본 연구의 목적은 야외지질답사 장소를 개발하고 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성을 야외지질학습에 적용하는 것이다. Orion(1993)의 가상의 공간(Novelty Space)과 2015 개정 교육과정 성취기준을 고려하고 답사 장소를 개발하였다. G 영재 교육원 과학과 8명 학생을 대상으로 '관악산 형성과정'이라는 것을 주제로 하여 총 5차시 분량의 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성을 활용한 야외지질학습을 실시하였다. 야외지질학습 전후로 1차시 분량의 설문 검사를 통해 학생들의 개념 이해 정도를 파악하고, 심층 면담에서는 개념 확인과 야외지질학습의 정의적인 면을 다루었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 야외 답사 장소는 계곡 하류와 상류로 각각 명명하였고 변성암, 화강암, 절리, 포획암, 광물 입자를 관찰하도록 구성하였다. 두 번째, 사전 조사에서 관악산은 화산으로 만들어졌다고 응답한 학생이 7명이었다. 반면, 야외지질학습이 종료된 이후에는 7명 학생이 화강암의 형성과정을 설명하고 변성암을 예시로 지질시대를 이야기 하는 것으로 시간적인 스케일을 이해했음을 보여주었다. 더욱이 심층면담에서 지질학에 대한 낮은 성취를 보여주는 학생이 야외지질학습에 대해 긍정적인 답변을 주었다. 즉, 학습의 정의적인 면을 고려하였을 때 야외지질학습에 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성 활용이 효과적일 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 이번 연구는 지질교육에 모델을 적용한 사례이고 동시에 교사에게 야외답사 장소를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 야외지질학습에 과학적 모델의 사회적 구성을 적용한 사례로서 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 일본과 우리나라의 농촌 지역의 사회적 경제에 관하여 사례연구를 하고, 농촌 사회적 경제와 사회적 기업 발전을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 일본("미래·꿈·쿤마")과 우리나라("나눔푸드")를 사회적 기업의 분석틀(사회적 목적, 경영의 자립성, 지역순환경제의 창출과 행정 역할)에 따라 사례연구한 결과, 주로 지역주민에 대한 사회적 일자리를 제공하는 사회적 목적을 실현하는 사회적 기업이며, 농촌 지역순환경제를 창출하고, 지역경제의 활성화에 이바지한다 라는 유사점이 나타났다. 차이점으로는 시민주도형 사회적 경제조직(NPO법인 "미래·꿈·쿤마")에 대한 부분적·한시적인 지원으로 그치는 일본 행정기관과는 다르게 우리 행정기관에서는 주도적으로 "나눔푸드"의 창립 이전부터 다양하게 지원해왔으며, 현재까지도 간접 지원해주고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 사례연구 결과에 따른 시사점으로, 지역사회에 기반한 사회적 경제 공동체의 구축, 경영 자립성 향상을 위한 사회적 금융 지원의 강화, 농촌 사회적 기업의 역량 강화와 인너텟 쇼핑몰의 효율적 관리 등을 제시하였다.

The construction of large scale civil and building structures which form the base of social economy has been grown greatly. As the increasing of aged and deteriorated structures, it is necessary to evaluate the safety of those structures. The deterioration, safety evaluation, repair and rehabilitation are important problems in the construction area that every country faces. This paper presents the general information on how to conduct a data analysis of long-term monitoring system and evaluate the characteristics of surveying methods.

Community noise has been serious social issues in Korea. The community noise concerns on traffic, construction, factory, and apartment complex noise. In traffic noise, road, railway, airport sectors are included. This paper summerizes the final report prepared for MOE in 2005 by authors. The new policy will be enforced beginning in 2006 with 5 year schedule. Details on the policy will be demonstrated at the presentation.

By the rapid technological advance and social needs, demand of Multi Function Facility is on the increase. The multiplex is an alternative of them. In case of fire, special function of facility nay result in terrible accident. Therefore, literature and regulations survey on the multiplex were enforced, Multiplex facilities in Daejeon City were surveyed, and reformation of regulation and structural system were suggested in this study.

Recently, the supply and demand of aggregate in the Southeast region has been disrupted because supply of sea sand decreased due to discontinuation of collecting the EEZ aggregate in the southern sea. This study analyzed the Trends of Supply and Demand of Aggregate in the Southeastern Region of South Korea in order to find a solution these social problem.

The paper describes the up going and frustration of electronic commerce development in China during the past ten years. All the changes are classified as EC application trends and the trends on EC supporting environment construction. Later, some problems affecting EC development are raised, and one of them: social credit system construction is discussed in detail. The trends of EC development discussed in the paper are based on the practices in China, but it is generally analogous in the rest of the world.

최근에 건설 중인 공동주택 구조물이 분괴하는 등 부실시공이 사회적 이유로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 부실시공에 대한 원인은 다양하게 있고 요인별 미치는 영향도 다르겠지만 건설회사 시공관리자 측면에서 문제점을 알아보고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 품질·안전문제 해결을 위해 건설현장의 건설회사 시공관리자의 배치에 있어 기술자 경력, 기술자 인원수, 기술자 투입시기 등의 적정성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 객관적인 의견 조사를 위해 건설사업관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과 건설회사 시공관리자 수를 늘려야 하며, 또한 중간 경력의 시공관리자를 투입하여 실질적 관리가 가능하도록 하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 건설회사의 시공관리자의 계약직을 대폭 축소하는 동시에 안전관리자나 품질관리자와 유사하게 현장 시공관리자 투입인원을 제도적으로 규정할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
