Recently, along with, there is much interest and active studies related to users' intention of adopting smartphone. The main purpose of this study is, based on previous literature reviews related to mobile phone and smartphone, to apply modified Technology Acceptance Model to test the factors including enjoyment, social influence, perceived usefulness and perceived convenience that affect the adoption of smartphone. The results show that enjoyment and social influence positively affect perceived usefulness and perceived convenience, and perceived convenience also positively affects perceived usefulness and intention to use. According to statistical results by PLS structural equation analysis, we propose implications and limitations of this study and also briefly points out future research direction. We hope this exploratory study would be beneficial to future work in this area.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing the intention to use Fintech Digital Sand(D-Testbed), which facilitate digital innovation in the financial sectors and allow fintech startups to simulate the PoC their innovative ideas before starting a business. Methods: This study used the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM2), with independent variables such as social influence, personal innovativeness, service quality, relative advantage, and security concerns used in previous studies, for analysis. For mediator variables, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were used in this study. Results: The results indicated that social influence and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on the intention to use. It was also analyzed that relative advantage has a mediating effect on perceived usefulness whereas service quality nor personal innovativeness are not statistically significant mediation. This research explored how the various of factors including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions and some external factors consisting of critical mass, attention, perceived enjoyment, and time distortion had impacts on users' usage of short-clip application based on flow theory and the UTAUT model. The research employed SEM with 263 valid questionnaires. The results showed that social influence and satisfaction factors had positive impacts in sustainable usage of mobile short-clip application, while the other factors have no special effect on it. The results also indicated that time distortions had a negative effect in the intention of continuous usage. Furthermore, performance expectancy, perceived enjoyment, and time distortions had positive impacts in users' satisfaction. The beneficial effects of critical mass on social influence had been recognized through this study.
Korean traditional markets have been struggling of late as big-sized superstores and SSM(Super Supermarkets) are thriving in the market. They have therefore upgraded their facilities and undertaken management modernization actively to overcome the threat to traditional markets and ensure their competitiveness; however, the effect does not appear to be verifiable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the organizational characteristics of the traditional market merchant association on social capital and organizational performance. In other words, this paper investigates a merchant association's organizational characteristics in terms of the modernization of business activities of the traditional markets and the influence on their social capital and organizational performance. This study analyzes the traditional market by evaluating the impact of these factors. This study consists of four hypotheses: The first hypothesis relates to the causal relationship between the characteristics of a merchant association and social capital. The second and third hypotheses, respectively, relate to the causal relationships between the social capital of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction and that between the social capital of a merchant association and organizational commitment. The last hypothesis relates to the relationship between the organizational commitment of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction. This study conducts a reliability and validity analysis of the above factors and analyzes the causal relationships between them by using the PLS(Partial Least Squares) path model as one of the structural equation models. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows: First, the organizational characteristics of the traditional market merchant association have a significant influence on social capital. However, only two sub-hypotheses are not significant; these insignificant hypotheses relate to the relationship between a merchant's entrepreneurship and structural capital and that between a merchant's entrepreneurship and cognitive capital. Second, the social capital of a merchant association influences organizational commitment significantly. Third, the relationship between the social capital of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction is mostly significant. However, one of the sub-hypotheses, that is, the relationship between relational capital and a merchant's satisfaction is not exceptionally significant. Lastly, the organizational commitment of a merchant association affect the merchant's satisfaction significantly. Through our extensive study, this paper found that a merchant association's organizational characteristics of the traditional market significantly affect social capital, organizational commitment, and satisfaction through the mediation of social capital. Therefore, in order to activate the key traditional market, an understanding of organizational characteristics and social capital is primarily required. Systematic management and investment pertaining to these two factors will be the first consideration for revitalizing traditional markets.
Previous literature reviews have provided important insights into social game addictions, but the issue still needs to be examined from other directions such as the distribution of research purposes. For this purpose, 61 papers from selected journals were analyzed by a meta-analysis method. Specifically, this study poses the following three research questions: (1) What are the major of research purposes and methodologies? (2) What are the highly cited articles in studies of social game addictions? Results showed five new findings: (1) the research purpose of most social game addictions studies focuses on investigating the effect, followed by evaluating the influence of social game addictions. (2) Surveys and experimental methods were the preferred research methods, regardless of whether the research purpose focused on investigating or evaluation. (3) Social game addictions studies are most prevalent at the game users, higher education institutions, followed by schools. (4) Social game addictions studies most frequently supports researcher in the professions and applied sciences, followed by humanities, formal sciences and social sciences. (5) The most highly cited articles fall into the categories of investigating the effects and followed by evaluating the influence, designing a model and evaluating the effects of social game addictions. In this regard, this study of issues in social game addictions presents findings that can help supplement linkages with previous studies and forms an important reference base to pursue deeper academic discussions in the current research fields. These results and findings not only to supplement understanding of social game addictions based on different and important viewpoints, but also to provide useful insights for researchers and educators into issues related to social game addictions studies in future.

Purpose - This study aimed to identify the sub-dimensions of fashion social media quality (information quality, social quality, service quality, system quality) and investigate how they affect purchase intention through fashion information use behavior (information acceptance, information diffusion). Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was carried out twice for systematic verification of the research model. In the first data collection, the reliability and validity of research variables were verified through 238 respondents and questionnaires were revised and supplemented based on their responses. In March 2018, the final survey was conducted from 755 respondents the age of 20 to 49. Using SPSS 23.0, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis were performed. In order to test hypotheses, structural equational modeling technique was employed using AMOS 23.0. Results - First of all, fashion Social media quality consists of four factors including information quality, social quality, service quality and system quality. Second, fashion Social media information quality, social quality, and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information acceptance behavior, and social quality, service quality and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information diffusion behavior. It was also determined that the acceptance and diffusion behaviors of fashion information through fashion Social media had positive(+) influence on purchase intention. Conclusions - This study holds academic significance in its identification of the components of fashion Social media quality and for conducting an empirical analysis on the causal relationship between fashion information acceptance and diffusion behaviors, and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that fashion involvement is the key factors in determining the quality of Social media, the acceptance of information through Social media, and, by extension, the purchase of fashion products. Practitioners in the fashion industry may use the findings of this study in order to build more effective Social media strategy.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of customer-contact employees support on service recovery efforts. Service companies should try to prevent the service failure situation from occurring, but it is realistic that the service failure occurs due to the characteristics of the service. Service recovery efforts of service providers are important because effective responses to service failures can enhance customer satisfaction despite service failures. Social support for customer-contact employees needs to improve service recovery efforts. Specifically, this study focuses on the mediation roles of job burnout and customer orientation in relationship between social support for customer-contact employees and service recovery efforts. Social exchange theory was used as the theoretical underpinning of the research model. Based on reciprocity principle, this paper suppose that support for customer-contact employees and service recovery effort are a kind of social exchange relationship. Social supports for customer-contact employees are categorized into internal and external organization. Internal organization is POS(perceived organizational support) and external organization is customer support. The research model was tested with the data gathered from the flight attendants whose emotional labor intensity was relatively high and the service failure frequently occurred. As a result of analysis, social supports for customer-contact employees classified into organizational support, supervisor support, and customer support are found to have differential impacts on job burnout and customer orientation. It has been found that job burnout of service providers is negatively affecting service recovery efforts. On the other hand, customer orientation of service providers has a positive influence on service recovery efforts. Based on the results of the analysis, we provide practical implications for effective service recovery efforts in service failure situations, and suggest the theoretical implications to explain the process of service recovery effort. Finally, limitations of the study and directions for future research are suggested.

In this paper, we propose the purpose of this study is to examine whether the library's creation shared value activities in China and Korea affect brand quality, social status, and the influence of each variable according to the Chinese and Korean groups. To achieve the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted using questionnaires to users who have used the Big Data Sharing Service in Korean and Chinese libraries. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to participants in the study, and 460 of the recovered questionnaire were used in the final analysis, which eliminated unfaithful responses. The data collected through the survey were analyzed as frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmed factor analysis, and structured model using statistical programs SPSS22 and AMOS22. The results of the research identified through the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, the CSV activities of the library's big data have a significant influence on the brand quality and social status. Second, brand quality and social resistance has a significant positive effect on continuous use intention. Third, the influence of the CSV activities in Korean and Chinese libraries has been found to be partly different. Through the conclusion and discussion section, the theoretical implications of this study, practical implications and in-depth discussions on the limitations of the study and its future direction were presented.
Purpose - This study focuses on use intention of mobile travel Apps by Chinese tourists visiting Korea based on UTAUT model, ISS model and ITM model. And the corresponding market promotion schemes are proposed for operators of mobile travel Apps by the research results. Research design, data, and methodology - After collecting 326 respondents in China with cross-sectional questionnaires, this study begins the empirical research with users of mobile travel Apps, and analyzes data with IBM SPSS 23.0 and IBM AMOS 23.0. Results - The results of this study include the following aspects: firstly, the System quality and Information quality are accepted for hypotheses of Satisfaction and Performance expectancy. Secondly, the Personal Propensity to Trust and Firm Reputation are accepted for Initial Trust hypothesis, and the hypotheses of Firm Reputation and Initial Trust are accepted for Use Intention. Thirdly, the Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social influence are accepted for Use Intention hypothesis. Conclusions - With the increase of tourists visiting Korea, it can be predicted that the needs visiting Korea will be increased persistently for Chinese - this trend brings about the increase of the Chinese travel. First, information quality greatly influences satisfaction and performance expectancy. The research result shows that, the higher the mobile traveling App's information quality is, the higher the satisfaction and performance expectancy will be. Therefore, operators of mobile traveling App should have in-depth investigations towards users, to know the latter's real demand to the information quality and then provide corresponding services. Second, performance expectancy and effort expectancy greatly influence users' intention. Therefore, mobile traveling App operators should improve Apps' convenience and efficiency and, in doing so, find an effective method for market expansion. Third, social influence greatly affects users' intention. The result shows that mobile traveling App operators should pay attention to the influence of mass media and friends' recommendation on users, thereby it is necessary to improve advertisement activities. Fourth, initial trust also influences users' intention. The result shows that initial trust is a key element inducing users to generate use intention. Therefore, mobile traveling Apps operators should make efforts to catch elements that influence users' initial trust.
