The Effects of the Characteristics of SNS Usages on the Organizational Effectiveness in Mongolian Companies (SNS 활용 특성이 수평적 커뮤니케이션 만족과 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 몽골 기업을 중심으로)

  • As the number of Social Network Service (SNS) users has rapidly grown, SNS has become a core tool of the communications in daily life. SNS has also penetrated a variety of decision makings and communications of employees' life in their organizations. In this study, we tried to identify the relationship between the satisfaction of the horizontal-communications and the organizational effectiveness focusing on the characteristics of SNS usages. We analyzed the survey-data from 225 of Mongolian employees who utilize the organizational SNS in their companies. In doing so, we found the followings. First, the characteristics of SNS usages have positive effects on the satisfaction of the horizontal-communications. Second, the organizational effectiveness is positively influenced by the satisfaction of the horizonta-communications. Third, the relationship between the satisfaction of the horizontal-communications and the organizational effectiveness is moderated by the frequency of SNS usage.

  • 인터넷 시대에 있어 사회관계망 서비스(SNS, Social Network Service)는 기존의 커뮤니케이션 중심의 기능에 더하여 다양한 개성과 새로운 형태의 플랫폼으로 지속적으로 변화하고 있다. 많은 나라에서는 자신들만의 독특한 특징을 반영한 SNS와 페이스북 등 전 세계적으로 많이 이용하고 있는 SNS 등을 인터넷을 통해 누구나 자신들의 정보를 공유하고 타인의 정보를 획득할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 본 연구는 중국의 제3자 모바일 결제서비스의 특징을 알아보기 위하여 위쳇을 사용하는 중국 사용자를 대상으로 유형성, 편리성, 정확성, 공감성, 자기효능감, 혁신성, 신뢰성, 수용의도를 통하여 그 특징을 알아보고 한다.

Sentiment Analysis for Public Opinion in the Social Network Service (SNS 기반 여론 감성 분석)

  • As an application of big data and artificial intelligence techniques, this study proposes an atypical language-based sentimental opinion poll methodology, unlike conventional opinion poll methodology. An alternative method for the sentimental classification model based on existing statistical analysis was to collect real-time Twitter data related to parliamentary elections and perform empirical analyses on the Polarity and Intensity of public opinion using attribute-based sensitivity analysis. In order to classify the polarity of words used on individual SNS, the polarity of the new Twitter data was estimated using the learned Lasso and Ridge regression models while extracting independent variables that greatly affect the polarity variables. A social network analysis of the relationships of people with friends on SNS suggested a way to identify peer group sensitivity. Based on what voters expressed on social media, political opinion sensitivity analysis was used to predict party approval rating and measure the accuracy of the predictive model polarity analysis, confirming the applicability of the sensitivity analysis methodology in the political field.

  • Information of social relationship of users on online is useful information for other services such as recommend information of commercial activity. So, there is a lot of studies analysis with connection to visualization of social network. Most of the previous works of visualization focus on representing user's relationship on social network by a complex multi dimension graph. However, this method is difficult to identify the important of relationship to focus on personal user intuitively. In order to resolve above problem, this paper proposes a new visualization method using the user's correlation and user relationship of network node. The proposed method visualizes the hierarchy relationship of users using the internal relation of network reflecting user's message and external relation of network nodes.

  • Global courier companies have been devoting to get more customers and profits with different service because of the worse profits from price competition. So, the effort of improving satisfaction of customers through improving courier service qualities is more important than any other time. However, the previous way to measure courier service has limitation that costs lots of time and money from off-line survey. This limitation could be overcome with less effort and costs if utilizing on-line social big data analysis and it is so helpful to improve competitiveness of courier companies. Therefore, I have collected comments from domestic and international courier companies from big data on social network service, analyzed the satisfaction of customers by R and verified the result by comparing with American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) and Korea National Customer Index (NCSI) in this research. I found out the result depicts clear correlation between SNS analysis and customer satisfaction. This study can be the foundation to predict customer satisfaction easily by utilizing real time SNS information.

Influence of SNS Characteristics on the Brand Image of Infant Food Products

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the influence of social network service (SNS) on the brand image of infant food products; highlight the effects of brand image on the purchasing and word-of-mouth intention; and explore the effects of the purchasing intention on the word-of-mouth intention. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on previous studies, it was found that the fundamental SNS characteristics for infant food products are reliability, interactivity, and informative. Using AMOS 22.0 and structural equation modeling (SEM), 288 questionnaires were surveyed as a statistical method for examining the proposed hypotheses. Results - The analysis shows that reliability and informative have significant impacts on brand image, whereas interactivity does not. Again, the effect of brand image of infant food products on the purchase and word-of-mouth intention is statistically significant. However, the results differ across the "working housewife" and the "full-time housewife" groups. The connection between reliability and brand image was found to be statistically significant in this study. Conclusions - This study analyzes the effects of SNS characteristics on the brand image of infant food products and the effect of the brand image on purchase and word-of-mouth intentions, and provides practical implications for the same.

Extracting of Interest Issues Related to Patient Medical Services for Small and Medium Hospital by SNS Big Data Text Mining and Social Networking (중소병원 환자의료서비스에 관한 관심 이슈 도출을 위한 SNS 빅 데이터 텍스트 마이닝과 사회적 연결망 적용)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study is to analyze the issue of interest in patient medical service of small and medium hospitals using big data. Methods: The method of this study was implemented by data mining and social network using SNS big data. The analysis tool were extracted key keywords and analyzed correlation by using Textom, Ucinet6 and NetDraw program. Findings: In the results of frequency, the network-centered and closeness centrality analysis, It was shown that the government center is interested in the major explanations and evaluations of the technology, information, security, safety, cost and problems of small and medium hospitals, coping with infections, and actual involvement in bank settlement. And, were extracted care for disabilities such as pediatrics, dentistry, obstetrics and gynecology, dementia, nursing, the elderly, and rehabilitation. Practical Implications: Future studies will be more useful if analyzed the needs of customers for medical services in the metropolitan area and provinces may be different in the small and medium hospitals to be studied, further classification studies.

  • Nowadays, Social Network Service (SNS), which has been in the spotlight as a way of communication, has become a most effective tool to improve easy of information use and accessibility for users. In this paper, we chose Twitter as the most representative SNS services because of automatic crawling and investigated tweet data gathered from domestic and foreign National Archives - NARA of U.S.A., TNA of U.K.. NAA of Australia, and National Archives of Korea. We also conducted information genres analysis and trend analysis by timeline. Information genres analysis shows how archives satisfied users' information needs as well as trends analysis of tweets helps to understand how users' interestedness was changed. Based on comparison results, we distilled four characteristics of National Archives and suggested vitalization ways for National Archives of Korea.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a new Risk Priority Number(RPN) evaluation method which analyzes value of product functions by mining customer opinions in Social Network Service(SNS). Methods: A traditional RPN is measured by three evaluation standards (Severity, Occurrence, Detection) which are analyzed by manufacturing engineers and researchers. On the other hand, these standards are analyzed by customers' viewpoints through SNS opinion mining in this research. In order to extract customer feedbacks from textual data sets, the methodology in this paper implies natural language processing, hereby collecting product related data sets and analyzing the opinions automatically. An emotional polarity of an opinion indicates severity, while the number of negative opinion shows occurrence, and the entire number of customer opinion refers to detection. Results: The results of this study are as follows; As a result of the CRPN evaluation, it is confirmed that the features evaluated as risky are highly likely to be improved in the next series. Therefore, CRPN is an effective risk assessment model that reflects customer feedback. Conclusion: Reflecting customer feedback is a useful tool for risk assessment of the product as well as for developing new products and improving existing products.

Research on Social Scenario Generation using SNS (SNS를 이용한 소셜 시나리오 생성에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose method of the social scenario generation that maximize public`s participation taking advantage of a Social Network Service technology to overcome limit of scenario generation formed in existent analog space. The method is novel because digital technology was used only in storytelling, and never used in improving the quality of information introducing in scenario generation. Existent scenario generation was apt to lean in subjective thinking of individual and when handle story of professional field, there was difficulty because it was writer individual`s generation. Entrance on the stage of digital scenario generation programs was standardized form of scenario, but This limitation did not still solve. Therefore, whatever make scenario in digital space, scenario generation is still depending on only writer individual`s ideas. By method that overcome this limit, we propose social scenario generation that use SNS that writer can accommodate opinions of many people and relevant informations up to date.
