모색하는데 본 연구의 초점이 있다.

Study on the Korean application of cultural accessibility and cultural arts education: focusing on French cultural policy

  • This study examines the main elements, concepts, and directions of 'cultural accessibility' in the field of cultural arts education through the French case. Above all, 'cultural accessibility' is viewed from the perspective of the problems of 'social exclusion' and the corresponding 'participation'. We discuss strategies for applying 'cultural accessibility' through French policy discussions. France is implementing this consistent policy structure through the development of its local self-government system. We first look at the current status of French cultural policy and cultural accessibility, and the participation. Next, we will discuss separately into the cultural arts education of the central government and those of local governments. For application to Korea, we propose the application of education to apply 'culture of public values', the establishment of autonomy in cultural arts education, and the application of a dual strategy for public advocacy.

제주지역 여성사회교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cheju Women's Social Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate Cheju Women\`s Social Education to improve social education. The data were collected by means of Questionnaire distributed to a stratified sample of 1,447 women in Cheju. Frequency, percentile, mean, x$^2$, t-test, one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The study resulted in five major findings. The majority of respondents had a experience of social education. The motive of participation was to adapt oneself to new social circumstances. The respondents satisfied with social education. But, the discontented person pointed out level of lecturer. The respondents required foci educational institutions to teach social education for licences. They preferred teaching practice to theory. This study will be a primary material for development of programs which are aimed at enhancing women's abilities and roles in accordance with the changes in social structure and the circumstances of the times.
