주거만족도 모델에서의 주거가치의 역할 연구 (The Effects of Housing Values on Housing Satisfaction Model)

  • This study was designed to examine the effects of housing values on housing satisfaction model. The empirical model of this study was based on the Goulart(1982). Data were collected through questionnaire survey, and the sample consisted of 285 households in Kimhae. Housing values were grouped into four clusters : the health and convenience value, the personal and social value, the location value, and the economic value. The major findings were that 1) the concordance between values and the actual housing conditions contributes significantly to the prediction of housing astisfaction, and 2) the control variables including sociodemographic and economic characteristics and housing values themselves did not directly influence on housing satisfaction.

스마트 팜 도입여건 변화가 농업인의 수용의사에 미치는 영향 연구 - 확장된 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT2)를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Changes in Smart Farm Introduction Conditions on Willingness to Accept Agriculture - Application of Extended UTAUT Model -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the intention of consumer acceptance of technology in agricultural production by applying the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) to smart farm. In particular, this study analyzed the intention to accept the technology of agricultural students, farmers, start-up farmers, returning farmers, and returnees in the general manufacturing industry and high-tech industries, and in agricultural sectors corresponding to primary industries. The results showed that performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, IT development level, and reliability had a significant influence on the intention to use smart farm technology. However, effort expectancy and price value were rejected because no significant impact on use intention was tested. In addition, the influences of the variables showing their influence were reliability (β=.569) > IT development level (β=.252) > social influence (β=.235) > performance expectancy (β=.182) > facilitating conditions (β=.134).

  • The spread of mobile commerce due to popularization of smartphones not only broke down the boundary between online and offline, but also changed the consumer life, and hence brought change of commerce paradigm that creates new demand. The success of innovative information technology such as mobile shopping can be defined as an individual accepting the technology and continuously using it, but the studies on the usage behavior after the acceptance have been done in very restrictively, despite its importance. In this study, in order to empirically investigate the factors that influence the continuance in mobile shopping usage experience and its causal relationship, Social Cognitive Theory and Habit Theory were applied to IS Continuance Model, and the extended IS Continuance Model was suggested and proved. As a result, the usefulness, enjoyment, and self-efficacy perceived in usage experience significantly influence satisfaction, and usefulness, self-efficacy, and satisfaction influence habit. Also, usefulness, self-efficacy, satisfaction, and habit significantly influence continuance intention. This study provides a valuable asset in providing an opportunity to understand the usage behavior of mobile shopping service users after the acceptance, and furthermore proving directionality in improving customer loyalty.

Determinants of Intention to Borrow Consumer Credit in Vietnam: Application and Extension of Technology Acceptance Model

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the determinants of intention to borrow consumer credit of Vietnamese people by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and extending it with several variables, including anxiety, perceived trust, and perceived financial costs extracted and adapted from the existing literature. A questionnaire survey was administered in the big cities of Vietnam to a total of 602 consumers. Structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques have been employed to investigate the relationship among intention determinants to borrow. Findings show that perceived usefulness mediates the impact of subjective norms on the intention to borrow consumer credit. At the same time, subjective norms also directly influence the intention to borrow. Notably, anxiety, perceived trust, perceived financial cost, perceived ease of use have no significant influence on intention to borrow. Meanwhile, education level is confirmed to have a moderate influence on intention to borrow consumer credit of Vietnamese people. However, there is not enough statistical evidence about the influence of gender and marital status on the intention to borrow consumer credit in Vietnam. Based on the findings of the Vietnamese consumer credit market, we proposed some suggestions to promote the growth of the market in the future.

중소·벤처기업가의 정치적 기술, 사회적 네트워크 그리고 기업가적 성과 간의 매개모형 (A mediation model among the political skills, social network and entrepreneurial performance of SEMs entrepreneurs)

  • 본 연구는 중소 벤처기업 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 기업가를 대상으로 정치적 기술, 사회적 네트워크 그리고 기업가적 성과가 어떤 영향관계를 갖는지 고찰한 연구다. 연구결과 기업가의 정치적 기술은 사회적 네트워크와 기업가적 성과에 유의하고도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 네트워크는 일부 하위 요소만 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 약한 유대의 네트워크 원천은 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타나서 중요한 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 결과는 중소 벤처기업 기업가를 대상으로 역량과 성과의 관계를 고찰했다는 점, 그리고 기업가의 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과 사이에서 작용하는 사회적 네트워크의 매개역할을 구체적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 크다. 또한 정치적 기술이라는 구체적이고도 새로운 선행변수의 도입과 사회적 네트워크의 역할 수립이라는 점, 성과의 전(前)단계에 해당하는 기업가 역량 개발에 관한 실제적인 정보를 제공했다는 점에서 이론적 실무적 공헌이 크다.

블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 사회 동기적 요인 (Social Motivational Factors Influencing the Intention to Use of Blog)

  • 최근 블로그가 새로운 미디어로서 대중적으로 널리 사용되면서 사회 전반에 걸쳐 영향력을 확대하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 블로그 사용에 영향을 미치는 사회적 동기 요인을 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델과 사회적 동기이론을 기반으로 하여 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용 편의성과 평판, 호혜성, 돕는 즐거움, 사회적 정체성이 블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 파악하였다. 한국에서 대중적인 블로그 사이트인 네이버 블로그, 싸이월드 미니홈피, 다음 블로그, 야후 블로그 등의 사용자 342명으로부터의 온라인 설문을 통해 수집된 데이터를 실증적으로 평가한 결과, 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용편의성, 호혜성, 사회적 정체성이 블로그 사용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 호혜성과 돕는 즐거움이 블로그 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 요인으로서 사회적 정체성이 중요함을 밝혀냈다. 본 연구결과는 블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 사회적 동기요인의 중요성에 대한 이론적 기틀을 마련하는 데 공헌함과 동시에 블로그 서비스 기업에게 사용자들의 사용의도를 높일 수 있는 전략적인 정보와 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

소비가치가 친환경 화장품 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumption Value on Eco Friendly Cosmetics Purchasing Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 친환경 화장품에 대한 소비가치가 소비자 효과성과 시장 영향력, 그리고 친환경 화장품 구매행동과의 관계를 공분산 모델을 통해 검증하였다. 조사대상은 최근 6개월 이내 친환경 화장품을 구매한 적이 있는 20대 이상 여성 소비자로 2020년 5월 17일부터 5월 30일까지 온라인 전문조사기관의 패널을 통해 300부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 친환경 화장품에 대한 소비가치로 기능적 가치, 사회적 가치, 녹색 소비가치가 도출되었다. 사회적 가치와 녹색소비가치는 소비자 효과성과 시장 영향력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 기능적 가치는 영향관계가 확인되지 않았다. 또한, 소비자 효과성과 시장 영향력은 친환경 화장품 구매행동을 증진 시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 친환경 화장품 구매에 있어서 환경문제에 대한 지각수준(소비자 효과성, 시장 영향력)이 가지는 중요성을 규명하였고 소비자들에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 친환경 제품 개발과 마케팅전략 수립에 유용한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

가족생활주기에 따른 맞벌이 남녀의 대처전략과 결혼만족도 연구 (A Study on the Coping Strategies and Marital Satisfaction of Dual-Earner Men and Women Across the Family Life Cycle)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the strategies that may influence the marital satisfaction of dual-earner men and women. General linear model, Pearson's correlation analysis, Stepwise multiple regression were employed for data analysis. the subjects are 396 dual-earner men and women. The result from the research were as follows: 1) coping strategy use differs significantly by life cycle stage. 2) The following strategies significantly correlated with the level of marital satisfaction: cognitive restructuring, delegation. using social support, modifying standards, personal time reducing. 3) The result of stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that strategies which predict the level of marital satisfaction were cognitive restructuring, delegating, using social support, personal time reducing. these finding give us significant practical implications for social work intervention.

한국 영유아와 어머니의 모아상호작용 구조모형 (Model Structure for Mother-Child Relationship for Korean Infants and Toddlers and Their Mothers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to set up a hypothetical model to explain causal relationships among influential variables in the mother-child relationship for Korean infants and toddlers and their mothers. The research was based on Barnard's (1978) mother-child relations model, and goodness-of-fit was examined. Methods: The participants were 207 mothers with infants or toddlers. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS programs. Results: Regarding the influence of the variables on the mother-child relationship between infants and toddlers and their mothers, social support had a 75% explanation of mother-child relationships, and attachment had a 58% explanation of social support. Attachment had both direct and indirect effects on the mother-child relationships, and social support had direct and total effects on the mother-child relationships. Among child-related variables, child temperament had a moderating effect on the mother-child relationships. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the model has utility in developing effective nursing intervention methods to boost mother-child relationships between infants and toddlers and their mothers.

Factors affecting the mental health status of children from multicultural families in South Korea: a cross-sectional descriptive analysis of data from the multicultural adolescents panel study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors affecting the mental health status of children from multicultural families in South Korea. Methods: This study was based on Dahlgren and Whitehead's (1991) rainbow model as a conceptual framework and used data from the second phase of the multicultural adolescents panel study conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 26.0, with p<.05 considered to indicate statistical significance. Results: In the final model, stress (odds ratio [OR]=0.53, p<.001), life satisfaction (OR=2.09, p=.004), self-esteem (OR=1.73, p=.032), and peer support (OR=1.46, p=.019) affected the mental health status of children from multicultural families. The living and working conditions and general socioeconomic, cultural, and environmental conditions did not significantly influence the mental health status of children from multicultural families in the final model. Conclusion: As components of Dahlgren and Whitehead's model, individual hereditary and lifestyle factors, as well as social and community networks, affected the mental health status of children from multicultural families. Therefore, in order to improve the mental health of children from multicultural families, efforts are needed to alleviate their stress, increase life satisfaction and self-esteem, and strengthen their social support.
