  • In this paper, the purpose is to verify the impact of performance expectations, effort expectations, social impact, individual innovation and perceived value on the intent of use and the behavior of use. Used Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to verify the applicability of this model in China, and established the research model by adding two new variables to UTAUT according to the situation of the Chinese market. To achieve this goal, 345 questionnaires were collected for experienced music creators using artificial intelligence nuggets in China by means of Internet research. The collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation analysis through SPSS V. 22.0 and AMOS V 22.0. The verification of the hypotheses presented in the research model identified the decisive influence factors on the use of artificial intelligence music acceptance by Chinese users. The study is innovative in that it attempts to verify the applicability of UTAUT in the Chinese context. In the construction of the user acceptance model of AI music, three influencing factors will have an effect on users' intentions, and according to the degree of effect, from largest to smallest, they are respectively Perceived Innovativeness, Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy. This paper will also provide some management advices, i.e. improving the utility and usability of AI music, encouraging users with individual innovativeness, developing competitive and attractive pricing policies, increasing publicity, and prioritizing word-of-mouth advertising.

  • This paper examines discussions surrounding cognitive liberty, neuro-privacy, and mental integrity from the perspective of Neuro-rights. The right to control one's neurological data entails self-determination of collection and usage of one's data, and the right to object to any way such data may be employed to negatively impact oneself. As innovations in neurotechnologies bear benefits and downsides, a novel concept of the neuro-rights has been suggested to protect individual liberty and rights. In Oct. 2020, the Chilean Senate presented the 'Proyecto de ley sobre neuroderechos' to promote the recognition and protection of neuro-rights. This new bill defines all data obtained from the brain as neuronal data and outlaws the commerce of this data. Neurotechnology, especially when paired with big data and artificial intelligence, has the potential to turn one's neurological state into data. The possibility of inferring one's intent, preferences, personality, memory, emotions, and so on, poses harm to individual liberty and rights. However, the collection and use of neural data may outpace legislative innovation in the near future. Legal protection of neural data and the rights of its subject must be established in a comprehensive way, to adapt to the evolving data economy and technical environment.

  • Korea has recently invested much of its effort in fostering talents in scientific fields to establish a foundation for sustainable future growth. From this perspective, the ministry of education has come up with a special rule aimed at achieving the substantiality of engineering schools in universities. The ministry has been providing educational support by providing a tech-innovation center, industry-oriented education, and policies such as PRIME. Despite this support, most students in the natural science field end up being hired in fields not related to their majors. There has been a growing opinion regarding the need for career education for these students. In this research, based on a social cognitive career theory (SCCT) model that provides a comprehensive understanding of career development, this research would like to practically examine the relationship among college students' career preparation behaviors and influencing variables, such as grit, career decision-making self-efficacy, outcome expectation, and major interest. Data from 153 natural-science majors at A college in Korea were collected and analyzed using path analysis. The result was that the data strongly supported the model explaining the relationship between career preparation behaviors and influencing variables. Based on this result, we propose that career education that can promote grit, career decision-making self-efficacy, outcome expectation, and major interest is required to encourage students in the field of the natural sciences to pursue career preparation behaviors related to their majors.

First, gap of two statuses was proven by t-test. Second, the order of priority was presented by Borich model. Third, the result of the locus for focus model was presented in the form of coordinate plane. Lastly, top priority and the second priority were determined. The result of this study was as following. 'Class management, instruction, and caring for students' category is highest in needs of secondary school principals on trust in teachers. Next, second priority category is 'partnership with parents'. It means secondary school principals recognize that students and parents are most important on education and their trust in teachers. • This study examines several evolutionary and alternative aspects of the system of existing education and suggests a more specific approach to the development of recent education that has evolved to the recent service economy era and a new approach to the human capacity of the World Economic Forum (WEF). We propose a stage of education system. We will change the meaning and choice of the job according to the rapid development of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Future occupational education also needs to be changed according to the expectation that job movement will happen frequently. The new education requires a model to prepare for the phenomenon of various convergence as technology collapses with the existing culture. And a higher-level educational philosophy is needed for human competence and the environment to actually connect industrial and social issues. The purpose of this study is to show the necessity of introduction of New Service Learning as a new system of education for super mobility. New Service Learning can be divided into five concepts: Innovation, Modernity, Sustainability, Humanity, and Technology. In future research, it is necessary to complement the research by empirically analyzing the concept of New Service Learning.

  • There is a growing interest in the entrepreneurial activity that has long been considered essential for sustainable economic development and value creating. Although it is strongly encouraged by focusing on the positive aspects of venturing, less has been paid attention to entrepreneurial failure, which is the biggest cause of hesitation in starting a business. The uncertain and risky nature of entrepreneurship implies a considerable possibility of failure. Even if it fails, the experience and knowledge of entrepreneurs acquired through entrepreneurship indeed offers valuable lessons for the re-venturing, which can serve as an important social asset that should not be lost. It has been argued that re-entering the same industry for the subsequent venture maximizes the learning effect through utilizing potential benefits from industry-specific knowledge. Although the re-startup after entrepreneurial failure is a very important topic in the studies on serial entrepreneurs, there is a paucity of systematic empirical investigation. This study responds to calls for more research on the re-startup after entrepreneurial failure, and specifically complements existing studies on serial entrepreneurs. Focusing on the entrepreneurs' attribution for the failure, we conducted an empirical analysis of how this affects the re-startup process. Moreover, we also examined the moderating effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and resilience. For the analyses, we surveyed the entrepreneurs who tried to re-start the subsequent business after the entrepreneurial failure through the "Revitalization Center for Strained Entrepreneur". The results found that failed entrepreneurs who blamed internal factors for their previous venture failures were likely to keep the same industry for their subsequent business. In addition, the positive effect of internal attribution on maintaining the same industry for the re-startup was found to be stronger when entrepreneurial self-efficacy and resilience were high.
